This piadineria is actually a fast food place where you can find a bit of everything. The prices are quite reasonable. The staff is friendly, a bit like in the big shops in Piedmont. The sweets are quite expensive. Of course, their specialty deserves a special mention.

I found some crafty employees who ripped me off with the prices... they charged me for a plain flatbread as if it were a custom-made one... a PRICE difference of ALMOST 1.20 EUROS... the next day they offered me the rolled flatbread, which carries a 1.50 euro surcharge but is more filling... I accepted... and on delivery? Plus? The classic flatbread and the same filling... even... I snapped... Good, yes... stupid, no... I should point out that I often stop by for work... and only 1 out of all the employees is cois... I won't name names... but the others are very kind... so watch out for the curvier ones... otherwise, the food is good.

Good. I go to the piadina shop occasionally. They accept food stamps. Unfortunately, today they were a bit disorganized. They were out of mozzarella. They've added some new items, like piadinas.

The products are excellent, and the piadinas are delicious. Be careful with the price; it's not the one listed on the sign. We ordered two piadinas and were asked if we wanted them rolled up, as they're easier to eat. We said yes, and after a not-so-short wait, we were handed a pair of rolled piadinas. They were delicious, indeed. However, upon reflection, the price we paid for them (which we didn't notice on the bill, including water and coffee) was higher than the price listed on the sign. A markup of about €1 per piadina. Now, beyond the price, which is in line with the quality offered, these things NEED TO BE TOLD. Otherwise, it seems like a complete rip-off. Happy piadinas, everyone.

I've been standing here for 10 minutes in front of the cash register and no one has come to take my order yet. I understand that it's two people, but put up a camera so that the person preparing the piadina can see if anyone is at the counter. They're terrible at customer management, and it's not the employees' fault, but the brand's management, which doesn't give them the right tools to provide excellent service. Shame on you.

I find it unthinkable to call a fast food restaurant and have to wait almost half an hour for two takeout piadinas. I feel truly sorry for the staff; it must be no easy task managing orders, handling the cash register, and preparing food between just two people during the peak lunch hour. The ingredients are good, but having to wait that long when you have little time for lunch is intolerable.

The product listing doesn't match what they actually have. I ordered a simple ham and Edam piadina for €4.90. I was told that the cheese wasn't available, as they have done on other occasions in the past. I was told that it's practically never available, and that they can't change the listing for marketing purposes. I was asked if I wanted to add another cheese instead. I added mozzarella, and the piadina was charged €0.50 more for the addition of another ingredient. I find this absurd, since the inconvenience is on their part, the shortage is theirs, but they sell off-the-shelf what they don't have, and if you choose another product to make up for the shortage, they charge a higher price.

Quality depends on who fills it, and employee MARI really doesn't know how to make piadinas. The crust is burnt and crispy, and the inside is EMPTY, meaning there are whole pieces with no filling; you just eat the hard bread. Just today, she handed me a half-empty piadina with three globs of cheese and two pieces of ham cut the thickness of a slice of meat and full of fat. This is the third time this has happened, and since I'm fed up with paying so much for an inedible piadina, I've decided to go back to IL GHIOTTO, which is next door and makes the best piadinas. If you want people to stop complaining, teach your employees how to work.
