Food is close enough to USA Carl's Jr. to satisfy me. Place has WiFi. More comfortable seats than nearby McDonalds. Frequently filled parking lot. Disabled parking spaces. Clean, better than McDonalds service. Dollar wise about +10% more expensive than USA Carl's Jr. but don't forget, Mexico taxes fast food 16% IVA

Although is a "fast food " place it doesn't feel like it.

En general positivo, comimos en el lugar, había fila para pedir, y la despejaron rápido, la orden no demoró mucho. Solo no tenían tenders en existencia. Sigue manejando sus promos de $99 MN. y los combos los puede pedir con malteada en lugar de soda y paga la diferencia.

Un poco costoso, pero está bien, como en cualquier otra sucursal

La comida es rica, como en todos los Carls, lo único malo es que se tardan mucho con las malteadas, siempre. Todo lo demás es rápido y el servicio es bueno

Ultimamente en ninguna sucursal de ensenada tienen bebida fuze tea,los sabores de refrescos solo hay coca Y sus aguas frescas muy malas por cierto Esperemos mejoren eso.

Tiene la cualidad para poder comer algo rápido y práctico. Sin embargo, la malteada de oreo 10/10

Me encanto las hamburguesas especialmente western bacon doble carne y las papas muy buena hasta sabe bueno sin capsup y ranch pero las hamburguesa muy suave y excelente sabor y hasta medio curiosidad la triple carne y cars jr es es mi cadena de hamburguesa favorita

La comida estuvo rica ,el servicio fue bueno hubo un error con mi orden y la corrigieron de inmediato y sin ningún problema 😊

El estacionamiento puede llegar a ser un gran problema. También el drive thru. Escasez de aderezos

It seems like the hamburgers are getting smaller and the soda fountains are almost always out of some sodas and a lot of times you know ice I would love rather see them raise their prices a little bit then lose the quality that they've always had I know they're having trouble getting employees but that's a different story

Very fast and courteous service. The fries weren't crunchy, and personally do not care with a burger that spicy, but, of course, for you, that may just be a reason for preference. My removing a star is entirely based on the fries. I just hate soggy fries!

Food is good. But, a lot of the menu is in English, but not many people there speak English. My Spanish is mediocre, so it would be nice if the menu was in Spanish so I could order properly.

GOOD,the flavor is not exacly like the states thats why 4 stard , but someoptions , you wont find at the states, a family member found a worm on hes salad so keep your eyes open

El lugar está bien, aunque ya se ve que tiene sus años, los empleados son amables, te atienden de manera servicial. Las hamburguesas están buenas aunque algo caras y no siempre se ven bien estéticamente. De las primeras veces que fuí a este lugar me salió un cabello dentro de la hamburguesa, pero al menos me la cambiaron, pero lo que me molestó fue la actitud del empleado que me la regresó, ya que comenzó a decir que entonces me comí casi dos hamburguesas, aunque ese empleado ya no está trabajando en la sucursal.

La comida es buena, los que atienden en ventanilla no revisan el pedido casi siempre falta algo, si pides por UBER te cobran y en la tienda cambian el pedido y te mandan lo que quieren con producto de menos costo y el repartidor tampoco verifica el pedido.

Ya no había desayunos y aún era temprano y la persona que nos atendió no tenía mucha experiencia porque no conocía bien el menú

Burger was good but the fries didn't taste fresh; it seemed like they had been reheated. Ketchup packets were sticky, which was not pleasant at all.

The price of the menu is about three times higher than the United States. The COVID prevention is good. But the management don't understand that the customer. Isn't someone you tell what to do! I'm seriously considering putting a compliant to Carl's Jr. Operations. There's the an attitude that was isn't, doesn't, and has been negative from the start. Customer service is number one! Kind and courteous help shouldn't be a problem but is in the overseas franchises.

Just okay. The chicken tenders weren't very hot. The fries were good. This location is highly rated. They weren't busy at all but the workers seemed to stay busy. They cleared our table promptly when we finished. My husband didn't like his burger. We liked the one in Tuxtla Gutierrez much better. The food was always hot and fresh

Nothing special about this fast food chain. I like the burgers, however it's a bit on the expensive side,as you could get a very decent meal elsewhere for the same price. WiFi is free, although you need to register and disclose plenty of details in order to open a free account, and you get your very own ad-serving proxy on every website which is annoying. I'd rather use cell data.

La atención dejo mucho que desear, olvidaron entregarme una malteada qué pedí; si no es porque me regreso a mostrador y le comento a las muchachas ni me la preparan. Me retire del restaurante sin revisar mi hamburguesa por que por lógica te venden productos de calidad, al revisarla en el hotel la hamburguesa estaba toda quemada; por lo tarde qué era y el costo extra por transporte qué tenia que hacer ya no quise regresar.

Bad customer service, I ordered a milk shake and a cup with water and they charged me the water as a large soda because the kid in charge at 3:30 decided he was not give water for free, his words. My niece had to drink the shake without water, first time I know that Carl's Jr s denied to serve a complementary cup of water, unbelievable. Specially because of the kid's attitude, his coworker was surprised just like me as well

The dude taking my order was doing something he hated. My paddies were way over cooked, charred. The avilable drinks at all 3 fountains were not all available. I was afraid to let them know they were out

Real bad service I'm from the states was craving a good burger so the first time they forgot my double western and orange juice went back to complain they gave me a single western again wrong again for the second time like a dummy I went back for the second time giving them the benefit of the doubt and I ordered my food before leaving I checked my order in front of them and again I was missing 1 order of fries and chicken stars I told them why don't they take the time to check what's in the bag they are always hurrying up that they don't double check I'm very disappointed will not go back to this location again

I have been going to Carl's Jr for twelve years the food was great last Sunday the meat was burned it was last I hope you get it together and make Carol's Jr the best fast food place that it was before here in Ensenada BC.
