Strepitoso sapore di mare in quel di Roma. La cordialità e la Gentilezza delle caposala sono da esempio. Il cibo al dir poco ottimo, vario e fresco.

Posto pazzesco dove poter mangiare del pesce freschissimo e cucinato in maniera egregia. Meravigliosa la tartare di gamberi rossi ai frutti di bosco menta affumicati al legno di arancio...NO COMMENT CONSIGLIATISSIMO 👏👏👏👏😎

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante circa un mese fa. Devo dire che è stata una esperienza davvero piacevole. Il bistrot del Mare offre la possibilità di vivere in pieno centro a Roma l'esperienza dei sapori del mare uniti alla eleganza del posto e alla meraviglia della città eterna. Il personale è stato professionale, attento al cliente senza mai esagerare, non ti senti infastidito, anzi, ti rendi conto che hanno cura di te e allo stesso tempo rispetto della tua privacy. Provate il guazzetto, è ua vera prelibatezza. I primi sono tutti ottimi. Vi consiglio di provare anche i dolci, ne vale la pena. 😊

Ristorante di pesce a due passi da Castel Sant'Angelo in uno dei borghi più belli di Roma. La location è moderna e decisamente "marina" ma elegante allo stesso tempo. Da provare assolutamente l'antipasto di crudo (foto allegata) ma anche i primi e i secondi non sono da meno! La qualità è altissima dal pane (di vari tipi) fresco e fatto da loro al dolce. La frittura è strepitosa. Il servizio impeccabile con lo staff attento al cliente affinché non manchi nulla in tavola comprese le bevande e il vino che è servito direttamente da loro. Consiglio certamente!

Cenone di capodanno, partenza super con giro antipasti: ostriche, crudità, misto vapore. Per finire catalanina con frutta e verdura. Materia prima di eccellente qualità. Consigliato

Visitando Roma in questi giorni ho scoperto questo fantastico ristorante nel centro di Roma. Che dire appena entrati, si viene accolti da un’atmosfera elegante ma accogliente, dove il profumo del mare si fonde con la gentilezza del personale. Il servizio è impeccabile: discreto, attento e sempre pronto a consigliare con competenza il miglior abbinamento tra piatti e vini. Crudi di mare eccezionali e i primi piatti come anche i secondi sono preparati in maniera innovativa con una particolare attenzione all impiattamento oltre che far vivere un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale. Da non perdere i dessert, sorprendenti e delicati, che chiudono la cena con dolcezza senza appesantire. Un ristorante che riesce a trasformare un pranzo o una cena in un momento speciale. Tornerò sicuramente nei prossimi viaggi , e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere il mare… con il palato.

Ristorante di pesce vicino Castel Sant'Angelo. Cibo fantastico, personale impeccabile, ambiente perfetto per il contesto. Se si ama il pesce bisogna assolutamente provarlo

Like the tide, Bistrot del Mare starts calm, then swells with life. The sea is on your plate (5⭐️), kindness at your table (5⭐️), and the room finds its pulse only after night fully falls… a recommendation is to dine here around 9-9:30 or later.

Went to this restaurant last night at the recommendation of our hotel. The seafood was amazingly fresh and prepared really well. Tasted properly high-end. I had a selection of tartare fish to start, my partner had squid with seasoned mayonnaise and potatoes. Both were brilliant. For main courses, I had linguini with monkfish cheeks, and my partner had langoustines. Again, both dishes totally amazing texture and flavour. The staff were really helpful. Definitely recommended.

This is a hole in the wall type of place, not huge, but elegantly laid out and functional. The seafood dishes were all delicious and very fresh. Desserts are innovative. I knew this was a keeper as most folks diner there when we were there were mostly locals.

Best restaurant we went to in Italy!!! We ordered eight oysters and three dishes: seafood salad, fried seafood and seafood risotto. Oysters were pretty big and SO FRESH, best oyster I have had in years. The salad was very fresh but didn't stand out too much. However, the fried seafood was amazing!!! Calamari rings were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, shrimps were also delicious. The risotto is a must-try too, the tomatoes tasted really good and there is a lot of seafood inside. Also, the waiter gave us a perfect white wine recommendation that elevated the experience. All in all, everything was so fresh and delicious. I wanna go back to rome just for this restaurant.

When we first walked in to an empty restaurant (there was only one other table) we were suspicious of the food quality and were even more hesitant when not another person walked in. However the food surpassed our expectations and the service was excellent. Everything we ordered was exceptional from starters to dessert (the baby squid linguine and tiramisu-inspired dessert were my favorites). A great option for seafood.

I have mixed feelings about this seafood restaurant in Rome. On one hand, the food was good – the seafood risotto was excellent, definitely a 5/5. But overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel exceptional, and while the service was technically fine, it lacked a certain spark. The restaurant was almost empty, which felt a bit strange. Pricing is unfortunately on the high side for what you get – understandable for central Rome, but still a bit too steep. Perhaps that’s why it wasn’t busier.

Very fresh fish and you can feel the sea. The raw fish are excellent and the bubbles they offer us are good. Maybe a little pricey, but you have to try it

I visited this seafood place yesterday and while the food presentation was impressive, I was not quite as impressed with the flavor. I found the dishes to be a bit bland and lacking in seasoning or sauce. While the quality of the seafood was good, I was hoping for more flavor to really make the dishes stand out. However, despite my disappointment with the food, I must say that the staff was fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure that I had a positive experience. In fact, I even left my wallet on the table and they quickly chased me down to return it to me. It's always great to see such honesty and integrity in a restaurant staff. Overall, while the flavor of the food may not have been up to my expectations, I can't say enough about the great service I received from the staff. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and a nice ambiance, this seafood spot might be worth a visit. However, if you're someone who places a high value on bold and flavorful dishes, you may want to look elsewhere.

All’inizio andava tutto bene . Ma abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto sgradevole alla fine della serata. Quando è arrivato il primo(Gnocchi di patate con Tartare di gamberi rossi). Ho assaggiato 2 gnocchi e 1pezzo di gambero rosso crudo, la pasta era buonissima, ma ero piena e ho chiesto di portarla via , c’è stato un malinteso, l’hanno buttata tutta la pasta invece di farmela portare via. Il ristorante insisteva a farci di nuovo la stessa pasta anche se non la volevo più. Dopo abbiamo pagato tutto, ci siamo accorti che la pasta è stata rifatta con il GAMBERO NORMALE invece TARTARE DI GAMBERO ROSSO CRUDO. Ci siamo resi conti di essere presi in giro, lo chef ci ha chiesto la scusa per aver fatto una pasta con gli altri ingredienti. Il comportamento dello chef non è dimostrato niente professionalità , ha tolto l’ingredienti originali ingannando il consumatore senza dire niente. Sottolineo che non sono stata io a chiedergli di rifare sta pasta . abbiamo eppure pagato

The food was good but pricey. we enjoyed our fresh raw scampi and prawn starter, my monkfish main was very good also, my partner enjoyed her two fillets of fish until we saw she was charged for 500g for two small fillets. The service was ok, the wait staff were not the friendliest. You are poured champagne on seating which was nice but this is also tacked on to your bill with no choice. 5euros per bottle of water and if you finish one they will open more without asking you. The experience was good but for the price, I have had much better.
