Bellissimo posto, ci torno ogni estate da 3 anni per prendere il liquore che producono loro alla nocciola. Per quanto riguarda i pasti sono piatti veramente deliziosi e abbondanti, i prezzi bassi e il personale molto gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque passi in zona. Vi consiglio anche di assaggiare il loro liquore alla nocciola, il "nocciolino", mamma mia è buonissimo. Vendono anche le bottiglie. Come si vede dalla foto prendo la scorta ogni volta che torno.
Canederli in brodo strepitosi così come la carne salada. Dolce al limone che Ernst Knam si deve spostare e far spazio. Il tutto in una classica trattoria di una volta molto semplice e bella (che mi ha fatto ricordare quella dei miei nonni) con prezzi alla portata di tutti. Titolari gentilissimi. Spero di poterci tornare presto. Lunga vita alla trattoria Alpino.
Su prenotazione, si gusta il Baccalà in varie ricette dal sapore antico. La pluriennale esperienza della titolare non tradisce le aspettative. Prezzo giusto e ripassi ad ogni portata.
Passati sabato 22 gennaio 2022 con un gruppo di bikers e mangiato veramente bene il baccalà con polenta fantastico e prezzi modici. Lo consiglio.
4 minuti dalle Piramidi di Segonzano. Ristorante famigliare e molto accogliente con nuova terrazza appena ultimata molto rilassante che ti fa vivere la tranquillità del borgo. Cibo ottimo cucinata da una signora molto gentile, servizio accomodante da due fratelli che con molta passione saranno disponibili a raccontarvi la storia del paese e della loro piccola produzione di grappe. Il menu senza carta e con poca scelta che richiama sicuramente ad una freschezza dei prodotti. Il tutto con qualita/quantità/prezzo che non troverete in altri posti. Ottimo! Torneremo il prima possibile.
Per una o due volte all'anno un appuntamento fisso per noi con un pranzo tutto baccalà,sapientemente cucinato in diversi piatti tipici. Appagante meraviglia per il palato!

We stopped for a cappuccino before starting a route. A good coffee at a reasonable price, and a very pleasant service from the bar owner. Relaxed atmosphere, typical of a village bar. The toilets were spotless
A trattoria of yesteryear. Friendly, attentive staff. Homemade food (the dumplings in broth are delicious) and the barrel-aged grappa deserves a special mention.
It's been ages since I've eaten so well in a place that's beyond reality. A legendary experience! The restaurant is run by several brothers and sisters and their 90-year-old mother. I was lucky because there was only one portion of rabbit with polenta left. If you want it, order it in advance!
A dated restaurant with some details that take you back in time. Rustic and generous dishes. Typical Trentino menu of excellent quality. Very kind and helpful owners. On Sunday they had rabbit with polenta, what can I say, truly delicious. I recommend booking, it's always busy... Excellent value... thanks again for the rabbit 😊👏👏👏👏

A typical family-run Trentino trattoria. We went for dinner on a Saturday night, and had canederli (dumplings) in every way (butter and sage, broth, and ragù) and carne salada (salted meat). Not to mention the homemade cake! Everything was delicious! Not only were the dishes delicious, but the portions were generous! We also asked for a grappa recommendation and were shown many different varieties, all homemade and delicious! Definitely recommended! We were also able to purchase two bottles of grappa, and in the end, including first courses, second courses, wine, water, dessert, and coffee, we spent less than €100! Places like this should be designated UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
5 stars are not enough. Welcoming and friendly staff, generous portions, delicious dishes. The dumplings and carne salada were out of this world 🤤 excellent value for money.
Found this place last minute to get to the earth pyramids, but it's really interesting. Everything was good, the owners were amazing 😍🥰. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Really cheap compared to what's around. Go, go, go, you won't regret it. ❤️

Update - Easter Menu - April 9, 2023: This time we enjoyed a multi-course meal. Once again, I'd like to give it full marks. You can see the individual dishes and side dishes, as well as the corresponding menu, in the attached pictures. The entire team was once again able to serve the large number of guests promptly. Price: €45 per person including water, wine, and coffee. This isn't our first time here. The dishes aren't just beautifully presented—they taste as good as they look. It's worth mentioning that this is a family-run business, and the quality is consistently high! …And it's also a bar, a restaurant with a beer garden, and a distillery. …meaning they offer their own homemade grappa in various flavors, also available by the bottle to take away 😉 Plus, the restaurant is located in a beautiful area (e.g., the pyramids). So go check it out – it's worth it! …

We went there this summer, after a tour of the Segonzano pyramids and the Cascata del Lupo waterfalls. It was 2 pm, my wife and daughter were there, and we didn't want to stop at the kiosk. We wanted something traditional and home-cooked. From the reviews on Google Maps, I noticed this typical inn, and despite the late hour—maybe it was almost 2:30—they welcomed us and served us divine, traditional food... including the homemade dessert, as well as the pasta, of course. Fantastic! There were other people there, a lovely family-style table. We waited just long enough despite the hour, and we were very happy and refreshed after having eaten a hearty meal and something typical of the area. Prices were average, but it's worth it if you're in the area.

Ottima trattoria a pochi passi dalle piramidi di Segonzano. Anche menù fisso.
A family-run trattoria bar in a retro setting, typical of the 1960s and 1970s, with homely service. The dishes are truly delicious and well-prepared, without too many frills or elaborate plating, but rather homely in style. The portions are just right. The owners are friendly, and the cook, their mother, is a typical local woman: friendly, lively, and a master in the kitchen. Regarding the price, it's good value: an Easter menu with an appetizer, two first courses, three second courses, and dessert with coffee and grappa is €35 per person, excluding a bottle of wine. Recommended if you're looking for a homely welcome typical of the area without sacrificing taste.
Inside it looks nicer than outside. The food was ordinary but good and servings were huge. Coffee and wine were great. The staff was nice but can speak only Italian and some of them German as well. We were offered tasting of grappa and were introduced into its sorts. It was great and we bought a few bottles. For two complete menus (2 salads, 2 pasta, 2 main dishes, 2 cups of coffee, a water and half liter of wine) we paid 34 euros - great! We will return there.
This little trattoria had been recommended to me for something traditional, but the lunch menu was pasta with spicy sauce and then roast or braciola. We ate well, and the owners were friendly, but unfortunately, nothing special!
This much-vaunted trattoria was a complete disappointment. I had to open the prosecco myself. The shank was only a quarter (not even half). When I asked, "Excuse me, will you bring me the rest?" He replied, "Sorry, I forgot to mention that we bring it like this because it cooks better." I brought him the rest, to which I said no. They go there because everything is cheap, that's why they go there. The food was dry and reheated. Only the sauerkraut was good. We had the shank and roast (terrible, reheated and overheated, hospital food stuff). I'm a local reviewer, I'm not stupid. People need to learn to work, and if they're tired, let them make room for young people. Never again.
