Complimenti! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi.
This is a popular restaurant so you need to reserve a table. Service was very good and the food some of the best we have had in Cinque Terre. The fillet of sea bream was perfectly cooked, juicy with a flavoursome sauce that did not detract from the delicate flavour of the fish. Also, the best carbonara imaginable! Tables are a little near each other and the atmosphere a noisy but it was the sound of a happy restaurant.
My wife and I had a delightful meal here. Lovely pasta dishes, great drinks and an awesome chocolate parfait to finish. Really laid back atmosphere and music. Service was professional and friendly, especially when compared to a lot of other places in town (we've found the general vibe to be quite moody). Don't be put off by it's tourist trap location, it's a lovely restaurant.
Delicious food and great staff. We sat on the patio and a table closer to the water opened up and they offered us the "better" table on the patio. Muscoli and Spaghetti frutti di mare were fantastic! Can't forget the unbelievable view. This restaurant was a great experience for my wife and I.
A true gem! One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, while the service was quintessentially Italian-full of passion yet warm and welcoming. We were lucky to have the best table in town, making the evening even more special. A must-visit when in Cinque Terre!
A lot of reviews saying this place is expensive but it's actually quite reasonably priced given the location! The food was really good and the service was spot on. The seafood is fresh and the ceviche was some of the best I've had. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this restaurant!
We actually had a lovely time despite all of the bad comments this place has. Obviously you are paying for the location, that I must say is top tier, as well as for the label of a “nice restaurant”. My boyfriend had the seafood pasta and I had the plate of fried seafood (squid, prawns) and potatoes. We both liked our dishes and the portions were filling but probably would not pay more for them. All in all if you want to have a fancy dinner in Riomaggiore you should go and maybe knowing a few words in Italian would not hurt to come here.
Absolutely gorgeous view! Fantastic food. Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s in a very exclusive location. They served us amazing food, very friendly efficient staff, we were a group of 4 (American & Canadian tourists) and they treated us very well. The anchovy appetizer was wonderful, the fresh fish with potatoes was delectable. The fish was delicate and tender and melted in your mouth like butter. Simply prepared pasta with anchovies and tomato was a favorite of our group. We loved it!
Had dinner here two nights ago - excellent food. Sat outside and when it got cold - we were offered blankets, which was a very nice touch! We had the prawns and pesto pasta to start between the four of us and then each had a main meal. My husband had the sea bass and I had the fried seafood mix. The seafood was fresh and decent sized portions were served. Dessert was excellent as well.
One of our top 1-2 best meals in our Italia travels. Definitely the best seafood. All fish / seafood from this lunch was extremely fresh & cooked simply but with full flavour. A bit pricey but completely worth it. A man at a different table / party was inquisitive about our meal - we told him all the items we would recommend. Later we found out he was the owner! Great way to find out how your customers really assess their experience.

Great views and ambience with pretty good food (Michelin acknowledged). We booked a table here a few weeks in advance (it is usually fully booked for dinner). The menu is quite small but well formed. You might struggle for choice if you are vegetarian/vegan. We had the Trofie pasta with a delicious Pomodoro sauce (though pesto is the region's specialty) and the fish with mixed vegetables (type of fish wasn't specified). The fish was not good unfortunately. For dessert we got the Tiramisu (nothing spectacular, but nice) and the green apple sorbet (very delicious and refreshing!) The staff seemed quite rushed during our particular seating, but were overall pleasant. This place would probably be rated better if the food was a bit better honestly. Still a great location to eat dinner and watch the sunset.
The restaurant has a lovely view over the port, great for lunch. We walked in without a reservation. The food was good. Service was okey. The steak was perfectly cooked. We had delicious lunch but then services started to be slow. We ordered desserts and waited for about 30 minutes. The waiter actually forgot our orders and had no apologize, we had to cancel desserts and asked for coffee instead because there was no time to waste on our one day trip. A bottle of water was charged for 3€ (unlike in France where you can ask for free). The price was reasonable for the restaurant with Michelin guide.
Lovely setting...we ordered a bottle of vino and two courses each...we got one glass each and no bottle...he must have got it wrong so asked for again for a bottle...not interested...went had a cigar…

We had dinner here while visiting Riomaggiore. We were lucky to get a table as soon as they open for dinner, and we didn't have reservations. This is a Michelin star restaurant, but the service was a bit disappointing. The server was nice, but we spent 2hrs here.... Longer than anyone else that started their dinner the same time with us. Everything for us took longer to come, the food, plates, dessert, check, etc. In the end we had to rush to leave just so we don't miss our train out. As for the food, we quite enjoyed the bread with balsamic and Olive oil. We ordered anchovies to start and we enjoyed it. The fish ravioli was not bad, but fish inside a ravioli was interesting for me. I was surprised to find a plate of fried food when I got my fresh sea of the day order. I did not realize the entire dish is fried, I thought it was only fried vegetables! Anyhow it was ok. We finished the meal with tiramisu, which took way to long to arrive. We had to ask for it again, and for charged twice for 1 dessert. In the end, I think this place is ok, we probably just didn't order the right dishes, and the service could have been better. And cover fee was too expensive.

7€ per latte macchiato, no comment.
We had a very beautiful view of the harbor, but unfortunately the service overshadowed the experience. The young woman who served us was polite enough but seemed moody and overall unhappy in her job – and that really showed. The food itself was fine. The highlight was definitely the seafood fritto, served with a Salsa Agrodolce (brown sugar and vinegar sauce). The combination was surprisingly very good, but at €25 for such a small portion, it felt far too expensive. What we found unacceptable, however, was the mandatory tip of €4.50 per person. This was not stated anywhere in advance, and compared to other restaurants in the area, which usually charge €1–2, it felt simply excessive – especially considering the quality of service. Overall, a mixed impression: beautiful location, decent food, but the service and pricing did not match the setting.
The restaurant is overrated for what it delivers. Truly you are paying for the view and it’s a lovely location. We didn’t book so of course expected an inside table which was fine, otherwise a 40 minute wait for an outside table. The scampi and grilled prawn was not grilled all that well, only a few prawns on a large bed of lettuce. Not great at all for the price. The basil pesto pasta was overpowering in basil pesto and we told the waitress, who unfortunately didn’t understand what we were saying. That’s fine. We have eaten at far better places for far less. We would not recommend.
Terrible customer service. They made us wait for a table for 20 minutes after they said it would just be 3 minutes. We sat down and no one came for 15 min. We tried to leave and they charged us a tab…

The waitress attitude is way too high. They are too good to serve just desert and drink, even though it was half full and no wait list. And the way they communicate it angrily deserves negative stars. Reading other reviews about mandatory €4.5 tip per person, happy that we walked away.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing, and it had nothing to do with the food. The food itself was fine — not extraordinary, but decent enough to enjoy for a casual dinner. Unfortunately, the staff completely ruined the experience. There were three women working, all of whom were shockingly rude and unprofessional from start to finish. They barely spoke, only answering with one-word responses, as if serving us was a burden. The entire time it felt like they didn’t want to be there and made sure the guests felt it too. We arrived at 19:40 and were immediately told the table was reserved for 21:00. That’s fine — we agreed. We ordered appetizers, which arrived, but our main courses were forgotten. We waited more than 25 minutes, and they only came out a few minutes before 21:00. By that point, we could clearly feel the staff staring at us in a hostile way, as if we were in their way rather than paying customers. The most shocking part happened at 21:03. Without us even asking for the bill, one waitress threw it on our table as she walked past and said, “Your bill, cause I need the table” — and then walked away. Not a hint of politeness, no apology for the wait, nothing. Just pure cynicism and rudeness. Even if the food had been incredible, I would never come back here. Dining out is not just about what’s on the plate — it’s about the overall experience. And in this case, the staff’s attitude was so unpleasant that it overshadowed everything else. There are plenty of restaurants where you can eat well and actually feel welcome — this is not one of them.
