This restaurant is located between apartment complexes. It's a good choice in Molfetta, where finding a restaurant can be difficult. It's clean and of reasonable size. The staff is friendly. The shrimp sandwich and fried mussels are fresh, crispy, and delicious. I don't recommend the Panzerottino Salmon. The fried bread becomes soggy when mixed with the seafood, so I recommend the regular sandwich.

Finding a place to eat in Molfetta is certainly not an impossible task. You can rely on hearsay, a direct recommendation, or search online. We have plenty of sources, but we decided to go with the third option and were drawn to "Ciambotto." We've described it as a Risto-Gastro-Pub to live up to its name. Run by young, promising culinary talents, the restaurant focuses primarily on seafood, offering a wide selection of appetizers, seafood, fried dishes, tartare, and sandwiches. Always curious, we were intrigued by the weekend menu, which varies according to the season. From each section, you can choose one of the chef's signature dishes. Since there are no restrictions on the number of dishes you can order, and you can even select them for each person, the idea was to order different dishes to share. We started with appetizers: tuna tartare Barese-style, dry-cured with spices and atop arugula, sprinkled with shaved parmesan, and eggplant parmigiana tart with minced octopus and tomato ragù. For starters, troccoli with a delicate mussel cream garnished with crispy onions, and cannelloni filled with octopus ragù and pecorino fondue. For the main course, gratinated prawns with a crumble of quality taralli arranged on a bed of stewed turnips and accompanied by sun-dried tomato pâté and mixed fried fish. To accompany the meal, glasses of "Cerasuolo" wine. To round things off, sorbet, fruit, and a small glass of limoncello. The service was kind and attentive. At this point, I think we can only add: bravo!

A young and vibrant place where we ate delicious sandwiches. The octopus one was a spectacle in terms of quantity, quality, and preparation. Special mention goes to the fried mussels that accompany the sandwiches instead of plain old fries. Fried mussels are addictive! Well done!

A sublime experience, an explosion of flavors and incredibly low prices. We stopped here on our way back from vacation and were greeted with a warm welcome. The dishes are truly exquisite, generous, and thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and flavor combinations. I especially recommend the fried baby octopus (called scrocchiazeppi in homage to Futurama, complete with a themed bag) and the octopus sandwich or roast, which are truly exceptional. A well-deserved 5 stars. Special mention should also be made of the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

A simple and authentic place, yet very charming. The interior is truly well-maintained. Here, everything is cooked in a more imaginative way, revisiting some ingredients. Everything we ate was delicious (the octopus sandwich was delicious, as were the tuna and salmon sandwiches, and even the fries), fresh and made daily. The quality was evident, and the prices were very reasonable. I would gladly return!

Incredibly considerate workers with a patient mindset for awkward tourists who don't even know what they want or how to properly say it. Other guests..a lot of staring that did make the environment uncomfortable, but nothing that wouldn be the restaurant's fault. The range of meals was wide and the ones that we tried were delicious. To everyone who's reading this: Have a great day and do consider sacrificing your time to come here!

Se amate i piatti di mare a Ciambotto dovete andare! A parte gli scherzi, a Ciambotto abbiamo mangiato un panino FAVOLOSO con tartare di salmone, gamberetti fritti al panko, philadelfia S/L, insalat…

Fast-food di pesce! Panino con polpo top! Il locale è carino e molto intimo, la cosa strana è il pagamento in anticipo ma in realtà è la stessa idea alla base delle varie catene di fast-food. Abbiamo preso due panini, in panini formato rosetta, con polpo (polpo, puré di patate, cipolle rosse caramellate) davvero delizioso. Un panino con seppie (seppia, pure di batate, bacon e una salsa abbastanza acetata) anche questo molto buono dal sapore più estivo rispetto a quello con polpo. Tutti e tre i panini erano accompagnati da cozze fritte che non avevo mai assaggiato prima molto buone e particolari nel gusto. Con tre bottigliette di acqua per un totale di 34€. Locale sicuramente consigliato se si vuol assaggiare qualcosa di diverso.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. The location is very elegant, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We ordered stuffed lunches and spaghetti with tuna tartare. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, but the only thing to note is the above-average price for the size of the entrees.

Nice, clean, and welcoming place. I had an octopus sandwich with caramelized onion, mashed potatoes, and pancetta, if I remember correctly. It was too sweet overall for my taste, but the ingredients were undoubtedly top-quality. The staff was kind and friendly.
