Posto molto carino, si mangia un'ottima pizza (sottile), con la possibilità di scegliere il tipo di impasto. Quello che mi ha colpito è la qualità degli ingredienti; in un mercato fatto al risparmio ho invece trovato un prosciutto crudo di eccellenza, veramente gusto così come la salsa di pomodoro, pressoché perfetta. Pizza molto buona e menù molto ricco e assortito. I tempi di attesa non sono lunghi. Il fine settimana è necessaria la prenotazione perché è sempre molto affollato. I dolci sono in parte confezionati ed in parte di produzione propria (molto buoni). Per quanto riguarda la cucina non posso esprimermi, perché ho sempre mangiato la pizza.
Andiamo spesso e volentieri essendo del posto. Pizza veramente squisita,prodotti freschi e personale gentile. Molto bello i tavoli all’aperto che hanno messo fuori per la stagione estiva. Spero che continuate sempre così perché siete dei pochissimi posti dove si può veramente mangiare bene a Sarzana. 😊
Oramai sono parecchi anni che ogni volta che scendo a Sarzana faccio tappa fissa in questo locale . La pizza , e non solo , è spettacolare . In particolare usano impasti a base di soia ma anche aloe che sono leggerissimi e molto digeribili . Hanno moltissima scelta e spesso fanno versioni particolari dedicate a particolari prodotti , alcuni stagionali come i porcini freschi o le cipolle caramellate . Ottima anche la farinata ed i dolci molti dei quali caserecci . Un vero must assolutamente da provare .

Siamo tornati dopo tanto tempo a mangiare la pizza in questo locale, dobbiamo e vogliamo rimarcare la qualità dell'impasto e degli ingredienti delle loro pizze. Leggere e digeribili ma sempre di qualità.
Pizzeria che propone una vasta scelta di pizze e focacce, con la possibilità di scegliere, oltre all'impasto tradizionale, impasti speciali con curcuma, canapa, quinoa e semi di chia/lino. Sia le pizze che le focacce sono davvero ottime: leggere, croccanti e ben farcite. Abbiamo atteso un pochino perché ci prendessero le ordinazioni, ma poi le pizze sono arrivate abbastanza presto. La signora che ci ha serviti è stata gentile e il conto presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pizza FAVOLOSA! Non ci capitavo da tempo ma prometto di tornare più spesso. Ho provato un pizza speciale: salmone, cipolle caramellate e aceto balsamico. Una goduria.

Locale storico in centro a Sarzana dove si mangia un'ottima focaccia con impasto speciale (con curcuma e semi) servita da personale gentile e competente a prezzo ragionevole. Consiglio soltanto di personalizzare un pochino di più l'ambiente sfruttando le potenzialità del luogo.
Il locale è situato in pieno centro storico a Sarzana. La pizza è molto buona e gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità. Assolutamente consigliato. Meglio prenotare.

Seafood Paccheri the best dish I had never in my last many years
We ate there 3 times while staying in Sarzana, and it was wonderful every time. Try the sliced beef you cook on a hot stone at your table! The house red wine was very good too.

La pizzeria è situalta in posizione ottima, sulla centralissima via Mazzini nei pressi di porta romana. Tutto il personale presente è cortese e molto disponibile. Le pizze sono molto buone fatte con ingredienti di qualità. Purtroppo non hanno disponibilità di pizze gluten free ma in alternativa offrono gustose insalatone. Oltre alla saletta interna, un po' troppp buia, hanno una salettina all'esterno. Il rapporro qualità/ prezzo è buono. Inoltre tutti i martedì i bambini possono cenare gratis. Consigliato
Prima volta che ci vado sotto consiglio di gente di Sarzana, che ne ha sempre parlato bene. Tutto sommato, infatti, mi sono trovato bene, la pizza era buona (alla romana, quindi sottile con crostone basso) e la scelta è imbarazzantemente ampia (quasi troppo). I prezzi anche sotto la media e il servizio rapido ed efficiente, con le cameriere anche pronte al consiglio di piatti e pizze.
Il posto è bellissimo, ma i prezzi per qualunque tipo di cibo sono andati alle stelle. Tutto inavvicinabile, anche le bottigliette d'acqua toccano l'euro e mezzo. Si possono attaccare al tram. Spesa al supermercato, cena in camera!

Locale semplice, servizio cortese e rapido. Vasta scelta di pizze con combinazioni anche insolite, sebbene l'impasto risulti a mio gusto biscottato ( buono ma va a gusti). Abbiamo provato anche la focaccia ma credo che non si possa definire tale perché è molto diversa rispetto a tutte le altre provate in zona. Buona si ma croccante e farinosa. Conto onesto.

Il locale è tradizionale, piccolo. Meglio in estate quando ci sono i tavoli all'aperto. La pizza è buona, da rifare il menu per renderlo più ordinato e con caratteri più grandi.
Sono stato in questa pizzeria a cena, molti me ne avevano parlato bene così ho deciso di provare. La pizza non è stata affatto di mio gradimento, poco condita, secca e, una volta raffreddata, risultava difficile da tagliare. Il sapore era inesistente, mentre quella di mia moglie, che aveva il pesto, era abbastanza salata, come il conto, penso di aver pagato fin troppo per quello che mi è stato offerto. Servizio nella norma, locale che avrebbe bisogno di essere un pò rivisto.

Devo dire una delle peggiori pizze della mia vita. Impasto tipo sottilette, non lievitato ,molliccio e bagnato. La pizza grande servita sul tagliere sapeva di legno. Mi chiedo come possano tenere aperto.
Era un sabato sera e abbiamo telefonato per ordinare 4 pizze d’asporto , hanno accettato l’ordine e le pizze dovrebbe essere state pronte per ritirare subito. Dopo arrivati nel locale, e facendo presente dell'ordine per il ritiro la dipendente (Sig.ra bionda) riferiva che erano arrivate altre persone e non poteva esaudire l'ordine da poco prima richiesto, la stessa oltre a non scusarsi non proponeva nemmeno un'alternativa. Si fa presente che siamo sempre stati clienti, e ciò ci rammarica per detto comportamento vergognoso. zero stelle.
esperienza pessima. scegliamo di mangiare una pizza in famiglia al sabato sera. ci accoglie la cameriera che ci avverte subito che sono terminati i gamberetti (sabato sera ore 19:30) scelgo l'impasto alternativo alla curcuma e semi vari ma purtroppo è finita anche la curcuma quindi niente impasto alternativo solo farina 00. mia moglie chiede la pizza con i calamari dato che siamo in un posto di mare, ma viene negata anche questa richiesta (hanno pesce spada e gamberetti, per modo di dire dato che appena prima ci avevano comunicato che erano terminati) chiedo una pizza speciale all'uva e noci ma incredibilmente non avevano la crema di noci (secondo la cameriera era una pizza che da tempo non richiedevano più, che era rimasta scritta nel menù) Oltretutto ci avevano messo in un tavolo che era prenotato quindi avremmo avuto un tempo limitato (ho dovuto chiedere espressamente se ci fosse un tavolo libero perché con i bambini non volevo fare le cose di fretta) solo così ci hanno spostato in un tavolo appena più in là completamente libero e non apparecchiato (mi chiedo perché non l'hanno fatto subito) giudicate voi!

Arrived with a Google reservation. Was treated badly like someone who didn’t have a reservation. Expected a reasonable table outside - was put in the back, dark on a table that they made there and then. Said - don’t bother and then they found a table outside. It was too late … they were rude. We went next door. Which was wonderful Osteria Dei Sani - amazing fresh local food.
Me and my girlfriend usually come here with her parents every year and its usually a great time, but tonight was just terrible. We booked a table for 21:30 the Young man who seated us was very nice to us and happy he is the one that usually takes our orders when we chose to eat here. The girl who took our order on the otherhand was very stressed and told us we had 2 minutes to decide on what to eat because they were closing the kitchen very soon (We had been seated for 5-10 minutes and just started drinking our wine and soft drinks) We thought this was very strange and everyone had to stress and order quickly. We Continued to order the food and asked to get enough panigacci for 6 people (as We always do when We order apetizers We Ask if they can bring enough for the table and it has never been a problem before when We We are 4 people they bring 2 trays of meat+cheese and 2 baskets of panigacci) when they start bringing out the apetizers We get 6 big trays of meat and cheese and 3 baskets of panicacci and then 2 big baskets of other sorts of bread when they brought the 6 big trays of meat We told them that there mustve been a misscommunication there is no way We can eat that much per person and We asked if We could return the food that was untouched and not ordered. They basically Said no you ordered this so you have to take it. Somehow there was no flexibillity to do anything about this issue and we had to pay for the food that we didnt order and did not want in doggybags to our appartament. All of the people who ate there including me and my girlfriend work in the food & service industry and found this behaviour very unfortunate since the food was alright and the atmosphere is good. Money was not the issue but the unwillingness of trying to solve this problem of getting too much food brought to our table was annoying enough for me to not want to come back.
This was the worst culinaire experience in Italy I have had so far. It started fine with a decent aperol spritz. But when the antipasta arrived everything went South. We ordered one bruchetta of the chef tot share between the four of us, which was a mix of different bruchetta. What we got was 4 basic bruchetta with ansjovis. Then as the main dishes we ordered two trofiette al gamberoni, a type of pasta with pesto, scampi's, etc. and then two types of filleto di manzo, one with a green pepper sauce and one with a red wine sauce of a nice local Italian red wine. Instead we got two pasta pesto with one scampi each, a filleto di manzo with raw vegetables and the other one with a curdled red wine sauce. Basicly nothing was as it should have been and to top things of it was quite expensive as well. Not recommended at all.
Don't have the fried fish, full of bones. Had to spit it out. Also asked for a ashtray and the waiter brought a commercial large ash tray you get outside restaurants that was up to my waist. He brought it to the table. Won't be back thanks
