I always eat at the castle, it's a real guarantee for both lunch and dinner. The menu is amazing, the meat is delicious, and the pizzas are excellent, and the desserts are superb. I recommend it to everyone, and it's easy to get to, even from Milan.

My son and I stayed at this B&B for two nights during the Monza F1 Grand Prix. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was welcoming, the room clean and comfortable with air conditioning, and there was free parking. The price was good, not sky-high like other accommodations near the racetrack these days. We didn't eat at the restaurant because we were always away for non-GP events. Another plus is that it's just over half an hour from Monza, making it easy to reach the various points of interest. I will definitely return next year for the next Grand Prix.

On October 10, 2021, my wife and I celebrated our daughter's baptism and chose Al Castello restaurant for aperitifs and dinner. I must say, we were absolutely blown away; everything was truly perfect. The food was delicious (the mushroom rice was delicious), the owner had followed our requests to the letter and had beautifully prepared the refined and elegant venue. Even the homemade desserts were delicious and aesthetically spectacular, as was the buffet presentation. All the guests were happy and satisfied. The waiters were also always on point and very professional. Thanks again to the Castello staff who made our little girl's day as special as we dreamed. The cost was also reasonable. Ho visitato questo posto come ospite in una cerimonia nuziale quindi ho usufruito solamente del ristorante, nella sala dedicata ai banchetti nuziali. Il posto è molto semplice ma ordinato e pulito. Abbiamo avuto un pranzo. Le porzioni erano abbandonanti ed il cibo cucinato in buona maniera. Nessuna particolarità speciale ma quello che è stato cucinato è stato fatto bene. Servizio nella norma, personale gentile. La sensazione è che da cliente e non da ospite il posto sia un tipico ristorante, non impegnativo, dove si possa andare a farsi una bella mangiata con amici e/o famigliari.

Il locale è accogliente e piacevole, bene arredato, illuminato e climatizzato. Il menù è vario e ha saputo trovare una valida opzione in una sera in cui ero particolarmente indecisa (più del solito). Abbiamo fatto un tavolo misto tra pizze e altri piatti del menù e il servizio è stato rapido e soprattutto le ordinazioni, per quanto diverse e con tempi di preparazione e cottura altrettanto diversificati, sono state ben coordinate dalla cucina in modo da arrivare tutte assieme così da poter mangiare tutti in compagnia. A restaurant, pizzeria, and bed and breakfast with a rustic atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by. I had a bit of trouble locating it because the entrance feels like a courtyard. A large park where kids and teens can run around. The thin-crust pizza is truly delicious. A wide selection of wines and draft beer are also very popular.

The place is very beautiful, with a lovely garden and is definitely suitable for events. The service was superb, despite the late hour. We arrived at 2:30 PM and were seated outside upon our request, although our dogs were also welcome inside. As for the food, we were satisfied; it was all good, high-quality, and fresh, but still within the norm, except for the price, which I thought was a bit excessive. There were two of us, and we ordered a portion of culatello with fried gnocco, a portion of casoncelli with pancetta, a portion of fried calamari with grilled vegetables, a half-liter of wine, water, and two coffees for €75. They brought our plates and we served ourselves. I thought it was a bit expensive.

Sunday lunch, two really good first courses with adequate portions. The mixed fried food was also good, not greasy, and a great portion to share. The desserts deserve special mention; unique and prepared with passion and care. The staff was helpful. The price was absolutely reasonable. I would recommend improving the location and adding outdoor tables given the location and potential. We'll definitely be back.

Alti e bassi. Camere potrebbero essere tenute meglio,e grave è la insonorizzazione che nella notte ha compromesso il sonno facendoci sentire i vicini e figli che facevano rumore verso le 2 di notte. Ristorante ok e cortesia a volontà. Bel posto che però purtroppo non è valorizzato. Non ci sono giochi per i bambini,peccato.Comunque buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

The wait was too long, even though there were only a few tables occupied. We ordered four pizzas; after 20 minutes, two arrived, after 10, one arrived, and after 5, the last one. You have to be able to carry four pizzas at once. I understand if there had been ten or more of us. Also, we were sitting on the porch, and it was cold when the front door opened.

The rooms are recently furnished, fairly clean, with plasterboard walls, so no soundproofing. The heating is turned on full blast, impossible to turn off, much less open the windows because one faces the busy street and the other a shared balcony. The welcome was zero, and there was no indication of how to use the air conditioning, even if it were possible to turn it on. Out of politeness, I didn't call reception at midnight... I wonder if anyone would have answered, considering they didn't even answer the number on the sign upon arrival. If you're staying on a Sunday, remember that breakfast isn't served before 8:00 a.m.—no discount, ever. But upon request, we were given a sandwich. You can dine in the adjacent pizzeria, which doesn't have an adequate exhaust system (bring a change of clothes), and everything is run with a bad attitude and sloppiness. I don't recommend it. P.S. Avoid fish...

Pizzata di fine anno. Arrivati alle 20, abbiamo cenato alle 22.30, per dei semplici menù pizza, bibita e caffè. Sicuramente eravamo molti ma se accetti una prenotazione da oltre 50 persone per la pizza dovresti poi essere in grado di gestirla. Ci sono stati dei bambini piccoli che hanno avuto la pizza Margherita alle 23!!! Sarebbe stato sufficiente portare qualche stuzzichino per compensare!!! Alcune cameriere non sapevano proprio come muoversi, sbagliavano il nome delle pizze e creavano confusione. Birra piccola alla spina servita in un bicchiere dell'acqua!! Esperienza davvero da dimenticare... peccato perché la location è carina e merita ma un servizio del genere fa solo perdere tanti tanti clienti... siamo usciti tutti arrabbiati e delusi!!!!

In una parola: pretenzioso. Arriviamo per un pranzo domenicale, e nonostante il via-vai di camerieri e addetti vari nessuno si degna di accoglierci e di mostrarci il tavolo. Abbiamo dovuto fermare noi una cameriera e chiedere se ci portava al tavolo da noi prenotato. Il menu alla carta prevede un po' di antipasti, poi quattro primi e quattro secondi. Fine. Optiamo per due piatti di culatello con lo gnocco fritto da dividere, due risotti radicchio e gorgonzola, un fritto misto e una tagliata di manzo con patate sabbiose. Da bere, dopo esserci fatti portare la lista dei vini, optiamo per un "Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Cantine Aldeno 2017" e una bottiglia d'acqua frizzante (che si rivelerà microfilrata). Arriva il pane, in un sacchettino di carta che sarà stato riciclato un centinaio di volte (in tempi di Covid è veramente igienico), ma che soprattutto è di GOMMA. D'accordo, è domenica, ma come riescono gli altri locali ad avere del pane mangiabile di domenica, dovrebbe averlo anche questo ristorante. Arriva anche il vino, che non è quanto preventivato: "Teroldego Cantine Aldeno 2021", non DOC, non del 2017 e soprattutto non Rotaliano, visto che Aldeno non è un comune che fa parte della piana Rotaliana, e infatti l'etichetta non riporta il termine "Rotaliano" da nessuna parte. E questo è grave, perché c'è un divario di "pregiatezza" tra i due vini. Non basta avere la carta dei vini, bisogna anche redigerla con precisione e accuratezza. Culatello con gnocco fritto: 5 fette di culatello e 4 pezzi di gnocco fritto. Buonino, ma per 16€ potevano mettere anche una fetta in più. Risotto: la nota positiva è che era abbondante, ma allo stesso tempo è anche una nota negativa dal momento che era stracotto. Al cuoco è decisamente mancato il tempismo, dato che il riso si sfaldava. Andava tirato via dal fuoco almeno 3 minuti prima, se non 5. Fritto misto: nella media, non aveva l'aspetto di pedce fresco, ma sulla carta non era indicato che fosse surgelato, quindi rimaniamo col dubbio. Tagliata: anche questa nella media, arrivata senza il contorno promesso, che abbiamo dovuto chiedere esplicitamente. Arriva il momento del dolce, e ci viene portata la lista dei dessert. Peccato che mancassero i prezzi. Ci vuole tanto a scriverli? Non è nemmeno legale ometterli. Solo un commensale sceglie di prendere il dolce: una crema catalana che di catalano aveva poco. Ah, si scoprirà poi che costava 6 Euro. Ci avviciniamo alla cassa e si ripete la scena dell'arrivo: stiamo ad aspettare 5 minuti buoni prima che qualcuno si degni di arrivare a farci il conto, che sarà di 133€. Considerato che abbiamo preso due antipasti, due primi e due secondi (e un dolce) è come se avessero fatto un pranzo completo 2 persone. Per un pranzo completo, quindi, si spendono più di 60 euro a persona, una cifra decisamente esagerata quando rapportata al locale e alla qualità delle pietanze.

Serata karaoke bella.. Ma mangiato una pizza pessima per i miei gusti sottilissima trasparente.. Servizio pessimo.. Ragazzina di 12 anni che porta antipastino d'entrata.. Non sapeva,cosa fosse.. Preso un amaro vado in bagno.. Mi hanno portato via il bicchiere ancora da dinire... E lho pagato.. Almeno quando ho pagato e spiegato la cosa ofrimene 1.. Ma ché bane non torneremo piu.. Mi dispiace

Sunday group lunch for an event and reunion. The place was nice, as was the huge and comfortable dining room, but that's about it. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so it was comfortable on that side. The menu was agreed upon for Sunday lunch, which was a convenience for the kitchen. Despite this, the first course was served before the appetizer, a first for me. The reason was asked, and a problem was reported... Returning to the first course, rice and paccheri with ragù had been agreed upon... this dish was served cold! The second course, roast with potatoes, was practically charred, or at least the meat was tough. Dessert and coffee were served correctly. Avoid.

I sat down at my table at 8:00 PM and ordered at 8:30 PM. My pizza was served at 9:45 PM. I asked for a discount on a total of €834 because 12 people at my table had the same treatment as me, and I was told it wasn't possible. I told them everything.

Sunday dinner for two. We arrived and immediately noticed a dirty, crusty fork. We were shocked because it seemed like they opened yesterday with no restaurant experience. We ordered a pizza and a first course. Obviously, they weren't served together, but 10 minutes apart. Each of us basically ate alone!!! Hard bread in a bag that looked like it had been recycled. The table service was improvised. We had to constantly ask for toppings. It's a shame because the location has potential, but it needs to be improved. What was even more shocking was when we went to pay. The waiters, not even in uniform, were using their hands to top the pizzas when they were taking reservations moments before. It was all very improvised and lacking in hygiene. Zero professionalism! The fish first course wasn't bad, but it was a shame we ate it after the other person had already finished their pizza!
