Visitato circa due settimane fa per una cena di coppia. Scoperto tramite Guida Michelin: tutte le premesse descritte sono state mantenute a pieno. Locale poco lontano dal Centro Storico, costituito da diversi ambienti accoglienti e ben curati che limitano il caos ed i rumore del grande salone. Cucina tipica Veronese e Veneta, tradizionale ed ottimamente presentata unita ad una selezione di vini veramente ampia. Abbiamo amato il Risotto all'Amarone. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale: ci hanno guidato nella scelta dei piatti e delle bevande. Consigliata la prenotazione, specialmente nel fine settimana. In due, tra primo, secondo e calice di vino abbiamo speso 40€ a testa. Lo stiamo consigliando a tutti i nostri amici che andranno a Verona.

Nel cuore di Verona Al Bersagliere ottimo posto dove mangiare. Il posto giusto dove gustare il cibo tipico veronese. Da assaggiare Tagliolini in brodo con fegatini e il Baccalà del Bersagliere. Personale gentile e simpatico. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

Se si potessero dare 6 stelle sarebbe il voto di questa recensione: ambiente familiare con cucina di livello. Servizio impeccabile, accompagnato da un'attenzione degna di nota. Abbiamo cenato con la famiglia mangiato benissimo. Il ristoratore, o come lui si definisce Oste, persona che ama il suo lavoro e accoglie gli ospiti con eleganza e cordialità. Consigliatissimo

A pranzo in due. Ambiente familiare e prettamente veronese (non c'era alcun turista). Ordiniamo un tagliere misto come antipasto e poi due risotti all'amarone e come dessert il dolce tipico veronese (il Diplomatico). Il tagliere era adeguato per due persone e gustoso. Il risotto all'amarone direi soddisfacente e il dolce finale ci ha lasciati interdetti (non lo avevamo mai mangiato e quindi non sappiamo se ce ne sono di migliori o peggiori). Conto nella media. Lontano dal caos del centro e dal tourbillon turistico.

This was amazing! I only ate a Pasta and drank a wine, but both were amazing! Also the whole Team was really nice the entire time (even though I didn’t order much). Honestly 10/10, would always come back!

This place was lively and busy, so recommend a reservation. Food was delicious with minimal vegetarian options of course. Quick and good service, huge wine list and interior is quite authentic

A family owned restaurant with father and son serving and mother cooking (plus help of course). Great traditional food, excellent wine list, good ambient. Some might say that the service could be more efficient however this makes the place special... they let you be, enjoying your meal and company without waiters rushing you. Super relaxing and enjoyable evening.

This place marked all the high notes! The place itself is full of memorabilia, exclusive antique pieces but the food and the service was exceptional! We started with the bacalao sashimi (yummy!) and then I had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and hubby had the Pluma ibérica (some part of the pork) seems a delicatessen. It did a bit rushed but we came at 130pm and they were closing at 2pm! Very fairly priced, 4 dishes and 3 glasses of wine with water was less then 90euros. Most of the people here are locals

We had a wonderful meal at Trattoria Al Bersagliere. The food was all outstanding. The service was excellent - everyone was friendly and helpful. The ingredients were all fresh and perfectly prepared. Highlights were the sardines, char, and Iberico pork.

Food, service, and atmosphere were spectacular. I really enjoy and always eat mushrooms in a variety of cuisines, and this is the best mushrooms I've tasted. That's how good it is. Waiters were smart, attentive, and with a sense of humor. Throughout, it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

We arrived late in the evening around 9 o'clock in Verona and visited the restaurant literally moments before the kitchen closed. The staff seemed a bit rushed and nervous, most likely because it was the end of their working day. One of the waiters didn't understand much English, but we managed to communicate with the other one. The atmosphere was exceptionally authentic and pleasant, transporting you to the memories, experiences, and friendships of the owner. The food was delicious, and for the first time, I tried two new Italian desserts which I unfortunately don't remember the names of, but I'm attaching pictures. As we were leaving, a third waiter accompanied us, who was extremely kind and gracious. Despite the restaurant being close to closing time, he shared stories about the place, showed us the chair where Joe Cocker sat, told us about all the famous personalities who had visited the restaurant, took us to their wine cellar, and showed us a Formula 1 steering wheel and equipment - the perfect ending to the evening, truly memorable. Thank you, kind person, even though we didn't catch your name.

Friendly service, the chef is supervising the whole operation and if you get lucky he might greet you at your table. We had the risotto all’amarone , a local dish. 100% recommended, you can pair it with a glass of local red wine.

I ate here alone, my Italian is not fantastic but I was welcomed and at made to feel at home by the waiters. Everything I ate was delicious. It is not haute cuisine, it is traditional Veronese food cooked well and served with warmth. I planned on going for a quick plate of pasta but I was there for 2 hours and had 3 courses with a glass of very good Amarone and a coffee. The waiter suggested the bigoli con anatra which was excellent. Very good value for the quality of food and wine. Grazie Mille

Sono stato al Ristorante Bersagliere a Verona e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole, sotto più punti di vista. Parto dal cibo: semplice, autentico e fatto come si deve. La pasta e fagioli merita una menzione speciale — cremosa al punto giusto, saporita ma equilibrata, con quel gusto genuino che sa di cucina di casa fatta bene. Un piatto che scalda e che ti fa capire subito che qui la tradizione è presa sul serio. Anche il resto del menù è curato, con proposte tipiche ben eseguite e porzioni soddisfacenti. Un grande valore aggiunto è il personale: simpatico, disponibile e soprattutto preparato. Non si limitano a prendere l’ordine, ma sanno raccontare i piatti, spiegare gli ingredienti e consigliare con passione e competenza. Si percepisce che c’è attenzione verso il cliente, ma senza essere invadenti — anzi, riescono a creare un clima familiare e rilassato. Il locale è molto caratteristico: pareti ricche di foto, oggetti e richiami al mondo della musica che gli danno un’identità forte e originale. Non è il classico ristorante “anonimo”, ma un posto con personalità, dove ogni dettaglio contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera calda e vivace. Si respira proprio una bella energia. Insomma, il ristorante Bersagliere è un posto dove si mangia bene, si sta bene e si viene accolti con il sorriso. Un’esperienza autentica che vale sicuramente la pena ripetere.

Menu non ampio ma tale da cogliere i gusti di più persone. Piatti ben cucinati e realizzati con prodotti di alta qualità. Una delle ultime volte ho trovato però i bigoli un po' anonimi e con poco sapore. Servizio cordiale e professionale. Locale caratteristico e curato.

Ottimo ristorante. Piatti della tradizione Veronese ben cucinati e serviti in un ambiente caratteristico. Gentilissimo il personale. Prezzi onestissimi per un locale di questo tipo. Fuori dalle solite vie solcate dai turisti ma comunque a pochi minuti a piedi da piazza Bra. Tornerò sicuramente

We were in Verona for a few hours and decided to try the amarone risotto here based on google recommendation. It was not the best risotto of our lives but it was well made. We also ordered smoked burrata as appetizer, it was excellent. The recommended wine by the staff was also good.

The food was very good, we took 2 pastas which was amazing. The place was a bit hot inside despite the ceiling fans. The paraphernalia on the walls don’t make a lot of sense. It does not make you feel like a tourist. I would go again. The wine was also good and nice price, a bit hot. The risotto a bit more watery. The staff polite.

The restaurant got good reviews so we thought we should give it a try. Unfortunately, for those who do not like seafood, there were not very many options. The salad was good and most of the grilled vegetables were as well, however the eggplant was over done and rubbery. The staff was great and the atmosphere was eclectic. Data la raccomandazione Michelin mi aspettavo molto di più. Buone le carni alla brace, scialba la pastissada. Servizio piuttosto lento e poco professionale (due piatti e poi 5 minuti per gli altri tre allo stesso tavolo). Buona scelta di vini locali. Ambiente gradevole.

The dishes were pretty good. Convenient location. Overall good value for the low price, however the server made us uncomfortable. After he left our table he would mutter things to himself in a disdainful tone. We are tourists, but we were very low maintenance and respectful. We left sooner than we would have and found dessert elsewhere.

La qualità del cibo al Ristorante Al Bersagliere è nel complesso buona: molto apprezzato il risotto all’Amarone. Più nella norma, invece, i bigoli e l’antipasto, corretti ma non particolarmente memorabili. Ciò che purtroppo ha inciso negativamente sulla nostra esperienza è stato il comportamento del personale di sala. Dopo aver preso l’ordine o servito al tavolo, alcuni camerieri si allontanavano facendo commenti infastiditi, non è chiaro su cosa, ma comunque percepibili da noi. Un atteggiamento spiacevole che crea disagio e che, soprattutto, dovrebbe essere evitato o quantomeno non manifestato davanti ai clienti. Peccato, perché la cucina ha buone basi, ma l’atmosfera conta altrettanto.

I really don’t know why this restaurant is referred at Michelin site. We had for appetizer a polenta with cheese that was a deception. For main plate a pasta with horse ragu - do not recommend - and a filled pasta with sage and butter sauce - this one was ok. For dessert a tiramisu that was ok. The staff wasn’t receptive and attentive.

This was recommended by two locals as a fantastic place to eat the best local cuisine. In reality, the food was at best average, and at worst inedible: in particular the ‘baccalà’ specialty of the house where the fish was massively overcooked and seemed far from fresh. However, above all, the service was extremely poor. Lacking friendliness, and helpfulness, despite the fact that half of our party speak good Italian. We would never return. A much better idea would be to walk 2mins down the road to the restaurant near the ‘mercato coperto’.
