Found by chance during the Easter Monday market. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming us even though it was very busy and we didn't have a reservation. The menu was delicious and mouthwatering. The atmosphere is delightful, with recycled materials like almost industrial-style iron and wood blending beautifully with the traditional, antique Piedmontese vaults. Teardrop chandeliers and gilded mirrors make the place modern and charming. A+++.

For Ferragosto....there couldn't have been a better choice! By chance...with my family, after passing through the inviting stalls...with the 'antiques market', we stopped at this place...truly 'top'...and despite...for lunch time, there wasn't even a free table, with great kindness...the staff...invited us to wait...and in just a few minutes...we had the pleasure...of consuming and trying the Ferragosto menu...truly of great quality and authenticity. The price was also right...for the high quality of the food and wines. Compliments to all the staff...to return...obviously👍...............................Two years later, I returned...with my son, to 'Baffo'....on August 15th (luckily I had booked😅)....and it fully confirmed what I had already tried previously. Super in everything...quality..with a Voltri focaccia..with butter goat...to say the least...sublime! Then...with burgers...with artisanal bread, delicious...and potatoes on the side...baked...then...with an excellent beer...in short...more...you couldn't ask for! To underline...the kindness of all the staff and the prices...definitely low, for the goodness of everything!

A very cute and unique place in the center of Ovada, exuding both history and elegance. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff are friendly and warm, always surprising you with their recommendations. A wide selection of drinks, from beers to expertly prepared cocktails... They certainly don't skimp on the food, the burgers are truly amazing, and a bite of the "vruscia" brought back memories of Calabria... Delicious! We'll definitely be back, highly recommend! P.S. Amazing value for money 👍🏻

we found this place in marz 2018 and were surpriced by the quality of the products and the very friendly staff. They really take care of you and are very friendly. They serve nice hambyrgers etc. They have a good price-quality balance. And their aperitivo is one of the best we experienced in Italy. Big compliment to the young couple who are managing this nice place. Eversince we started living in Italy we try to do a friday-evening apertitivo at Il Baffo!

In my opinion the best in Ovada of its kind. Actually the only one. The guys are very good and you can see the results, care and love in every detail! Always tasty aperitifs, interesting proposals for lunch and really good cocktails.. I just have to try the Sunday brunch and I can't wait!

I'd say it's a nice place to enjoy good food. No. I tried a lot, but what I ate was delicious. The staff was very kind. The prices were slightly above average. I can't say the price per person because I was the only one eating and the others only had drinks. But the final price still seemed a bit high to me.
