Love the wait list feature on their app! Excellent server brought us our soups and salads promptly but the kitchen couldn’t figure out how not to make greasy breadsticks. Even so, a great dinner.

Large portions and our order came out quickly ... The only downside to our dinner there was the waitress wasn't all that great. She brought us the wrong drink and expected us to take it anyways after not taking my husband's drink order to begin with...other than that the food was yummy and came out quickly.

My daughter and I had gone to Olive Garden in Victoria, TX, for lunch. There was someone in the vestibule welcoming and opening the door for us. We were seated immediately. Our server was very pleasant and prompt. We ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto for an appetizer. We thoroughly enjoy eating this dish each time we eat here. We got the lunch special, all you can eat soup and salad. My soup was the Pasta Fagioli, and my daughter had Chicken and Gnocchi. Our soups were delicious, and we loved the dressing on the salad.

The good is always wonderful. This time, however, I enjoyed myself so more more than I usually do. For the first time, my Aunt and I played a trivia game while we ate. It was so much fun. We also had a marvelous waitress. Her name was April. She was friendly, helpful, checked on us and she was also clean, and professional. We tipped her very well because we thought she deserved it.

Went for dinner last night, we were seated right away, drink order and appetizer order were taken and came out moments later and our dinner order was taken. As we waited for our order to come out "J" our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had full drinks as we waited. As we sat waiting she came to the table a few times letting us know the status if our order, As we waited customers came in and were seated, order taken and order received within 20 min. We sat waiting "J" assured us our order was coming soon and was very apologetic each time because it was taking so long. We waited a total of about 45 min, Our waitress as she brought our order out informed us that she felt really bad about the wait time and had brought it up to her manager and said that he would come speak to us in a moment. He came to the table and was very apologetic about the wait and assured us that he would make it right and if we needed anything at all just to let him know, and he did just that! Our waitress and her manager went above and beyond to make things right and we appreciate that! I don't believe the food makes the establishment, I believe the people busting their butts to make sure your visit was enjoyable as can be do! So hard off to you! We enjoyed our visit very much and "J" (our waitress) keep up the great work! We will definitely be back very soon! Again, Thank you!

We have been hesitant to return to this restaurant due to poor service in the past. Our server tonight however was STELLAR: Thank you so much Richard! You were just the right level of personable but not hover-y. And your attention to detail keeping our table was excellent. And all this during peak hours (Saturday dinner) and one of our table having ordered the endless pasta bowl. To your manager: don't let this man leave! He is a treasure. 😊

My wife and I had a wonderful experience there. Cabe served us while our food was being prepared to go for our visit with a family member in a nursing home. Patty, the manager, made sure we had everything we needed to cater in lunch there. There was a miscommunication on a gluten free pasta order and they sent a server to deliver the replacement meal with extra goodies inside. First time I ever ordered the chicken and shrimp cabinera with angel hair pasta. Covered in cheese of course! I’m sure I spelled it wrong but it was excellent and it had good size shrimp! My daughter ordered the tour of Italy and it was good! Them frittata things were soooo goood! Service was good but busy since we went on a Friday evening.

Food has improved! The chicken gnocchi was on point! Good amount of gnocchi and chicken, not watery. Breadsticks were soft, tasty, seasoned well, and very warm. Juan, bartender, was amazing! They were swamped tonight. We opted for the bar for immediate seating. I looked around and thought--he's in the weeds. But nope! He was on top of everything! Nothing piled up, didn't get behind, others were pitching in. Dylan was helping and checking on everyone! Very friendly and visiting with each table! Olive Garden has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid! The food is always amazing and personally there has never been a mistake in my order. It's great both dining in and taking out. The servers are always friendly.

One week ago I had knee replacement surgery and was ready to get out of the house for lunch. We live almost an hour away, but decided that Olive Garden could satisfy my cravings. We made an excellent choice. Both ambiance and food were excellent, but the star of the day was our server Rita. What a friendly, conscientious and capable young woman! She was attentive without being intrusive. She packed up our leftovers for us and did a great job overall. Hats off to Rita!!

First time going to an Olive Garden branch, I found the food to be quite good but nothing too extraordinary. However I'm giving it 5 stars mostly due to the excellent service of Paige who served us that night and general friendliness of staff.

After an eight year hiatus, some great friends got us a gift card to TOG. We decided to stop in tonight and have dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to find, not only has the food done a 180°, but everything was better. Our server, Collin, was on point. Very attentive to our every need. The store was clean and modern. Thanks TOG for making this store a flagship type location. Victoria needs more restaurants that don't just go through the motions. Job well done crew. Keep up the great work!!!

Took my sons girlfriend to Olive Garden for her bday and we just had a great time. The food was excellent the staff was friendly and on time with everything. We always order dessert first cause by the time we finish our food we don't have room for dessert. We always get the donuts with the chocolate and raspberry sauce mmmm.

We had a great experience at this Olive Garden. The service was excellent with very friendly staff members who greeted us with smiles and attention to detail. The food was also very good! The calamari was cooked exactly as it should be and drained well so as not to be too greasy. We both a choose basic spaghetti dish which did not disappoint with flavorful sauces. The Italian Margaritas, however, were the showstoppers. They were served with a shot of a good amaretto that you added before drinking to give them just the right flavor! Yum!!!

Celebrated my birthday with friends. Awesome food. Only problem was we had called ahead to reserve a table for 8-10 people and the reservation was not noted. They quickly found us a place and our waitress was great. Took my free dessert home since they allowed a friend to bring in cupcakes.

It is Literally a hit or miss when it comes to the service. I go regularly and its not consistent. Food is always good but as far as service goes it all depends on who you get. This last time we were an hr deep at the table and only half my group had drinks and never even asked about appetizers. MK my server was trying her heart out but she was 1 of the 3 servers we had. My group was 24 people. The other 2 servers never helped her until I went to management. Anyways it's a hit or miss but I'm always with a big group of at least 20 people. Time before that servers were fantastic.

We had a party of around 20. They got our drinks out pretty fast, but my uncle had to get one of our waiters to get our appetizers. Our appetizers arrived about 5-10 minutes before our food started rolling out ;all in all we were there about two hours and for how chaotic our party was they handled it well, just wish they would have taken appetizer orders sooner. Great place if you want to have a great time with family and friends. If you don't like salty things, ask for the bread dry, as it's usually covered with salt. A couple cons with this place are that: 1. The desserts are pretty small, so order one for every person at your table. 2. The portions are a bit too big for my liking and might be for yours. Just a heads-up.

There was a short wait but not bad for a Friday night. Nice atmosphere and the food was good. Not wonderful...but good. The waitress seemed either to be new or just didn't care to play the part of being a waitress. Kept rushing us to order and pushed the appetizers enough for us to say "we said no thank you already" and rushed us again when said needed little more time to look at menu. After that? She pretty much became the invisible woman. The experience of going to a restaurant always starts as soon as you get there, well I had to wait to be seated. I had to go to the restroom as soon as I got there, as I was walking to the restroom I noticed there were more than enough tables available, so I didn't understand why the wait. When I came back from the restroom still waited 5 more minutes. Other than that my experience was great,the food was delicious, give it a 9 out of a 10. The waitress did an excellent job serving us. I always seem to have a problem when I dine here. The service varies but my last experience was unpleasant. The girl was very unprofessional and I heard her talk about my table just feet away. When there was an issue with splitting the check she walked away shaking her head. The food was delicious although the first batch of breadsticks were hard as a rock. We dined at about 4pm so there should be no excuse to that problem. But I have dined here with family before and we got a wonderful server and the food was astonishing. Like I said the service just varies but I think they have more good than bad.

I love Olive Garden. I have eaten there for many years. Yesterday, I ordered a dinner with a side order of asparagus. I am greatly disappointed in the amount of asparagus I was given. Very little. Plus it was cut up, more like for a child. I did not address the issue and looking back I should have. I guess I expected my waiter to notice something was off and address it.

The food was great. We had a new server who was nervous but it wasn’t bad until everyone else kept checking up on us and it was extremely stressful. I couldn’t get more than a couple minutes to just eat. My problem is not with my server, she did a great job for her second day. But I don’t need three other people talking to me every five minutes.

Somewhere between a 2 and a 3. The service was great and the food at the quality expected. The prices were high for most of the menu and don’t really match the quality of food. The soup and salad was good. Our wait was 1 hour and 15 minutes even with a reservation. Overall would recommend maybe in off peak hours and during weekday lunch with the lunch menu.

I enjoy going here with my family, but large groups beware. Of our party of 20+,half of us didn't get our orders on time because of a"computer glitch " that messed up orders and checks. The servers were attentive but I would have liked more than just 2 for such a large group. We had reserved tables for 7pm but weren't seated until about 7:45pm. I enjoyed the meal, though, and dessert was fantastic! I'll go again... Just with a much smaller group. They're not equipped to handle larger parties.

Wait staff very quick and attentive. Salad and lasagna both had weird spots on them. Manager offered to fix it, so that was good. They were out of To Go cups but no biggie. Place seems to have let things slide a little but would give it another try just to have their amazing Italian Frozen Margarita with Amaretto!

I usually love Olive Garden but this was not a pleasant experience. We like to eat in the bar since it's quieter but that evening it was full of small children that were screaming and jumping on the furniture and hanging over the back of our booth. I was surprised to see children in the bar area. Our food was great and so was the service however the ambiance was not.

I came here with my mom for lunch and decided I wanted a margarita but forgot I didn't have my ID (I am of legal drinking age). Our waitress didn't serve me which is understandable so my mom ordere…

Had a very bad dining experience. My family and I felt neglected from the time we were seated til we paid and walked out. We had to ask multiple waiters for items we had ordered. We didn’t get bread until we asked for it. The supervisor came to acknowledge that she knew we had been waiting for a while. After that we thought things would improve but they real didn’t.

The service was not very good. We had a party of 10. Half the food came out, then the other half about 10 minutes later. I still waited 10 more minutes for mine. We had to send 3 orders back. The server clearly did not want to serve us. Was short, rolled his eyes, and did not care. Didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. Had to ask for refills on drinks. The manger said he's relatively new so they would work on it, but even the manager knowing this still should have been more engaged. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

30 minutes and no food yet, well I’m out of here, too bad, so sad, you have lost another customer with your incompetence. 3 times in the last 15 minutes the staff informed me that the lasagna’s in the oven, after they ran out? Whatever, it certainly doesn’t take OG 30 minutes to make pasta. YOU FAILED & YOUR FIRED! ( Front Mgr came out and stated “soon” and after 30 minutes, he could have at least offer something as a substitute, people are hungry, that’s why they came in.)

The pasta was so hard, dry pasta uncooked from the grocery store would have been softer.

Terrible service at this Olive Garden. Have eaten here many times but today was absolutely horrible. I can’t believe how unacceptable the service was on this visit. Very disappointed will go to Corpus Christi Olive Garden next time. We had to flag the waiter down. Soup had just juice in it. Yea with NO ice! Do better

The soups we’re not good at all, could use better customer service, would not recommend based off my last experience here

So this location destroyed any hope that I will ever eat at Olive Garden again. Tonight sealed the deal. Arrived at 645, had joined the online wait-list. The front hostess had no clue about my request fine. I'll add in the course of this whole experience I received 4 texts saying i was late for my wait time We were seated and within 3 minutes the waitress is asking if we are ready to order. Zero time to look at the menu or have a chance to think about it. Finally by the 3rd time stopping by we were finally ready. We get our salad and bread sticks, the bread sticks are cold. As we place our order the waitress offers to brings our kids food out first, we say no, bring it out at the same time because by the time they finish eating ,we the parents won't have a chance to eat. About 30 minutes in, the table behind us has to have the manager come out to fix a mistake from the kitchen. By about this time, 2 empty water glass and no food. 45 minutes in, the kids food arrived, yet ours had not. Again mentioned this 30 minutes ago not to bring out kids food. Still no water refilled yet the glasses are at the end of the table and almost get knocked over cleaning up the salad plates. At this point we tell the waitress to make our food to go because the kids are finished. Told repeatedly that the kitchen is backed up yet, 5 tables got seated during this 50 minute window. Even the bartender in the cafe told another server that it's "slow tonight" The waitress offers a free salad and bread sticks to take home for our troubles. No other offers, no concern at all, we are given the check before the food arrives and the table has been cleared. We just hit the hour mark. We drive 4 minutes home and start unpacking the food. I look at my dish and the sauce broke which means 2 things, the sauce got to hot and the fat separates or and the icing on the cake, temperature shock meaning the sauce was hot and the ravioli was cold. And you guessed it, the ravioli was cold and the sauce was hot causing the sauce to break. Yeah that went right to the trash. The other dish looked like Chef Microwave got set for too long. That almost ended up in the trash as well. The to go salad had parts of the core and pieces big enough for a horse and for some reason, the package of croutons are stale and old. So not enough people ordering to go or just found a box from 2020 The only shining point is the bread sticks we got to take home were very hot and fresh. My advice, watch social media, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube learn to make your own Italian food which will taste better than Chef Microwave and in most cases is healthier.

I don't understand how this Olive Garden location has good reviews. The food quality was terrible, the service was lackluster at best, the server got my partner's order wrong, the sirloin was at medium rare when requested medium, and when it came out, it was just pure dark pink/red in the middle. Not to mention that my pasta was just warm at best, and I got sick when I got home. Never going back to this location.
