I stopped by the Starbucks drive-through in Port Lavaca, TX, and asked for an iced oatmeal shaken espresso with no ice and extra oat milk. I even mentioned that I was willing to pay extra for the custom order. However, they told me they couldn't make it without ice because it needed to be shaken. This process doesn't make sense to me, and I believe the employees need more training. Despite this, I’ll still give them five stars as a fellow businessman. On the other hand, I'd give ten stars to the Starbucks in Beeville, TX.

Best Starbucks around, very fast and consistent!
I have been to so many Starbucks and honestly one of my favorite locations to stop by when I go for visits on the weekend now. (I would go everyday during our stay in summer) The employees are on top of things, my drink is always amazing (Brown sugar SE) , and the place is clean.

I have been to so many Starbucks and honestly one of my favorite locations to stop by when I go for visits on the weekend now. (I would go everyday during our stay in summer) The employees are on top of things, my drink is always amazing (Brown sugar SE) , and the place is clean.
Having a Starbucks in our town is so exciting! I really love the drinks they make, they always hit the spot. Plus, their hours of operation are super convenient.
They're still new, but I've received great service since then. Will admit, I did find a single strand of hair in my last previous drink. But I'm not angry, nor even irritated. Accidents happen, and I for one look forward to seeing smiles on the employees faces as each day comes.

I'm here a few times a week but th last two days in a row they've messed up my drink. The exact same thing I always get. Yesterday it had no sweetener 😒 but I let it go. Maybe someone was training. Mistakes happen. Today I watched them make a mistake on my drink by adding whipped cream, try to fix it by scraping it off (leaving chunks, and im lactose intolerant) and put it on the counter. I requested a remake, which was very quick so I asked if it still had the 4 shots of blond espresso in it because it didn't taste like coffee at all. She said yes. I finish my drink and there was undoubtedly 0 shots added to it. I'm still just as tired as I was before, which was the entire point of a $13 coffee. I order online to avoid these issues, but I'll be going in and bringing it up now. Hate to be a Karen, but I don't like getting sick from someone's mistake, and I really don't like being tired all day because she decided not to add the espresso when I asked for a new coffee 😒 I'll update if they fix anything tomorrow.

How are you gonna pay for something? That's 6.98. You give them a 20, and you only get $10 and change back. Where is my $3 like seriously? Where the is my three dollars. Someone gotta learn how to give change back.Because the person don't know how to change back.!

My girl friend went there around 5:50am, she ordered a Venti which apparently, here at this location they don’t have to fill to the top but this is ridiculous. Seems like a grande poured in a venti cup. And still got charged for a venti
I went there around 11:56 am to pick up a online order, and it seems that here they don't have to fill to the top, I paid for a venti and got a grande on a venti cup. I asked the lady if it was supposed to be half way full and she said YES we don't have to fill it up to the top which I think is ridiculous because I got charged for a venti and got a grande.
Went to Starbucks asked for no ice. This is what I get she said if you want me to fill it up it will cost you a couple extra bucks.... never again. Why does corporate allow this. It is amazing that I can be a war verteran and proudly serve our country but a company like this refuses to serve me a drink because my small friend is with me. placed an order online before going into work and didn’t stop at the microphone, just went to the window without thinking too much about it since i was in a little bit of a rush and as i pull up There are two workers in the window. One scrunched her face and looked me up and down (assuming cause i was in a work uniform or cause i didn’t stop?), just preceeds to stare at me with a dirty look then the woman beside her saids that “when you place an online order stop at the microphone” just in an overall rude and snobby tone. I do understand that there is a little mistake on my part but i also don’t think it’s okay to give me nasty looks and talk to me in a weird tone just cause i didn’t stop at the microphone. Overall weird experience..
Asked for the cold foam we paid for on a drink and was informed I needed to order another drink if we wanted it filled up. There was literally no cold foam, she proceeded to add more sweet cream and not cold foam. I could only assume intentionally. I don’t know but it was not a pleasant experience.
I ordered a cooky crumble and a cafe mocha frappe and ask NOT to put whip cream. I also ordered a cappuccino with extra vanilla. They ended up putting the disgusting whip cream on both beverage and NO vanilla in my cappuccino. What a terrible service for the premium price. Very first time I’ve been on that Port Lavaca Starbucks and most likely the last one. I called the place when I got home and they asked me to come back to fix the drinks. I said “do it right the first time”. It isn’t worth my time.
Really bad starbucks. Bathroom is nasty and the faucet doesn't work. I stood in line at the register for ten minutes while car after car went through the drive thru completely ignored. Also the food choices are different here for some reason.
I go here several times, the attitude is ugly, the service is mediocre, my orders have been wrong several times and they’re rude to fix their own mistakes. I had an incident that topped the cake. A barista tipped herself with my own card before letting me press the button to confirm. I found it weird because it always asked you to tip but this time it didn’t and I found it weird but I didn’t think of it too much because they’re always having system issues all the time but I checked my receipt after I parked at my destination, which was less than 10 minutes after my transaction, and after I got what I ordered. I found out that the barista tapped herself when I didn’t press for a tip and I called customer service. The employee who first helped me denied wanting to help me whatsoever. Even when I told them about everything showed on my account they still refused. I ended up talking to a different customer service agent, and that Agent actually helped me gave me my money back apologize for the incident and let me know that they would receive feedback at this location. Horrible to steal from people and not even take responsibility.
