I recently got the app. I was supposed to get 2 pieces of chicken free for signing up. The app didn't say that a purchase was required. The cashier made me make a purchase to receive the free chicken. Kinda dissapointed.

We ordered food the other night I got a number 1 my husband a chicken sandwich meal I got spicy chicken I didn't ask for it was dry and hard and they forgot to give me my jalapeño and the tea did not taste well at all like it had been sitting there the girl taking orders was hard of hearing I'll stick to going during the day time never have problems with my food when I go during the day always fresh tea always on point

Not the best location. Slow slow slow service. Place was no where near full, the said 20 minute wait for the order, after I was in line for 10 minutes with only one car ahead. Will not be back.

Terrible customer service. They took 30 minutes for chicken and didn't even give me my 6 biscuits. There was an additional 10 minutes so they said I could come at a later date to get them. I come at a later date and they said no one wrote down the name for them and there's nothing they can do for me. So horrible customer service and you can add thieves on top of it. Very disappointed and angry they basically stole my money and time.

We stopped by to get the the family meal to take home, 10 piece legs and thighs, 2family sides and 5 biscuits. When we got home we had 6 pieces of chicken and 2 whole biscuits and 1 half biscuit. DO NOT GO THERE IF IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF! Probably will never go back!!!🤬

They gave me the wrong order; gave me all dark meat and charged me $10 extra for white meat that they did not put in there. I called after I saw it was the wrong order and I was delivering it out of town and they were rude and didn’t want to work with me. Never going to this location again.

Woman in front with tattoos and glasses is extremely rude to me every week when I come in. Well guess what guys I won free chicken for a year so I guess I’ll get bad service for 52 weeks straight. Very rude staff bad service and has messed up my order 3 times out of the last 4. Like how ?

The food was at the right amount of spice we wanted! It was good in the moment but the buns on my chicken sandwich were soggy ended up replacing them when I got home and the biscuits were so dry! Their service was kinda slow we waited for food for about 35 minutes in drive through. And to top it off we ended up feeling so sick after eating and woke up with food poisoning! One time cheating on food and now we know why we cook at home :)

The chicken horrible, over cooked and dried...we had to return three pieces, the crust hard to bit...horrible experience.

The fries were a little under cooked. Ordered the chicken sandwhich and the patty was flat and over cooked on about 3/4 of the patty. The lady at the drive thru didn't even have the courtesy to say hello or thank you. I will not waste my money at this location again. This was the Ben Jordan location.

For whatever reason the drive thru line had me and 2 other people and it took over 20 mins to get food. There was a handful of cars in the parking lot. I do appreciate fresh made to order meals, but I sat at the menu order board for 10 mins without being order. Definitely do not recommend eating here. Only reason I came is because I had someone shut in ask for this food in particular. Now I know to not order from this location.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to be told they were out of CHICKEN. Told once the cook turns off the fryer that's it they don't cook no more even if their still open. If you're open until "10pm" you need to cook till 10. I got there before closing. I should have been able to get food, instead of being turned away.
