I love this Krispy Kream location. The donuts are amazing. I miss the chocolate cake that's no longer available, however my new favorite is the cinnamon cake. Maggie is awesome. Very professional, super sweet, and always has a smile on her face! Excellent customer service from Maggie who deserves a promotion! I will continue to remain a dedicated customer! 🍩 😋
A block west of I-15 and Roy Rogers Drive. This Krispy Kreme is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The donuts are always fresh and several times a day, their hot glazed donuts are served. The coffe is also excellent. I'm not sure why but this location has never been crowded when I visit. Krispy Kreme donuts might not be as popular in Victorville and it is in other towns. In any case, there has never been a line in either the drive through or counter whenever I've visited. There is plenty of free parking in front of the shop.
I love how they are fast and help you out in your order when you want to bring all but can't :) they accept my coupons more then one when I have more then one order persons in my car :)
Went in during the afternoon when the red light was on to get fresh baked donuts, and I was excited. Anyway, I went in, and there was a female employee who was just looking at me and not taking my order. Then she walked away until another female employee named Maria saw me, quickly came over, and apologized on her coworker’s behalf. She took my order, provided excellent customer service, and was so kind she made my afternoon so much better! She should become a manager and lead the store or something.
Update - The donuts are so good especially when fresh off the line. Maggie is awesome as usual and should be in charge of teaching customer service to everyone or be the manager. She is just awesome. Update. If you want to learn the meaning of great customer service, come here. Maggie is just another one of the incredible team members. She took great care of me and made my day as i am having hand issues. I'm not sure which is better, the donuts or the service. These are the best donuts. Yes, better then Dunkin. These are so good and melt in your mouth. Love the apple fritters. Miss the blueberry fritters. Suggestion would be a cherry fritters. Now the service. Maggie and Brianna are just awesome. They are always so nice and treat their customers so we'll. These two are employees of the year. Had two rude customers, and both of them were so nice to me and handled it perfectly. Thank you so much. Update Danielle was so nice, and Jacqueline the mgr was nice as well. And of course, the red light was on.
My wife, sister and I decided to try Kristy Keene today for our first time. We will definitely be back Maggie made our first time amazing! Thank you so much Maggie. Kristy Kreme she’s definitely a keeper treat her right!

My husband went in this morning to get some holiday donuts and the ladies that helped him were super sweet and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone, and we will definitely be back for more. Happy Holidays!
This was by far the best experience weve ever had at any donut store. We always loved the chocolate iced with kreme filling so we got a couple of those and a few of the maple donuts and as we were checking out a young man named Jacob assisted us and offered us a sample of the fresh warm donuts and we were instantly put into a happy place of pure and perfect taste bud happiness the texture and taste we’re perfect unlike anything we’ve ever had!!! Thank you so much Jacob for the sample it was truly amazing!
The donuts are so delicious! We usually get half dozen regulars and half dozen fun ones. We bought these Saturday night, and I still had some on lunch on Tuesday, and they still tasted fresh in a ziplock baggie, so they retain their freshness really well when you can't eat them all at once.
Ahhhhhh! The amazing Krispy Kreme! Who can resist em?! I'm not even the biggest donut fan and their glazed donuts are the best glazed donuts, EVER! The way they just melt in your mouth!!! If you have some leftover from a day or 2 prior, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds to give them a refresh. I remember wishing we had a store up here in the HD and now we've been spoiled awhile. I also love that the store is always spotless! Thanks Krispy Kreme!

We got two boxes of assorted donuts, and they were really good, my friend may have been saying the order a little too fast, because we are disappointed that our two apple fritters were missing from the box and instead were replaced with more of a different kind of donut that we asked for but other than that the donuts were really good. We also got a frozen caramel latte and you can definitely taste the coffee, but it was really good, should’ve asked for more caramel in the cup.

Was the only car in drive thru around 7:30pm on 12/26/25. Was greeted but was asked to wait to take my order. 10 minutes later I was greeted back with an apology but that there was only one person working and only a few filled donuts left. All other donuts were not available. I then asked for an iced coffee instead but was also told they were only serving hot coffee. Super disappointed from start to finish! I left with nothing. This is a donut business not even close to closing time that had nothing available but a few options of filled donuts left and only hot coffee? Crazy.
Light is on stating that there are hot doughnuts at 6:45 pm on 12/26/25. I come up to the window and I’m told they’re sold out of glazed doughnuts. Turn off your sign if you’re sold out. Such a waste of time.
They've really gone down hill Besides the dining area being nice and clean inside, their doughnuts are getting smaller and smaller. And the festive doughnuts that they advertise never look like the picture. They look like they didn't take their time on any of them. It's all sloppy. Not worth the upcharge for the fancy ones. And don't even bother going there if it's not in the morning time, their doughnuts have been sitting all day and they just throw them in a dozen for you, they taste old and and the glaze just crumbles off. Their not even all the way glazed. The donut holes they half glaze them on one side. They shouldn't charge what they charge for these kind of donuts. I recommend them being half price towards the end of the day. I wish they would not false advertise their holiday donuts either. Not to mention the lady didn't even know I had placed an order online. I went in and said I was here to pick up my order and she couldn't find my name. She even said is there another name it could be under. Really? Which tells me they never made my order. She was just doing it as I showed up. Placing old donut holes in my box. I'll never go back here. They need better service.

My son and his friends went to this location brought home some donuts for me to try not even touch it based on my professional opinion they were all garbage. I picked it up and it was heavy hard like a day old donut. I have 30+ years of experience making donuts.
