Great customer service, the closing manager was very friendly and took care of our big order. I highly recommend this papa John's. I will be going to San Matteo next to try there pizza and customer service as well.

Better ingredients indeed, got too used to Dominos but I’m reunited once again. Same delicious pizza as I remember, wings not too shabby. Great staff, they go above and beyond. Kudos to this location, keep up the awesome work.

The people working here are charismatic, easy to interact with, and they make tasty pizza. Watch out for the tiny parking lot coming off a big street, but handle that properly and you'll be enjoying pizza in no time.

I called the other day to place a to go order and I was absolutely shocked I had to check the caller ID to make sure I was calling the right place because whoever answered the phone was just so happy and full of life you almost forgot you were ordering pizza Anyways I ordered my usual Double cheese extra pepperoni with pineapple and they said it would be ready for pick up in 30 I showed up and was greeted by hands down the most professional cashier I've ever dealt with in my life. Daniel was just so cheerful I asked if he was the same guy from the phone call and he was. He reassured me it was fresh out of the oven and hand prepared by only the best (him) so I felt good. I never tip but this time I felt compelled because of the outstanding service. Needless to say lord have mercy upon my tongue it was the best pizza I've ever consumed in my life. It's like Pizza Jesus hand crafted it himself. Thanks again Daniel

Our Redwood City Poppa John's is awesome. Fast friendly and always delicious.

Great pizza but I don't think their driver should keep parking in the handicap spot when there is a couple spots beside it!

Staff is courteous and pretty quick. Can be a bit pricey at times, though the quality of the pizza at times makes up for it.

I didn't have money on my bank card the Twitter online and they wouldn't honor my discount from my online orders so I had to run to the bank put money in and order pizza last night it sucked.

Pizza ok but the service is terrible i orderd a pizza to take out waited for like 15 minutes and ask and see if my pizza was ready and they said no that they put it in the oven and had to wait for another 15 minutes

Got takeout pizza. The sauce is bland and the pizza generally so- so. You can do better with Costco pizza for the same price or Pizza My Heart for more...

The staff provides excellent service, they are very friendly, the products are good, it just needs a place to sit and eat.

I like the flavor of the pizza, what i don”t like is the hygiene. The last time i went for pickup i noticed the cook with long dirty nails. He was using the phone and making pizzas. My prevoius visit, i also noticed this. I don’t think they wash the hands often. This is to the management. Please be strict on the hygiene of the employees.

I order a pizza from you today. large work thin crust well the crust was like a stale crackers and the sauce was like old ketchup I know you're trying to run a business and you probably have to use their recipe but some things need to be changed if you want people to come back I won't be back

Took 2 hours to get two pizzas on a random Sunday night. Horrible!!! Screaming hungry children waiting for dinner, and here I am, desperately checking the app in hopes that the food is close. Ugh!!! Never again.

Can't believe how much they would charge for a pizza that is put her if you put a ruler down on it they will go from one end to the other 12 inches 26 freaking dollars for half a combo and half cheese which three fourths of the pizza was cheese and 1/4 of it was the combo and they wanted $27 I got ripped off this is the last time I ever by there

I went to this store to buy something for myself on memorial day, actually I'm a veteran and the pizza guy told me to wait the order outside, I felt very sad and disappointed.

I wait one hour for a garlic chicken pizza and I call them they tell me I have to wait 20 more minutes for my pizza I tell them why and they hang up on me what kind of service they given to me they are for driver Pedro how long will it take and they hang up

They always cancel my order for no reason. When my order isn't canceled I've had to wait over 2 hours for delivery to arrive. Awful service, I urge anyone to go elsewhere.

My orders always get canceled. I waited over an hour, only for it to get canceled. This happens every time I try ordering from here. They never respond to my calls either. Never seen such bad service before. Avoid this place.

Bad costumer service no one to attend the front desk, one guy taking a break smoking outside didnt care I was in trying to order, said hello a bunch of time and someone else in a bathroom break I guess. Had to go outside call the guy in to help me out, I guess he was angry because he kicked the door 😅 Thank you Stepphen for the great experience 👍

12oz root beer $3.99… are they out of their rabbit as mind. I had a small pizza with three toppings and it was 27.99 over priced and three pieces of meat.

Where do I begin! Besides getting the saltiness pizza ever and MOST unprofessional owner? I can cut this conversation and story short. Called to advise pizza was extremely salty, wanted a replacement. Told em I bring it by so he can taste it. This person cared less and said, "its pre-packaged ,if you don't like it, I'm sorry" who says that! Drove over...Owner is lost with several complaints, said to me "everyone wants free pizza and just complain", show up to prove him wrong and I quote "you don't look the a guy who wants free pizza"...After 25+ minutes (because he has high eggo) proved wrong. Even stating he would provide me a refund and a free pizza. But I would of if he had not had me drive over there to prove him wrong. Truly a place of unprofessional from an OWNER. As I walked away and left the salty pizza, he said they were making me a new one already. Told em he can have it..told his staff to never mind. Had to call the bank to dispute, that's how low this establishment goes. Next complain is corporate and I'm not a usually to complain but this guy took the cake.

The store has posted as a display "Two Tuesdays Deal"(buy one get one free) in which a regular $12.99 plain disgusting and awful pepperoni pizza will be charge at a double price even if you don't want to get the "FREE" one. I asked the worker why? to what he responded with a very nasty attitude "that's what we charge for a regular price pizza on Tuesdays" Please be advised that on Tuesdays a pizza is charge at $24.00 instead of $ 12.99. While I was talking to this guy, I had the chance to see how the other person was making a pizza and it was UNBELIEVABLE, The store hygiene is just a shame. I really DO NOT recommend the store AT ALL to anyone.

I ended up buying tacos from a different store and the delivery man ended up showing up 3 hours later with cold pizza. He did bring melted ice cream as an apology. I did not tip. That was two years ago. I ordered pizza on the way home two years later, because I was super craving pizza. Recalling this experience, I ordered in store pick up using the app. The app does warn you about the wait times but does charge your credit card. The wait was 40 to 90 minutes. For a 10 min pizza bake. I arrived at the store 40 min later and there was no end in site for my pizza to be delivered. The lady in the store, made me pay again before telling me my pizza was not ready. I waited another hour for my pizza. During my hour long wait I had to listen to the employees complain consistently about angry customers. Customers angry about the long wait. The employees citing company regulations in fact on why they take hours to make a pizza. During the hour long wait I only saw maybe six pizzas assembled and baked. This place is is awful, avoid at all cost. Better off with Digorno.

We ordered two pizzas and cheese ticks with a diet soda (I’m diabetic). Pizzas were delivered with a regular Pepsi. Which was fine no biggie. As we start eating the pizza we all realized that it wasn’t fully coocked, the flavor was off and since we were really hungry we decided to eat instant soups instead. NEXT, we called to see if we could get a refund and return the entire order (we hadn’t touched it anyway). The managers name is zack. He was extremely rude and said that under no circumstances they gave back refunds, at this point his tone was already rude, we said we didn’t enjoy it and he, in a very rude maner said “no refund, next time shop somewhere else” then, hung up on us. We called back to ask for the right soda at least ( at this point we wanted our Diet Pepsi because that at least was their fault) soda never made it :(. I gotta say I’m really disappointed!!! I always go to papa johns for pizza, i even Recommend the place!!! They are a good place to get pizza from but this time was a bad and all we wanted was to be refunded for the bad experience and we felt like the manager was not doing a good job, specially by the way he talked to me.

I had to wait when I arrived for them to remake my pizza. How does that save them money?? How does their explanation make any sense?? I asked if it was a health regulation about food poisoning that after a time period unpicked up orders will be discarded. They said no that’s not why LOL
