None of the employees wear hair nets which is why a hair was in my fries the second time coming back and the first the gave me strips instead of nuggets .Y'all are a mess.

My kids and I love chick-fil-A so I wanted to suprise them today so I went ahead and bought some chicken strips at he Greenhouse and I-10 location, but I was the one that got surprised again. The chicken strips were so little. Litteraly my kids can eat that in one bite. Its not the first time that this happens. Its ridiculous. How can you count that as one piece? Thats half of one chicken tender. And I gave you two stars because the service was good.

Counter service and food is amazing as always, but your order will more than likely get messed up. This is the third visit in a row, and I actually thought twice before I walked over from the office because of how frequent this has happened beyond these last three visits. Asked for original pretzel club, got grilled. Last time I asked for no cheddar add american, got both and they did not put the cookie in the bag. The time before asked for original, got spicy. that same day my co-worker that went 30 minutes before I did had their order prepared incorrect in the same way. All three times my receipt was correct. Am I supposed to walk back, or get halfway down I-10 or sometimes even home then have to turn around and come back? You can't get the to-go order wrong. Yall are always very much in a rush every time I visit. Unless it's just me, I think everyone would appreciate if you would just slow down and get the order correct. Apparently I am clearly being heard when I order, I should not have to unpack my entire to-go order in the restaurant or drive thru before I leave.

I understand that y’all are a very busy restaurant but making rushed food is very unacceptable, my sandwich literally only had ONE pickle one it.. ONE ! I also asked for extra mayo on my sandwich but got mayo packages instead. For some reason the portions are really small at this location. I got the spicy cool wrap and it was tiny. I can’t tell if it’s just the cost of living or these restaurants, but they are clearly slowly starving all of us out.

I have never experience service from Chick Fil A as distasteful as the one I encountered last night. Really left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively and literally) about ChickFilA forever!! The chicken soup I was served was so THICK and clumpy then poorly packaged, by the time I got home which is 5 minutes- half the soup was spilled in the bag. As i poured the contents back in the bowl it was so thick and lumpy, i immediately checked the rest of my food. That chicken sandwich is UNACCEPTABLE!! then put a piece of burnt chicken ON my sandwich… what is going on in there?? Then the chicken nuggets was so gummy & undercooked with pink still on the inside. Was i targeted? I felt like this was intentional. because, EVERY item?? I immediately called and spoke with someone & his apologetic tone was extremely passive. He then walked to the soup while on the phone and said “oh yeah it looks like a fresh batch of chicken soup that didn't have time to fully cook”.. excuse me? Why even serve it? sent pictures in and they created an Insurance claim. I am traumatized forever !

Amazing food & service but the surrounding neighborhoods are begging Chick-Fil-A to please stop donating to Hope Impacts. It’s a terrible organization leading to a serious homeless issue within the neighborhood. They are enabling violent homeless people making the area and even Chick-Fil-A unsafe. This is a known homeless man supported by Hope Impacts terrorizing this Chick-Fil-A…. He did it to Target before as well but writing them checks is not helping the situation, only making it worse.

I cannot believe that I went through what I went through. For the second I don’t eat meat and had meat in my food. I asked the gentleman in the drive through To repeat my order twice and he did. My house is 15 min away from my from Chick-fil-A when I realized that they put chicken in my food. So I had to drive 15 min back to this location and complete lost it. Me being an irate customer I was very upset that one one the manger did not diffuse the situation but instead got loud back with me aggressively. If it was not for the general mgr Kenya Anglin I would have taken this to corporate but she diffused the situation but it dose not change the fact that the mgr was yelling at me. The GM was aware that I would be leaving a review on this situation.
