I am updating my previous review for Summer Moon. I grew up near coffee beans in Haiti and when I immigrated to America I soon realized Starbucks and a lot of its competitors had settled for mediocre coffee and heavy sweeteners. I gave up on coffee for years until I was introduced to Summer Moon. I have been in love with their coffee since. Summer Moon's coffee is rich in flavor but soothing in taste. I don't start my day if I don't order my morning coffee from Summer Moon. I adore the staff, they are each individually kind and hardworking. If you have time, start your day with a Moondance.

I really enjoy all of the Summer Moon Coffee locations. I typically go to the new location in Tech Ridge but I stopped by this one since I was in the area. The staff are efficient and friendly. I received my drink order before I could finish snapping photos! They’ve got some cool latte drinks too.

Omg! Good thing I finally tried their moon coffee because I would be missing out. There seems to be a lot of locations but we chose this one because they have cute store design. We got the iced matcha moon milk and iced blue moon milk (lavender). Both were so good but I liked lavender a bit more. Apparently 20oz comes with either 3 or 4 shot espresso shots. But I just went with 1 1/2 and I like how they asked how much I want. They only use soy, almond, coconut and oat milk which was a plus for me because I can't drink whole milk. The coffee really tasted more like bubble tea but not entirely sweet, I enjoyed the smooth texture. Obviously with COVID-19, they were set for social distancing. Limited capacity 50%. Friendly staffs and clean restrooms.

This is a really cool coffee shop! The building it’s located in has interesting architecture. They’ve got a nice patio and fun interior design as well. The coffee is good, especially the lattes and americanos. I had a decaf americano and it was a little too intense caffeine-wise; I was bouncing off the walls later. Still, it’s a good spot. I recommend coming by and trying it out.

Roasted local cafe in Austin! Very unique flavor, the most delicious I have tasted so far seriously!!!! there is great variety in their coffee presentations with their own signature!! I love the menu and dairy free options....always have a seasonal flavor!! The place is so nice, enough space to stay a while in and out.... customer service is the best!!! Thanks SUMMER MOON!

Solid Summer Moon outpost - a bit tight on the access, parking, and seating with chargers, but the best coffee (and Moon Milk...) in town.

This is a nice little corner coffee shop with some nice vibes inside. They’ve got a whole menu for different lattes, cold brews, as well As traditional coffee items. My wife got a cappuccino and I got the summer moon latte. I found mine to be a little sweet, next time I’ll get the half moon. My wife found her cappuccino to be pretty good. Nice people inside and I like the atmosphere! Would come again.

I really love Summer Moon and have mostly had great experiences there. Unfortunately, I was disappointed during a recent trip when it was very busy and they seemed to be prioritizing some orders over others. I was aware that there would be a wait because it was quite busy and they were behind which I was fine with. However, while waiting, someone who had ordered a few places behind me asked about their coffee which the barista proceeded to pull out of the order of lined up cups on the counter (several places behind mine) and fulfill. I understand that some things get made faster depending on what they are but their item was a prepared coffee just like mine. Ultimately, I was made feel that customer was more important than me because they asked. When I tried to ask about this I felt like I was brushed off. Hoping this is just a one off since I really love the place.

Appreciate the response and the fact you’re aware and trying to take action. I’m rooting for you all! This location used to be great, but it appears they’ve begun suffering from staffing issues. A lot of times the store isn’t even open on time in the morning. When it does finally open the staff is scrambling to prepare for opening with nothing ready. Online orders are prepared way behind schedule. You may have a different experience if you come later in the day. I still love their coffee, but I may have to stop coming here due to them constantly making me late for work. I really hope they’re able to work out the staffing issues here so that I can keep coming.

Edit: Turns out, it is a hit or miss. I went twice after the first time and the coffee was bad. It had burnt taste. Was in a rush to order a second one. I am sending it back next time. Always a pleasure visiting summer moon. Tried out this new location. It’s such a charming little place with a lovely atmosphere. Great place to work. Very helpful staff and the order came out quick. Loved our drinks too. You will see me more!

The space is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Everything else was underwhelming. Flat white was burnt and thin. Croissant was stale, waxy, and about as far from flakey as possible. Maybe the drip is alright, but this is not where you should go if you want high quality espresso drinks. They do have WiFi and outlets inside if you’re looking to work, and the outdoor patio is nice.

I was looking forward to using my gift card and doing some work, but both the system for gift cards and the WiFi wasn’t working so it felt like I just wasted my time and money coming here! I didn’t find out until I purchased my drink.
