Every time I come here the food is always super delicious. The workers are always super nice and helpful. Everything is prepared fast and still is tasty. I've enjoyed the salads and sandwiches prepared. Everything is super tasty and doesn't taste gross. Even though the line is long it doesn't feel like I've been waiting for a long time.

On a day when I wasn’t feeling well — my voice was completely gone, and I could barely speak — Lisa didn’t just serve my meal… she saw me. She noticed something was off and, without hesitation, offered kindness, concern, and care. She brought honey packs to soothe my throat, took time to check on me, and even made me laugh — something I didn’t realize I needed in that moment. Exceptional customer service experience and the food was great

<cross posting from yelp, but I want to get the word out> World class customer service. We are a house divided when it comes to breakfast. Some like another restaurant, some like Chick Fil A, so many times we get breakfast from both. This morning, when I went to the other restaurant first, they left the coffee out of my order. I didn't notice that mistake until I was in the pickup at the Chick Fil A. The Chick Fil A team member was approaching my car to get my name while I was lamenting out loud that the neighboring restaurant had stiffed me on the coffee and now I was going to have to go back over there and wait to get it (even though I was running late on everything that morning) When he came back to my car to bring me the order, he had a cup of Chick Fil A coffee in hand for me. He fixed somebody else's customer service issue, and for that, I was blown away! He saved me time on a day in which I was already running late, and he saved me the frustration of having to deal with the issue at the other location. It's small, subtle acts like these that really build customer loyalty. Chick Fil A has always had a consistent customer experience across locations, but you really see the depth of their training when employees are allowed to think/act for themselves in a way that serves the establishment. I will be back more and be less inclined to have a "house divided" when we're getting breakfast from now on. One stop will do!

Great place. But it does get crazy with drive through when you just want to dine in. No real parking for the dine in main caters to drive through

Consistent food quality and service at this location! Our favorite, easy breakfast spot. And this morning, I was so impressed with Jordan. He went to refill my hot coffee, but came back to apologize since it would be 4-5 minutes for fresh coffee. I declined to wait, but he quickly offered to get me another drink of my choice. I asked him "Even an iced coffee?" Yep, no problem and thank you, Jordan for great service!

Oh honey, it’s worth sitting int the fast moving line for. Smiling faces greet you, repeat your order. Another awesome employee is there in line to hand your receipt to you. Next employee, still polite and smiles, gives you your order and wishes you an awesome day! Just look around, not a Chick-fil-a without the longest line around. The food is great. I’ll be back!

The best Chick-fil-A in town. Friendly stuff, delicious food, good service, very clean and a play area for children. Chicken nuggets are delicious for pick eaters especially kids. This place is always packed during lunchtime especially the drive through but they still have good service.

Amazing service. Jacob, one of the managers was very kind and through in a cookie and offered me a free drink because I was waiting longer for my food. Everyone knows chick fil a is the best and tastiest!! The reason for the 4 stars is: very small and congested parking lot; playground is very limited & meant for older kids. My 3 yr old could barely make it up the steps to the very tall, very steep slide. Only other playground option is a pod with steering wheels (see pic). That’s it. That’s the whole play area. Great for ages 4+

Normally I’d give a place I go to often 5 stars but I had a recent experience there that I just can’t stop thinking about because of how much it rubbed me the wrong way. Too make a long story short, in the drive-thru, I ordered mine and my sons meals and I specifically asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies. The person taking our order repeated everything back and repeated 2 chocolate chip cookies. Ok cool, they got it right. Fast forward to when we get our food, the lady that brought it out straight up said “check the bag and lmk if you need anything” as they always do. She walks off, I check the bag and there is only one chocolate chip cookie. I look at the receipt and see where they charged me for two (because that’s what I ordered) I wait there, she comes back, I tell her very nicely “I’m so sorry but there were supposed to be two chocolate chip cookies and there’s only one in the bag.” To which she replies “okay I can grab you another one but I can’t do this everytime.” And I tell her “I told the guy who took my order two cookies, you can ask him.” And she’s just like “we won’t charge you for an extra one this time.” I know it seems petty but I was really irritated that I asked for two cookies, I PAID FOR TWO COOKIES, I only received one, and she’s making it out to seem like I’m trying to score free food. You wouldn’t be “not charging me for an extra one this time” you would be bringing out a cookie I paid for that was not I the bag. So yeah. There’s that. Just had to get that off my chest

Got my order correct, but took a long time even when order was placed in app. It took over 20 minutes in the app line to get my order and I was not in a long line. The most frustrating part of this location is not how busy it is, rather to exit their drive through, you are directed back into the Walmart parking lot to navigate.

We ordered a team meal the day before. It wasn't ready on time. They missed one of the meals. They did not provide any dressings for the 4 salads and did not include forks. We had to return to get what was missing taking 20 minutes from our lunch window.

Employees are great. Sat in line for 35+ minutes, while all orders were going to the order online line. For $22 dollars you’d think they could at least fill up the fries container. Not a great experience tonight!

We went through drive through on August 4 at 6:52 pm we order 2 regular sandwiches and a regular with no pickles and add Colby jack cheese, plus a cookie and 2 sweet teas Brianna in the drive through completely butchered our order she didn’t read it back to us or anything was to worried about talking to my boyfriend about small talk. When we go to the window they didn’t have my boyfriend’s name or our order…. They had one for Jessie not his names…. We got 2 spicy sandwiches 3 sweet teas a regular sandwich with pepper jack instead of Colby and no cookie… the manager barley could understand us due to langue barriers and she brought us two regular sandwiches but completely forgot my boyfriends sandwich he hates spicy food… so instead of complaining for a third time he just accepted the food and we left. I love this location I live right down the road this was the first time there service was not up to standards for a normal Chick-fil-A… and it was very disappointing.

Our family did an online order for us to pick up this evening. We try to check our food bags before we leave any fast food pick up, but we were rushed away from the mobile pick up line very rudely. When we got home we found that we were missing one entree, several requested sauces, were given the wrong salad dressing, received no utensils when there were 2 sides requiring a utensil, and one of the drinks was wrong. Our receipt on the bag was correct but the staff couldn't be bothered to get the correct items in the bag. We called and left a message with the location so we'll see if management makes it right. This isn't the first time this location hasn't lived up to Chick-fil-A standards so I'm also resorting to leaving a negative review. We don't go here very often, but it seems there's something wrong with our order more often than they get it right. When we've asked for the correct items, there's usually an attitude of we're a bother than it's their pleasure. I hope the franchisee sees this and does something to improve this sub-standard location, because their food is way to expensive for customers to keep not getting what they pay for.

Went through the drive through and ordered a shake and a drink, while waiting in the front of the line could visibly see my order in Window but seems like had to wait for all the cars behind me to get their orders. Worker didn’t even greet us with a smile when we finally got our order , not even a my pleasure . Avoiding this location like the plague from now on ! Giving a star because the worker who took our order in the beginning was a good representation of what this establishment is all about, good customer service.

Food’s always good, but I wish they would provide cups. As someone who spends about $400-500/month at Chick Fil A, I was disappointed when this location refused to provide cups which other locations have no problem doing based on the volume of catering orders.

I have some cards for free sandwiches that were given to me at this location for waiting in very long drive through lines. Today I was told that "corporate will no longer allow them to accept any paper coupons" and that I could not have my item even though the card specifically states the expiration as "None". What does a Chick-fil-a sandwich cost? About the same as a 1 star review.

Apparently Chick-fil-A corporate has forgotten that not all customers fit into the same narrow chute when it comes to eating. You can no longer ask for anything to be cooked well done. I have been a customer most of my life but I will not eat chicken nuggets that are BEIGE in color. A couple of the nuggets were obviously not cooked see photo. I have been to 3 different stores before I was told that corporate will no longer allow anything to simply be cooked longer! So if you are like me and want something cooked well done DONT GO TO CHICK-fil-A!!

They spent 2 weeks doing construction at this location to bring it down from 2 drive thru lanes to 1. This location is already notorious for having the drive thru line back up to the street blocking traffic and they decided, for whatever reason, to go down to only 1 lane. The traffic was bad enough before, now the drive thru lane is ridiculous. It’s better to just go to another location because even with the drive time it will be quicker. Update: they also only give you 1 sauce for 3 meals 👍🏼🙄

Had the worst experience today… While waiting in line for my food I pulled up to the cone with no Communication that is was going to be just a little bit for whatever reason I watching 20 yes 20 customers behind me get food and drive off I had to waive down an employee to get an answer on why is was making over 15mins and why so many other people were getting help the employee asked for my name and laughed then walked off to only tell me it’s coming…😡. And no I did have a crazy order I had a 12 piece nugget and number 2 and a kids meal…

Different buns are hard and taste like crap! I'm sure millions of others agree, and will consider their options when selecting a place to eat. Probably a decision by the executives, in order to put a few more cents in their greedy pockets. Will not go back.

I ordered a Cobb salad from Chick-fil-A and this is how I have to eat it because I can’t take back the salad due to our only have a 30 minutes for lunch. There is almost no cheese and like very little corn and it is just thrown on there. There was some crispy fried pieces when I ordered grill so you can tell that they just took off the crispy and put on the grill but in doing so it took everything off of there when I called to complain, I was told I would have to bring the salad back. I don’t get off work until six. They told me I have to eat it or bring it back because they can’t replace it. I was very upset about this because this is never happened before I eat at Chick-fil-A all the time and I have never had an issue like this.

For about the past month, every time I come to this location the sandwiches are cold. Sometimes the chicken isn't cooked thoroughly, and like every other restaurant in Waco the food quality has drastically decreased. Not worth spending $10 plus. Also the drive-thru situation went from worse to essentially the exact same after they so called made renovations to change it.

Drive through used to be so fast. Went at 1015 in the morning on a Monday and it prob took 20+ minutes. Took away the two lanes and only have one now and one for mobile orders and it just moves sooooo slow now!
