Awful absolutely awful spent 30min in the drive through had my icecream melt before I left. Horrible will never return after I get my refund. Yeah thats right no manager on duty to give me my money back.

Ice Creams were good. But the rest, garbage. The person on the drive thru, impatient and rude as hell. I have a few i decisive kids so their commentswere very rude. My wife and kids are the only reason we didnt leave and go elsewhere. I didnt care to complete my order. Like said, wont return here with rude people.

Sat in the drive through 20 minutes and never got to order. It was a slow day with only a handful of people at the restaurant and only 2 cars in front of us. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else

The customer experienced unsatisfactory service at the front counter specifically with the management team, Shannon, and Mercury the handling of my request for a fresh four-piece basket. I ultimately requested a refund due to the perceived rudeness and unprofessional conduct of the management staff. This incident highlights a need for improved customer service protocols. Asap!

The service is always the worst,, people that work there act like they don't want to be there,they are so I mean. I went through the drive thru and was ordering, and the woman interrupted me and said, "Can I take your order and I asked her, "Can you hear me?? Just to make sure that she could hear me since she interrupted me, she answered back so aggressive and said, yes ma'am I'm here, I'm here." So sarcastic. I just drove off. I always try to go to the one DQ on new road they are better. I'm a manager of a fast food restaurant and this is unacceptable.

This was a horrible experience! We asked for the Cookie Crunch Parfait and she apparently told us it wasn’t was we ordered and handed us a cone instead. We asked very nicely to order the parfait we originally asked for. Also to note, no refund for the cone I didn’t want and had to pay for the parfait I originally asked for. The woman who took our order was Lakesha - the woman with 2 teeth. We paid for the parfait and then they told us to pull up. We proceeded to wait over 45 minuets. This is ridiculous. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Just overall horrible experience. Next time before giving an attitude or speaking rudely to your customers make sure to get those 2 teeth fixed and that gap of yours. We eventually got our food and found out that they didn’t even make the parfait. This wonderful worker named Amanda came and handed us our fries and apologized for the way her employees acted. Please give her a raise.

The food was average. We ordered sundaes and they weren't sure they had strawberry sauce, but then after telling us a few times it might not be thawed they said yes we have some ready...but worse than that, we were ignored when we came in, stood by the counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged as workers walked past us. But worse than THAT - as we were leaving we saw one of the employees sitting on the counter! Like, where you put food! Unacceptable!

Gave my order that the speaker…. I need a #9 with a large sweet tea. That’s the 3 taco meal. She said anything else for you. I said yes I need another 3 tacos but no drink. I pay pull around and she bring me 1 order of tacos. Goes back in to get the other 3. 15 minutes later I’m still sitting there the tacos I have have gotten cold and soggy. I just drove off now I have to pay for more food because of such poor service. Don’t recommend!!!!!!

Simple order 6pc steak finger basket with a drink and 3 tacos with sour cream. I got my order quick checked for the sour cream didn't have it so I ran in to get it because they charge for it. That's no issue. Got home realized they gave me a 4 PC steak finger so I double checked the Receipt they did charge me for a 6 so I went back up to get the other two no issue. Yes it was a little frustrating. Waited for the other two and they ended up giving me chicken not steak. Decided I was over it and left. I'm frustrated with the fact that I ordered the steak fingers for my kids who don't like eating the chicken and it was ment to be divided between them. So I gave one son my tacos which by this time where cold and the other the steak fingers. Not to mention the staff seemed irritated by the fact that I came back up there over their mistake. I even attempted to call and they wouldn't answer when I got up there they were not busy at all so I'm not sure why that is. Won't be returning to this location.

Ordered a peanut buster parfait tonight and looked at it when he handed it to me so I figured they are cutting back on toppings due to everything going on. I get home and basically he served me a large chocolate sundae smh with a little spoon. Lesson learned I should of went to the Hewitt location as always I figured let me stop here since I was close by
