The staff was amazing but the food was less than stellar. So much grease, it was dripping from both double quarter pounders like crazy. Customer service is horrible! I drove all the way back to my office only to find out my order was wrong. Drove back to the location, then had to wait another 30 mins. for my order. No one was even working the register. The manager is extremely rude!

So we went through the drive through, I was trying to use my points to get two free cheeseburgers. Mind you I had 3055 points and each free cheeseburger is 1,500 points and basic math says 1,500+1,500=3,000 THEREFORE I had enough points for two cheeseburgers yet they still said that I did not have enough points for the two cheeseburgers. And made us pay for the second one. As someone who is scraping by that money meant a lot to me and we really needed it. Very disappointed. Not to mention the employee that was helping us was very disrespectful talking to their peer while they’re head set was still on saying “this headset is shit” and also “she told me a 9 instead of a 1 and then changed it to a 1” and i felt like she was accusing me of lying and that completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Don't ever come here !! My experience was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced and I work retail so that should speak volumes! I understand you get busy but waiting 40 mins for 4 mcdoubles and 2 large fries is absolutely unacceptable. I went in to ask how much longer it was going to be and saw they were backed up. I went to ask an employee to just check on where my food was and she flat out said she couldn't help me she had too much to do. Then we proceeded to go back to the window to be told they gave our food to the wrong person. Asked for a manager to get a refund only to be told that he couldn't give us a refund. Had to wait another 10 mins for the order that he personally remade. This is the second time in a row that this place has taken for ever but it will definitely be my last time coming and I will steer all of my family and friends away from here.

They are very racist I came to dine in with my black family and they gave me a number and yelled my number for me to come up to get my food but the Hispanic families they brought their food to their table! The staff all need to be investigated for racial profiling! Unbelievable!

Went through the drive thru. I ordered a spicy mcchicken & a fry. I received old nasty fries, so I went back around & asked for some fresh fries. They told me to pull forward & they would bring them out. They said it would take 3 mins. 1 min later they come out & bring me the same fries that they just re-dipped in the oil to make them hot. My baby was crying in the backseat so I wasn’t able to go back around & say anything. My sandwich was nasty as well. Nov.28 around 3pm is when this happened

You might as well take expresso shots of the menu for the coffees. Every time I go the machine is cleaning or doesn't work doesn't matter what time I go it's very frustrating. It has really gone downhill at this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wow. After a long day, I just wanted something simple for the kids’ dinner. I was polite and respectful while ordering not rude at all but the attitude I got in return was completely unnecessary. The customer service here is seriously lacking. They clearly need better training on how to treat customers. Disappointing

Honestly this McDonald’s does not even deserve one star. This is just a repeat of numerous events at this location. Placed an order with 40 nuggets and 2 Spicy McChickens etc. NO sauces came in the bag. No cheese was added on my McChickens that I paid extra for. I called and the girl told me it was my Door Dashers fault when clearly it’s the McDonald’s employee job to put cheese on my sandwich and sauce in my bag. Not the door dashers! Her response to my solution of taking MY time to drive down there to pick up the sauces I was owed was to hang up in my face. After the fact that I was willing to make the drive although I paid DoorDash to pick my order up earlier. Worst customer service & bad attitudes. That entire staff on 9/14/25 just cost you to lose a customer.

I ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and 3 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with strawberry jelly. They were out of all jelly. When I got to my destination, I got a mixture of mishaps. There was only one biscuit with sausage, egg and cheese. Two others had a sausage patty but no cheese. Three had no meat, just egg and cheese. There were no bacon, egg and cheese biscuits at all. What a disappointment! Three out of six sandwiches with no meat at all. Bad experience and would not recommend this location.

I went through the drive thru after I got off work today. I’m hungry and tired and just wanted something to fill the void and a Coke. Ordered a QuarterPounder, fries and a drink. Got home and sat down and the picture below is what I got. WHY DO YALL WANT TO SERVE CUSTOMER BURNT BREAD AND OLD LOOKING FRIES TO PEOPLE??? I realize the majority of employees really don’t care about their jobs in a lot of fast food places. I’ve worked food on and off all my life. I would NEVER serve a customer something that I personally wouldn’t want to eat. So, you wonderful McDonalds employees, WOULD YOU EAT THIS???
