I give them this for their superior service and semi freindly faces. They cook the wings to perfection and use just the perfect amount of seasoning on the fries. The wait time is almost always accurate and if not they usually warn you. I have no problem. Waiting her as it's always the cleaner of all the Wingstops.
Whoever wad working tonight. The food was well seasoned ant delicious. I always order Lousiana rub and sometimes it's very light. NOT TONIGHT!!!!. The cheff seasoned my food to perfection. I will make sure to order next week. Hopefully the same cook works!!! THANKS GUYS!!!

I walked in really hungry and the cashier, Dorian, had great energy and was really helpful. The food came out really good and the fries came out really crispy.
Here to update: Still months later, this entire group of cooks serve the best wings ever. I understand that sometimes it may take a call or 2 for them to pick up, but trust me, it is worth it. I drive from Pomona to this wingstop every time we think about ordering wings. Why? Because of Dimitri and the cooks. They ALWAYS fulfill my request of FRESH food every time. They never fail me.
Always good. Service today was awesome. I placed an order on line. When I got there my food was still being prepared. The guy at the counter asked me if I wanted a water cup while I waited. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. He told me he'd let me know when my food was done. I went back to wait in my car and a few minutes later he brought the food to me. Food and service was awesome today. Appreciated him coming out since I had kids in the car. Thank you wingstop!

we received excellent service. we mistakingly made a mistake over the phone, we came in (on time) to fix and switch our order. they did that with no problem or complaints and just wanted to keep their customer happy. these are the small details that keep people coming back. the food was received hot and exactly how we wanted it
The food was great, delicious. The price was fair, not too expensive. The employees didn't seem like they were happy, but did a decent job. They obviously made the food well.
First time at wingstop, honestly I was hoping they had a bone-in special but they don't. I prefer bone-in. I normally go to buffalo wild wings but I thought I should try Wing stop. Not going ever again, this place has good customer service and is very clean, but the wings were not tasty. The sauces are not as good.
One of the cheapest items as [cost] to the restaurant are potatoes---for the life of me, French fries are always a variable that makes the meal pleasant or unpleasant. I only found about 5% edible fries in my batch; I ordered 8 wings with fries, and I complained to them, and their befuddled as to why the fries would look so terrible: soggy soggy and brown, dark brown.
The service is horrible, but it’s just like any other wingstop. I usually do ubereats, but when I go in store the service sucks! Parking is also hard to find here.

Tried to order thru Door Dash on their site for pickup. Failed after about 5 attempts. So, drove there. Only customer, two employees. The woman was working as cook also. Got my order in, other customers come in. Another employee comes out. Appears to be the manager. The guy who took my order leaves. Apparently a break. Another employee returns Manager disappears. The guy who just returned, seems lost. Can't find straws. The cook helps him out, and she, alone, cooks. It took close to 1/2 hour, but I got my order.
The workers here are completely unorganized. A 20 minute order took 40 minutes, other customers were upset for waiting for the same amount of time, serving cold fries or cold wings. Customers having to ask to have their orders remade or even asking for their money back. The service here is horrible and they need to have better workers at this Wing Stop. I don’t recommend coming to this location.
Pretty bad this round. Food was supposed to have sauce on side. No dipping sauces that we ordered. Gave us 6 ranches. Fries were cold. No Cajun seasoning or cheese sauce
They good people but they take soooo longgg and only 2 ranch for 20 wings and u gotta pay a dollar something for ranch unreal I can't believe this
This place is the most unprofessional location I have ever been to. Employees are rude, careless and give you attitude as soon as you walk in. They always give you incorrect orders, either they give you wrong flavors or forget to include items from your order. I would totally advise to drive a bit more to another location if you want to avoid getting your meal ruined.
Wings tasted like warm. Employees were louder than the customers while they were talking in the back. Tables and floors were dirty not once did the come out to clean.
i went in and ordered the 15 boneless combo with mango habanero wings, louisiana rub and parmesan. when i got my order there were no mango habanero. i went to ask Arianna (cashiers name) about my mango habanero wings. she told me that i had only ordered louisiana and parmesan. i stayed polite even though she was giving me attitude and asked if she needed the wings back so she could change them. she then told the cook “i’m just gonna drop them back in the oil because they’re already made” that’s when i was like you know what just give me my money back. it’s terrible how the cashier Arianna gets my order wrong, gives me attitude after me still being polite, and then wants to give me trash wings when i am paying for my food and service. i will not be coming back to this location.
A very old woman working there refused to give me fresh fries when they were ice cold. Becuase “the company loses money that way” when every time I ask they make them upon request. She proceeded to make an entire scene at the store which was incredibly unnecessary.
App said it was done 5 min ago. Arrived and they said it wasn’t ready, they’ll get started on it, would only take 5 mins. Instead, a girl came in and they prepped her order first. Wasn’t until 25 min after I arrived that I got my order.
Our wings were so oily.. didn’t even eat the atomic ones because they were brown. Imuwe threw them before we took a picture . We usually love this place but today 7/15 they were terrible
I would like to give them a zero. Horrible customer service. They did not share there specials for the week. We seen the sign after Monday & Tuesday 70 cents bone. Was not greeted as we came in. The person at the register made a mistake and to charge me twice. Long wait. Not many customers. Horrible!!
Fabian was rude said he’s been working at this wingstop for 2 years came in 5 minutes before opening sat down.. he said to leave the store when i asked why he said for security purposes like what am i gonna do 16 with nothing in my hand but a phone.. usually when i eat here they dont mind if we wait inside.. when i did come back in he had his airpods in speaking to someone on the phone taking my order he needs better customer service.
I want to give this WingStop zero stars. I asked for condiments and they gave me one. For the size of Wing Stops fries...I get one condiment? Whatever policy you have here is ridiculous. Then when I finally opened my bag, the fries were cold and barely any, and wings hardly had sauce on it. I will never come here again.
I have been waiting for a refund since 6/09/2020 for $81.00 I got 2 orders of fries and 12 wings in a giant bag. We checked order in car in front of store. I went back in to have order fixed and was told give me 6min, well 40min no food. She forgot. Long story short, the GM needs to take some customer service classes because she was rude and did absolutely nothing to try and make things right. Nothing but excuses. Time to contact corporate.
If I could give it no stars I would. Had to wait 50 minutes to get my food. The food was cold. They didn’t give any napkins. They asked me the name on the order 4 times. The floor was sticky. On top of all of this there was ranch all over the inside of the bag. Definitely not going back.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Fries were too soggy as always and wings had a foul odor. There was a mysterious fried object in my order as well. 🤮🤢
$81 order placed via Wingstop app. Order was only 1/2 completed and the I was told to wait for the rest while the first half was getting cold. I decided to cancel order and was told that money was refunded with an unpleasant attitude. A few days later I found out that my card was charged even though email confirmation stay that credit card won’t get charged until order is picked up and receipt is signed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, waiting for corporate to call me back.
The young people that work there are rude and don't want to do their jobs and the chicken didn't even have the sauce, it was just dried chicken with no sauce
One of the slowest Wing Stop around. I came in today Sat the 26 at 2:24 for an order due by 2:27 and they didn't even had started it! The place was literally empty just two guest sitting I mean why wouldn't you do an order if there's basically three employees chit-chatting on how they have cat allergies by the Friars I believe it's the manager sitting down may be working on schedules but what if the excuse for not working on a prepaid order
The employees need to be better trained about store etiquette. I stop by on 2/16/23 at 10:20 pm. Wanting some food to take home. I am greeted at the door by an employee that says that they are closed already even though the sign the website and everything else says 11. I asked them why are they closing early and she says just because. Management needs to do something and train their employees better
This place is ran terribly. I’ve gone twice, and they messed up my order both times. First time I ordered online and received a confirmation email saying my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive in 30 minutes and ask about my order. They have not started making it; in fact, the order seems to be news to them. Interestingly, there were no more than two tickets on their line. The guy at the counter and the other woman working there bicker a bit, laugh, and let me know my order was being made right now. He starts making my order, and in ten minutes finishes it. I go to the counter once more, and to his surprise, he had made someone else’s order even though I gave him the correct name. He let’s me know he will make my order. So after sending in my online order, it took an hour and some change to receive it. The next time I ordered in store because I figured I was gonna have to wait anyway. I place an order for 20 wings and name about 5 flavors. When my order arrived I got 20 wings; except, they are all only the first flavor I named. I swear the workers here are a bit out of it. A sample size of two visits is rather small, but I would advise you take the time to drive to a different location, or even a Buffalo Wild Wings.
I made my order to the wrong store and called over 15 times before a girl finally picked up the phone, she was rude and disrespectful from the start when I explained to her that I wanted a refund. Not only did she tell me that I should’ve called earlier and she won’t give me a refund ignoring the fact that the phone was ringing off the hook for 5 minutes (me calling on and on) I told her if they would’ve picked up the phone from the start it would’ve been a different scenario, she said she would speak to the manager and returned saying they won’t give me the refund and they’ll eat my order. I have never in my life experienced service like this. She refused to give me her managers and her name and hung up on me and just kept laughing over the phone. By the looks of the reviews it’s not the first time service at this location has been so trash.
ordered last night on ubereats 2/17 around 6 pm for a combo deal for 2. it comes with 20 pc boneless wings & 1 large fry. it even says on the ticket, yet they forgot my large fry. i only received 20 pc boneless wings and from the photos attached below you can see on the ticket that they aren’t fries.

The sodas machine does not have good carbonation. The bathroom was dirty and no paper towels and this place does not accept cash over $20 dollar. Parking is easy and free at least.
Walked in at 11:40 was looked at by both kitchen workers one man in the back said we are closed as the female walked up and told me if I could wait 5 min for the other worker to get off his break to take my order. After the wait the man finished his break and told them shame on you why did you not take his order and make him wait all that time. The 2 in the back said they were busy. Not sure if only 1 person can be on the register at a time but that was very unprofessional.
The quality of the food was mid and my order was completely wrong. Chicken flavor was wrong and the fries looked like burnt scraps. Absolutely little to no seasoning. Only thing that was right was the amount of ranch. Very disappointed.

I recently visited this Wingstop in walnut ca and the experience was the worst. First the girl in the front taking orders is extremely rude when I walked in and told her I needed a min to order she walked away and started laughing at me with her other coworkers. Second when I told her I was ready to order she rolled her eyes at me and was giving me attitude while she was taking my order . Third I waited more then 45 mins for my order and I only order 6 piece combo . When my order was ready I asked her if I can get a side of seasoning for the fries I told her I would pay she then walked away and came back with it and threw it on the counter .
I had a frustrating experience with Wingstop’s customer service. I ordered a large ranch (listed clearly on the app and menu for about $8), but instead was given six regular ranch cups — which are not equivalent in size or value. When I brought it up, the staff claimed they “don’t carry” the large ranch, even though it’s still offered on their own app and menu. That’s misleading and unacceptable. To make it worse, there was no effort to accommodate or resolve the issue. I essentially paid more and got less, with no accountability. Poor service like this makes it hard to trust the brand again.
When did the mild buffalo wings stop being wet with sauce? These were horrible and hard

We ordered takeout four weeks ago and the quality of our wings and chicken sandwich fell way below fast food standards, but worse than the food was the lack of customer service from the employee that represents management. Keep in mind that corporate Wingstop as well accepts no responsibility in the lack of customer service when an individual restaurant fails. I have photos as proof of our over seasoned wings sitting in less than one half inch of oil and a chicken sandwich sopping in sauce. The food was thrown out. According to the manager, I believe after asking him no less than five times for his name was something like Julem. He stated because the food was not returned immediately that he would not compensate me at any level. I do not return food immediately because the persons that created the order would be the ones making a reorder. Also, it was late on a Saturday night and I was not going to drive once more to the restaurant. All I wanted was maybe an apology at the very least or perhaps a 10% discount on my next order. Instead the manager had no interest in taking responsibility and corporate sends him another email to follow up with me of course he never did. Extremely disappointing. I will continue to share my bad experience with my friends and family and will discourage them from patronizing this particular Walnut Wing Stop location if they are craving wings and have the desire to eat at this overpriced business lacking in customer care.

We ordered just a few dip sauces, but to my surprise, we were charged an outrageous $12.54 for them. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with a rude attitude instead of assistance. I understand that everyone has off days, and I truly hope Diana is okay if she's going through something personally. However, bringing that negativity to work affects customers and the overall experience. A friendly and helpful attitude goes a long way in customer service, and unfortunately, this was not the case. As a regular customer, I expect better service. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it’s important to maintain a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
I was actually impressed by how gone these workers are. Not sure if the owner purposely only hires guys with 2 brain cells or if it’s just a coincidence. Owner if your reading this if your not going to pay them good please at the least provide espresso for them or maybe some type of Methamphetamine. Place is an absolute dump. Never didn’t believe I would actually take time and write a horrible review like this for a restaurant. I blame the owner not even these guys because within 0.4 seconds I could had told you these guys are fried and wouldn’t hire them.
While the chicken sandwiches were Wingstop good. The service was ... Ordered at 8:04p, got my order by 9:10p partially disappointed since i wasn't paying attention to the time. But angry for how long my order took. This place is seriously understaffed. When someone takes a break, there should be enough people to deal with order taking and making the food. Negative stars for the service, and positive stars for the food. Imagine if the service was quick? Imagine if there were at least 3 people to make the food, and 1 to handle orders? Yeah, could have been at least a 4 star rating. Until this location hires more people to handle it all, I'd recommend another location or somewhere else.
