This just my humble opinion but I love coffee bean and their coffee always satisfied my taste buds. Plus the sitting area inside is nice and spacious. Good for hangout and great for study environment. Staff is really humble and kind. Also outdoor sitting is available as well!
Love this place! The VAST majority of the time, they get things right, so let's start off with that. Lots of people only post when something bad happens. Not this guy. What do I like so much? Variety in flavor. Consistency in service. Welcoming staff. My go-to: Vietnamese. Get it. It will change your life. Also good: Dark Chocolate lattes, hot or iced. Can't go wrong. Many, many of their teas are also great. Really, there are few concoctions I do not like from this place. So, that's why I keep coming back.
I love the mango and peach jasmine cold brew ice tea. The buy one get one free is awesome to share with a friend. Also @ CB & TL have a more varieties of pastries. Try their ice coffee. It's very delicious! Great customer and friendly service.
I had a barista her name was Sarah fantastic server very professional knowledgeable and help me out with what I need she needs to be recognized thank you to Sarah. There was only two girls working when I went and the other girl was a hustler too.

They were so sweet, so understanding, and generous. The cashier said he was new but he did a great job and was extremely kind. Thank you! Drink was great!
It's SO nice to have a drive thru coffee/tea place this end of Diamond Bar! Great location, good service, good variety in the menu itemsand really good hours (open early, closes late). I LOVE that they have flavored unsweetened herbal iced tea! And more than just chamomile and mint like everywhere else! Their tea lattes are delish, dark hot chocolate is tasty and not so sweet, and prices are competitive. My hubby likes trying all their different coffee drinks too. They have a number of small tables inside, usually with people working/studying on them and a nice patio to Lounge or get work done too. I wish they had some protein drinks with low sugar and maybe some higher protein food options but overall I love this place and am so happy they are at this end of town! Right next to Chipotle is very convenient too :)
I used the drive-thru window to order a regular hot coffee. Michelle Ramos was on duty to receive my order and deliver my coffee to me. She was such a delight to talk with and to interact with! She made my morning so much brighter! Thanks for having service people like her!
we came through the drive thru in the late afternoon and the gentleman on the loud speaker was so nice while taking our order. we put purchased a seasonal beverage and it even seemed like he was excited to make it. we were charged and served super quickly which was great. the beverage was perfect which made the whole experience that much better
Their bagel is delicious with a little spicy kick to it! Their ham, egg cheese brioche is mouth watering!! Their chia pudding is out of this world!! Exceptional service and short waiting times!!! Wonderful guest inviting ambiance!!!!
First time here and it was a nice drive thru experience. I got the pumpkin expresso blended and the cream cheese pumpkin muffin. I loved them both and the drink was thick and bitter watery. It was almost like a pumpkin was blended and poured in the cup. The muffin was a package muffin but it had a great amount of cream cheese in there.
Big shout out to Store Manager Michelle and her coffee bean team! The service was amazing. Michelle gave helpful recommendations and descriptive descriptions of the the quality of each bean, while her team was pushing out orders by the second! The atmosphere is always calm and clean. This is a greater place to study or work if your looking for a quiet environment.

For one of the best coffee shops around, I really enjoy their drinks and pastries. The staff is always cheerful, attentive, and they genuinely seem to enjoy serving customers.

This place is always clean and staff is always smiling and helpful. I pass the “bucks” a year or two ago. lol and only look for the this place in every city or state.
It's my Happy Place! I'm heading there now for my Sunday treats! I'm gonna get something good! My new fave is the iced matcha honey nut w/a shot of their smooth espresso on top! Delish! 😋 shout out to the Diamond Bar crew; they're always on point & they just add joy to my day every time I roll thru! So grateful for the drive-thru🙏🏽 clean restrooms & beautiful, chill environment! My only disappointment is if I don't make it before closing time. Lol😉

Not only were there so many inconsistencies with your take on what happened, you - a grown man, should know better than to make comments about anyone's appearance. Especially a to a woman. That barista was being very kind to you and trying to help you use your points for your drink. When you un-provokingly proceeded to ask her out of nowhere, "Do you get your lips done?", When she asked you why that mattered your reply was, "Well it's obvious that you do." She felt extremely uncomfortable with that interaction, so she called her manager over to help assist you. You proceeded to give her manager that same attitude and threatened to go to another coffee shop. To me, if the service was so awful, I don't understand why you still come to the store to get your coffee. You just visited not too long ago and had a barista make re-make your drink 4 times for no reason at all other than for a small power trip. I assume you just drive around to businesses to seek confrontation, at least that's what I'm getting from all your other reviews on here. Do better. Being kind is free. Wish you lots of healing.

I order 1 boxed coffee , 1 hot chocolate box for our team meetings also 3 vanilla iced coffees and a hot americano nsa , always so perfect!!! To add the right amount of cups and creamer Lol !! Good parking, although I arrived near closing time when that could be expected. Wanted and got a whole bean medium roast 16oz. valved bag of Mocha Java dated 29 May 2019. That's a very "long" date in the internet's geek opinions--they want a bag just a day or two old. I took it home and ground enough for two very good cups finding that it had held up well, likely because of the valved bag. The attendant was very pleasant too and I was in and out in under five minutes.
Sea salt caramel cold brew or latte is the current drink of choice. Staff is friendly and will remake a drink if it isn't to your liking. Have had a few hiccups with the hours and availability of this location though so overall a 3.5 to 4 out of 5 on any given day.
DUDE. Super impressed. LOL. I guess I just associate most American coffee to Starbucks (in items and quality). Starbucks tea is gross AF so I was very hesitant in ordering their new Peach Jasmine Green Tea. Lemme just say: it's delicious. It's very refreshing and not overly sweet (something I always assume most American drinks are like/lean towards). It's lightly peachy with a aftertaste of the green tea with just the right amount of sweetness (probably will be a little bland for those that enjoy sweeter drinks) and I really enjoyed it! Our cashier was also really friendly and easy to talk to. Parking is easy to find since their lot is huge and usually has plenty of space available.
Coffee is great, service lacks. I asked for a cup of ice, she just looked at me and talked to a coworker. Coworker tells me it's $.25 for a cup of ice. The first lady could've smiled and nicely told me to wait while she asks.
The customer service is great. However, this is one of the slowest locations I've been to. I often come here before work in the morning and I need to leave extra early to be on time. I once waited in line for 15mins.
I go here all the time and always do mobile order. The last 3 times the dining room is closed and I see about 3 to 4 employees working. The dining room should still be open for at least mobile order pick ups. What is the point of mobile order if i still have to wait 20 min or more in the drive thru to pick up my drink?

Ordered via mobile app today. Paid with a gift card and went in picked up my order. First timer so not sure what their protocol is in greeting customers. Anyway my main complaint is the grilled sandwiches. I love grilled sandwiches. Every town state or country I've gone to I always try (if available) grilled sandwiches and calamari. So with that info ordered the 2 orders of the GC one oven toasted and the other not. The first one I grabbed the first bag I felt warmth. looked really toasted but didn't mind cause I was expecting melted cheesy goodness inside. What a disappointment! When I bit into it... let me describe it this way the macs salt and vinegar pork skins though it's crunchy was softer than the CB GC. Fortune cookie even its a year old in one's drawer is still softer. Their grilled cheese is like biting into a double baked biscotti that's been left in the oven for too long. To add to insult the cheese!!! I can only describe as michaels sells cardstocks paper and they are way softer than the cheese (1st sandwich). I really thought the sold me those mock display food. The second sandwich suppose to be not heated. The only difference is at least the middle part was edible about an inch. How could one screw up a simple grilled cheese sandwich? I'm waiting...
Sorry guys, I can only give two stars because the facility is very nice. With that being said, why would you be cleaning the windows at 7:15pm and asking people to move? So unprofessional! In addition, they were out of whipped cream! Wow, welcome to the neighborhood Coffee Bean!!! I think I’ll stick to Starbucks, their reward program is better anyways!

One big thing here is they charge for tap water even after I ordered coffee and food, good thing summer just ended. One time they warmed my bread another time they didn’t.

I was standing at the pick up counter as Manager Michele was talking to employees about her daughter for at least 5 minutes and included me in the convo at one point, as I waited for my drink…she asked if I needed anything and I said yes…my drink. She then proceeded to make it herself with whole milk in her hand for my Matcha, one of her co-workers reminded her I ordered almond milk (I have a sensitivity to dairy). I don’t know what else to say…
Terrible service. I asked for a caramel latte and got a regular iced coffee instead. I didn’t know until I tasted it. They like to start making people feel rushed to leave a whole 30 minutes before closing time. They charge 25c for a water cup too lol. Just overall ew
Drinks are good, prices are about the same as starbucks. One star because the customer service via drive thru was horrible, waited 11 minutes in line once i got to the window i was told they were short staffed and was told to give my info so the manager ( Jonathan) would call me back to receive some sort of coupon....never got that call. First and last time i give them my money.
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. I usually shop at coffee bean but after this, I definitely won’t be back. The time from order to get my drinks was nearly 20 min of waiting with little communication and poor attitudes. The staff didn’t prioritize the walk in customers and provided me a drink that was missing ingredients and tasted terrible. Please value your customers and make the drinks with care and the proper ingredients and make them feel valued.
The female general manager of the coffee bean at Diamond Bar DT discriminates against customers and kicks them out of the store. On September 19th, around 9am, I purchased a gift card at the coffee bean at Diamond Bar DT. I asked the coffee bean employee to add the amount on the card to the coffee bean app. The general manager came out and said she would help me. However, she did not know how to use the coffee bean app. And she continued to give me wrong information. I told the general manager, “You are giving me wrong information.” But she ignored me. She continued to insist. She wasted my time by repeatedly giving me wrong information. When you purchase a new gift card, you have to select the add existing gift card menu to transfer the amount on the card to the app. However, the general manager kept telling me to select "create new digital card". I have bad English pronunciation and I am not good at it. And I am a person of color. So I thought she didn't understand my explanation. So I told her speak up that she was giving me wrong information. But she repeatedly ignored me. I successfully transferred the money in the gift card to the Coffee Bean app by selecting the add existing gift card menu. Since my method was successful, the Coffee Bean general manager suddenly asked me why I was angry. I explained to her several times that I was not angry. I even used Google Translate to explain that I was not angry. She repeatedly gave me wrong information and ignored my opinion. So I decided that she didn't understand my opinion and raised my voice. Raising my voice and getting angry are different things. However, the general manager ignored my explanation again. She was very rude to me from the beginning and told me that I was angry because I raised my voice and that she told me call the police because I was angry. And she told me to get out of the store right now+. If I was a white person who spoke English well, the Coffee Bean general manager would have apologized for giving me wrong information. But she continued to ignore me. And she threatened to call the police and kicked me out of Coffee Bean. I have been going to Coffee Bean for over 15 years, but I have never experienced such discrimination and rudeness in any coffee shop. There are many people of color in the United States who do not speak English well. I think it is wrong to be discriminated against because you do not speak English. It is clearly wrong for the general manager of Coffee Bean to discriminate against a person of color who does not speak English well and kick him out of the store.
Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and was unable to order anything because their system was down and they could only take cash. Sounds kind of fishy to me.... How do you balance the register with no records of transactions? Then wanted to charge 50 cents for a cup of ice. Fishy fishy...
Really disappointed. The price increases are outrageous. As someone who always would want coffee bean and as a place to study this would be my to go place. Not anymore. Really the last time I’ll be here as a customer. As a reference this Coffee Bean set their prices higher than the location at the Grove in Los Angeles
Went through drive through. Had a 30 dollar gift card from christmas. Employee 57762 had an attitude at the window and said our card didn’t have any money. I look at he gift card balance account number after we pay out of pocket and the card number does not match the gift card number. Called the number on the back of the card to make sure and sure enough. It has 30 dollars on it still. My guess is that she had a bad morning and loaded up a gift card she already had with no money in it and stated it was ours. Bad experience.
Worst coffee bean location! We already lost our appetite waiting for our order, we wasted 40 mins of time being stuck in the drive thru and when we got the order, shiuld be half mocha/ half vanilla.. it’s all mocha flavor and didn’t bother to ask to change it coz we might have to have another 40 mins. Of service. For sure I will report this location to the corporate!
I work down the street & order almost everyday at this location. They always mess up my drink but I never once have complained since I want to continue to be a regular & not be a bother! Recently though the girls attitudes (specifically the women!) at this location have been horrible. There is one tall guy with curly hair who is the sweetest barista! He always acknowledges me & is so kind! Everyone else is always in a bad mood which I understand because I work in the service industry & people can be terrible, but my goodness they’re so rude to me!! I gave them about 300 chances LOL but yesterday they were extremely rude so now I’ll leave a review for the store. MICHELLE the manager is also super rude!!! I can tell everyone is in a bad mood because of her! The leaders’ attitude always speaks volumes in every establishment! Support small local coffee businesses who care instead ((:
I tried SO hard to avoid this review. I love coffee beans products very much... when I actually GET the items I order. This is a fairly new store so I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt for over a year now. But, from the app putting a completely different name to my order; to my order not being received; to being able to order unavailable items all happening at different trips at different times, I give up. This last time they even gave us the incorrect drink with the label of the drink I ordered... Does this look like a Strawberry Cream Tea Latte to you???

I was in a hirry and did not have the time to go back and complain. Why person in their right mind is going to hand a customer a 1/3 full cup of coffee? It’s common sense. Horrble job…

I came here a couple months back to use their drive-thru for an iced coffee were my only intentions, I then noticed the drive-thru worker had very nice lips so I asked if she had gotten work done cuz they looked very nice, she then proceeded to questioning "why was I asking and what did I care to mind my own business", were her exact words... So I mentioned I didn't think it would be a problem if I complimented her on it.She then proceeds to getting someone else involved and she comes with the same hostility attitude as her coworker. I believe these two together should not represent a coffee bean and tea leaf house with as sensitive work ethic as they displayed they both need to be retrained. Thanks and cheers.
It is with a sad heart to write a bad review! My co-workers and I work near by in a busy office and hard to go in right away! We order mobile and click DECAF as we can’t do caffeine! Only once they got it right! After the end of the week I decided to call as I was paying $6 a day for not drinking my coffee! MICHELLE the manager was rude with her tone and acting as if I was lying! I understand now with her poor leadership why her other staff mainly girls in the morning (expect a nice gentleman! She said I was next to them when they made your coffee! Then asks what coffee was it lol I told her she interrupted saying the Tik Tok drink I don’t even have tik tok! She stated she would refund me and I still don’t receive it and will literally just take my business somewhere else! Coffee bean check on your employees as I myself do lead by example and and the way a leader is will reflect on the whole team!

Then asks what coffee was it lol I told her she interrupted saying the Tik Tok drink I don’t even have tik tok! She stated she would refund me and I still don’t receive it and will literally just take my business somewhere else! Coffee bean check on your employees as I myself do lead by example and and the way a leader is will reflect on the whole team!
I came here a couple months back to use their drive-thru for an iced coffee were my only intentions, I then noticed the drive-thru worker had very nice lips so I asked if she had gotten work done cuz they looked very nice, she then proceeded to questioning "why was I asking and what did I care to mind my own business", were her exact words... So I mentioned I didn't think it would be a problem if I complimented her on it.She then proceeds to getting someone else involved and she comes with the same hostility attitude as her coworker. I believe these two together should not represent a coffee bean and tea leaf house with as sensitive work ethic as they displayed they both need to be retrained. Thanks and cheers.
