i called this location over the phone to see if they were open yet. they greeted me happily and told me store hours correctly. i arrived at the location and they promptly took our order. the steak burrito i ordered was made spot on with no complaints. i did however want to state that the chicken bowl we ordered was a bit short on ingredients. (lettuce, corn, chicken etc.) i hope that they can fix that because we plan on visiting again soon.

They deal with a lot of very unreasonable customers and always maintain professionalism. My only suggestion is to just get a food scale to measure out the chips because it’s really a craps shoot as to how many you’ll get and the size doesn’t seem to mean much. I’ve gotten regular bags that could feed 3 people and “large” bags that barely had 10 chips in them.

Consistent quality food with flavor. Try the bowl and ask for a tortilla or two on the side. You can make 2 normal sized burritos from 1 bowl if you wrap it yourself. For a bit more flavor try the guac or queso.

Very standard Chipotle (in a good way). Once the lunch rush began (even though not very much), the staff were quick to help out at the counter and get it moving. Very quick and efficient, so I got my order within the minute. Lots of places to sit, and the condiments section is always stocked and clean.

Can't go wrong with Chipotle. The food is versatile and there is something for everyone regardless of the age, gender and race. I like this location because it does not get busy as some of the other ones. There is enough available space to sit down and the wait is small enough to not make you feel anxious. What more can one ask for from a Chipotle ?

I've always been a fan of Chipotle regardless of the things I hear on the news. LOL. I'm still alive. HAH. Boyfriend and I came here for dinner here last night, we've been watching this place being built from the ground up and was so excited when we heard it was finally open. We don't have to drive to the Village one (kinda far when ya just want food nearby) and it's a great addition to Diamond Bar seeing has we don't have that many variety of options to choose from (DB not really known to have good food places). I got my usual of half and half chicken and steak salad bowl, no rice or beans, no cheese, mild salsa, corn and extra lettuce. The portions were great, my bowl was a heap of delicious goodness and the flavors were tasty. Was the meat really hot? Not really, but it didn't bother me. I don't mind eating my salads warm rather than hot so long as it tastes good (example: cold pizza is AMAZING). Boyfriend also ordered their new queso, he didn't really like it-- said it was too bland and watery, but enjoyed his steak burrito! The staff was super friendly and nice, gave a gracious amount of food that left us stuffed and satisfied. I loved my chicken/steak salad bowl. Heh.

I know a lot of people like Chipotle and the food is okay. Seating area could use regular cleaning especially after the lunch rush. I don't eat here very mm much.

Staff is great place is clean no complaints however the food was beyond salty the chicken like it was to the point I had a lil heart burn I called and told them the manager was nice and cooked my family a whole new order however it was still very very very salty my only complaint

Staff is great. It can be hit and miss on items available. For example, They didn’t have queso. Twice their aguas are horrible. Two of the things i always buy when I eat there. Smh WTH management.

The chips taste good when they are fresh, most of the time old chips are mixed with fresh chips so a order will have both stale and fresh chips in the same bag. This happens quite often. Please throw out the old, stale chips no one wants to eat them. The prices that are being charged they should always be fresh. Do better.

As I’m waiting a woman comes to make my order and asks me the name but I thought the man I spoke to before had already began making it. The man then chimes in and says he had remade it and someone must have taken it again and tell me I need to pay attention to the shelves. mind you I am sitting right by the shelves and I did not see an order get placed there and he could have easily just let me know it was ready. I tell him this and he says this time I need to make sure I pay attention. I felt it was rude and that he probably didn’t even remake it but didn’t want a supervisor or someone to know he had forgotten to make it. I left feeling very upset and annoyed because the blame was put on me as if it was my responsibility. The woman was very nice though and when my bowl was ready she stated my name and handed me my order.

Bad form. Bad lettuce and they intended to serve it to me. I decided I would not buy it and walked away. She dumped the bad lettuce back into the bin for someone else. No words from her or the other young man at the counter the whole time. It was obvious that they didn't care what the lettuce looked like.

Went there for lunch ordered chicken tacos they were very tight with the amount of chicken they put on the tacos can you put a little more and they said that's the allotted amount very rude I should have called the chicken police cluck

Today I ordered a bowel, their staff give me too less, she didn't add food to bowel automatically, need to tell them you need more, it is very embarrassing to keep say "more",so they give me too less. I can't eat fully with 12 dollars. each item I order should has its amount of their SOP, not just that less. Maybe she is new staff and not trained well.

Found a beetle in the chicken salad we ordered. Only reason I give 2 stars is that the other 4 meals ordered had no beetle.

I don't understand how this restaurant controls quality, the rice is so hard that I can't chew it, each item is compressed to the extreme, and the steak is dry and hard.

Terrible Service! Barbacoa meat was dry hard and they were super Stingy! Walnut service is better always fresh! Diamond Bar is so close to me but I rather take the drive!

Last time I got food from there it was stale and seemed old, at other chipotle's, everything looks fresh but here everytime I go there I realise how unconcerned the management and the staff are about the food Today there containers were all empty, chicken, rice, brown rice all seemed dry and lifeless The staff... was kind of not concerned that they had to refill also Anyway...there is no way I can give a zero if I could I would have

This place definitely tries to skimp you with their toppings. Usually my burrito is so packed that the person wrapping it usually cracks a joke about it. I ended up with a Taco Bell sized burrito and over salted guacamole. Think I’ll keep driving to the Walnut Chipotle.

Staff did not greet, said thank you, provided clear directions. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

There’s always issues with our take out order. Never exactly what we order and there’s always something missing. So frustrating that this ALWAYS happens. Not coming back!

I am a loyal customer via delivery app but every time the received items have same quantity issues. Some times protein was missing, some times vege was missing. This time, the burrito bowl was literally only 1/2 filled. Yes, everything is included but the food amount was half less!

You lucky you only get in the store right now and the only reason that you got this one star is because for me to leave a review I gotta give some type of a star. I’m gonna say this if you’re gonna hire people to work have them work and when they do work, don’t have them do a sloppy job on my food like you’re in a rush because it’s rush-hour and clearly I was only person I was in line getting a order.

Recently when getting beans and rice, i saw that my bowl had a piece of chicken in it. Luckily i saw it before my kid took his first bite. I feel that the servers should be really careful while serving as in this case, the chicken piece was already in the main beans container from where it was served.

Recently when getting beans and rice, i saw that my bowl had a piece of chicken in it. Luckily i saw it before my kid took his first bite.
