Some of the nicest people I have met. I come here often to study, to the point that they have my order memorized. My last time I came in I had forgot my designer micheal kors bag. After a few days of me looking for it the manager had found a slip with my address in it and DROVE IT HIMSELF TO MY HOUSE with everything it in. Definitely recommend :) Thank you again!! They have a mobile charging station. This is also part of Baskin Robbins. Had no trouble using 2 different QR giftcard codes for my Baskin Robbins order.

This is my favorite Dunkin donut coffee shop. There are a few others in town however their donuts are definitely fresh and the manager there is really polite and friendly

As far as Dunkin Donuts go... this location is totally fine. Standard Dunkin fare. Employees are friendly. App Orders are made pretty quick. Two entrances, so its easy enough to pop in and out to avoid crowds. However, stopping in regularly the last 6 months since its closest to home, have regularly observed different employees not wearing masks over their noses. Have witnessed them serve someone who came in without a mask and didnt say anything. I know when covid is over this review will look silly, but for those trying to stay as safe as they can in dangerous times.... enter at your own risk.

This Dunkin' is generally pretty good, but one time I was given granulated sugar in an Iced Coffee instead of Liquid Cane. Granulated sugar is awful in Iced Coffee.

Went there and bought ice cream. Place needs help that can use a cash register.

I dont mean to whine but i paid for something to be made a specific way. My only complaint is that they do not follow simple instructions. I ordered a medium hot chocolate which was nice and hot with some donuts which were okay not the freshest donuts. My cream cheese bagel on the other hand was to be NOT TOASTED and they went ahead and toasted it anyways. My receipt says not toasted. Never had any issues with other Dunkin orders. Just be mindful to make sure your order is correct when getting your order here.

The latte was good but I ordered a mint latte and I had to ask at the desk if they received my order after waiting ten minutes by the pick up area. In the only two workers' defense that I could see there was a group of 4 women sitting and drinking their coffee and a line about 5 people deep. I did order on the go and I waited 10 minutes before I went in to get it. Then waited another 9 minutes.

Choose the location on Sunrise Highway. They are not very friendly here.

Wife's Mocha Coolatta was pure chocolate syrup but my large coffee was fine. Management has to take the time to train their staff on their speciality drink selections! The kid behind the counter was trying but was clueless.

Ordered number donuts days in advance for my son’s birthday celebration at school. Prepaid. They forgot ! Then when my husband just got a couple Dozen just so we had something, they still charged him! You would think a small gesture for the inconvenience. Just a “sorry”. They also had my number with the order and could have called me so we didn’t go there for nothing. No one believes in good business anymore!

Tried giving this DD a chance after they did a sweep and got rid of the staff who were there for 10+ years. The place is dirty the staff not personal and the coffee is bitter. Doesn't seem like they clean the machines.. Coffee at other DD taste better. Gave it 1 star based on location.

If I could leave no zeros I would. Two young girls working with the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen. My order was wrong and to have them fix it was the end of the world. The staff here are very disrespectful they have no customer service I went here to get breakfast and I had my Dunkin app and I had a reward for a free iced coffee so I scanned my app when I got my coffee then I realized that he charged me for my coffee when the app said I should get a free coffee because of my rewards so I went up to him and said this was supposed to be free I think there is a mix-up and he said it didn't go through that's what you order too bad I thought that was highly unacceptable the way he talked to me that he didn't care so I made him give me a refund and he said next time know what you are doing like it was my fault !

I go there every Sunday morning. Today not only did I not get my drink, the boy making it decided to make a drink I never even ordered. Instead I asked for just a large hot decafe coffee light with milk. All I got was a hot coffee with nothing else. So disappointed in the service.

Poor selection, stale donuts. Even worse is the fact that a friend and myself recently got food poisoning from Coffee Coolattas we ordered here. When I tried to notify the store, first I had to deal with a minor pretending to be a manager, and then with a rude manager who accused me of lying about becoming sick.

so I'm posting this for a friend of a friend and I promise that you will lose customers because of your action... I just ran into the Dunkin Donuts in Cherrywood Shopping Center on the corner of Wantagh Ave and Jerusalem Ave and had the most terrible experience. There was a man in his mid to late twenties, who clearly had a few mental disabilities, sitting with an older woman, who I am assuming was an aid, or even a friend, eating and drinking coffee together. He was making noises, nothing unbearable, and tapping on the wall next to the table and making hand motions. One of the employees was on her break sitting about three or four tables away from them. To my disgust, two teens in front of me kept chuckling and whispering to each other and staring every time he touched the wall. While this bothered me, I didn't think it was any reason to do anything. As I waited on this very slow moving line of about 5 people, I saw one of the employees laughing in the direction of the other employee on break. They both had to be at least in their thirties or fourties. The laughing man handed the two teens their coffees in front of me and said "here's our entertainment for the day, bright and early", as the employee on break bursted into laughter. At this point, I looked right at him and said, "that was extremely disrespectful", then turned to the two boys and said, "you both are immature and equally as disrespectful", then turned back to the employee and said, "you just lost a customer". He looked at me and said, "another one will come", as they all continued to laugh. A woman standing behind me said, "two", and walked out alongside me. I am so shocked and appalled that there are still people out there that laugh in the face of other's disabilities and differences. I am infuriated and aggravated that there are people, both young and old, with such small, closed, and judgmental minds. I am truly sad that these people do not even see a fault in their actions or the enormity of the backlash. I will never be returning to that Dunkin and I hope that I never have to witness something like this again.

Was really in the mood for some Ice Cream last night and got to the location at 10:30pm. The guy working in the store had just locked the door when the door clearly shows 11pm as the closing time. I knocked, he looked at me and just turned and walked away. No big deal... I drove over to the one on Merrick Road in Bellmore (open 24 hours) and got my 8 Sundaes there for my family.

Ordered two iced coffees with cream and caramel; and yup, not surprised, we received two coffees with cream but no caramel. Very dissatisfied with this location and will rather drive out of the way to go to a different Dunkin.

There was a new girl behind the counter and the staff were being rude to her. They were treating her terribly. It looked like they just hired her, but were getting mad if she asked questions on how to do things. The girl ended up crying from the stress and mistreatment. Do not support this Dunkin, go to another location.

They should have their franchise pulled. I love Dunkin Donuts, just hate going to this location. Mobile orders are always wrong or late. Management is incompetent. I try to avoid this location at all costs. Update Came back figuring they may have gotten better.Unfortunately they have not. They all seem so confused and the mobile pick up area is a mess.

She said taste test it for me i was like okay so i tasted it and i said wow that’s a lot of matcha. then she just kept staring at me like she was waiting for me to say i liked it i just said it was fine and then she’s just standing there i’m like uhhh what about the bagel i ordered she was like oh yea so she makes it and it’s half cooked and half not. like i get it your distracted because of the woman screaming but come on hire workers that know how to do their job.
