We always have a great time here. Service has always been lovely and food is solid in-person and take out. Tonight we had a particularly great experience with McKenzie who took care of our table while serving a very large party as well. She got all of our picky eater’s particular orders with multiple substitutions completely correct (a rare occurrence for our family when eating out lol) and overall went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Working in customer service is no easy feat, but she handled it with grace, staying organized, timely, and being very friendly and personable. We would totally give more stars if we could!! Give her employee of the month and a raise!!

Every once in a while I go into a full-service restaurant that really WOW’s me. Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at the Buffalo wild wings Wappingers Falls location. What made this experience more than outstanding was the Server Kassara. Right from the get-go she went above and beyond to have me try a non-alcoholic beer that was one of the best I’ve ever had. Trust me these are really hard to come by. In addition to this she made sure I could get a nice grilled chicken breast sandwich with super hot fries. She really had impeccable service . Everything from the greeting. The order-taking.. The two minute check back. What really makes her way above the rest is her smile. Her positivity. The way she carries herself and brings all that positive energy into the guest experience. I highly recommend this wild wings. If you go there, definitely ask for Kassara! You’ll be glad you did!

Lots if Fun! Food was great with a great selections of dishes to choose from. And my favorite a great Beer selection! Service was exemplarary.. And we were a Huge group!

My girlfriend and I stopped in not expecting much and truthfully not even thinking we would like most of the menu. Surprisingly we had a great time, our server was friendly, helpful, offered many suggestions and was super fast with the food! We had our drinks within 2 minutes of ordering and our apps within 8 minutes! Food was delish and atmosphere was fun! Definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings!

Veronica was amazing, she turned a not so great start to our dining experience into one to remember. She not only was bright and happy she moved faster than I’ve seen many people in food service (which most know isn’t a easy job) She did such a great job making us and the table next to us feel cared about and appreciated. She is someone who should be considered for big moves.

Was there for dinner last night with a group of 10 and it was so busy with the Yankees playing in the World Series. Kristen was our server and she was Excellent! She hustled the whole time tending to our every need and did it with a smile. She was wonderful and such a pleasure. She mentioned she was new to the establishment. We never would have known. We would have thought she was there for years. Thank You Kristen , we will be back!

As with most of the wild wings, the bone in wings were well seasoned and very good. The service was excellent. The only draw back is the entry doors are near the seating and a cold breeze would blow through the dining area when the doors opened. Otherwise as good or better than most BWW.

when you arrive at this place you must go with enough time because your food will take a long time to arrive, it is a quite noisy place in case you want to go with people who prefer silence, the atmosphere is sporty and therefore the noise, the mild wings are a bit salty but their burgers are very good! While we were in the Danbury area (by mall), we decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. A mistake! The place was quite dreary, there was no hostess at door. We stood, waited several minutes-nobody assisted us. I went to a customer asking about service. She told me there was "one" girl on the floor...no one else to help her. Started coming here the day it opened. It used to be better, but this visit was better than my last. The server was friendly and got us refills quickly. The unlimited wings is an ok deal if you eat enough. They are small, so it's doable but gone are the days when wings cost less than $1 a wing without having to eat 30.

These guys do a great job on wings! They also have great deals throughout the week both in the restaurant and on their app. The atmosphere is great if you're into sports. It's a fantastic place to go watch any game and the beer is ice cold!

Overall a good experience. Typical BWW with chill vibes. The younger waitresses tend to get distracted by friends/family/coworkers hanging around on certain days. Should make rounds on your tables a little more often. Could've been a staffing shortage on the day I went with my family. This place makes excellent burgers. They tend to overcook their wings on occasion and it doesn't seem that adequate care is placed when either dry rubbing or tossed in sauce. You'll get the occasional 3-5 wings heavily coated while some others lack. Maybe the chef should use better techniques in spreading the flavor. Great job on the burgers though! My daughter will not eat a burger from anywhere else!

Everything was good. Paper menus have a weird smell. And food takes a bit too long to get out. Waited 45 min for food last time. But the BOGO is great. But 9.50 a drink is a bit steep. They don't place price on the menu. So I figure I'd put it here for others to know.

Met a group for wings and a beer. They have a Tuesday night BOGO special that makes the cost much more reasonable. Enjoyed it enough to invite a different group a few weeks later This time everything was slower, the food wasn't hot and the service wasn't up to par. Hopefully, an off day. Definitely willing to give it another shot.

I came here yesterday with one of my girlfriends and her daughter. I was so pleased with my meal. Reasonable time to wait for the food. The only thing we were missing for minutes were silverware and napkins, so we had to wait before we enjoyed out dinner. But overall, servers were amazing and the place it's self is well kept! Always enjoy the food I get and service is decent. Lots of TVs and they're willing to change the channel if you ask. The new menu has a lot of great options.

I have gone here several times, but during the Covid pandemic, the place was clean and everyone was spread out. Our waitress took a long time to serve my friends after getting my drink. I was charged for an item I didn’t order. She apologized later since she forgot to give our check. We were there over a hour. Not a good place to get in and get out. It wasn’t busy at all and my friends were disappointed because it was never like this 6 months ago during normal times. I am hoping to update my review because we come here for wings and beer during big games. Just posting this because I know they can do better. I love BWW!

Food was very enjoyable! We went for my boyfriends birthday and of course, they sang to him haha! The service was a little slow, took about 20 minutes for each item to be brought to the table other than the meal, we know that takes time but I'm talking about drinks, napkins, a few appetizer plates. It also seemed as if the Waitress was annoyed with us for asking so much of her. We left a good tip because of that (and also because we're nice) otherwise I would of left a dollar. Other than that, the great food made up for it!

Got take out recently and half or my food was cold and half hot. Which was super disappointing being I don't get food from here alot. The boneless wings didn't have enough sauce as usual and we always have to pay extra for a sauce on the side due to this reason, they were also cold not warm but cold like they have been sitting for a while. I do not have the patience to return here. Food is always fine, as expected. Service is the absolute worst. I’ve been here 3xs in the last few months, it has gotten progressively worse with each trip. Incredibly long wait for food, zero acknowledgment or quick apologies for delays, incorrect orders, no bussing of tables, no attention to small (yet important needs), it’s just bad. It took us the entirety of a hockey game to get our meal in completion and still were stuck waiting 20 minutes to find our server to ask for the check…yikes.

Not in this case, waited close to an hour just to get all food at one time for some reason? Wings were soggy and I got a side of mac and cheese it was so dry bro u wont believe it like it was drier than a drought in africa like no cheese whatsoever it was basically just pasta in a bowl not mac and cheese. For the appetizer we got onion rings and those were pretty good I was just rlly bummed about the actual dinner and the sides. Overall I Probably wouldn’t come again. If your planning on coming here my advice is to not get the mac and cheese at all.

Great place on Football game day! Went twice in the past two months. First time, great meal, fun time watching various games! Five stars. Second time: disaster. While we got to watch the games, service was pathetic! Took 20 minutes before anyone stopped at our table. Beer and soft drinks were 5 minutes, but Cocktail took 1/2 hour. Meal took an hour after ordering to get served. After that, one meal was wrong (hot instead of mild sauce, fries instead of rings, then took 45 minutes more to get it right)! Even though they comped one meal, horrible attitude from the waitress. 1 star (because we got to watch the games). Marking as 3 stars average.

I came in on a Thursday night for boneless bogo wings. The hosts were very nice and sat me down in a timely fashion. My server was wonderful and she was very attentive, even when it got very busy. The one problem I had was this woman who came up to my table. Not to be rude, but she had a stench similar to a wet dog. She was the one who handed us the food. The wings were nice and hot with a good coating of honey BBQ. Overall, the restaurant was delightful but consider hiring more hygienic people.

Very warmly greeted and service was excellent. Very clean and great layout with a lot of TVs to watch. Drinks looked good, probably a fun place to hang and watch a game... Ordered "boneless wings". Heavily crusted over with a hard crunchy coating and zero tenderness. Seemed like heavily processed, frozen food, not worthy of a second try.

My husband and I had a gift card so we went for dinner. We hadn't been to a BWW in a while and in that time the wings have gone WAAAY down. Our wings were barely coated and were mostly just breading. The server we had was very nice and attentive. We probably won't be back to any location.

I ordered teriyaki and sweet BBQ boneless chicken, and the food was incredibly salty. I got two or three pieces in before I gave up and didn't even want to finish the meal. Top that off with charging for every single sauce dip we didn't ask for. I remember why I don't eat here.

Ordered food for pickup. I ordered the honey bbq chicken salad with crispy chicken which she even repeated back to me over the phone only to receive grilled chicken when I picked my order up. On top of that my fried pickles were barely cooked. Extremely disappointed with the food we received.

Waited for ten minutes for someone to seat me, even though the waitress was taking food to the tables in the same area I was waiting to be seated at. Finally I went to the bar and inquired about being seated, and on my way back to the waiting area now there is a line of patrons and the same waitress is asking someone from the back to seat the waiting patrons. Wasn’t sure who was taking care of my table since I got the feeling I was bothering the person who took my order she had the person cleaning tables deliver my order to me as she walked pass my table. Had to ask for napkins after food was delivered to me. Now I remember why I no longer patronize this establishment. Will not do it again

We initially walked in and asked the hostess who apparently is our waitress if they had any soccer games playing so my son could watch. She asked what game was playing which there were 2 going on at same time for FIFA. We sat down at our table, ordered drinks. When she returned with the drinks, my son asked if they could put soccor on and she stated "hold one". We ordered food, waited and still to no attempt of a game being put on. I walked to bar, asked the bartender if she could put a soccer game on. She walked over to see what TV we were sitting by, asked what game. Told the bartender and then nothing. I emded up streaming the tail end of U.S. V We ate our lunch, was ignored by the waitress the entire time. Had to hunt her down for a box and the check for our food. If they couldn't play any soccor games then just say so. Worst service I've ever had.

Ok, I go here ALOT for wings. My daughter's took out my wife for Mother's day. So, I took advantage. So sorry I went. I had 15 traditional wings with the bone in and I ordered flats. The wings were, at their largest, two inches at it's best, mainly one inch and a half was their size. Normally, I take home around 6 to 7 wings, not today. I ate them all because they were so small. Don't believe me? Look at the photo, they're a little larger than the small plastic dish of blue cheese sauce. I'm a member of the wild wings club so I get points towards other things but I was reasonably upset and that's why, for the first time, I'm writing a terrible report on them. The service was as always friendly and a pleasure to remind me that it's not only about the food. Brenda, was my server and she did not disappoint but my God, the wings were like the 5 cent bar wings. Service was TERRIBLE! Not only did she not check on our table the entire time, but we had to go find her just for water to be able to eat our food. It was my fiancés birthday and I asked specifically for cheesecake so they would sing to him. The cheesecake was dropped on the table and no one came to sing. Then we had to find a manager after 20 minutes to find our server to leave. After that we left 70$ on the table and the server chased us down claiming there was only a 20 on the table and I had to walk back and show her the money. At this point I told her I was not tipping her and her redemption was “I don’t care you’re not breaking my bank”. Not a single apology and the food definitely was not bad but not worth the horrible experience.

i would like to start off with the fact that i have done mobile orders at many buffalo wild wings before and never had an experience like this one. we made our mobile order around 540 and was told our food would be ready at 610. it was in fact not ready at 610 or 615….or 620……..OR 625. we did not receive our food until 630! the worst part is there was literally nobody in the restaurant, it was a dead sunday night. i understand that it may take time to make certain orders but it was annoying they said it would be ready at 610 and wasn’t. all we ordered was 2 orders of 10 count wings and a salad. very unsatisfied with my experience.

Got food poisoning. Got sick to my stomach within two hours. It was overly fried. God knows how old they actually were. And how many times they were refried, I will NEVER set foot back in there. Didn’t want to go in the first place but someone I was with loves wings.

I will NEVER order from this location again. What poor customer service they have and they should be ashamed. I ordered over the phone, when I arrived they didn’t even have my name on my order and they kept asking me what was your order. I told them my order and when I received my order it had an “E” on it and when the girls handed me my ordered they nervously laughed. I got in the car and before even leaving the parking lot they missed 3 items in my order, I had to go back into the building and tell them about it. I showed them the receipt and when they saw the receipt and said that they thought i said salt and vinegar on the side not 3 orders of fries with salt and vinegar on it. Listen I get it you miss stuff in an order no problem. BUT THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! I told them that it was their fault and the girl stood there and said “well yeah i didn’t hear you right on the phone” I was so upset that i stupidly paid the money and left. What poor professionalism and customer service, this is NOT how you run a business.

Simply put, I ordered food from here and I didn't even get to enjoy it cause there was hair in my food. Train your employees on the importance of safe food handling.

food was cold. wings were drenched in Sauce making the wings Soggy. waited a hour for 10 WINGS . wings weren’t fresh nor good. not to mention the driver was going to the wrong address.

Went for the all you can eat wings AND fries. I asked the waitress how it works and she explained you first start with 10 wings and fries and every order after you get only 6 wings. So when my first order arrived, around 20 minutes later, and it wasn't really busy when we were there, I asked the waitress if I could put in my next order and she said sorry you need to finish that plate before you can order more. So I finish my plate and didn't get to order more wings for quite a while. When my next order of wings arrived there wasn't any fries with it. So I asked where is my fries and she said oh you have to request the fries!! Every order took at least 25-30 minutes to come out so that's why I wanted to at least order my next wing choice when my food arrived! Sorry but this was by far the worst "all you can eat boneless wings and fries" I have been to!!

Service here was terrible I usually love coming here however, when we sat it took us 20 minutes to be noticed by our server who took another 15 minutes to get our drinks and then finally when our food came out it was lukewarm at best. very strange considering it wasn’t even busy super disappointing.

This restaurant used to be great pre covid. The bar was over packed without social distancing but there was only 5 tables being seated. There were plenty more that were safe. Ordered take out was told 20 minutes for my order. An hour later when the food was ready you would think it would be absolutely perfect. In return we recieved barely sauced orders. Not going back any time soon.

went here with my boyfriend tonight, lots of open tables so didn’t think the wait would be bad, we were seated, no one ever came to our table to even tell us they’d be right with us, groups of 6 and 7 were seated after us and helped right away. we sat there 45 minutes and no one ever came to our table even after trying to tell the staff we haven’t been helped yet. everyone else got their drinks even the people that came in 20 minutes after us. so we had to leave.

Wings over cooked just had to give it back then some where else to eat

I don’t exactly know what this is but it’s definitely not the burger I ordered this is not edible I honestly don’t even know what you guys put on it but this is not fare I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback I’m not paying for this I don’t know a single person that would eat what they tried to serve me it’s always something with this Buffalo Wild Wings weather the forget the toppings on the fries which they charge you more for or this nasty burger

Ordered online to be picked up at 5:20pm. Immediately checked email for confirmation of order and it says your order will be ready at 4pm. I call Immediately to tell them the issue and they tell me the boneless wings that i ordered sauce on the side are already done. I explained we wanted our order at 5:20 and that's how we ordered it. She told me to wait for her to talk to her manager. Finally get told they'll print the order and put it in at 5 so it'll be ready on time. Husband gets there at 520, advised order just went in. Finally get order, my wings are covered in hot sauce. Now my husband has to wait again to get the right wings. I Ordered 2 blue cheese, one carrot, and one celery that is on the order receipt he got. Guess what? None. Called back they tried to say my husband said he didn't want it. I actually an extremely upset as I've had back surgery a few weeks ago and I'm sure not sending him back out while his food gets cold for my blue cheese. First time back in a while...probably the last

Ohhh boy. As per usual, food came out v slowly, and essentially room temperature. Texture was yikes, too. Sauces are good though, and drinks are solid. Service was decent at best. Darn. The photo is my pals and me waiting for the cheque for over 10 minutes. Edit, 2 minutes later: Our server sang happy birthday to a table instead of bringing us our cheque, and they were really off-key. Dropped it down to 1 star.

Terrible service. My husband and I had to walk out twice in the last month. We were seated and NO ONE came to us to ask if we wanted anything. Waited 10 minutes both times. It wasn’t even busy. Two girls behind us were lounging in the booth hanging out. Manager was walking around like nothing was wrong. Didn’t even ask us if we were being served. I used to love this place but I think this is the last time I’ll be coming to this location after leaving twice with no service.

Very difficult to make orders over the phone. My first two items were taken correctly by a gentleman. During that time, apparently my phone was messing up possibly due to bad connection, I’m not sure. So, those 2 items were correct. I then called back on a phone where they could hear me just fine and a woman with an accent had answered. I had a free burger promo on my account, only a few were on that promotion. I specifically said “triple bacon cheese burger, no cheese, no pickles, and wedge fries” She gave me an all American burger that came to find out had other stuff on it that my brother was not going to like. I was also charged for bacon when the burger I had said already came with bacon for free. This was extremely frustrating…

What a debacle last night, Super Bowl Sunday. The biggest wing night of them all and the Wappingers Falls restaurant failed miserably. My apologies to the girls and guys who worked the counters, your management failed you. No plan to fill orders especially people who placed orders 3 hours in advance, giving you plenty of time to schedule filling said order, and then make me wait an hour and a half. You failed the entire area, it wasn't just me, you had hundreds of people loitering around your store inside and out, in cars, vehicles all over the parking lot. Zero preparation, zero care for me as a customer, no attempt to fill my order promptly, you've lost me as a customer. Do not bother going here, they don't value your business. They don't care about you. Apologies to staff who had to deal with the throngs of people your management had "No idea that it was going to be so busy." That's incompetence.

Place was empty…sat at the table for 10 min before even receiving the menu another 20 min before got our drinks (just iced tea) many employees just standing around…food took even longer…and the kids meal literally came with 3 small boneless wings smh…definitely never going to another one of these places…

Rock solid, dry, room temperature boneless wings the size of popcorn shrimp. it was like they dumped all the crumbs out of their bag of frozen chicken onto my plate and called it a day. there was no flavor at all either. inedible. i ordered ten boneless wings and got the equivalent of 4.

I requested and advised ahead that wings I got last time are quite dry . Please let the chef know and make them a little saucy . This is what I got , They are thai curry , Mango habenaro , Parmesan Garlic and Carolina reaper . I can understand the reaper one but all others felt like dry rub wings . I am completely disappointed.
