Best thai food around here!! Always been happy with the quality of each dish I’ve tried!

This is a very cozy restaurant that serves authentic Thai food. Unlike many Hudson Valley Thai restaurants, the food here has a very nice blend of Thai flavors and can be, if you choose, very spicy. The prices are on the high side but the food is truly worth it.

Have ordered take-out from here several times since they opened. Finally had time to dine in on Valentine's Day, and they did not disappoint. It's cute, cozy and such a great vibe inside, the ambience and decor make you feel like you're in different world. The service was great, our waitress wore many hats yet was very pleasant and cheery. Their special iced tea and crab rangoon are to die for :))))))

Some of the best Thai food I have had. The only good Thai in this area of the Hudson Valley. The service is always fantastic with a sense of community.

Been going here for several months now and the food is always outstanding, the servers are always friendly, and the atmosphere is great - all for a reasonable price! The lunch special is a great deal in particular, especially with the tasty soup, and keeps me coming back!

I've only ordered take out from here but the food was delicious!!! Very affordable as well. My husband and I got the chicken pad see ew and it was so delicious. I just moved to Wappingers so I'm happy to have a Thai place nearby!

This is some of the most delicious Thai food I've ever had. The service was quick and friendly. We had summer rolls (with a delicious peanut sauce to dip) and the best scallion pancakes I've ever had for appetizers. The scallion pancakes were in sort of thick triangle shapes, pillowy and delicious. For my main I had Tom Kha Soup and papaya salad, both delicious. My husband had level 4 Thai basil fried rice with tofu and was very pleased with the level of spice and the flavor. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and inviting, and though it seems to do more take out than dine-in business, we enjoyed our dine-in experience. I sat against the wall in the wooden booth area and my only comment is that it's not particularly comfortable to lean back, as there's no cushion. I sort of perched upright at that spot. Overall though, a 10/10 restaurant and the prices were really reasonable too! Will likely return when we are next up in the area!

Really enjoyed dinner last night everything was definitely homemade and so fresh. We had several apps then pad Thai. Everything delicious. Chicken Satay was the best we ever had. Piping hot, love that! Service excellent. Lovely atmosphere, spotless clean. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Recently moved here from the city and have tried a couple of Thai restaurants in Beacon & Fishkill. I have only had the Drunken Noodles from Lopburi, but if the rest of the food is as good as the noodles, I have found my new Thai food restaurant. The dish did not skimp on spice or flavor. The spiciness is nothing unbearable though; just the right amount. I ordered for pick up but I got to see the restaurant. Though not a large place, it makes up its size with lovely decor and relaxed vibes.

We just had the most delicious and satisfying lunch. The owner and his staff are very personable, friendly and attentive. We can't wait to go back and explore the very extensive menu!

For the first time ever (from any Thai Restaurant) , we requested “That Hot” and we actually received it. Amazing! The flavor and spice we’ve been looking for all along. Applause to the chef! They nailed it.

My husband and I came here for an early dinner. The place is so clean and welcoming. You are greeted with a friendly face as soon as you walk in. The food is just amazing, sooo delicious. We had appetizers, 2 main meals and 2 desserts. Jasmine tea was very good too! Service was always with a smile and they explained their menu very well to us. I would give this place 10 stars all around.

The food here is fresh and delicious. Perfectly sized portions and menu. It's on the small side, with a few tables, but that fine as you get quick service ;-) They do have lunch specials. FYI, when you order water, they serve it traditionally in a small bowl...pretty cool. Enjoy!

Had an awesome lunch with the wife. Food was delicious. Ambiance is great. Prices average. Ginger iced tea was prob some of the best we’ve had. The Pad Thai and bang bang shrimp did not disappoint! Only remark would be a lime wedge with the pad thai. Always enjoy that zing of citrus with that dish. Overall great place!

I think we found our new favorite local Thai restaurant. We've been going to same place for years, but Lopburi is now at the top of our list. The owner is super friendly and sweet. The restaurant is cozy and the bathroom is clean, which is usually telling to me. The chicken pad thai was the right amount of saucy, not dry at all. My husband loved the chicken panang. We'll be back to try some other dishes. They can make several items vegan if you're looking for options. 😊

Finally a really good Thai restaurant in the area! It’s small inside but really comfortable, our server was friendly and quick and the food was excellent. We split the massaman curry (best I’ve had) and crispy wings for an appetizer, and I ordered pad Thai with duck for main. The duck was very rich in the pad Thai, portions are very generous and I’m happy to have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. So good I can’t wait to try them for takeout as well!

Nice Thai spot. Went with my wife. She loves Thai food. She had her Pad Thai. I ordered some wings 🤷🏽‍♂️ and Shrimp. The basil lemonade was delicious. The staff is diligent. Kay attended us and was great.

Such a great Thai restaurant! This is the best Thai food we've had since we moved out of NYC. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We got the drunken noodles, duck Pad Thai (fantastic!), pineapple fried rice, and the regular pad Thai. The kids loved it too!

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Especially the green curry! The restaurant feels cozy and clean, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Prices are fair and portions are big. Very recommended if you love real Thai food!

I've had Thai food on 2 coasts, in 4 states, and homecooked by a Thai friend. Lopburi Thai is the best Thai food I have ever had. We spend our time eating talking about what we're going to order next trip. Next trip is probably 3 days from now! We open conversations with "Do you like Thai food?" When we're not eating there, we're talking about eating there! My husband is working his way through the curries, which are outstanding, with the occasional stop for Chili Basil! I've had the Pad Thai, Chili Basil, Drunken Noodles, the Thai fried rice, Sweet & Sour, Curry puffs, Dumplings (OMG!). The seasoning/spiciness is on point each time. The food is very obviously fresh (you can tell) and is delivered to your table right from the pan/wok steaming hot. Haven't tried the seafood, not big on seafood, but the gentleman sitting next to me had some of the best-looking shrimp I have ever seen, absolutely no odor/scent/smell. It had not been sitting around anywhere. A generous mug of Thai iced tea if that's your thing! As you sit there and eat you often find yourself chatting with other patrons about how good the food is! I am not a friend or family member. I don't even know the names of the staff, so this is a real review from a real patron who can't wait to go back. Oh, speaking of the staff, pleasant, attentive without being a nuisance and always smiling. Please give them a try, you won't be sorry.

Drunken noodles were awesome and the Param was the best I have tasted.We loved the Tom aKha soup. Well worth the 45 minute drive. Eill return soon.

The BEST restaurants in Wappingers. Best Thai I've had in the USA, not exaggerating. Amazing flavors, new items all the time. Service is amazing! The staff is thai and talk about their country all the time if asked. I recommend the drunken noodle or the crab curry. It's a masterpiece.

Some of the best Thai food we've ever had! The Basil Duck was succulent, and the veggies were cooked perfectly.

Highly recommend their Duck Pad See Ew! Portions for each item on the menu is the perfect amount! Their Thai Tea had the perfect ratio and on the sweeter side. They offer jumbo size Thai tea too!

Let me tell you something! As a restaurant that branched off of the original place from the next town over, this place does it even better. Atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and food are top tier here. Will be a regular customer here. The food was nothing short of fantastic!

This is hands down the best Thai food in the Hudson Valley. Service was very personable and attentive, the food was exceptional! I ordered the Red Curry with chicken, and the chicken portions were bountiful and necessary after a long hike, and incredibly flavorful. The roti with massaman curry was also grade A! Will come back if I’m in the area! If I lived nearby, this would definitely be a regular spot.

Not a lot of Thai spots around, and great to have a delicious one in the area. Started with spring rolls and their bang bang shrimp, spring rolls were great- were thinking the bang bang shrimp should come with a side of the sauce that is drizzled on the shrimp. The pineapple fried rice and crab fried rice dishes were amazing and had tons of flavor. Heat level 4 was a perfect combination to have if you like to add a spicy element. The mister O crab curry was phenomenal with huge pieces of crab, the whole soup had a low level of spiciness but paired perfectly with the crab and the side of rice.

I’ve been going to this place for quite some time and the food has always been delicious. I forgot my wallet today and good thing my kind friend was able to spot me today. I am very grateful this place exist and delivers delicious food consistently. I love coming to this restaurant. Thank you to the staff and everyone that works here for creating some of the best Thai foods I’ve tried. I recommend the drunken duck and Phad thai.

Hard to find good Thai food outside of NYC but this was worth the drive. Pad thai was authentic and lunch portion was filling. Recommend the dumplings and Thai tea. Server was kind and attentive without rushing us so we could really enjoy our meal. I recommend lunch time as it was a quiet time and easy to have a conversation without since it was not crowded.

Authentic Thai cuisine is very very difficult to find. We have always had a love for Thai food and after traveling all of southern Thailand then coming back to the states nothing even came close. That is until Lopburi opened up here in Wappingers. This brings back memories of what an amazing country and culture the Thai have. (Papaya Salad level 5 is probably my favorite!)

I came up from the city to try this place, and it was better than my expectations. Everything was accommodated to be vegan friendly, without compromising the flavours. I ordered the papaya salad with sweet sticky rice, and of course pad thai. The staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Had dinner here last night, after someone recommended it while Xmas shopping, we are not local residents. What a gem, so cute and the food and service were great! Ordered thai iced tea and butterfly drinks, spring rolls, dumplings, pad thai and drunken noodles. All good and the gentleman that served us was so funny and friendly. We will definitely go back, highly recommend. Note: It is very small place and they don't serve liquor.

Was in town for a brief visit and had time to kill, my friend and I found this place on Google Maps and was so happy with the service the atmosphere and of course the food! Had an impromptu dinner here w- my husband. We both loved this Thai restaurant. It's so cozy and welcoming. The hostess was so gracious. The food is so delicious. Spring rolls were perfect with the sweet vinegar dipping sauce. Calamari was A+ because when we brought it home for our boys they ate every morsel. The menu is varied so there's something yummy for everyone. We will definitely be back!💜

THE BEST THAI food we have ever had!! It’s worth whatever drive you have to make! I had the pad Thai which was to die for, I almost ordered a second one to take home. Since it looked like a tiny restaurant (it was) we made reservations for lunch. Ordered a chicken wonton starter and a shrimp rolls starter. Both were very good. My wife had the Basil chicken which was terrific, my son had the drunken Noodle Duck and I had Basil Duck. Both were excellent. The veggies were fresh and al dente and they hadn't skimped on the chicken or the duck. Service was very good. Definitely worth a repeat.

Our party of 8 loved everything about our early dinner last night. The food was phenomenal and the restaurant is able to cater to your individual spice preferences. We tried several appetizers and seven mains and loved everything. Our server was knowledgeable and personable, and our food came very promptly. Drinks were delicious - we loved the Thai iced tea and the basil lemonade. We also had the fried ice cream and the mango sticky rice for dessert - yum! The restaurant is cozy and clean, and had a couple of fun, unique touches. This was one of the best Thai restaurants we’ve eaten at in the area in many years. Can’t wait to go back!

Last Friday, me and Mom came across this place and wanted to give it a try. It was really nice inside with a lot of Thai materials. It was so Beautiful. I had the Drunken Noodles with the Cherry Temple Drink and my Mom had Thai Fried Rice. We also had Dessert: Coconut Rice Pudding and Mango Cake. I highly recommend stopping by this place. They were really nice and their food was good.

The food is one of the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted. Almost all dishes on the menu can be made gluten free and have many dairy free options as well. I suffer from Celiac disease and never had any issues eating there. On the contrary, their coconut based curry makes my tummy feel so happy! My new favorite Thai restaurant!!!

I’m so thrilled to finally have good Thai food on the East side of the River in the Valley! Their duck blew us away and their seafood was so fresh. We had the tom yum soup, which was delicious, and incredibly fresh papaya salad and then classic dishes of drunken noodles and Panang curry. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing and the staff are very friendly and personable. This will definitely be a local staple for us!

New favorite Thai restaurant. Every dish was excellent. I had Drunken Duck noodles and wow, I was not expecting that the duck would taste so amazing! The preparation of the duck made the dish shine. Flavortown comes to Wappingers. Steamed dumplings, Tom Yum soup also delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. It's small inside but oh so worth the wait. We went around 6 and got a table. It's a must try!

Finally, Thai food in upstate NY with decent flavor. Not as flavorful as the best Thai in NYC, of course, but the best in the Hudson Valley.

Friendly and lightning quick service, but wow is the food good. 2 different appetizers, 4 different dishes, all home runs. Let me say this though. Spice's Mango cha is the best non-alcoholic drink in the Hudson Valley. Next time I'm going to order a pitcher. Edit: Quality seems to have dipped a bit since I originally left this review so I've removed one star. Not sure what happened, but probably worth mentioning that the price used to justify the quality. Now, not so much.

My wife and I dined here on a Saturday evening. The place is cozy with about ten tables. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My wife ordered papaya salad and pad see ew with duck. The papaya salad was good but over salted. The pad see ew was fantastic (amazing wok hei) and had a sizable portion of nicely cooked duck. I had chicken curry puffs and massaman curry with seafood. The curry puffs were very very good. The curry sauce was sweeter than I had at other places. The seafood was comprised of shrimp, mussels, squid, and scallops. All was good except for the squid which was overly tough. We also had ginger tea which we really enjoyed. Was it amazing??? No. Would we go back??? Yes. FYI they don’t serve alcoholic drinks.

Have eaten here many times was always happy with the food and service. My husband and I ate here tonight and he asked if one of the soups was hot and she said Yes he said can I order it not so hot she said no because the chicken in it is hot we can't change that okay thank you so he didn't order the soup. He then proceeds to order the drunken noodles with chicken. This is right after we just had this conversation about how he can't eat very hot food. The drunken noodles come and they are very hot and we ask her when we asked you about the soup and you told us it was hot and we didn't order it because we can't eat hot food didn't you think when we ordered the drunken noodles to say oh that's even hotter than the soup. She said oh I'm very busy I wasn't thinking. So $16 for a meal we couldn't eat. Now if that conversation had not taken place and we just ordered without asking on us pay for the food don't eat it live and learn. But that wasn't the case so we will not be back.

Our order was not taken for about 10 minutes. We were given the check before our dishes came out. The food was decent especially for being upstate. On that note kitchen cooks were not of Asain background. Could or could not have been an impact on the not so classic dishes. Over all i would never go back to eat in but i would try an order out.

Food was good, service was a bit slow they seemed busy with to go orders and only had one server at front of house. Unfortunately our rating for this location is a bit low because something smelled really bad, probably the restroom but the odor lingered into the dining room.

Wonderful people but... I ordered a cabbage, zucchini, peanut sauce etc with pork! no one came over to ask how the food was. the cabbage was massive cuts and barley cooked and it was drowned in a massive amount of peanut sauce. It was almost inedible! i picked through the dish and left the rest and no ever asked if there was an issue.

Just ordered a large take out. 2 Pad Thai, drunken noodle , 2 fried rice, spring rolls, bang bang shrimp,.. all was overcooked. Pad was dry, rice was mushy, beef and chicken in the food tasted dry and old. I had eaten at the restaurant and found it a pleasant experience and is why I ordered the take out. Very disappointed .. Don’t think i will be doing take out again. May just stick to the restaurant..
