The Shiro Tonkotsu is delicious! I also bought a gift card to give to a family member at Christmas. Restrooms are clean. Very nice staff.

Really delicious. Great gluten free options and even has gluten free noodles. I recommend the Sesame Miso Tonkotsu with gluten free noodles. A little spicy but very good and not too much heat. They also have high chairs so you can bring your baby or toddler here. Great service here as well, everyone was so helpful. My baby spilled an entire glass of water on the floor and they quickly mopped it up and gave us extra napkins for ourselves.

Have been here several times since they opened. Everything is delicious! I recommend the chefs special ramen. Bathrooms are clean with floor to ceiling privacy walls. Staff is incredibly friendly. Bonus is you do NOT feel like you’re in the mall at all. Love it. I’ve been recommending to everyone.

What a surprise! This is the best ramen in the area currently 100%. The miso tonkotsu was omg good. Don't let the fact that it's in the mall scare you away. It's really really good! And the place was pretty full too- which is always a good sign. Will be back often.

Will definitely be eating here again! And also the taro boba tea was great and the service was top notch and quick.

The broth for both the pork and vegetarian ramen is deep and satisfying, and the sashmi is fresh (in particular the toro and uni) - quality you would usually get from a high-end place in NYC within the upscale prices. A must visit if you're a local in the area looking for a regular lunch or dinner spot.

My wife , son , daughter in law and myself had the pleasure of eating there last night. The food was absolutely outstanding, we tried a wide variety of appetizers, sushi , Ramen, Gluten free Ramen and every dish was delicious. The level of service was second to none. Two very attentive waiters made us feel like royalty and if that was not enough when we got the check the price of everything was so reasonable we were grinning from ear to ear. We will definitely be making this a regular spot for both lunch and dinner.

Unassuming looking place in the mall but food is very good and reasonably priced. Good service and food came out quickly. Music is a little loud so not a place for quiet conversation but great place to grab a quick meal. This was a pleasant surprise, I'd definitely go again.

Surprisingly good ramen and sushi. Everything seemed fresh and carefully made, and it was refreshing to not get stuck eating greasy food at the food court. Prices were very reasonable also!

Avery, our server, provided excellent and attentive service, thoroughly explaining the menu. I came with my family and he informed us it was a soft opening, which was well-communicated and completely understandable. I was eager to try this new restaurant in the mall, and was not disappointed!! The ramen was exceptionally flavorful, and the bubble tea too! I got the matcha milk tea with strawberry pops, very yummy! I look forward to coming back very soon!! :)

Sushi and sashimi are very good and fresh. The ramen soup is tasty, noodles are just right. The soup can be even better if it is hotter in temp. The service is a bit slow.

We were eager to try this place and went in the Saturday after opening with modest expectations considering it had just opened. First, we entered what was I guess the back of the restaurant (by the sushi counter right after you enter the mall) and there was some confusion if we needed to go up front to be seated. Finally, someone did notice us and seat us. The menu has a nice variety of Ramen, sushi, and hot and cold appetizers as well as drinks. Our drink orders were taken fairly quickly but drinks took a little time to come out. When we ordered, unfortunately, the appetizer we wanted was unavailable at which point our waitress told us several other menu items that were also unavailable after we tried to order our 2nd choice, which included ALL of the kitchen, entrées (which we were not ordering anyway) along with a few other appetizers. Perhaps that should’ve been mentioned earlier. They have no lunch specials. We had the pepper tuna tataki appetizer, which was more pepper flavor than tuna flavor. The sauce on the plate did nothing to flavor the fish. I ordered the Sushi for Me entrée, my son ordered 2 rolls, and my husband ordered ramen. Since we were seated near the sushi counter, we could see that our sushi was prepared and left sitting for a bit before it came to our table. The sushi was disappointing. Although it was beautifully prepared, the fish was flavorless. We are big fans of sushi and this missed the mark, especially with the rice not being sticky. The toppings on the nigiri were a nice touch. The tuna roll was nothing special, and I had to remind the waitress that my entrée came with soup, which she brought after the entrée, at which point I didn’t really want it anymore. We had to eat slowly because my husband’s ramen was MIA despite seeing people who came in after us getting served and his ramen came about 12 minutes later, though with apologies for the delay. He said the Ramen was not bad and the broth was flavorful enough. Overall, service was spotty and inconsistent, and the food was ok. We went in with low expectations understanding that this is a mall food court so although we gave it a try during opening week, we would not return. Hopefully the kitchen becomes better stocked and service improves.

The avocado in my California roll was slightly browned, and it was nowhere close to fresh. Lastly, the sushi was stuck together, which led me to believe that the sushi was taken from a box. I wouldn't be surprised if the sushi was imported from another country to this restaurant to be served "fresh" to people. Overall my experience was horrible. I even got some chicken for 9 dollars to make up for it, but it was green and had a foul aftertaste, which I couldn't wash down with sauce because there was so little of it. I would never recommend going to this restaurant to anyone, and if you wanted sushi, I would go to Bonsai and get their cheaper deal of 3 rolls for 13 dollars with real meat, fresh avocado, and actual sweet potatoes.

I went to get a bubble tea through the to kiosk for the to go food section and waited 45 minutes for 1 drink. Drink was mediocre , and the boba tasted like plastic.To say the least I’m extremely disappointed in the fact I wasted the time of day. There was also a huge line of people waiting to go in to sit and eat .I wouldn’t recommend anybody in the entire Hudson valley to go to this place for boba or anything for that matter, when there plenty of options at a much CHEAPER price point right down the road or even in the mall food court. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
