So this was my first Red Robin experience! Absolutely delicious! But first the customer service, Felipe was a delight and just engaging personality and recommendations to the menu. We were then seated in Anthony's section and ordered our delicious burgers (terayaki). The fries!!!! I loved this experience!!!

The service was great and the food was tasty. However the lack of heat made the experience below standard. There are multiple patrons with their jackets on. Please correct the heat issue so this place can go back to 10z across the board.

Good burgers friendly staff. Food came out in less than 25 minutes. I will be back thank you Red Robin from a happy customer 😀

I was out of town and decided to try Red Robin for the first time.. I ordered a burger and onion rings for takeout.... The Food tasted great but it just didn't agree with my stomach... I would definitely try it again because the food tasted very good but I had stomach issues so maybe I'll try something different next time..

I had a dinner here on Monday evening. Salmon was decently cooked. The service was fast and professional. What else to wish, when you’re hungry ))

Started with the tripple app. The mozzarella sticks were not great, the boneless garlic parm wings were not garlic parm at all, just a sprinkle of parm and a lot of grease, and the pretzel bites tasted very fresh-out-of-the-freezer, but the beer cheese was very good! My boyfriend and I both got burgers and I have to say, that saved the day (and the red's seasoning that they have on the table) Our server was very nice, but I had trouble grabbing him for just a refill...even though this place was not busy. The total bill was $75 and I really dont think it was worth that, especially how poor the appetizer was. The only time we're gonna come back is for just a simple burger, but 5 guys is next door..and cheaper.

Ok. Price was reasonable but food was not as good. Been here before. Quality is definitely dropping. People serving always great.

Been going to this location for a years. I never had an issue until today. I placed a to go order to grab a burger while visiting the area. I picked it up and something told me to check my burger before driving away. I ordered a plain burger due to food allergies, and the ingredient that I’m allergic to was on the burger. I hate being that person but for over $15 dollars I brought the burger back and explained I ordered a plain burger. The host was nice and brought it back to have it fixed. She brought it back and I check it again prior to leaving. I noticed that whoever cooked the burger just scrapped off the ingredients and there was some left over on the burger instead of making a new one. This is serious and could cost someone their life. I didn’t eat the burger or bring it back again because I was already running late for a meeting. Whenever I mentioned I have an allergy they would always be very accommodating. This was foul and disappointing. The hostess was really nice though.

The place has a great atmosphere and the service was not too bad. However, the food was bland and lack luster or taste. The coleslaw was as dry, the ribs were tender but not flavor. We order d one of their specialty burgers and again, not the worthy of mention. The place is great and spacious, you can bring your family and friends, and have a drink or two, but make sure they don’t water down your drink too much. I barely tasted the rum in my drink. Overall, I enjoyed the time I spent with my girl but they need a new chef. For the price we paid the food should left us satisfied.

The place was very cold which in turn makes the food get cold fast. My wrap came out torn and falling apart . Horrible food presentation. The beer cheese was more like soup. Every time I go there for my lunch, there’s a one particular bartender who’s so busy talking to the people in the kitchen that she doesn’t realize when there are patrons at the bar, waiting to order and be served. I heard her discuss her gym routine as as well as as seeing the workouts she does. I waited for about 10 minutes and she still didn’t notice and I eventually walked out.

Went there as a last resort as Chilis and Texas Roadhouse were packed. Something kept telling me to go somewhere else but it was 7:30 and I needed dinner. We walked in, was asked table or booth, we asked for booth and got sat at a table literally in the middle of the floor. There was a table of 6 sitting next to my fiance and I, quite literally yelling into my ear to each other because it was so loud. We went to go get ho before our drinks were served but got caught by who would be our server. We got asked to move to a booth and were told she needed to ask. Got moved, ordered drinks and appetizers. Food was frozen, Mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burnt, soda was so sugary and sweet we needed to switch to a different drink. We waiting for 20 minutes until we finally got our order taken. We ordered a burger and I got a two for you combo. Fries were excellent, my food not so much. My buffalo chicken strips were ice cold and after taking one bite of my ribs I noticed they were raw. Not slightly pink maybe it's cooked maybe it's not raw. Like They seared the outside and smothered it in sauce and in the inside was blue type raw. Paid our ticket, left about and hour ago I woke up feeling nauseous, and as I write this I'm sitting on my bathroom floor after vomiting Orange colored pork while waiting for round two. Take it from someone who lived here Do not ever come to this place, nor Poughkeepsie in general. I have nothing bad experiences when I come here since moving. The quality of these restaurants have gone down hill.

Bathrooms were disgusting! 🤢When we got there we saw forks on the floor! The place was dirty! I complained and they still didn't clean the bathrooms! The food was awful! Greasy fries! I use to love this place. I will never come again! They should have Osha called on them!

Just not a great experience overall- waiters was nice but slow, urgency was not her friend! Drinks took forever to come out and the food tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile- a manager on duty came over to say hello however never acknowledged the drink mishap . Thanks but this was a random visit to see if anything has changed with this place and it has not unfortunately

Worst restaurant ever! If I could give minus stars I would! We just paid $110 for four people to not eat anything! The waitress didn’t even take our full order too. And in the check they charged us $3 for “entertainment” mind you; the whole restaurant was boring as hell. We ordered the nachos and they put a bag of chips instead of actual fried tortillas. Please don’t waste your time and money going here.
