Love RR. Always a great time. This past visit, we did Happy Hour. Great apps, cold drinks at a good price. Our Bartender/server Britney was awesome, one of the best. Do yourself a solid, stop in, and enjoy some good food.

Food was reasonably priced, good selection. People liked the never ending salad and broccoli. Loved the fish and chips, good tasty fries. Our server (Mike) was very attentive, but not doting. Only downside was there was a million kids there...so it got a little loud and raucous. Hard to carry on a conversation. Otherwise a very enjoyable evening.

Thanks again for a great dining experience as always and I was happy to share a dinner here with my family. I am a frequent patron of Red Robin with my girlfriend but it was my brother's birthday and he was planning on going to Texas Roadhouse. Upon entering Texas Roadhouse, I was immediately insulted and embarrassed by their staff as well as management for my inability to put a covering over my face. After being offered the ability to wait outside in the icy February winter with my 70 year old father as well as with the rest of my family, I told them we will be taking our money elsewhere. Shame on them. I quickly suggested Red Robin and everyone perked up and almost immediately forgot about the insulting ordeal we had just experienced. I assured them that I have never had a problem at Red Robin and the reliable staff was more than happy to seat our party of 7 without any issues at all. I think outside of having the best burger and sandwich combos in town, Red Robin also has the best drink options by far. My brother agrees with me that you guys make the best house margarita as well! Keep it up because it is the gold standard. Our server, Manal I believe it was, deserved every bit of the 50% gratuity. 👍 She was awesome and she kept everyone full and happy. As a loyal Red Robin customer, I'm glad you guys were able to impress my family and save the day after Texas Roadhouse tried to ruin it. I'm happy to patronize a business that values its customers and their freedom over virtue signaling. Keep up the great work everyone.

A great dad and adult daughter dinner time out. There are many things to like about Red Robin. I have always enjoyed good friendly wait staff experiences. I love the ability to pay my bill at the table. There are a number of healthy choices on the menu that incorporate both veg and animal proteins. They were out of chicken when we visited, it took me a minute to recall that we are in a chicken national deficiency, but there were plenty of other healthy choices to make. All in all, great time, good food, absolutely the best company in the world!

Love red Robin! Chris was a great serve and Dillan was fast and courteous residual with a big crowd! Love the bottomless sides and drinks. My fav burger is the wedgie burger and side salad. They're fries are great nice thick steak fries!! Rootbeer float is yum! Nice selection of adult beverages! Fried pickles are my fav app! They have a bottomless soup and salad!

We go to Red Robin frequently because they offer celiacs friendly food options for my daughter. The staff are always friendly and attentive and we haven’t had a bad experience there yet.

Our waitress was great and supprised us with some different sauces that I hadn't tried before. There are some really good sauces here. Previous review: 3 🌟 We come here often. There is a good beer selection and some fun menu items that change every month or so. We usually have very good service. This time the service was only ok and the food was disappointing. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with the kitchen here. Burger came out undercooked sent it back (which I never do) but this was way under cooked. The replacement came back the same way. We will be back but I'm really hoping this was a fluke and we don't have to check this place off our list Previous previous review: 4 🌟 Food is pretty alright and priced fair. Usually I'm not into making reviews very much, but in my opinion, this has been without a doubt the most amazing burger place I've ever been to in all my life! The gluten free option for the bun was excellent along side with taking the ingredients together (I have a gluten allergy btw) and the fries were so fantastic I couldn't even resist entering the door for bottomless orders, and don't get me started with their house salad (without the croutons) because its also really well made for me! :D Please note that this is a review from the other times I've been there, I didn't go today.

Party of five. Everyone had a burger and choice of side. We couldn't order medium rare, but the medium was not overcooked. Otherwise, we could pretty much get the burgers "our way." Beers and a shake were good. Food was plentiful. Food was good, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Everyone was happy with their meal.

First time in a long time visiting Red Robin but they did not disappoint. 4 for lunch and the server had us sign up for rewards and we got a free appetizer! Cheese twists were amazing and the cheese fondue burger with garlic fries. My kids loved the chicken clucks and fries. Not crowded which was nice and very clean.

I was staying in the hotel next door and came here often the entire week. The food was good! I met all the bartenders: Chris, Antionette, and Ashley. Chris was by far the best bartender! Not only is he attentive professionally, but he does what any bar tender should and engages his patrons. As a solo business traveler I felt welcome. Antionette was also great! Maybe I caught Ashley on a bad day?

Came here a few days ago with the BOOTH GANG! Aka me and the frat bros! Me, Connor, Alex and nick all had an amazing lunch here! I got a burger and they all got other things ! We got the pretzels 🥨 and fries as well and they were all bussin ! Got some milkshakes and stuff for dessert as well. And you already know we sat in a booth because we frat bros believe tables to be for the weak and inferior people of society. By sitting at a table it shows other restaurant goers that you are weak and submissive and will sit wherever they put you. If we got a table we will firmly ask for a booth and if that don’t work we will demand a booth ! And if that doesn’t work us bros will fall on the floor and throw a tantrum like toddlers will! We always make sure to get a balloon on the way out !!!

I got the Red’s Tavern Double Burger to go. Attentive staff when I arrived. The guy (forgot to ask for his name) who seemingly prepared my order was really friendly. I was hungry so it was nice that my order was ready so quickly. Very satisfying and cooked well. I added several toppings which made it even better — campfire mayo and the jalapeno relish really stood out!

I’ve been to like 20 Red Robin’s over the past few years and this Red Robin was a good one. The bacon cheeseburger was great. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. And they were super nice to my daughter who kept putting too much salt on her fries then demanding new ones. Her bad behavior was rewarded with an ice cream sundae. Which she also rejected. Girls.

So this was my first Red Robin experience! Absolutely delicious! But first the customer service, Felipe was a delight and just engaging personality and recommendations to the menu. We were then seated in Anthony's section and ordered our delicious burgers (terayaki). The fries!!!! I loved this experience!!!

Food is good and it’s not expensive. The atmosphere is great, just need a better clean between windows and tables, you can find a chicken tender from 2010 in there. Server are great but the service is slow.

Very busy tonight. 15 minutes to be seated. That was fine. Lots of kids and birthdays in our area. That was fine too. Enjoyed my burger...wait was a bit longer than I'd have liked. Our server was great. She was quite busy but handled it all and made time to talk with us. Definitely will go again.

Food was served especially hot and refilled fried were hot. Had to ask twice for waters and wife had silverware taken away after appetizer. Asked waitress for another set, but she never returned with it, so wife grabbed a set herself. Place is always clean. Service is hit or miss, regardless of how busy.

Pretty good food. Burgers were cooked exactly as asked and tasted as advertised. Drinks were mixed decently. Prices are a little lower than average. Service was outstanding. Would come back for the service alone. Only 'complaint' is that the sweet potato fries were a little too crispy for my liking, however this will probably be a positive for many people.

Before I start I must admit that Red Robin fries are my favorites, add on the garlic butter and I am super happy. We enjoyed our food. Unfortunately the service was slow, very slow. The manager served us and she was excellent, friendly and helpful. But it took forever to get our food, more drinks and fries. Worst of all the men's urinal was overflowing with urine and the entire floor was covered. Never had a problem here and I am sure this was an aboration. We will be back.

Food was very good. Burgers with bottomless fries and onion rings were delicious. Waitress was lovely poor gal had too many tables to serve. Need more waitresses. We were served quickly gal was very efficient. Too many screaming children. Parents were not even trying to calm them down. Children were allowed to jump in the booths and streak at the top of their lungs. I guess they are used to their childrens bad behavior?

Still a decent meal for the price. They still have bottomless fries but you have to ask for them.

Been dining on quite a few burgers recently, so not too sure why I chose a burgeristic gift card as a reward for taking part in a political survey. But I figured that this Bacon & Cheese Fondue Burger was the most unique on the menu (wasn't in the mood for ribs, fish, or chicken), & I was right! All the ingredients were tasty, fresh, & presented well, plus service was great.

We love Red Robin. Always on point with awesome menu selection of burgers. This past visit we ordered Burgers, Wings, and Fries all were so delicious. Service was friendly, competent, and efficient. Atmosphere was fun but I took a star off because it was a cool damp rainy day in April but yet the restaurant was freezing with the air conditioning on. We requested several times about the cold atmosphere but was told the cooks were hot in the kitchen.Good clean bathrooms. Great parking. Definitely recommend to others.

I had a dinner here on Monday evening. Salmon was decently cooked. The service was fast and professional. What else to wish, when you’re hungry ))

Food was great and the waitress was fantastic. The only thing was that the carpet was filthy. They sat us down and I glanced under the table to find food scraps, plastic lids, straws, etc. I immediately summoned the manager and he blamed it on the previous shift but I said he should be inspecting the place as soon as he comes on his shift. Anyways we moved to a different table and one of the staff came out to start the cleaning. They gave us a free appetizer so that helped.

Food was good, service was non existent. Waiter came around to ask how things were going, but didn't bring extra napkins asked twice or more fries asked three times, refilled coffee as we were leaving guess there is that. Was giving them another chance after bad service about six months earlier. Still like the burgers but service is still terrible to be truthful.

Had the black and white burger. It was very good but the best part of our visit hands down was the service. Our server was Crystal and her hospitality was second to none. Super friendly and just a delightful person. One of the best waitress I ever had. Def an asset to the restaurant

First time here, we'd spoken about coming here for awhile! The entrance was nice and spacious and the staff we're friendly. Got seated very quickly and had our drinks within minutes of sitting down. We ordered fairly quickly as we had scoped out the menu before coming. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and also very busy. Honestly, it seemed like she was the only one doing anything aside from the kitchen area. Ordered the sauteed shrooms burger with sweet potato fries and my husband ordered the Pig Out tavern double with steak fries. Everything was really good except my fries were cold. As our burgers were just about finished, our waitress was finally freed up enough to check in. Asked if we wanted more fries or drinks as they are "bottomless" and we agreed. It took awhile as she had to run around checking on the other diners, but they were hot this time! I wish I caught her name, she needs a huge shout-out! Not only was she taking table orders, she was also working the bar area. I know places are short staffed...but not really the case here. It seemed like most of the others on "duty" were not actually performing their duties. Overall, we may give another shot ...just because of the waitress was so nice!

The burgers we got were a little underwhelming. We thought this place was an amazing burger joint. All the food was subpar. The coffee tasted bad. I got broccoli instead of fries and it had no butter or seasoning. It was a little sad. The one thing we liked the most was the strawberry lemonade cake. We also got a margarita, it tasted so sour. The burgers were huge but I would have preferred quality over quantity. The ambiance is cool though. Maybe it was just an off day for them but I don't think I'll be going back.

I really used to love this place, but it's gone completely downhill. The dining area smelled like straight up pee, and when I needed to use the bathroom, I found out why. The floors were so sticky it was disgusting, and not one women's stall had toilet paper. The workers are great, but they're clearly overworked and understaffed. Never see a manager.

This restaurant is so different of course a lot has changed due to COVID-19. Inflation has hit this place but the service and food quality does not match anymore. I remember when you didn't need to call the waiters/waitresses, when you would order fresh fries and could feed them to a baby (they were soft enough in the past). You even had a complaint and they would make it right the next time for your satisfaction. This was my favorite place especially for my birthday I would travel hours to this location it was always best out of NY and NJ. The last time I went would be my last time going I have never been so dissatisfied at the Poughkeepsie Red Robin.

We're regular customers of this location, probably go once every 4-6 weeks. After our last visit and the new menu changes I doubt we will continue to frequent Red Robin. The new menu eliminated the majority of the "finest burgers" which were the gourmet selection, and raised the prices of the smaller and less extravagant offerings significantly. I was fine paying $15 for a good burger but I won't pay $15 for a mediocre burger that was several dollar cheaper a few moths ago. The last straw was when my now more expensive burger arrived cold. The selection for non-burger and vegetarian options has improved, but it looks like that's the only thing that's gotten better with the new menu.

The food was very good. We got our appetizers and within minutes our mains arrived. Not enough time between. The machine to pay didn't print the receipt and that was a problem for the waiter. Service was average. The bathrooms were filthy, floors were sticky.

The food was good but the restaurant was completely out of fish! With our hearts set on fish, we settled for chicken fingers. While they were really good, that's something I could have made at home, especially with the $75 price tag for a family of 3! Life is getting to be unaffordable! Other than the price however, everything else was AWESOME!

Generally a fine place to- one caveat is the burgers lately (last year or so) have decreased in quality but not in price…it was comparable to a McDonalds burger, thin patty, cheap bun, etc. Service was good, front of house hostess had good vibe.

Started with the tripple app. The mozzarella sticks were not great, the boneless garlic parm wings were not garlic parm at all, just a sprinkle of parm and a lot of grease, and the pretzel bites tasted very fresh-out-of-the-freezer, but the beer cheese was very good! My boyfriend and I both got burgers and I have to say, that saved the day (and the red's seasoning that they have on the table) Our server was very nice, but I had trouble grabbing him for just a refill...even though this place was not busy. The total bill was $75 and I really dont think it was worth that, especially how poor the appetizer was. The only time we're gonna come back is for just a simple burger, but 5 guys is next door..and cheaper.

Use to be 5 stars, not sure what happened. I remembered when I first went to the Red Robin in Poughkeepsie many years ago. The food was exceptional, the service was beyond expectation and the options were good. It received 5 stars from me back in 2013. This time around (2021), the staff looked like they were hired on the spot, wearing whatever clothes they have, the table received no silverware, we ordered food for sharing and received no plates. The table got very little attendance from staff. My baby girl couldn't get crayons for her kids menu even though I asked for some (there was no follow up) and the fish and chips ordered was 40% fish and 60% breading (and terrible by the way). I don't know what's going on here, but hopefully they come back.

My first time @ Red Robin although I've known about them for years so I said let me give them a shot. My poor experience is strictly about the food. Service was good nothing out of the ordinary. My milkshake on the other hand was disgusting I think the milk may have been expired cause it left a bitter aftertaste so I threw it out. I didn't go back into the restaurant because I literally was passing through the town. I tried their "NEW" Crispy Fish Sandwich and it was not tasty at all. Very bland even with the tartar sauce $16 Cod sandwich I expected more. Even my sweet potato fries were bland. There's nothing extraordinary about my meal at all, especially for the cost. You're just buying the name and packaging I was better off going to Wendy's.

Updated: This last time went the food was off. My Brisket came out cold on my chips and the chips was cold as well. Plus I'm still looking for the Brisket. It was disappointing this round.

I ordered over the phone and even though they previously gave extra mac and cheese since it’s bottomless, they said that was not an option. I ordered 2 things of kid’s mac and cheese, and there was barely anything in them. Just enough for 3 or 4 bites. I also ordered a kid’s cheeseburger, and it was overloaded with everything on it. The garlic fries were not even worth ordering, they also came with barely any. I was promised a full refund, and then I was only given back half. Don’t waste your time.

Been going to this location for a years. I never had an issue until today. I placed a to go order to grab a burger while visiting the area. I picked it up and something told me to check my burger before driving away. I ordered a plain burger due to food allergies, and the ingredient that I’m allergic to was on the burger. I hate being that person but for over $15 dollars I brought the burger back and explained I ordered a plain burger. The host was nice and brought it back to have it fixed. She brought it back and I check it again prior to leaving. I noticed that whoever cooked the burger just scrapped off the ingredients and there was some left over on the burger instead of making a new one. This is serious and could cost someone their life. I didn’t eat the burger or bring it back again because I was already running late for a meeting. Whenever I mentioned I have an allergy they would always be very accommodating. This was foul and disappointing. The hostess was really nice though.

The place has a great atmosphere and the service was not too bad. However, the food was bland and lack luster or taste. The coleslaw was as dry, the ribs were tender but not flavor. We order d one of their specialty burgers and again, not the worthy of mention. The place is great and spacious, you can bring your family and friends, and have a drink or two, but make sure they don’t water down your drink too much. I barely tasted the rum in my drink. Overall, I enjoyed the time I spent with my girl but they need a new chef. For the price we paid the food should left us satisfied.

My girlfriend and I visited and got terribly sick. A couple months later we gave it another shot....and spent the night fighting food poisoning again. Years went by, my girlfriend turned into my wife, and we decided that enough time had gone by (at least 4 years), and we'd give them another shot. We had one of the best experiences we've ever had going out to eat. Fantastic customer service, food was good, the whole 9 yards. We were so impressed we went back a week later. My wife had finished her burger when she noticed ketchup (which she had not used) smeared on the corner of the paper in her basket. Then, I reached into the basket of fries i had just gotten, and noticed ketchup (which I had not used) smeared on the paper in that basket. Gross. Apparently 4 years is not long enough, will NEVER be going back

Came here on my birthday. I was not expecting a five star restaurant but the food was not up to par. We ordered an appetizer of chicken clucks, which came with three tenders, crazy for the price of $15+. We also ordered two burgers- mine tasted sour and both were not medium as ordered. We also ordered extra sides. Coleslaw was nasty and was sent back immediately- still was left on the bill. The Mac n cheese tasted like Kraft and the fries tasted like old oil. Lastly the staff was drinking near the fountain and just leaving there used cups there- huge turn off for a customer to see. I won’t be coming back.

Walked in and saw burgers and salads listed at $16+...and walked right out. Red Robin just keeps raising their prices higher and higher.. makes me hope they go out of business

Didn’t have any food so cannot comment on that. Dropped by for a drink before heading out for dinner and sat at the bar. No one was around to serve us and we had to go find someone and ask to be served (it wasn’t a busy evening, 4-5 small tables at most). When the server showed up, there was no greeting or friendliness, just a blunt ‘do you want something’ and a *come on then* gesture and expression after responding ‘yes please’. Safe to say it was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t believe I gave this place money

Every time I go there for my lunch, there’s a one particular bartender who’s so busy talking to the people in the kitchen that she doesn’t realize when there are patrons at the bar, waiting to order and be served. I heard her discuss her gym routine as as well as as seeing the workouts she does. I waited for about 10 minutes and she still didn’t notice and I eventually walked out.

Went there as a last resort as Chilis and Texas Roadhouse were packed. Something kept telling me to go somewhere else but it was 7:30 and I needed dinner. We walked in, was asked table or booth, we asked for booth and got sat at a table literally in the middle of the floor. There was a table of 6 sitting next to my fiance and I, quite literally yelling into my ear to each other because it was so loud. We went to go get ho before our drinks were served but got caught by who would be our server. We got asked to move to a booth and were told she needed to ask. Got moved, ordered drinks and appetizers. Food was frozen, Mozzarella sticks tasted freezer burnt, soda was so sugary and sweet we needed to switch to a different drink. We waiting for 20 minutes until we finally got our order taken. We ordered a burger and I got a two for you combo. Fries were excellent, my food not so much. My buffalo chicken strips were ice cold and after taking one bite of my ribs I noticed they were raw. Not slightly pink maybe it's cooked maybe it's not raw. Like They seared the outside and smothered it in sauce and in the inside was blue type raw. Paid our ticket, left about and hour ago I woke up feeling nauseous, and as I write this I'm sitting on my bathroom floor after vomiting Orange colored pork while waiting for round two. Take it from someone who lived here Do not ever come to this place, nor Poughkeepsie in general. I have nothing bad experiences when I come here since moving. The quality of these restaurants have gone down hill.

Bathrooms were disgusting! 🤢When we got there we saw forks on the floor! The place was dirty! I complained and they still didn't clean the bathrooms! The food was awful! Greasy fries! I use to love this place. I will never come again! They should have Osha called on them!

Just not a great experience overall- waiters was nice but slow, urgency was not her friend! Drinks took forever to come out and the food tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile- a manager on duty came over to say hello however never acknowledged the drink mishap . Thanks but this was a random visit to see if anything has changed with this place and it has not unfortunately

Worst restaurant ever! If I could give minus stars I would! We just paid $110 for four people to not eat anything! The waitress didn’t even take our full order too. And in the check they charged us $3 for “entertainment” mind you; the whole restaurant was boring as hell. We ordered the nachos and they put a bag of chips instead of actual fried tortillas. Please don’t waste your time and money going here.
