On 11/13/23 I visited the Carl’s Jr in Wasco. I ordered the big Carl combo in a medium size, the burger and meat tasted freshly made and the fries were hot. The medium soda cup size and soda options available were perfect. The restaurant and restroom were both very clean and the employees were all very helpful and nice. The price on the combo was good considering the quality, I will be going back soon and ordering the big carl again!

Amazing and polite staff. The food is always fresh, the wait times aren’t too bad. Its one of the best fast food chain in Wasco which I would like to go get my lunch at. The restaurant is clean and nicely maintained and I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend!

Tonight, February 06, 2026 at 5:36pm at the Wasco, CA Carl’s Jr. on CA SR 46, as I drove up through the drive-thru feeder lane and up to the speaker box, the on-duty chef was outside of the opened rear door of the restaurant talking on her cell phone with bare hands (as would be expected while handling one’s cell phone). As my car settled, she ran back inside, presumably because she knew an order was coming up (from me). I frequent this restaurant quite a bit and am familiar with many of the workers there. I truly hope that the cooks, after handling their cell phones, are in the habit of washing their hands before handling food items. In most fast food restaurants, the cooks are not allowed to use plastic gloves due to the possibility of the gloves overheating and causing a burn to cooks’ skin, so it’s completely up to the workers in this case to be sure they are washing their hands with anti-bacterial soap in these cases. Cell phone surfaces are routinely found to be some of the most polluted around and are the cause of the spread of viruses and bacteria.

Food is delicious and customer service is excellent. But the overall atmosphere of the restaurant could use some improvements

I walked into the restaurant and heard two male employees verbally arguing about who's job is what, the large size male was cursing loud and you can see how angry he was that he tossed out my burger not properly wrapped....also, my strawberry shake was watery. I also have an audio of them arguing

My wife ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. We got down the road before we realized it was grilled chicken, not crispy chicken. While still at the restaurant, someone else ordered a double burger, but only received a single burger. Hello? This isn't rocket science. The service was great, but if the orders are wrong, why bother eating there.

Walkin counter service was fast and friendly. Burger was fresh made, but very dry. Not worth the price, Carl's Jr has over priced their products for poor quality.

It gave me diarrhea and I been throwing up since for 5 days now. I ordered a BOGO for 2 dollars a spicy western bacon cheese burger

The whole place has a depressing atmosphere, my burger was made wrong i ordered a el diablo double combo just to received a double cheese burger with 3 jalapeños. The driver thru employee asked if wanted sauces and didn't hear him i said "excuse me" and he closed the window on my face. until i realized when i left he asked me about the sauce

Someone needs to Re-train the cashier with the long 5 inch acrylic nails. There was no one else in line and she was texting on her phone and when she finally came to take our order she was half paying attention because she was still texting. She also handed me our cups after having her long nails and fingers all the way inside of the cup and when I asked for another cup that she didn’t stick her hand in, she rolled her eyes grabbed a new cup and slammed it on the counter . will not be coming back here .. horrible customer service and atmosphere..

While I was having lunch with my family at this location and enjoying our lunch some of the employees including the maneger they were really unprofessional they were talking so loud in the back saying all kinds of bad words to each other i think to me that's really unprofessional with that kind of language having customers in the restaurant. They all need to get some training on that matter

Horrible food! Criss cut fries tasted as if they were sitting for a long time then refried and burger was completely nasty. My chicken tastes as if it was also sitting for a long time and my buns were kinda hard and some areas slimy. Someone needs to send OSHA in there and have them re-evaluated and owners retrain their staff.

Stopped here on the way to Vegas. The burger sucked. The food sucked. It was my girls first time eating Carl's Jr.(imagine that) so I thought she was missing out. Poor representation if you ask me. The staff was super friendly though . They even took the food outside to the car. Never seen that done in the bay area.
