It was a long wait and Leslie I believe that was her name apologized for the wait she was a sweet young lady throughout the time I was waiting, mostly every time I go theirs some rude cashiers. But she was the nicest one so far!!!
Man!!! Out of any other places Wasco Jack In The Box is the best fast food restaurant of all they’re fast, clean and have never gaven me a wrong order nor attitude. I always get my food will done and fresh. If it was up to me I would give a raise to the young lady at the window and the cook that worked last night because they’re hard worker. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
I stressed these guys out with my huge order i bet.. but they nailed it spot on amazing service took my order perfectly! Food was fresh and fast !! I have no complaints what so ever!!
I was helped by esme as soon as I walked in she greeted me has amazing customer service. She also confirmed my order by reading it back to me .she also made sure to put my order in separate bag as I requested.

Love the egg rolls n poppers The Wasco location just needs to check the bags to make sure all items are in there. I've gotten home (I live about 10 miles away) to find out I've had fries or burgers missing Other than that they're good in making it right for us

One item was made incorrectly but was corrected right away. 4th. The red shirted worker took fries that were in the area for scooping up and put them back in the basket and dropped them back in the oil. 5th. I spoke with the shift lead before posting this review.

Fast and they have the brunchie burgers❤ Lowering my review as we waited in the drive thru to order for 20 minutes. And in front of the order screen forever before they finally took our order. Only to be given the cold shoulder and the "is that it" every time we ordered something else. Like they were behind on their ordered and wanted us gone and the 10 cars behind us. When we got to the window and our food we weren't given a straw and it was like we were an annoyance and they didn't want to to help us or give us sauce. When we get our food home. There was no bacon and half of a burger patty on an ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Very disappointing. The name on the receipt is amairany but I know she's not at fault for the cooks faults
Prices only affordable on app. Customer service horrible. Lost hills location turns off internet so not accepting orders on app. When questioned about it very rude. Would not honor app price even after admitting they took zero orders from app all day. Never will i ever go back update as this is wasco location. I have never had any problems at Wasco, their app works great with good deals.
I got a Dr Pepper twisted soda and a lettuce wrapped junior chicken sandwich. This is the sorriest excuse for a lettuce wrap chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. I was told that they don’t put mayonnaise on them when they’re lettuce wrapped, so I had to ask for mayo and more lettuce. 🙄

The coupons and/or online app can not be used unless you do it online prepaid only. But if there's an arrogant does not matter they cannot honor anything to do with what pricing you've had or rewards you've had. They are extremely understaffed and slow and there is no hospitality in any way. The food is always cooked great but pricing keeps getting more and more outrageous and honestly the rewards proven does not offer very much

Just like any other jack in the box its not badly priced. The only problems I have with this location is that the food is always cold and just thrown together to the point where everything is falling off the buns if you get a burger. Theres also been a few times where the fried foods are over cooked and hard. Depending the time of day you go will also determine how friendly or rude the staff is.

Keeps getting worse, forgot a meal and we didn’t realize until we got home and had to go back. They rarely ever give a receipt with your order and we got lucky we had a mobile order that emailed the receipt so that we could get that meal. The food is rarely ever hot, usually just the fries and certain shifts seem too busy talking to other coworkers to bother cleaning our drink cups when they spill or even ask if about sauce unless we ask before they walk away. There was also a guy who worked there that liked to “joke” about not having received our order.

Drive threw is terrible! Not fallowing bagging procedures (cold in one bag hot In another). The drive threw girl didn't give me a receipt, no sauce I asked for and no fork for my cheese cake. She even told me sauce and stuff is in the bag. Every time I visit Wasco’s Jack-in-the-box I’m always disappointed.
Not only do they not have anything at night or sometimes even close. I was assaulted at the drive thru and instead of them being cooperative with cops they are demanding a search warrant. I was beat by a male and female. I don’t understand who would bring their business to a company who doesn’t care about their customers. This place is nothing but a POS.

I ordered a big order and came back with missing a bacon ultimate burger, a regular grilled onion ultimate burger and a bag onion of ring. They were denying of the missing food items saying they remember putting everything in the order and being rude and telling me I’m lying I’m so disappointed this happen around 11pm this is messed up spending almost 80 dollars in food just to come back home with things missing I swear to god I’m not happy about lady who said I was lying trying to save herself from losing her job.
Never ever ....ever ....ever.... ever....EVER!!! go at night long lines they take orders one at a time .....you order the next car doesn't order until you got your food extremely time consuming 40 minutes to an hour wait if I wasn't stuck in line would had left to another restaurant
What horrible service they gave me and my family here in this location! An employee was mopping the whole store and didn’t want us to move anywhere! How ridiculous is that! She gave us a bit of attitude when I just wanted to order from the cashier. We couldn’t move anywhere, I couldn’t even get drinks nor sauces! They gave us our drinks in the front counter and we told her we wanted this specific drink and she gave us the wrong drink, she then proceeded to say that she already gave us the drinks even though they were not the correct ones. We felt unwanted the whole time we were there. Please train your employees to be a little bit more respectful.
Dude at drive thru was giving attitude and they said they can't make 2 separate orders for us, very bad service and he even tried acting though after through the speaker
I ordered the sourdough jack because my cravings for yummy bacon and yummy crispy sour dough bread. I was pretty sad when I opened the box and only 1 slice of bread was toasted and I'm even more sad that the single piece of bacon I got was pinky size. Not to forget to mention the dry sandwich itself that had the littlest spread of ketchup. I also gave the tacos another chance after being disappointed multiple times before...because who can resist jack tacos?!? The tacos were nothing but poor portioning of barely any lettuce and the staleness of the long time ago fried item. However, the curly fries and cherry vanilla coke was alright.
Rude employees from the start! Anything else? Anything else? Anything else? After each ordered item. Then, you get to the window only to get your order WRONG and then they wanna say " we can't take that back, we didn't charge you for (whatever it is)". There is ALWAYS something wrong each time I go. I keep going cuz I'm like well maybe the employee is just having a bad day OR we are all human we make mistakes.. but ALL the time??? C'mon!!! I will no longer go here.
The manager there was rude. And its the second time then give me cold chicken. They never get my order right. Not only just that you can never reach them on the phone. Horrible service
Dude on drive-through was very disrespectful. Couldn’t take two orders. He only said he can only take one order per car. Very bad customer service
I would give it a zero bc they took really long just getting a coffee and then it was cold, we asked for a hot coffee and they gave us the wrong sugar and then we went to go change it and they took a longer time, it took us 25 minutes for a coffee. In total they we were there for 48 minutes for a few fries, I teryakai bowl and a coffee, and the whole time they were very rude and they had bad service.
Everytime i go there the service just completely sucks.. especially late night hours.. they expect you to have exact amout.. you cant use your card. And they do one car at a time... it really sucks.. and they never have everything. Theyr always missing something
Earlier today around 1am we decided to stop and buy food here. There was a huge line of cars. I'm going to say over 15 cars. I don't know how true this, but 2 employees were going from car to car. "Saying their system was rebooting and it would take about 30 minutes to an hour to finish. Jack in the Box shouldn't claim they are a 24 hours restaurant. They are more like 23 hours🙄
Everytime we go to jack “the system is down” or they always mess our order up. Last time we tried adding a cheesecake at the window the employe Gary M declined my order saying we cant add to our order but yet i have worked at fast food for a year and know that you can, he just did it without hesitation, the service has downfallen in the past months worst customer service ever, there is always something wrong at this location either the fryers are down or the computers our down.
Wish I could put no star but they have the worst employee system. Everytime I go through the drive thru, all the computers are being rebooted or all the fry machines are getting cleaned. This restaurant has significantly decreased in service.
Never coming back for sure, the place is dirty, floor and tables were super dirty, the fries served cold. The place was empty, there were at least 3 employees but neither one seemed interested in wiping the tables, much less in taking the trash out. The restroom was also disgustingly dirty.
This place deserves zero stars. Months ago I received a burger with just buns and lettuce. I decided to give it another try and I order a cluck sandwich and receive what you see in the photo. I doordash so I go there often to pick up food and there is always new workers because everyone quits right away. It’s like they hire anyone because they’re desperate, their workers are often young and have no manners and don’t know how to talk to people. They WILL mess up your order it happens 90 percent of the time so just stay away. I hope this place gets shut down and we get something better instead
Whatever you do, do NOT order their boba drinks. They’re not even soft and squishy like they’re supposed to be, I received my drink only to taste hard rocks. It really turned me down since I’m a boba lover at heart.

I go to drive thru and there could be no car behind me I’m the only one and the workers always ask me to park on the side and I have to wait for my food it’s crazy idk why I keep coming back.
These frys are not supposed to be full of burnt oil droppings. Night shift or management are not doing anything good job.
Second time ordering a chicken sandwich from this Jack in the box where the chicken comes out to be rubber raw. First time I threw it out and let it go because I get it things happen but this is the second time this happens. Please stop serving raw chicken you guys already take a long time giving the orders. At least cook it right so no one gets sick. Took a big bite right into raw chicken ridiculous.
Was just horrible I bought 3 curly fries all my fries were faked with curly fries on top and reg fries on bottom my Sandwhich bread was not even toasted. My snack wrap not even made correctly.

Ordered a jumbo jack munchie meal and they gave me a burger with just 2 patties and bread nothing else inside. To my surprise there was also a piece of hair in it, which made me throw away my whole order away never coming back.
I ordered my meal on line as I have been doing since I found out about the app. (Because it is very convenient and faster) but this time it was none like my usual experience... I placed my order pulled up to the drive through and said I had an online order... I was told to pu up to the window... I then proceeded to the window and the girl there said she didn't have anything on her screen. She said she was going to talk to her manager and before she turned to look for her she printed out a receipt that she took with her with what looked like my order. After about a minute she came to the window and told me to pull around to the side and wait for my order. After I came around and parked another 2 cars came around as well... they got their food before I did and to top it off some of my order was tacos and I requested them w/o taco sauce and all had taco sauce... also I ordered onion rings and my box of onion rings had 3 1/2 onion rings.

Honestly food is good , however after paying 45$ for my order , no condiments were included. When I asked for condiments the were going to charge me 25 cents(ketchup, ranch, etc.)including a 2 cent tax for said condiments Don’t recommend eating here unless you bring your sauce or a 10$ roll of quarters .
