Don’t waste your time (or do whatever you want, I don’t care). You’ll sit at curbside 20 minutes just for them to cancel your order. Then you go through the drive-thru, where they give you exactly one-third of the meals you ordered, which is still missing the cheese you paid extra for after sending it back twice. Then they’re like “why are you still here” well I’m still waiting on four meals that never even showed up. After building up a ridiculous line behind us in the drive-thru (which was empty on arrival btw) finally get the rest of the order, for one of the sandwiches to be hard enough to bang on the counter (which I did inside the restaurant for everyone to see, even had a lady who was ordering at the kiosk thank me for saving her time as she walked out), even the bbq sauce was DRY (it was a McRib). The fries were old, one mcchicken had no lettuce, and the other had no mayo (we didn’t order them that way, so what the heck). The manager blamed the app, but the app didn’t prepare this mess. Most of it went in the trash. Let’s be fair, the bar is set pretty low for McDonald’s as is. You know what you’re getting into, so no point complaining generally. This one was just extra bad. Even an employee on break said he was going to eat something different because he didn’t want to waste his whole break waiting to order. Another comment from the back of the dining room “I could do better than that, and I’m the one who can’t find a job.” Poor guy. Anyway, just go to Shreveport or Marshall (whatever direction you’re driving) you’ll probably get your food faster even with the extra driving time ( yeah we were there over an hour for a to-go situation.) Night. Mare. You’ve been warned. May the odds be ever in your favor! Oh they also “don’t have honey” until you’ve gone inside to talk to the manager about the week-old McRib. Then honey magically appears. They did manage to put “ice” and “no ice” in the correct drinks. That’s something that’s almost always wrong everywhere we go. Still not adding a star for that. 😜

I stood at the counter for several minutes, listening to workers in the back make small talk. No one ever acknowledged that I was standing there to make an order. I finally just walked out.

Worst place ever to get food. I ordered an number 1 and 20 piece chicken nuggets. Unfortunately, only got 10 pieces. The nuggets were stail as of they bees sitting for days. The bigmac had a very horrible taste. I had to throw it all since it made my stomach upset. Do not get the food here, you are better off going across the street for Burger King.

Tables weren't cleaned. Rolled eyes when I asked for napkins to wipe down the table. Workers were so rude and arguing with customers. Little short skinny girl was so rude! Food was not fresh. Fries was stale and cold. I asked for ketchup for myself and 3 kids she would only give 3 packets. I asked for BBQ with the nuggets she said she put it in the bag when in fact didn't so was rude to give another BBQ packet. Bathroom (mens) stunk like straight urine and had toilet paper all over the place. Definitely not cleaned for a while. Corporate really should look into the employees at this location.

Order to sausage burritos with hot sauce. Was asked to pull around the building to wait. Took about 10 minutes before they came out. Worker apologized for delay, but the burritos were hard and disgusting. Tasted like they threw them in the microwave.

I've never been so disrespected. I ordered online went in store no one welcomed me one lady was talking on her phone sitting in dining room i stood at the counter no one said anything to me,the whole time I was there not 1 word when my food was ready i said thanks you to the lady she rolled her eyes and sit my food down and walked away the soda machine was out of ice and the fruit punch was watered down i was scared to tell them they all seemed to be upset WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

GO TO BURGER KING ACROSS THE STREET! They have a woman with an amazing personality and great customer service. This has to be the trashiest restaurant I've ever walked into. Girls in the back cussing about their drama for my 3yo daughter to hear. Made racist comments about Hispanics leaving a table dirty. They probably left after hearing all about the drama too. Food half eaten. Walked in, in a great mood, but that was quickly fixed at this McDonalds. 4/23 8am. If you want to eat and stretch your legs, I'd pick anywhere but here.

COMPLAINT! We stopped at a McDonalds off the I-20 service road at the Texas border connected to an Exxon. Address is 510 North I-20 East Waskom, TX 75692. It took 30 minutes for the staff to prepare our order. We placed our order at 8:04am on a Saturday morning. Our order consisted of: 2 McGriddle meals with hash brown and orange juices One pancake and sausage platter One big breakfast with hotcakes 2 sides of eggs, 1 side of sausage, 1 side hash brown and a juice box. From the receipt time stamp, to the food being placed into my possession. When I told them it had been 25 minutes, they immediately began to be rude to me. And it still took another 5 minutes more. For a fast food restaurant, this is unacceptable. My family of 5 could have easily gone to IHOP, Dennys, Waffle House, etc and have gotten our order faster. When we did not have enough utensils and I had to go back to the counter, one employee turned to the other and with an attitude said, Can you go see what she wants? Another gentleman waiting had placed an online order for a coffee, 2 sandwiches and 2 hasbrowns. He didnt get his food (or even his coffee) for at least another 5 minutes after we received ours and had arrived at the same time we did. As we were leaving, a gentleman from the drive thru had to come in to check on his order as well. He had been asked to pull up and wait for his order and had been parked there in his truck for quite some time. Several other customers were also waiting for their food after us and those gentlemen. Other families and customers turned away and went somewhere else when they saw the number of waiting customers. Not once did these employees communicate kindly or apologetically. Instead, seemed to blame the order I placed for my family of 5 as the big order that took food delivery to a standstill. If we had not already paid, I would have gone across the street to Burger King.

Terrible service, long wait,wrong order, and attitude from the girl at the drive thru window is what you'll get. Yesterday the drink machines were down and today I wait15 minutes for someone else's food. Hope the next guy enjoyed my chicken sandwich I paid for cuz this McDouble was trash

I ordered a large coke and a apple pie. They didn't have apples so they sold me what they called a strawberry and cream pie. It was hard as a rock. I live 20 mins away. If I lived closer I would have drove back.
