Not sure why this starbucks over all has only 3.4 stars. Its good. They dont ever mess up my order. Always friendly. Overall good service no complaints
I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I’ve rarely had a bad experience. I usually place a mobile order for walk in after seeing how busy the store is in person. Only saw the lobby closed a couple times, never a problem. I’ve probably only had an off tasting drink twice my whole time coming here, otherwise it’s always good. I love the caramel macchiatos and cold brews. The customization on the app is superior to competitors 👀
Dear Starbucks Team, I just wanted to personally thank you for the unexpected opportunity to reflect on my life choices while sitting in your drive-thru behind three cars that apparently ordered beverages for an entire zip code. When I pulled in, I was a younger, more hopeful version of myself. By the time I reached the window, I had aged emotionally at least seven years and achieved a new level of spiritual enlightenment. All jokes aside, this seems to happen every time. Three cars should not feel like a full deployment cycle. The people are super nice. Everything is great. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and frustrating. It takes on average 25 minutes to get your order. In the meantime. You're just stuck in the line with angry people behind you. I have no idea what the holdup is on the drive-thru. I know they're busy but it seems to be the norm.
The restrooms are an absolute mess, toilet paper everywhere, clogged toilet and a full trash can that was overflowing. It took a little over 20 minutes for my two small drinks to get done. The people were nice but it took too long and the bathrooms were gross.The bathroom door didn't even lock.
This is an extremely busy location, and they are often out of common flavours. The parking isn't very accessible, and there's always a very long line. Wait Times have been unreasonable.
this may be the worst run Starbucks Ever. The lobby is Closed more than it’s opened, The drive-through is sometimes closed. They run out of supplies routinely
Carmel crunch had no crunch on top and drink was super watery. Cheese was hard on sandwich. Possibly cooked too long? If it’s a set time, your microwave needs to be looked at. Very disappointed ☹️
When picking up my order, the barista who handed me my drink at the drive-thru told me how to order my matcha. I ordered two cold foams to have mixed together, she told me to add extra of the one next time because at that point I’m just wasting money before proceeding to hand me my drink. I understand she may have been trying to be helpful, however, I feel as though it isn’t her place to tell me how to order my own drink and tell me it is practically a waste of money. The drink and my food were made correctly and tasted great. Usually I have no issues at this location, this experience was just not professional and left me in awe.
Please see the photo. 0 sips were taken prior to this photo. The barista didn’t see an issue with my oatmilk shaken espresso. I’m sorry, huh? She tried telling me the ‘foam’ needed room- this isn’t cold foam, it’s the foam from shaking my beverage. And I have never had this issue with any other Starbucks I’ve frequented- for this specific beverage. If I wanted half a beverage I would have just said that?
Always a long wait- drive thru line is always backed up. Parking lot is small with added chaos of construction next door. Expect to wait for mobile orders. By noon, trashes are overflowing. Not sure if it’s under-staffed or poor management.
I went to this Starbucks location, drive through took 30+ mins, I ordered two drinks. I received both drinks incorrectly made. I called the store with the correction, as I didn’t want to hold up the rest of the drive through. I was given 2 (two) $4 off your next drink cards. I tried to use the cards, and they did not work/were not “loaded”. Absolutely dissatisfied.
When I walked into this Starbucks today I saw, who I assume to be, the manager screaming at several baristas with one of them in tears? It looked like total chaos, and made me leave almost immediately. Is this what your leadership is like?
Absolutely terrible service. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time because I was coming from about 20 minutes away and had an appointment to get to. When I arrived, the lobby was closed, and even though my drink was already made and sitting at the pickup counter, I was not allowed to go inside to grab it. Instead, I was forced to wait in a drive-thru line with seven cars, despite already having paid for my order. This Starbucks frequently runs out of flavors and consistently has extremely slow service, but this experience truly topped off the poor customer service they regularly display.
Super sad to see that management is ok with stocking out of things online so that people have to come inside to order something as simple as cold foam. This is the 7th time we've come here and all of the cold foam options are not available online but once we go inside they have no problem making it. Every single frappe is "sold out" online. All of the sauces are "sold out". Hopefully management sees the error of their ways and will put everything back on the menu like normal. It's freezing cold outside and I shouldn't have to get out of my car to place an order.
What is with this place? I've been to 100s of Starbucks locations globally and I've never had issues to include at Starbucks throughout the Middle East. I have been stopping at this location a couple of times a week and the slow speed, the mistakes, the baristas standing around talking with long lines.... Today there were 5 cars in front of me at the drive thru, I ordered two simple drinks (black americano and a machiatto) and a sandwich. It took 34 minutes after placing my order and the food was refrigerator cold. Definitely an outlier of Starbucks locations and worst in the world for me. Figured I would leave a review and then figure out somewhere else to get coffee along my route.
Possibly the worst Starbucks I've been in. Washroom was filthy, your poor staff were clearly stressed, the line of customers were out the door and my simple order for a decaf coffee was wrong. The girl on the till (not her fault) was not trained and overcharged. She asked for help but the two other girls were too busy. Then you ask for a tip! Get more staff and pay them a good wage 😉
I have been drinking coffee here every day for the past 7 years. This is my first time writing a review. I drink the same coffee every day. I order ice for my coffee. You guys always forget to add ice for me. Every time I say so, the staff is always happy to add ice for me. Almost all the staff here know me and I know them. Today I encountered a staff member with an extremely bad attitude that I cannot accept. I ordered ice for my coffee. I asked for ice, but he had a contemptuous attitude towards customers. And I repeat, it is your fault for forgetting to add ice for me, not mine.
The worst Starbucks among many countries! An incredibly awful customer experience! I stopped in recently on a Sunday for a coffee and patiently waited at the counter for a few minutes. There where four employees making drinks and attending the drive-through. No one acknowledged me...until an employee came from the back, walked past the counter and I waived my arm to elicit a reponse. A short brunette woman with the ink sleeve (Nureena? name began with an N) expressionless, with soulless eyes looked up and told me they "where very busy." Of course mention the obvious! But do not be so rude and unhelpful! Where is the manangement? I left... it's only coffee. Update: Wow! Look below... Starbucks is reaching out asking how they can improve! I usually do not give out free business advice, but a great start would be to replace the management and possibly a few employees. The response to this review appears fake. Starbucks at the corporate level knows what to do... ;)
Horriable service. This place needs to ho to the bigger city and get training. They have no idea what or how to do things especially when busy. If you order delivery and wonder why your drinks are melted or cold or your food is cold, here's why....it literally just sits here. This is also why their drive through line moves so slow and is long.
