We came here on mother's day this year and I have to say that despite the rush, the service was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and our whole family enjoyed their meals. The bathrooms were clean and our refills were consistent which was impressive considering how packed the restaurant was. Longhorn has always been pretty consistent with dining experiences but this one was so pleasant that I'll be coming back to the Watertown location again.

A few friends and I arrived at 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. There weren't a lot of people there. I ordered the sharable shrimp appetizer. There's a light, crunchy batter that was excellent along with a smattering of pickled peppers and a creamy dipping sauce. I ordered the longhorn, naturally. Medium rare. Big ol t-bone steak. Cooked perfectly. Loved every bite. I got a loaded baked potato and a salad as well and both sides were very well done. I have really no complaints. Service was excellent. Around $40 before tip and I had some steak left for my eggs the following morning. I'd add a photo of I hadn't devoured everything before taking a breath

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Bread served for free with butter at the start of your meal, very delicious. The steak was delicious and cooked exactly how ordered it. The mac and cheese was nice and crunchy with cheese and bread crumbs. Definitely will be coming back here!

Dominic was awesome and took great care of us. The server he had in training was super kind and professional as well. Excellent service from both of them. The chicken sandwich was way too salty but everything else was great. No wait time and we had another great experience! Lunch specials are priced so well, great deals.

Great food. Maybe just a pinch too seasoned (got the 9oz filet and the waitress stated how they seasoned it before the order, so theres always the option to tone it down). A little pricey but the sit down experience was in a "cozy and quieter" atmosphere. This was mid afternoon, tho. Great place overall if you're looking for steak, chicken, etc.. with a much better quality than an Applebee's or another mega large pre frozen chain.

Best rib steak I have had in years. The price was fair and our waitress Mia was great. We always make a trip here when in Watertown.

Porter house is 22oz currently for 34 dollars U.S, comes with your choice of 2 sides (such as baked potato and salad) and they serve warm bread free of charge. Ambiance is cozy, welcoming and staff are friendly and efficient.. Definitely worth every penny!

I only leave reviews if the service was really terrible or really good. My experience was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond for my toddlers 3rd birthday dinner. They don’t sing happy birthday at this establishment but they did anyways. My daughter hasn’t had any real celebration dinner and this was her first experience. She loved it and so did we. Also the steak was beautifully cooked and our wings were well seasoned.

I came here for lunch today. If I come here again, I hope I always have Donna as my server. She was literally THE nicest server I have ever had at any restaurant. I just want to thank her for how wonderful she was. She should do trainings, haha.

Tonight we went to dinner as a late anniversary/valentines and we received the absolute BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! Her name was Maddison and she was the absolute sweetest! She was extremely knowledgeable about menu items and offered her own personal experience and opinion.. she was on point with everything.. the food was TOP TIER and her service was +A1! She needs a raise in my opinion! You don’t find down to earth genuine souls like herself very often!! Thank you Maddison for being the AWESOME person you are!! We will be back for sure!

Amazing lunch. 10/10 service and food. Value is fantastic, $30 for a perfectly cooked steak and two sides. My side salad was massive and full of fresh ingredients and my Mac and cheese was delicious. I’m not even kidding, I’d drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back from Ottawa, Canada just to come here because the food here is so much better than any steakhouse we have.

The food and service were excellent. However the front door was propped open and it was cold (20 degrees). We asked if the door could be closed and were told no because it was broken. They could of offered us a different table or just don't seat people near the door when it's this cold. I had my coat on the entire meal. My hands were freezing. We were there early and only a few other tables, it wasn't busy. It could have been handled differently.

I love it here… mostly because I have gotten to know a couple of the servers here. Whenever I’m home on break from college my parents bring me here. If Emma or Carl??(I think that’s his name) you should ask for them. I have had both of them a couple times and they are both always happy and go above and beyond. That happiness just rubs off on everyone!😘

I had never been to LongHorn Steakhouse, but on the recommendation of our son who is on the road a lot, we decided to go when we had to be in Watertown, NY overnight. It was a really good experience with great food, service, and everyone was quite friendly. Well definitely go there again when we're in Watertown!! 😋 😊

Our server Tabitha W was lovely. She is very friendly and efficient. We waited less than 15 minutes for our delicious steaks. When taking our order she was careful to repeat our order ensuring that our steaks were done perfectly. She checked on our food several times, brought us boxes for our left overs, brought refills without being asked, and ensured that we had a good experience. We regularly visit this Longhorn Steakhouse from Canada because of the excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and delious food.

Excellent, fresh food! Lots of great options with good prices. Our server, John, was wonderful. He was very attentive with the drink refills and made sure we were well taken care of. He didn't miss a single item we ordered. You can tell he really enjoys his job! He had a great attitude, smiled the whole time and made us laugh. It was a great time for a Friday night outing! Food and service was outstanding. My only complaint about service is one server for all the people that were there. After we got our food we never saw our server again because that poor girl was running around by herself trying to get to everyone. Used mobile pay and made sure to tip her good. I understand people probably call out or you schedule less people to save a dollar on the bottom line, but someone even the manager should have been out there helping her.

Fabulous dinner. I had the sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions, loaded baked potato and salad. Steak was cooked perfectly. My companion had the ribeye and said it was excellent. Manager came over for a chat after dinner. Super friendly and attentive staff. My only complaint (it's a pet peeve) I wish the server would have waited until both of us had finished eating before clearing the table. We were too full for dessert!

The staff was incredibly nice and very good. They never made us feel rushed at all and took some time to play with me 3 year old daughter. The food was good. Everything at longhorns is seasoned and they are very up front about that, so the steak is seasoned. My wife loves they're broccoli and looked up how to make it the same way. Everything came out cooked how we ordered so that was great as well.

Great service, phenomenal food. Average in terms of Longhorn, but the standard is high for Longhorn. Made a reservation and stopped in on 4/11/25, servers were quick and friendly. Definitely satisfied with this location.

Tje food is good sometimes they run out of certain alcohol beverages and the staff for the most part are some what friendly.

I went during lunch and most of the food was good but they did not have the A list cook on. My 30$ steak was very charred on the outside but perfect on the inside. As a regular of Longhorn that’s unusual. You will get flawless service during regular dinner hours. Lunch I would skip it.

Really enjoyed our 1st visit at LongHorn. I appreciated the allergen separate binders for all options that are available. Many side dish options that all looked delicious.

There are a lot of peppery dishes on the menu. I can't do spicy and thought I'd have to eat elsewhere. But Shawna, the waitress, was patient and offered suggestions including asking for pepper-free menu dishes. I had the appetizer Wild West Shrimp without the wild and it was wonderful! I also had a half strawberry pecan salad that was huge, and the usual small loaf of bread. My drink was a 12 oz. On-tap Sam Adams Summer Ale. All for under $25. +tip.

So great place able to seat eveyone . All 8 .. staff was friendly. Waiter was a bit overwhelmed by our crowd, but did a wonderful job and made it through the evening .... lol food is always good here .

Everything here was OKAY. Just okay. I ordered the 6oz Flo’s Filet cooked medium & it was a bit overdone. In the future I think I’d rather just make this meal myself at home & not have to pay the huge markup.

It was just meh... The steak was good, but their side options were narrow and mostly potato-based, which isn't a problem if you're a potato person (I'm not). Service was ok, she seemed a little overwhelmed but the restaurant was packed and she said it was her 2nd day, so no fault of her's. I ordered the chicken bites as an appetizer. Save yourself money and just go to Aldi, get chicken bites and a bottle of bar-b-que sauce, I'm pretty sure it's the same thing. The sauce was good, but the texture of the chicken was weird, kind of rubbery. My side salad was really good, so at least there was that. Next time, I'll just cook dinner at home, if Long Horn is brought up as an option 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ben as a server is amazing! Having researched menu options online ahead of going, as I have celiac disease and need to be gluten free - there were several options that looked appealing. My husband and I were seated at a table, had ordered our drinks and then looked through the provided menu. NOTHING was labelled gluten free at all. When Ben came with our drinks we asked him about the gluten free options, he said he would speak to the chef and manager. He brought us a menu we could scan a QR Code on - but living out of country we did not have a phone with internet access. He then went and spoke to his manager once more and got a list of gluten free items to choose from. Had Ben not been as attentive and careful with us - we would have walked out once we had drank our drinks. But with Ben's careful instructions and hard work we were able to enjoy a gluten free meal - and I can say it was gluten free because I did not have any reactions to it. The food was delicious. Thank you to Ben for helping us. We would like to comment that gluten free or any other allergens, should be made more accessible to this restaurant's patrons. In today's day and age, there should be no question as to what is safe for anyone to ingest when going to a restaurant. All we wanted was a carefree evening, and without Ben's help we would have walked out, upset and looking for somewhere else to satisfy our appetites.

We called ahead to reserve a table for 14 at 7pm. Once we arrived at 6:45, a couple people couldnt make it and our party size was reduced to 9. We informed the hosts and they had us wait over an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. Upon being seated, there was a huge amount of food on the floor where we placed my daughter and I had to ask be cleaned up. Only good thing about this was our server and food. Just going to stick to roadhouse from now on.

The food is usually top notch, but tonight it was not. The food was so salty, we couldn't even eat it. Very disappointing experience. Spent $62 on food that we couldn't even eat. Will not be going back. We weren't even offered an apology, let alone anything else.

I ordered steak medium and they served it to me medium rare. Also paid extra to have asparagus as a side and it was so over seasoned with salt it was disgusting. Another person at my table ordered a hamburger and specifically requested no sauce on the burger but they brought it with sauce on it. Also the burger was clearly frozen, and they literally used a Kraft single slice for cheese…. We requested olive oil and vinegar with our bread instead of butter, they brought us canola oil and told us it was olive oil… we had to ask 3 different wait staff before they told us it wasn’t olive oil even though our server said it was and that’s what she has with the bread when she eats here. How can you call yourself a steak house with these cheap ingredients? Also the waitresses are completely clueless and speak to customers in a demeaning way. The manager was useless. Definitely would not recommend this place, there are way better steak houses you can go to for the same price range!

Definitely an overpriced restaurant. We could not be seated until the other 2 people came in even though they were in the parking lot. Our waitress was also the bartender so it was slow service. I ordered the steak burger and chowder as my side. Not much flavor and steak texture was strange. Would not order this again. Chowder is mostly broth. My wife had a salad and enjoyed that. I doubt we will go back. Lunch menu was limited, beer was cold so that is my one positive.

This location used to be great, but in the last six months it has gone sooooo far downhill. I’ll never get food there again. They can’t get a burger or steak cooked to the proper temp. One burger we got looked like a brick that was steamed or boiled. Squared off edges, no char and dystopian grey all the way through. Their fries are always soggy now and if they’re out of an item for an online order, they don’t even bother telling you. They just replace it with whatever they have and hope you don’t notice. Also they always “forget” the sauces, bread, etc on online orders. Buyer beware.

To be blunt, this establishment is a wreck. To begin the evening started with drinks and appetizers. Once those were served, our table of 6 never received plates to distribute. Once all the dinner plates arrived, we were missing two sides of fries. We let that slide due to the busyness of that evening. Now we slice into a suppose to be medium rare outlaw and a medium strip. The ribeye was seared on the outside and cold and purple on the inside. The strip almost made it to medium rare. Waited forever to see the server again. Addressed the issue and the manager says “we can bring them up for you”. Now another 20-30 minutes go by and we get our steaks back. The ribeye made the cut, but was still under cooked enough to where you couldn’t separate the meat from the bone. Although warm inside this time. The strip was reheated and hit medium rare this time, but still not medium as ordered. Upon requesting the manager again to look at the strip, we received attitude. “That’s a perfect medium, pink all through it!”. Maybe she’s color blinded between reds and pinks I don’t know. With the attitude I proceeded to not address my concern any further and told her to leave. We paid our two hundred bill and left a thirty three dollar tip. My two cents. Save yourself the hassle and your wasted money and just go across the street to Texas Roadhouse. They know how to cook a perfect mean steak.

Worst experience ever. We were told there’s a 10 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes, multiple tables open, multiple staff but no service was provided to us. Absolutely utterly disappointed!

Our party of four visited this restaurant on Monday, July 3rd, 2023. Five times we had had to ask for clean eating utensils because they were filthy with caked-on grease and food. Our service was poor, we could not get the servers attention. Worst of all our teenager had food poisoning all night and we don't know if it was the Salmon or the dirty silverware. The food was poor quality and not safe to eat. The service was poor. The restaurant was not busy it was just after 4PM. We have decided to not eat out until the restaurant industry fixes itself. Millennial service providers just cannot be trusted. Not worth the time, the risk, or the money.

The service here has gone downhill. It’s inconsistent and completely dependent on whoever is working. I used to love this place — now I honestly hate coming here.

Been going here for years. Didn’t realize they couldn’t cook a hamburger steak and didn’t get it fixed until my wife was done eating. They didn’t offer to remove it off the bill but gave a small discount instead. In my mind, the whole steak meal should’ve been comped but guess that’s how this place rolls. Long time customer till now never returning

Terrible service, pull up to curbside for my pickup order. Waited for about 5-10 min after checking in for the pick up to call inside the restaurant to see what the wait was for. Only to find out the "manager wants me to come in and get it" unsure why I had to call them to find that out, why wouldn't they call me, especially after I checked in. After arriving inside the store I waited for someone to grab my food for me. After a waitress walked out from the back I was blatantly ignored. I waited 2 minutes, then approached and asked if she could grab my food for me. She said "after I'm done doing this" she was literally counting her tip money with another worker instead of coming to give us service, asked for the manager who didn't manage the situation well at all. The server who caused all these issues was very happy with her self after making me very displeased. She was smiling and just about laughing when she came out (while the manager was processing my refund) just to say "we don't even have soup right now" she was fighting back laughter at that point. The manager on duty didn't feel it was necessary to tell her to stay in the back until I was gone. Instead let her further antagonize me after not serving me and doing her job. The last thing this server said to me was "I know exactly who you are" which tells me exactly why this happened to me. Terrible experience all around. After dining here once or twice a week for a long time now, I will never be back after this. Oh and there was a note on the order to call if there was an issue with the soup tonight, they never called about that soup going bad either.

The manager Phil was extremely rude to an employee who wanted to learn more. She explained and had shown what she learned and he said “congratulations”

We went for our son's and daughters birthday celebration. We told them we had a dog in the car and we were seated right away. It went downhill from there. We gave the waitress our drink orders and it took awhile for the drinks to arrive. We gave our food orders at that time. We were wondering where our salads were and my wife checked and after 45 minutes our order was just being place into the computer. My wife's salad came out wrong. Finally the meal came. Steaks were cooked wrong, hamburger did not have cheese, and sweet potato was missing. The bill had extra charges and after being frustrated, I paid the SEMI corrected bill and left. We will not be going back. The manager was not easy to help us.

After coming here weekly, sometimes even multiple times a week, I really was appalled by the lack of service this evening. I sat for a good moment in the curbside area before becoming concerned as to why the wait had been so long. Gave a quick call to find out there isn't a person for curbside after a certain time. Absolutely no issue there, came inside to grab the order. Waited for more than 10 minutes while a woman who I believe is named Maya C. kept avoiding eye contact while counting tips and when my fiance opened his mouth to ask for any kind of help, he was immediately snapped at saying "I'll get to it when I'm done with this".. As if grabbing my bagged food from the back would've taken so much time away from her. Obviously I asked for a manager because of how long the wait had already been and the completely unnecessary lack of customer awareness. She then went on to say she knew exactly who we were, which is only going to lead the average person to believe "oh you recognized me and decided to blatantly not care". Very disappointed as we've come to be good friends with numerous of the servers there over these months! I really hope the quality of service and let alone the management can only go up from here. Great food, rude service 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sever was absolutely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for a remake then spoke to a manager didn’t catch her name however she did nothing to de escalate the situation she was more so worried about being right then making things right. Save your money and go somewhere else. The lack of common courtesy and respect is disheartening. Again if I were you i’d take your money and business elsewhere.

I sat in curbside to go for 30 minutes only to be given cold food. $60 for cold food. I genuinely try not to give bad reviews, but this isn't good service. I asked the girl that brought it out if the food was cold from sitting and she assured me that it wasn't, but every item in our order was cold or luke warm at best. This happened November 9th at 6:30 PM(that was the time our ordered was scheduled for pickup, we received our order at 6:50).

Maybe policy should be updated or common sense should be implemented and encouraged. Made plans to meet my wife there, it’s 8:45 so we know it’s getting late, my wife was 5 minutes behind me so I wanted to go sit down, order our meals so things were going by the time she arrived. With no one waiting and the restaurant not looking busy at all, the Hostest needed a name and refused to seat me until my wife arrived, I had to confirm if she was serious and explained I was prepared to order everything etc and wanted it going. She proceeded to repeat herself that it was the restaurants policy. Well congratulations you that just cost the restaurant an easy $80 - $100 ticket let alone the usual $25-$30 tip for the server! Great job kiddo because now I could care less too step foot in there again. Olive Garden got our business tonight and yes I was seated the 4 minutes before my wife showed up.
