Took my family to the 1000 islands today (06/14) and decided to go to a tried and true favorite on the way home, didn't know it was gonna be an extraordinary choice, Laura, our waitress, was amazing, super sweet, professional and attentive to the whole section of tables, the food was brought out so quick! And we were checked on with a smile to make sure we had everything we could have needed, she made it a quick, and very enjoyable meal. I'd also like to mention Scott, the busser for the section, he was busting his butt, super efficient and super respectful!! Both are great employees and represent your business very very well, whoever sees this that can, should make sure they know they're doing great! 😁 Thank you for the great time!!
Everything was superb! Service was excellent. Good was divine.
Great service, and I always love the endless soup and breadsticks!
I've been coming to Olive Garden for years off and on, and my most recent experience will have me back as a regular! 1. The service from my server was unparalleled. Allen was quick, engaging, and overall one of the best dining experiences I've had (and I've eaten all over, and at the finest places). This was no special event, just a hungry couple last minute Christmas shopping. Give this man a promotion!
Staff was polite and joking with is. Good atmosphere. Lots of bread sticks brought to the table as well as salad.
What a fun place!!!! It's reputation is well earned. Delicious, horribly excessive portions. The bread, soup, and salad alone was a meal! I ended up taking my 'entre' home to have for another meal. So tasty, so clean, so much food. Not a place to frequent (wow so much salt and butter) but a really fun treat!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Olive Garden in Watertown, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and my waitress, Ms. Tori went above and beyond to make the meal even more special. Her attentive and friendly service was absolutely amazing. I ordered the bottomless spaghetti with meat sauce, topped with Italian sausage, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were spot-on, and the portions were generous. Everything from the food to the ambiance exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Olive Garden, for a wonderful dining experience. I'll definitely be back!
Went there for a cast party. There were around 30 of us and they got our food out quickly and efficiently and were on top of everything, drink refills, more breadsticks, separate checks, literally everything. 10/10, super impressed with them.
We stop by each time were in Watertown for some shopping. . We love this location! The staff are always friendly, despite messing up our drinks 2 visits in a row. The issues were quickly fixed which was appreciated. Once things settle down, we'll return...hopefully soon!
My wife and I went for a quick lunch. I had just been released by my doctor from being immune deficient. I asked the host if we could get an area with less people in it. I didn't get his name, but he had long dark hair. He moved a table of guests to accommodate us, (they didn't mind at all). Just wonderful. Our server, a nice lady named Torrey, was just as wonderful. She was just as wonderful as our host. I have been to Olive Garden many times. Always good, but not like this. What ever Olive Garden is doing, they are doing something right. Take my advice and do whatever it takes to keep these employees. My wife and I have quite a bit of experience in the hospitality business too.
My daughter and I are from Canada. We had dinner there this evening. The food. was yummy but the service is what Im overthrown by. Our server Tori went above and beyond to engage with us, serve us, and so many little extra things that made us feel so special. Never in my life had I ever experienced such amazing hospitality. She truly is a gem. We will be coming back to see her again for sure!
Whenever we're passing through Watertown NY we have to stop at Olive Garden. It's my wife's favorite and it didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic. You can't beat their pasta dishes and the endless salad and bread sticks are wonderful. Really warm atmosphere, wonderful service and my kids loved the games on the console at the table. Great for families, we highly recommend it!
Bryant was an amazing server!!! Food was exceptional. Definitely will be back!!!
We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden! Our waitress, Tori, was absolutely lovely—so attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the unlimited soup and salad, which were fresh and delicious. The service was quick, and Tori made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
It was my first time trying this restaurant, and I had a wonderful time with my daughter. We visited during the lunch hour, but we got sitted and served in reasonable waiting time. Food: good portion and quality. The lunch menu were great Parking: convenient and they have own parking lot Price: Affordable Kids friendly !
Great place to eat! Food quality is awesome 👌 Highly recommend.
Love coming here when I’m in area. Clean friendly and the soup and salad deal is my go to for lunch.
We come all the way down from Canada to eat here. And we always ask for Mariane N she is pleasant and always smiling. Food is also great
My sister and I love to meet here for lunch occasionally. We always ask for the best server MARGE! She is fantastic! Everything was delicious and we enjoy seeing Marge. Ask for her you won't be disappointed. 😉
Excellent food. Excellent service. You cannot go wrong by going here.
Lunch was wonderful. It was busy but the wait was short and our server was top knotch.
Marge was absolutely phenomenal 👏 she went above and beyond with my three small children normally going out to eat is intimidating but she was so good with them. She was patient and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend this location enough
First ever visit to Olive Garden. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Also, very clean! Will definitely be back to visit in the near future.
Service was awesome, the young man we had was too top shelf. He was beyond good. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you.
I rarely leave reviews but I had to come on here to shout to the world how much I and my daughters loved the service we got. It was late and we arrived after a long day of shopping and blowing money that we didn’t have. 3 Canadians broke and hungry. We show up at Olive Garden at about 9pm-ish. It was quiet and looked like it could close any second. We were seated and introduced to our amazing server. PETER! Peter is fantastic. His personality was exactly what we needed. He was funny, and entertaining. Peter should be awarded the gold medal of serving if it exists. All 3 of us ladies love Peter and he will be the main reason we return. The restaurant should be called Peters Garden. If he doesn’t work there anymore I think the restaurant should close down. I bet Peter single handily makes the bread, pasta from scratch all while serving and entertaining everyone. Thank you Peter for being you. Olive Garden is blessed to have you. Oh yeah… the food was good too.
In Watertown shopping and thought we would stop in and grab a bite to eat before heading back to Ontario. The menu had lots of variety! Something for everyone. I got the tower of Italy which was a piece of chicken Parm, fettuccine Alfredo and a slice of lasagna. It comes with soup or salad as well. So good!!! And perfect portions. My husband got the shrimp scampi and loved his dish as well, full of flavour with angel hair pasta. Breadsticks are unlimited and so good. But I'm sure everyone already knows that as this has been a popular Italian restaurant for many many years. My daughter loves the fact that they have a tablet system at the table to play some family games with us while we wait ($3 for unlimited play) and you can even pay your bill through the system! The service was good even though they were busy and noticeably understaffed. We will definitely be back next time we visit Watertown since we aren't lucky enough to have an Olive Garden in Ontario ;)
Great food, excellent service! Always worth the drive! Olive Garden of Eden!!
I love this restaurant! I've never gone inside so I can't really give an opinion to that and service I mean he handed me my food and was polite so it was good but I mean there wasn't anything memorable about it. They have such good food. And I feel like if a place has that good of food then they're a good place! Recommend!
Every time I go to this Olive Garden I leave super happy. Their food, cleanliness and service is stellar and consistent. The food always arrives fast, and yet it doesn't look or taste rushed. The moment a customer leaves, their table gets bussed and cleaned immediately. You can tell the staff cares, and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Tonight our server was Madeline and she could not have been lovelier or more attentive despite having a full section. I'm not just happy when I go there, I'm happy when I know im going there later in the day bc I know its going to be a 10/10. Keep up the great work Olive Garden! You guys are doing amazing.
Best birthday ever; Our waiter, Ian I think his name was, was so nice, he made sure extra times that we were all good with our food, and I just loved his energy, and I hope that he stays, and I wish him the best future, and if someone who works with him sees this, please tell him I said this, thank you 😁
Our server Susan was great. My sister has celiac and they made sure that all the good she received was safe. Even having the manager bring out her meal to ensure no one else came in contact with it.
Our server was Elijah P he was amazing!! So attentive and so nice! I am gluten free and he was great with accommodations and even remembered I like my water with no ice! The food was amazing and the margarita was one of the best I’ve had! Highly recommend and thanks Elijah!
Everything was great...I had never been to the restaurant in Watertown, but after a trip to the mall and surrounding stores, we decided to stop and I am glad we did. The food was hot and fresh and the service was amazing. Though she had a busy lunch crowd, our server made sure the drinks were always full, stopped by every time she passed to check.on is and was extremely friendly and professional.
We visited the Olive Garden in Watertown this past Sunday, and it was our second time dining at an Olive Garden location. I’m happy to say they did not disappoint! We arrived on a snowy afternoon, without reservation as a large group of eight, and the staff accommodated us with ease. It was my dad’s birthday, and we had requested a quick cake and a birthday song. The staff went above and beyond — they came over with a candle and joyfully sang “Happy Birthday,” which made the moment truly special. The food was excellent: generous portion sizes, plenty of great kids’ options, and of course we loved the unlimited soup and salad — a classic Olive Garden favourite. The seating was perfect for a group our size, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning to Olive Garden the next time we’re in the U.S.!
Stop by for lunch did the never ending pasta bowl. Food was delicious service was great I would definitely come back again. I also love the Gorgonzola and steak pasta. That's one of my favorites
We requested Marianne for our server cus she's incredible and even tho she was actually finishing for the day, our host made it happen. Excellent lunch and great service as usual. My husband had his favorite lasagna and I had the 5 cheese ziti w a crisp white pinot grigio. Love love love our Olive Garden! Thank you Marianne!
We stopped over on our way from Ottawa to home. This was our safest choice. Relatively economical but tasty food with nice and clean ambiance. Lots of options for kids and vegetarians. We ordered breaded shrimp and bread with artichoke dip was an excellent start. Bottomless refillable drinks, and bread kept our kids occupied. Servers were very attentive and polite.
Love visiting Olive Garden. It's one of the restaurants on top of my go-to list whenever I'm out with family. Needless to mention their soups and breadsticks are great. Although I found the kid's meal to be substandard with dried chicken strips and not so fresh looking fries but rest of the items were nice. Service was exceptional, our serve kept checking in intervals and accommodating our requests. Restrooms are clean, plenty of parking. Perfect. We are never able finish our plates and always have takeout bags while heading out lol. We'll be back for more again. Cheers.
My first time dining here, and I was more than pleased with the entire experience. Everything was perfect. The staff welcome you like family, food was hot and delicious, drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was positive. I did not want to leave. The 2 hour drive from Massena was well worth it. We will be back and Thank You so very much.
There were a lot of us so I think we overwhelmed our server! He was amazing considering! Not by far our first time here. It's hit or miss with service and food, but mostly on point.
Love the 9.99 soup salad and Bread Sticks. Tough to beat
We went for dinner around 6pm on July 6th and were very pleased with the meal and service. The food, as usual, was very good. Our server, Mea, was very kind, quite funny, and did a very good job. We were both pleased with the evening and will be back!
Excellent meal. Very attentive and friendly service. Wine was good. The only drawback was an excessive amount of flies at our table.
If you’ve been to an Olive Garden, you know the food. It was good, presentation was nice but what’s getting the stars is the service. I will blame it on timing but one of the employees held the door for us, we were instantly greeted and our table server was incredibly pleasant. Food arrived quickly and was fresh, our soup and salad were both quickly topped up as soon as they were empty and the breadsticks are what brings you back. As it was our first visit in a long time, we asked advice from our server who gave great recommendations and we switched our initial choices for tour of Italy and shrimp scampi. Both awesome choices and were not disappointed. A lot of box restaurants skip on the service because they know you’ll be back regardless, our server was fantastic and if I could remember her name I’d give a shout out for her skills!
The individual that sat us was not pleasant. In fact she looked irritated that we came in 2 hours before closing time. However, the food was excellent and our server was amazing. The restaurant and bathroom were very dirty. The carpets had a lot of food on them, other severs were sweeping the carpets while we were eating (yuck) and the bathroom needs a deep clean. In fact, they need to hire a company to deep clean the entire restaurant.
I got the chicken Alfredo for $21, that came w/a huge salad. It was a good size portion that got me full.
***Post COVID review*** We were greeted at the door by the hostess. A minute later we were brought to our table. The restaurant has taken many COVID precautions to include: -staff wears masks -paper, one time use menus -closed off tables creating distance -plexiglass placed on certain areas The restaurant seemed clean. Our server was friendly. The menu was slightly smaller than it usually is, but the food was good, as always. I made my own pasta with spaghetti, mushroom sauce and chicken. It was delicious. (They didn't have chicken marsala on the menu so this was a great alternative). With your entree, you can pay $5 more and get a second entree to bring home!!
I’ll start by saying Italian food aren’t really my thing but the rest in my party really love it so Olive Garden it is. I got the chicken parmigiana, which was pretty good and the portion was more than enough. Salad and breadsticks were good. Place was really clean and our server was good. No complaints.
Perfect service, barely have any time finishing your last sip of pop that you have a refill! Food was nice and portions were great. I did not go in expecting authentic Italian food but more of the Americanised version as to be able to review them properly. First olive garden experience and it did not disappoint! I would definitely go back!
Great customer service, decent food turn around and the servers are very nice. Location is a bit cramped, and prices can be a bit on the high end. Family friendly bathrooms, wide booths with a decent bar I'd be somber at.
Olive Garden offers consistently good Italian-American comfort food with generous portions and warm, welcoming service. The breadsticks and salad are always fresh, and the pasta dishes come out hot, well-seasoned, and exactly as expected. The menu has plenty of variety—pastas, soups, chicken dishes, and seafood—making it easy for everyone at the table to find something they like. The restaurant is clean, family-friendly, and well-organized, even during busy hours. Staff members are attentive without rushing you, and the overall experience is reliable and enjoyable. A solid choice for a relaxed meal and classic Italian flavors.
I love Olive Garden. I go to this location frequently and it is always a 10/10 experience. However, the most recent time we went, our server made it very obvious she didn’t like us, or her job, nor want to be there. She never asked what size of wine glass, or even whether we wanted soup or salad, and when I asked for soup, it was never brought. I even asked her again and she still never brought it. She never refilled our drinks once — all of our drinks were empty by the time we got our food, but because she wasn’t the one dropping off the food, we couldn’t tell her we needed more drinks. She never checked on us. She purposely avoided checking up on her tables because if she didn’t check up on them, she wouldn’t get asked for things. She was in a horribly grumpy mood and would say things like “I got it the first three times”, “I said it’s coming”, etc. and would give attitude with everything she said without making eye contact and would walk away mid convo. We had a baby with us and we really needed to be quick, but she had us there for an hour and 45 minutes… I love Olive Garden and the food is always spectacular but she was the worst server I’ve ever had at any restaurant, ever.
We recently visited this restaurant without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised by the short wait time. Upon arriving, we requested a quiet seating area due to sensitivity to loud noises, and the staff was understanding and accommodating. We were promptly seated at a quiet table, which made the experience much more comfortable. Our waitress, Sharrell, was absolutely wonderful. She was approachable, kind, and attentive throughout the meal. Her prompt service and warm demeanor truly stood out, and she even took a moment to be playful with our grandson, which added a personal touch to the evening. The food was excellent. It was served hot and freshly prepared. The creamy Alfredo sauce was perfectly balanced, and the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara was flavorful and delicious. Every bite was a delight, and the quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great dining experience with exceptional service and food. Highly recommended!
I don’t understand the appeal of Olive Garden—from a food standpoint. Easy place to take kids but not sure it’s worth going if you’d like to enjoy your food. Cocktails were nice and calamari was decent. Pasta is not Italian—it’s American version. But service was amazing and my kids enjoyed the breadsticks.
Could only give 3 stars as my food came burnt on one side. It was like the cook left it, sit in the pan a little too long, and didn't stir it at all. The reason for any stars was that our waitress was really nice and helpful. Other than that, I probably won't ever go back to this olive garden. Hopefully, it was just because of the time of day, but either way, I'll be taking my family else where to eat the olive garden in Buffalo NY highly recommended.
The food was definitely not flavoring sauce is watery the chicken parm and eggplant parm tasted like a freezer queen dinner not a bad thing against freezer queen but expected higher quality from a restaurant im giving it a 3 only because the waitress Amanda is absolutely amazing and love the grinding of fresh cheese and soup refills breadsticks are not seasoned its just a bread stick with no sauce ? Overall probably won't be going often unless I'm taking out and don't want to be rude as long as I'm not spending my money lol
6 host/hostesses at the front counter having conversations amongst themselves. However, not enough staff to have anybody collect the litter strewn about the parking lot/front entrance (plastic Walmart bags, cigarette butts, assorted garbage). Seated in the bar, ice cold breeze blows through with every front door opening. Soup served first, piping hot. Breadsticks kept coming. Main course (steak Gorgonzola Alfredo) was done well. No surprises, and no disappointment. As the fare goes, everything was fine.
I am a little disappointed. Olive Garden use to be a great place to eat for my family. Today, it didn't seem so. It wasn't child friendly, as my grandbaby seemed to be considered an annoyance. It was not congenial or helpful. The waitress acted in a hurry to have us leave. I don't think I will be going back.
The food was good. My server was very good. But, I tried to catch her multiple times. So I reached out second server who severely berate me because she was "NOT MY SERVER" to the point I will definitely avoid this restaurant and probably will never return. Guess she never heard of customer service.
Food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere was great. Our server Maya was not attentive had to wait for a cup of coffee. Did not ask if we wanted more salad, had to ask for more bread. We used the ziosk to call server waited at least 10 minutes for her to come to table
Massive pothole in parking lot that you can't see at night due to lighting. It's right before a metal grate which when my tire went in the whole, front end underneath slammed into the grate breaking a control arm. Expensive meal on that regard.
Ordered off lunch menu. Selection is limited but price is decent ($7.99-9.99). Lunch includes soup or salad. If you want both you can add for an extra $3.99. Breadsticks are also included. I had the lasagna, which was not my favorite. A little too sour. We also ordered the mushroom ravioli, which tasted like mushroom soup. We also had the shrimp scampi, which was good but the portion was small. I also took one star off since I ordered iced tea but it had a coffee taste to it. Maybe they brewed in the same pot as the coffee. It was gross.
The ginger ale I ordered was watered down. I got the chicken parmesan and the chicken was way overcooked and there was a little scoop of spaghetti. The prices have gone up and the portion sizes have shrunk.
The staff were excellent. The chicken parmesan I had with spaghetti was not good at all. The cheese on top of the chicken was burnt and dry and it tasted microwaved. We got there when they opened. Neither my daughter nor I liked the food. I have eaten at Olive garden at many different locations. The only food that was good was the salad and rolls.
i usually love olive gardens food but my visit tonight was not all that great. There were multiple issues, and none of them had to do with my waitress. My waitress was great. It Started out with me having a dirty spoon in my tea and dirty silverware at the table that was wrapped in a napkin. Then my pasta had cardboard in it and then finally I got a dessert to go , the strawberry shortcake thing and when I get home I opened it to see if there was no strawberries on it. It was just cake with white frosting. Very disappointing. Olive Garden has gone downhill I guess I’m so disappointed today. this is my strawberry shortcake With no strawberries and it looks like somebody put their finger in it.
We had a good server but our entrees, appetizers, and breadsticks were really salty. The breadsticks alone had a ridiculous amount of salt on top that it was very noticeable. Our raspberry lemonade was really light on flavor this time around and the soups and pasta also had a lot of salt as well. We tasted more salt on the food than the flavor of the food. The food was also not very hot when served. It was just warm. I asked to talk to the manager and she apologized but didn’t offer anything for the bad experience. Other restaurants at least offer a gift card for the next visit or take something off the menu for the bad experience. Really disappointed this time around that our family came through to eat here and we don’t normally have a bad experience here.
Our waiter was awful. He did not in any way care about whether or not we were pleased with the food, drinks or service. The guy did everything he could to avoid actually doing his job. $200 spent, 2 hours with the majority of that just waiting. Horrible experience. I'd drive the extra distance to go to a different location before I chance having to deal with that again. 🙄👎🏼
I honestly can't supply a rating above 2 stars. Although the service was okay, our waitstaff switched mid-meal and that's when our service kicked it up a notch. The food however, I can honestly say that I will not be returning. Old an outdated fruit garnishes, food that looked as if it were made the day prior and simply reheated, being the pasta was stuck to the plate and dried out. Salad was okay, soup was tolerable. Breadsticks almost as if they had been sitting for quite some time before our arrival. Only food worth returning for in my opinion is the Italian doughnuts, that they had no choice but to make at the time of order.
Asked for water with lemon. No lemon. Salad came drenched in dressing. Soggy. Silverware. Spotty. Salad plate had dried lettuce on it. Food came. And didn't see waiter at all to see if all is ok/good. Over huge disappointment
We were a party of 2 who went to dinner on 25-11-01. The restaurant was very busy, it took about 20 minutes to get seated. The server greeted us right away. We didn’t order drinks or appetizers. While the soup and salad came out in a reasonable time, it took 50 minutes for the entree to come out. The server came to us once to tell us that our entrees were cancelled. Then promptly came back to say they were given to another table. It took him over 20 minutes to refill water and clear the salad and soup bowl. I sensed that since we didn’t order drinks or apps he wasn’t going to invest much energy on our table. Just prior to receiving our entrees we were going to get our check for the soup and salad, but the server just didn’t seem to be in our section. I asked a staff for our bill, they brought the bill and left. We went to the front desk to pay with cash, but they said only the manager could process the cash payment, we’d have to wait a couple minutes. I expressed that it was the worst service we have encountered here, the manager said nothing while handing my change. We walked in at 5:32 and left at 7:21. Olive Garden doesn’t have to do better, people keep coming, hopefully they were provided better service.
The food completely disappointed. My pasta came out hard with some sauce thrown on it. the taste was definitely not there either.
Called ahead to see if there was a wait, we were told no wait. We were seated as soon as we walked in. We waited at our seat for 15 minutes, watched 3 servers walk past us multiple times. No one even stopped to get our drink orders. Actually watched a male server deliver entrees to the table across from us. Then a different server stopped at the same table, took away their old salad and brought them a new bowl of salad. Absolutely disgusted with the two side by side restaurants and the service, lack thereof.
My Chicken was raw inside, deep fried/breaded. Waiter/server disappeared never to be seen again after multiple problems with others and their food. One in our party never got his food and he was the one paying for all our meals. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE / HAVEN'T BEEN BACK SINCE.
We come here very frequently. Today was the second time we had a server named Anthony. Horrible was our experience the first time and same thing this time. I got soup, salad and breadsticks. He brought out salad and breadsticks, which was great! 30 mins later my soup and my husbands spaghetti comes out… all good, it was lunch. What’s not good is our drinks were empty, never came back to check on us. I had to ask for a soup to take home because I wasn’t offered another. We have a list of servers we like and asked if any of them were in because I myself am a server and know what good service is. One of our requests was in, but busy so the hostess said we can have Anthony. And in that moment I knew it was going to be horrible. She asked how the service was on our way out and I didn’t sugar g coat it. I said horrible. And left. I’m not one to call over the manager but I almost did.
My wife and I just moved back to the US from Italy. I only went to an Olive Garden once when I was a child. So I thought it would be nice for us to go there and have some Italian food. The good.. The restaurant looks very nice and was presentable. The service was incredible we were seated almost immediately and our waitress was prompt and made sure we have everything that we wanted. We spend about a $100 ordered a variety of items from the menu And both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The drinks were quite nice a little too sweet but they had just the right amount of alcohol not too much and not too little. The bad... 1st and foremost the server did not know what frizzante aqua was... Carbonated water is a staple of Italy you won't find many Europeans drinking natural Water.. The food was absolutely terrible even if I had never eaten a Italian's food in my entire life I would still consider this to be Inedible. An appetizer comprised of an uncooked mushroom with double its weight in molten processed cheese coating it... Bread sticks that were soft and limp soaked full of butter.. So much that we could not even get our bread to absorb the balsamic vinegar and Olive oil. It's simply pushed the balsamick around the plate.. Every dish from the chicken to the beef were indistinguishable from one another the only thing you could taste in any dish was molten cheese oil and salt.... The only item that we tried that had a different flavor was the meatballs but this isn't saying much because they only tasted like baysal you could not taste the meat or anything else only basal and the texture of what would be a meatball... We tried small bites from every dish being hopeful that the next dish would be edible but were disappointed. We packed up everything in to go bags but unfortunately the dogs would not eat it when we got home. But both of our dogs are Italian so I guess I understand. I'm absolutely shocked about the amount of people on here that enjoy this food and it makes me worry about the future of humanity. They honestly could have cooked and fed me anything ( shoe, wood chips, corpse) and I would have not known because I could taste nothing else but cheese and salt the entire time. I suppose this explains why there is no Olive gardens in Italy. Close after getting home and letting the food settle for close to an hour we're gonna have to go out to the grocery store and by something to wash the taste out of our mouth. We tried brushing our teeth and using mouthwash but the salt is persistent. Your restaurant is an insult to Italian's everywhere and you should be ashamed. The owner response to reviews on this is always the same ( We never want to let our guest down in it sounds like we missed the mark on your visit) I don't think this is acceptable your food is desperately in need of improvement and I imagine the only reason you stay in business this long is because of lack of competition. What was supposed to be a nice date for me and my wife turned into too upset stomachs and my wife trying to get me to move out of the US again... It was that bad... How dare you feed this to people... Shame on you... I have enclosed a picture of my dog sitting in front of the food looking up at me with disappointment. (1 year later.) It's been a year now and I'm still mad... I can almost taste the salt in my memory. (2 years later.) Now it's been well over a year and we are still mad about it we still bring this up every so often. (3 years later.) I had a conversation with my coworker about the worst restaurants we've ever experienced and it reminded me to update. I bought bad been dip a few months ago and got food poisoning and it was still better than my experience at Olive Garden. (5 years later) Still kind of mad..
Probably the worst Olive Garden I've ever seen. The waitress was messy and ignored me once or twice, lacked mannerisms, and was outright rude after we got confused what she meant when she asked if we'd like any "apps" meaning appetizers apparently. the salad looked as if it had been sitting out and was soggy/drenched in dressing, breadsticks were so salty that I couldn't taste anything. I had the Seafood Alfredo and the scampi was cold and the shrimp were a little gray and half curled (undercooked). My partner had the Tour of Italy, which consisted of overcooked & dry chicken, burnt Lasagna, and normal Alfredo, atleast they can cook pasta correctly. To top it all off we had about 7 or 8 flies all over our meal as if the restaurant has sanitation issues. Atleast the flies were free with the meal and they didn't charge me for them. Throughout the entire meal, we were nothing but respectful and courteous, but the second I asked to speak with management, The waitress became more disrespectful and threw my receipt into my my food (not like I was going to eat it anyways ig?) It seems after this entire experience I would much rather have the fettuccine Alfredo MRE.
I will never order there again. The food was terrible! My husband ordered spaghetti with meatsauce with Italian sausage and got noodles with very little sauce and got meatballs instead. The soup was so salty. Just terrible!
