The only tricky part is trying to time it right so there isn't a long line at the drive thru, and they sometimes forget an item out of 15-20. The app is helpful but what happened to my cheesy fiesta potatoes and remember the caramel apple empanadas...god I miss those. Don't forget my 🔥 sauce.

Always a great place to eat. A very good choice of food for a great price. The cashier was so nice and helpful with questions we asked about something new on the menu board. When we were eating she also came over and asked us if everything was o.k.

Customer service was great! Food was good and came out fast, I mean it's taco bell, so it's fast food to begin with but it was busy and I had food 5 minutes after walking into the place which is great when there's a hungry 5 year old waiting to eat.

I stopped here last night on the way home from a 4-day backpacking trip around Cranberry Lake in the Adirondacks. I was tired, ravenously hungry, and self-conscious about being dirty from camping out in the wilderness for that long. The woman at the front counter was incredibly friendly, competent, and professional. Not having eaten at Taco Bell for years, I wasn't sure how the food would be. My dinner was absolutely fantastic, looking beautiful and tasting delicious. I'll check out Taco Bell again on my next trip!

The other day my order was messed up I called to let them know things were missing and messed up. I called to let them know, Tara handled the situation quickly on the phone. In person Tara was professional and quick to have the team make sure to correct the mistakes. The meal was delicious and made to perfection. Thank you everyone that made our order and thank you Tara for being so kind and making sure my order was corrected. It was super yummy!

Store #4025 at 10:25 pm on 04/17/23: a woman handed me my drink and asked me to try it to make sure the syrup was accurate. It was not, she promptly replaced the drink with an alternative. This is not the first time she has given superb service at this location. The effort made was greatly appreciated.

I visited Taco Bell tonight and my whole experience was fantastic. Sarah D took my order, cashed me out and gave me my order. Everything was perfect and the wait was not long at all. I know it takes a good team to run things well. I was greeted most friendly by Sarah who was knowledgeable about products and was eager to answer any questions I had. I'll certainly be back! Vary busy present staff and there was not any complaints from the food or anything no trash on floors like most have that tiny rapper and straw you see not here spic and span even waited for 25 minutes saw someone on brake not a word of complaints or anything even waiting for my order was so pleasant I was amazed keep only my crunch wrap was just overdone and not fully closed but that's acceptable well done

Update: SHOUT OUT TO MARY AND CANDICE COMPLETELY RECTIFIED THIS SITUATION AND TOOK CARE OF ME IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL WAY POSSIBLE. 10/27/23 11:30PM. Ordered almost 30$ worth of food on door dash because my husband is in the field tonight. Even called and spoke to Candice before my food got here to make sure it was fresh (it was picked up 5 minutes after ordering so I was concerned) spoke to Candice who was very nice and assured me the food was fresh, but when it arrived it tasted old and spoiled, all of the tortillas were hard and breaking. I called back and spoke to a young man who said he was a manager then gave the phone to an EXTREMELY unprofessional young lady (Anna) who said she was the assistant manager but refused to give me her name. Laughed in the phone and asked me if I had a car to come pick it up. Obviously I don’t because I would have done so begin. Then to make it worst she asked me “are you the person who came here and complained before?” I told her no but asked her if they have this problem all the time and she continued to laugh and offer to replace my food. Contacting corporate because I need to speak to someone higher up because obviously this girl thinks she’s running the store and can’t even be professional enough to do that.

The food is good! My Crunch Wrap was superb. They keep the dining area fairly clean. The staff should be a little more attentive to their customers. I dropped my change when the cashier handed it to me and I had to scrounge for it on the floor while she walked away. They weren't busy inside but the drive through was a little busy. Good place to grab a quick taco, everything was in order.

Best taco bell in town. If I'm at the mall and want taco bell I'd much rather drive up the road to this one, I avoid the salmon run mall food court store like the plague. Food is always hot and fresh and if you're lucky you'll be taken care of by Cheryl in the drive through and I can guarantee it'll be the best and friendliest service you've had all day if not in your life. Make sure you check your bag if you order cinnamon twists though because human errors do occur and as a past taco bell employee I can tell you for a fact this is the most common mistake.

Definitely enjoyed the food and service we got provided. They were very accommodating to one of my party members food needs. The manager on shift was even so kind to help make a new price for that food item being it wasn't exactly a menu item but rather a few put into one.

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to the 1000 Islands. My significant other was thrilled that Mexican pizza was back for a limited time. We were lucky that they were pretty quick and the food came out hot, correct and fast because this was clearly a popular place for lunch that day. The only downfall was some of the details. We were never asked about sauce and we weren’t given any in our bag. We were on a tight schedule so we didn’t have time to go back and get some by the time we realized what happened. The food was also thrown into the bag, not really wrapped up so it kind of just opened inside of the bag and made a mess. I had an order of chips and cheese and the chips were literally dumped upside down and I had to fish them all out. I know it’s fast food but it’s always appreciated when the food is prepared so it’s a little easier to eat and run.

Kind of disappointed. I came through about 30ish minutes ago on my way home from work and ordered my usual 2 beefy nacho grillers. When I got home to eat my grillers I was disappointed to bite into a loaded potato grilled instead. I’ve never order a potato grilled before but Incase I was misheard I checked my receipt. Was surprised that drive thru service took 20 minutes on a Monday at 2pm but the food was good. Used to be that you would never give enough nacho cheese for the chips, but my last few times I see you're giving about a half bags of chips so there's enough cheese now, way to fix the offset. Staff are typically really good, but the food is typicaly so-so. Sometimes it's super messy, other times it's really good. I think the worst part is they got rid of potatoes products from the lunch/dinner menu. I loved a Beef Quesadilla + Potatoes, it was my go to for a long time. Closing the dining room for to-go orders was a dumb move. Very rarely will there not be a big drive-thru line (that has even stretched into the street). They need to either reopen the dining room for to go orders, or add a second drive through line.

This is the second time I order a CRV meal the first time was for 4 and today was for 2 and They for got to put in the bag my cruchwraps. I order this for delivery. I have no idea why they say that this comes with the meal and then you end up payingbfor 2 bean burritos, 2 beef soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese almost $20.00. I'm so disappointed in this store and the way they do the delivery bags. They don't even check them.

I would give it a higher review but. The line is so long in the drive thru. Also when I called in the morning I was told by the store manager that I could go inside to pick up my order. After I got my food I was told that I would have to go through the drive thru. It is not fair that Grub Hub and those other food delivery people can go inside but other people cant. They need to have a way for people who order either through the app or online to not have to wait in the drive thru line.

So, as always..., the food was great. The $5 Nacho Belgrande box was fantastic, but the super, long drive thru line was torturous. All other restaurants allow for in lobby ordering, and Taco Bell should too. We waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru which could have been less if I had the option to order from inside. I will buy from this chain again, but once they have reopened their doors or tweaked their drive thru service.

Drive-thru service was quick. Tacos and burrito were hastily slopped together. Most meat on one side only, sour cream was a tiny little blob or missing, and most items were cold. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. Not enough sauce packets for each item and they provided a variety when we asked for the "fire" sauce only. The nacho fries were the only thing that I can truly say was hot. You don't get many fries .. seriously? Inside the party pack box of tacos were several loose rings of raw onion. We didn't order any onions. Can we say scooped up from the dirty counter? Eeeew. $29 for that? We were traveling back from a long distance doctor's appointment so couldn't turn around and go back.

I had ordered a beef Chalupa and this is the 2nd time the shell was hard like a corn taco shell and after I bit into it it had cut the corner of my mouth so this store needs to make sure the Chalupa shells are fresh and not left sitting under a heat lamp. Taco Bell,Arsenal Street,Watertown,NY

The food wasnt bad but their was hair in 2 of my daughters tacos. And I went thru the drive thru and went home so I wasnt driving all the way back. Now I know to check before I leave if I do end up going there again I understand 1 taco....but 2? With long, thick black hair. Hair nets help that problem.....???

I ordered tonight for the first time in awhile. We ordered the two chalupa boxes. It was a huge disappointment. Greasy, the tacos were not fresh( I threw mine away), nacho chips were So salty we threw them away, the cinnamon twists were stale. Complete waste of time and money :(

Not the best visit I have had. There was no one taking orders after waiting for about 5 min I ask one of the workers if someone could take my order she said that there was no one and told to use the ordering kiosk while I was using the kiosk that very same person that told me that there was no to take orders started to take orders?????When the food was ready they had also forgot our drinks I think that they need to work on there customer service skills because this over all experience did not make me feel valued as a customer!!

Typical for taco bell. Just a quick cheap meal. Nothing special. Young girl was obviously trying to get used to the pace and noise it involves. Quite pleasant young lady whom was easily distracted. My bill was 4.08 handed her a $5 bill and she already cashed it out as I said I had the change and told her to not worry about the pennies. I didn't fuss about the dollar that was due. I don't stop by very often. Staff is always courteous and polite

Food was good just got rushed at the drive through when ordering. The worker asked what I wanted and was quiet for 5 minutes and missed things I wanted on my order. After we got our food everything was messed up in our order. Tomatoes in food I specifically asked not to have in because it is going to someone with a tomato allergy. Tacos we didn’t ask for and chicken in chalupas when we asked for beef. I seriously can’t tell if they really messed up our order that bad or was just in a bad mood tonight and wanted to have some fun messing with customers. I hope the employees straighten out because I really love Taco Bell’s food. I will start driving to a different one.

After years of going here I will never go back. Since I started my new job three and half years ago, eveyday for lunch I ate Taco Bell. I have bank charges to back it up. Then one day I go in and have my order taken by a lady who called me baby. I order the $5 dollar craving boxes. She takes my card and swipes and hands it back with the receipt. She turns to the back and said friend is his order. She turns back and saids "here us your cup and have a good one baby. " I said "thank you and u have a good day as well." I went over to the fountain and decide I better have tea. SWEET of course. I got my straw and lid. I took a swig of my drink and turn around to wait for my food. I watched ten people easily come and go. Until it was just me. Two front cashiers were gone. Driver thru was hoping and there side of food was still making food. The other was a white guy standing there wiping down the counter. I said "Excuse me how much longer for my food? I only get 45 minutes for lunch and it has been over 40 minutes since i ordered." Looks at me "there are no more orders for front. Let me see your ticket?" I handed him my ticket and he looks it over. He slowly turns his head towards the drive thru side of the back. " Did you guys make friends order?" The tall pregnant looking white male manager said "Nope we are too busy with drive thru to make any fronts order" The white guy with my reciept says "Hold on I will be right back. Turns and walks very fast to the storage and back exit area of the store. Another 10 minute pass and drive thru gets all cleaned out the manager comes over from the drive thru said "let me see your ticket?" I meanly said " I don't have it. The guy over there took it and walked towards the back with it. I thought he was looking for the lady who took my order." He turns to head that way but then he stops and turns back around and says piss off "what did you have?" I replyed "the $5 craving deal!" Angrily at this pount because it has almost been an hour at a fast food restaurant. He walks to the drive thru side makes my food and hands it to me. Chalupa shells are always stale, casidilla had no sauce on it, most expensive item was missing, asked if I wanted sauces, didn't put them in the bag, and no straw for my drink. If I lived next door to this taco bell I would still drive all the way to Evan's mills to go to that taco bell

The workers had nasty attitudes and when someone asked about an order they said it would be a long wait, And spoke in a hostile fashion. After about an hour wait I had to ask for my drinks. Had to ask for carrier for drinks.

Very, very slow. Waited inside for over an hour just to get my food which was just a taco combo while listening to the workers complaining about all the overtime they have to work. They also stopped making food as they talked so apparantly they can't make food and talk at the same time. I will never go back.

arrived to order only to be treated with terrible customer service. and did not mute their mic when talking to other co workers. and was told to pull around front only for my food to be coming out and handed off with attitude from the manager and my drink was forgotten. then when it was brought out there was still a negative attitude with the manager.

I never had burnt taco bell before. One if the fire packets had a leak. That doesn't sound bad, but when that leak colagilates into a hard mass of packets and all I get are packets attached to this hard lump, you start to think it was intentional.

Staff was rude, long wait time food was just thrown together. They had me pull up to wait for my order for it to come out looking like a 2yr old made my food. The price they told me was my total was not correct I was charged more then what I was initially told. Very unsatisfied if it wasn't for the fact that I had to get on the road to drive back home to Alabama I would have just asked for my money back and went somewhere else very disappointed

Very upsetting that after trying to place an order for the new naked chicken quesadilla we were told it's only sold in the morning. I called once we got home because I was confused as to why that was a breakfast item and then was told the person mistook it for the breakfast item that what I wanted was available all day. I thank Aaron who picked up the phone for explaining the mixup and being polite. So my suggestion would be if ordering at this Taco Bell go inside, the drive thru proved to be the worst experience.

Worst TB ever. Everytime I order ahead or go to the counter the drive thru comes before anyone even if they place their order after yours. The only thing this Taco Bell and manager care about is the drive thru food. That food gets prepped and given 1st before any counter orders or take out orders. When I arrived there was 1 car in the drive thru. My order was a mobile order. Why did the cars that arrived after me that went in the drive thru get their food 1st? My food was started after all the drive thru was taken care of. This has been numerous occasions. But it won't be anymore. I'll go anywhere else but here since it's always the same way. They'll also be busy and the manager will go right into the office instead of helping the team. Poor management and/or training.

I'm a delivery driver for doordash. 2 times I have had a pick up order that took longer than 35 minutes to get after arriving at the store. One of the ordeunassigned myself when it hit 45 minutes standing inside as the drive thru window kept getting orders while 3 or 4 doordash drivers sat and waited. Tonight I waited in the line of the drive thru for 20 minutes to get to the window to be told that they haven't even started the order and I need to go back around. Lol!!! I did not go back k around and when the drive thru cleared I backed up to the window. 35 minutes since I arrived. The manager says to me " I'll give you the order this time but next time I tell you to go back around you need to do that. Now, me being a man that doesn't take kindly to be told what I need to do. So of course I let her have it. She is a rude, and obnoxious b#@$h that has no business managing a restaurant. She would not tell me her name so if you want to know I was there late night November 17 at about 1am.

Went through the drive thru around 9:45pm and ordered a veggie power bowl. I asked for no tomato and no lettuce. And extra guacamole ( paid 90¢ for it too ) when I received my order, they had put tomatoes on my power bowl and no extra guacamole. There was hardly any on it, in fact. Took it in and told them of their mistake, to which the lady who made the food very rudely walked over and told me “ I made the food. That IS extra guacamole “ meanwhile there was the amount the size of maybe a Pea on it. She took my food away and threw it behind the counter. Made me a new bowl, literally throwing then ingredients into the bowl like a child. My 3 year old fixes his mistakes with more class than this lady did. Which is really sad. When I got my re made food back I found out there was STILL tomatoes in it.( separate from the tomatoes in the guacamole ) I just promptly walked out. Absolutely ridiculous and rude employees. Maybe if they’d do work right the first time, they wouldn’t have to do it again and be angry about it. Good thing I’m not allergic to tomatoes!

Went in to this Taco Bell for lunch on 8/28/2022 at 3:00. After using the kiosk to order, myself and two others sat down. For 20 minutes I listened to this manager talk down to her employees borderline bullying. This one particular employee was receiving the most verbal abuse from this manager. I made a point to say be nice while leaving and the person I was with who was still in the restaurant watched the manager flip me off. I hope higher management sees this because no employee should be treated this way, Nor should the customers who are trying to enjoy their lunch be made to hear these verbal exchanges. Very ashamed of that woman who calls herself a manager.

On multiple occasions, I’ve had my order made wrong. I ask for things taken off due to allergies and my kids and the instructions are never followed. I’ve had parts of my order forgotten and/or not picked up (if ordering through mobile apps). This location is careless. I have a second chance and they screwed up, again. Figures.

I remember when Taco Bell was an inexpensive place to go but then the prices went up....way up. So I would expect quality to go up. But it's gone down...way down. The dining room closed early and I was rushed out because they were short staffed. Things happen. Someone dropped food picked it up off the floor and then continued preparing food. Then they dropped more food. Thankfully this time the manager told them to change their gloves... note they did not wash their hands.. dirty hands putting on clean gloves equals dirty gloves.. making my food. While he put the gloves on my griller stayed and the grill.. and burnt. Sounds like a bad day for all.

I don't know what the hell is going on there, but every time I go thru the drive in always missing items and since the bag is sealed and long line behind me i can't just stop and check the bag!!!!! Even when I ask if there's sauce in the bag or if it's complete they always resure me"yes it's all there" Update: paused for a bit from eating there, and when I finally went back hoping that things would be better. It was not, I totally understand there's a employee shortage but having teens and people that just don't give a s,$T is another story!!

If you are a delivery driver. Don't EVER take an order from here. You will end up sitting there waiting for at least a half hour. Waited 30 mins for an order that they hadn't even started yet when I checked before canceling. It makes no sense because it was late and there had been very few cars coming through. Very strange.

I dont have any app at that moment and how can i order drive through with my truck.I requested her to give me food at window but she rejected. They literally do not know how to omit lettuce when you ask for no lettuce. They're not very good at getting you extra sauces and ingredients that you pay extra for. Don't eat here unless you eat menu items with no modifications. Definitely don't go here after a long frustrating day at work. You're just going to make your whole night worse. I spent 9 hours at work so my choices are going back outnover a mile Way to make them remake it, or eat this soggy lettuce without all the extra stuff I paid for Morning crew is a different story, they're sharp. But their night crew is awful when it comes to *reading the screen* I work retail so I'm familiar with displeased customers and understand what a long night they must be having. It's just an impasse. I stopped eating here for like 7 months because of this issue and it's *still* not resolved. I'm letting all my food go cold to write this because I want the owner of the franchise to see all this

I wish I could give 0 stars. Not related to the food. But we have witnessed how Kyle ( I asked a worker for her name ) yelled really loud at a female worker. Her behavior was really disrespectful!! You just don’t do anything like that and especially not in front of a customer!! Super unprofessional! I hope this will have consequences! Will not come back till she’ll be removed or send to an anti anger management training!! I feel really sorry for the female worker and I also told her so! I will come back to speak to the manager who is always friendly.

Not very happy when I pay for extra ingredients and don't get them at all hardly any cheese, beef or sour cream on my Nacho Bell Grande. Soda isn't all that good either like may need to check the CO2 on it

Sent my boyfriend with my card to pick up food so we didnt miss breakfast time while i was at my apt. By the time we got home, realized they forgot our breakfast burritos Which was half of the order. I didn’t want to eat the food and get accused of eating burritos so we drove another 30 minutes to town to get a refund. When we walked in an Associate Tiffany was apologizing to us since another staff admitted they knew they forgot the Burritos when im assuming a manager named mary comes up and starts pointing at the one associate named tiffany saying it was her fault they were missing. Then Mary proceeded to tell us to come back and get our breakfast items tomorrow since we come all the time and argued with me about getting a refund. It was lunchtime at that point so we couldn’t get our food remade. Mary was so unprofessional, from arguing about giving us a refund and trying to blame the employees On who forgot the burritos, The nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow for my breakfast items . Then to make a statement theres always the other tacobell on state street we can shop at. Not sure where mary can ban us for asking for a refund. So unprofessional and negligent management is she is the manager.

Ordered online, prepaid and was told they didn’t have an item when I arrived at the store. No problem. I asked if they could substitute a taco supreme, and they offered a regular taco and then I asked if I could pay for any cost difference to get a taco supreme. They got annoyed and said “the manager said they’ll make it for you but THIS TIME ONLY”. As if I’m going to conspire to come again when their fryers are down and finesse them for a taco supreme. Then the manager handed us the food and was rude and had an attitude. They messed up every item in my order. They put the wrong sauce and/or forgot the sauce completely. The ingredients they didn’t forget, were skimpy and sloppily put together. I get if I had rudely demanded free or more expensive food for the inconvenience, but I offered to pay for any cost difference and they had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. The service here was laughable.

It was good till they messed up my order and I got all the way home and noticed so I called because I just spent 60 dollars and paid extra for steak and the lady laughed at me and said I'm sorry and I told her she was very unprofessional and that i will be speaking to a manager tomorrow. And she laughed and said ok. Very disappointed. Also all the food was thrown together and cold you could definitely tell whoever the night crew is that was on 5/25/25 at about 1am does not care about they're job and the lady that i spoke to on the phone was kylee. Definitely will not return to this location.
