Second office for the day and it was good enough. Wifi worked fine and there are power outlets. I think that as long as you've gotten some food, they don't mind people hanging out with laptops. My Junior Cheeseburger was assembled properly with the right ingredients. I decided to try the "saucy nuggs" and that was also okay though they could have been hotter. The restaurant was clean and the tables were clear. Condiments area was stocked and for a change, the ketchup actually worked. Overall, a good experience.

Met a friend here (State St, Watertown, NY) for lunch on a Saturday. The food was good; better than some other fast food choices. I did regret my order a bit, but only because there were more "bang for your buck" options that I overlooked. As for service, the person behind the counter was friendly enough, but this particular Wendy's has a kiosk on the very small counter, too. It's almost like they want you to choose between human interaction and awkwardly ignoring the human to punch your order into the screen. This leads me to the atmosphere. This Wendy's was clean, I'll give them that, but it was also tight. It seemed like they only grudgingly built a dining area, preferring instead for you to order at the kiosk, get your food, and hit the bricks. As for the bathroom, I didn't use it because you needed a key (granted, we weren't in the best part of town) and it was attached to a two foot long piece of PVC. All said and done, it served its purpose, but didn't exactly leave me eager to go back.

No reason why a dasher should be waiting longer than a few min for an order that should have been completed in the 10min it took to get to the store.

My experience at this Wendy's was very poor. The woman at the drive thru asked us to pull ahead because they were making hot fresh fries for us. There was absolutely no one there, not even inside at the time we went to order food. When we left my girlfriend checked everything and the fries were old and cold, not hot abd fresh like she stated they were doing. We also waited almost 10 minutes just to get old and cold fries which is very poor management in my opinion. I called the store to speak to management, low and behold it was the same woman that had us pull forward to wait for fresh fries. I will never go to this Wendy's again and definitely advise other people to not go also. It's sad when management asks you to pull forward to wait for fresh fries and then you get old fries that are not hot or fresh.The chicken tenders were old as well in which my girlfriends son would nit eat because of that. Also the lettuce on my girlfriends chicken sandwich was old and brown as well. We paid almost $50 to get this kind of service from a manager which is absolutely ridiculous. I normally don't post reviews but I was not happy when I found out it was the on shift manager that allowed this to happen, especially when they were dead and had no other customers in the drive thru or inside the place.

The food quality has gone down a lot at this Wendy's. For breakfast the food and coffee is always cold. And lately when we get dinner, they always forget part of our meal. They need to automate and save money on paying employees. The employees don't want to do the job, replace them.

Two weeks ago my fiance and I wanted food after prepping for my daughter's birthday the next day it was a long night we just wanted food for us and a couple others and it was late. When we first started ordering food Jamal got on the headset and and said "c"mon man its late" Then a lady gets back on the headset and takes our order. We were asked to pull up to wait for our food to be brought out. We waited almost a good hour. The food was brought out my fiance asked for the fries to be remade as they were cold and not fresh the lady gets huffy puffy and grabs the bag and goes to remake them. We waited about another 30 minutes by then our sandwiches and nuggets are cold. She finally comes out with the fries and we told her the food is cold and our sprites tasted funny. Could we just get a refund and she gets an attitude and says the fountains in the back weren't working right that she had to grab it from the lobby and said she'd give us the refund after she gets the money she brings it out and shoves it through a crack in the window and my fiance said wow just throw the money at me and she goes I didn't it's on camera and she really did he had to get out of the vehicle and grab money. She was so beyond rude. Last night we go to get food and she's working. My fiance just wanted a chicken sandwhich and a frosty. Once we get to the window she yells I'm not serving you and slams the window shut. We ask for her name and she absolutely refuses to give it to us and so does other employees. We didn't leave because he just wanted his food we asked multiple times and she still refused to serve us and call the cops. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this because it was absolutely crazy and made us really upset to be treated that way for no reason. We were polite and nice. We will be giving the police report to coorprate or someone else higher up so something can be done about this! The good is expensive, we should get what we pay for.

Wanted sweet and sour sauce they gave me some chili sauce and it is trash. Apparently they discontinued sweet and sour and replaced it?? Blame corporate.

I will never and I repeat will never come to this place again your customer service sucks big time my husband was there picking up an Uber eats order and they were very rude towards my husband and then my husband went to back up to the window to get the drink they didn't give us and the man was extremely rude and told my husband not to hit him when my husband was no where's near him to hit him im sorry but this person needs to be fired this business lose there customers for the way they treat them

So my wife had a pick up order for her and a coworker and they said they should of made them both on one order even though they planned on picking them up separately before hand. Then I had called my wife asking her to add nuggets to the order because I didn't know she was going. Then they said because she had 2 orders already she can't add the item to a meal. Then she wanted just to do a separate order for them and they got really pissy and said now that would be 3 orders you can't do that. Had a bad attitude the entire interaction over picking up 2 orders. Great service

No grilled chicken option. Cashier did her job but was not very friendly. No ketchup available and none was offered. Several dirty tables in dining area. Was alone but had to eat at a larger table due to all the smaller 2 person ones being dirty.

I ordered a baked potato with Nuggets, the potato was damaged, I had to return it and the second was damaged as well. We asked to speak to a manager and they did not want to give me French fries which did not work either. I know the economy is not good. but it is not correct that they give you the damaged food you are paying for a good service. off my list of preferences.
