We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Hacienda. The menu is extensive, with all the options you would expect at a Mexican restaurant. There were so many good options it was difficult to choose. The service was wonderful, we were seated immediately and waited on promptly. Our server checked in at all the right times and promptly took care of everything we needed. The food was excellent, everything was cooked well and both dishes we ordered had great flavors. Even "side" items in the dishes (rice, guac, fries, etc) were cooked to perfection and had lots of flavor. Thanks for a good meal, we will definitely be back to try something else.

Amazing food, great staff and fantastic atmosphere. Everything about the meal was perfect and drinks were just as good. They were super nice about my birthday, (even though I didn’t take the free desert) was to full from all the other great food. Will definitely be back when I visit the area again. Service and food was good, the portions are really big so most likely you will always have a to-go plate for late dinner snacks. I do have to said prices are at little on the high end for Mexican food and the place is not too big so tables are a little to close to each other in my opinion.

We had a blast heading there over the weekend of the solar eclipse. Our choice for dinner turned out to be a bustling and vibrant restaurant, radiating those cozy Mexican vibes with its decor and warm welcome. The dishes were tasty, albeit lacking that extra spark. Nevertheless, the overall visit was solid, thanks to the generous portions, excellent service, and delicious drinks at fair prices. The servings were impressively large, and the drinks were no exception – perfect for anyone from the Big Apple. Yet, I did notice that the prices were a tad steep for the area. Overall, it was a good experience, with satisfying food, great service, tasty drinks, and reasonable prices.

Had a lovely time at the Hacienda today. It's very easy to get to off the main road and there was ample parking available. We were greeted and seated very quickly with a server coming to check on us soon after. We were able to select from the lunch menu (M-F 11am-3pm) and the food came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted great, the shrimp were seasoned well and they did not skimp on it (which is always lovely). The chips were hot crispy and fresh ... ended up taking the extra to go. Did not have any of the mixed drinks but might have to come back again for a margarita (or two). The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Our server was nice, knowledgeable and attentive. The decor was colorful and vibrant and it was an overall great atmosphere.

The atmosphere here is a great. So bright and colorful. Food was good. It ended up being a little expensive because they don't do their lunch menu on weekends. The elote which is basically corn dip was really good. And I definitely enjoyed my pretty margarita.

Want to start off by saying I had high hopes going into the restaurant. Coming from Arizona and having been around solid mexican food for 15+ years I was excited. It was slammed everyone was happy. Saw some great menu options and I was ready to eat. After a few bites of our food (my wife and I) we realized that it smelled like Mexican food but had none of the flavor. We had completely different items and yet that each had similar flavor profiles…. (no flavor) but it was a shame. Won’t be coming back but if you’re a fan it shows you just don’t know what you’re missing. The staff was great and the ambiance was very welcome and a vibe to say the least just the food couldn’t deliver.

Not sure what happened, but maybe new cooks/ownership. Went a few months ago and had the Mango Shrimp Ceviche it was amazing, loved it. It is the picture without the flag. The shrimp was cooked white/pink in color (which is how shrimp should be) went today and the shrimp was obviously raw (grey in color) it was awful. It's sad, because it is hard to find good Mexican food. I won't return. The staff was friendly, but I need good food.

No. Flavor. At. All. Right from the start, the chips did not have a lick of salt on them and the salsa was watery and sad. I got the Pollo Asado tacos served with rice and beans. Everything was so bland as was my husband’s meal, he got the Villa Burrito. It genuinely tasted as if there was not a single seasoning used. The only saving grace that made it worth it was the Tres Leches cake we had for dessert. Service and atmosphere were great, very lively and fun for a Friday night. Unfortunately, if you like flavorful food this place is a skip.

We used to really love this place. A few years back we would go all the time. Then I’d say about a year ago things changed. We went back and it was very different inside, which was fine but when we ordered we were SO disappointed with the food. The queso was so watery and the salsa was completely different (in a bad way). We tried it again once more, were very disappointed in the portions. I’ve gotten take out a few times here and there and just got the fajitas. Tonight I got chicken fajitas and a large queso. $40. I asked for extra chicken, and it was on my receipt but it was a normal portion of chicken. Paid $9 for a large queso, to get a half full container. So disappointed. I called the restaurant to just let them know that it’s ridiculous to charge someone almost $10 for queso and give me what they served me. The worker seemed reasonable enough and said the manager would call me about a possible partial refund. Never got a call. Keep the money, I won’t be returning. You’d think you’d want to keep customers considering I walked in on a Saturday night prime dinner time and you only had 2 tables of 2 people (FOUR CUSTOMERS TOTAL) in the whole restaurant.

If you like flavorless Mexican food then this is the place for you!!! After letting them know I did not like the food they became rude and agitated with me. Not worth the $54 for 2 entrees & 1 drink! The supposed “Birria” tacos are pictured. Also, this was ordered to-go because the music in there is uncomfortably loud. I’m trying to go to a restaurant not a club!

I’ve gone here a number of times and it was always good. Last night it was not. Food was bland, beans were watery. The music was at club volume. The service also left something to be desired. The waitress complained about her feet hurting, never asked how the food was, and had me pay right there at the table with her hovering above. Really disappointed, I normally love this place but I don’t know that I’ll be returning.
