2000 Chinese

I am always on the prowl for a place that reminds me of the south. Especially with my crab ragoons and my egg rolls. Now I won’t lie, the egg rolls are just like any northerner tasting egg rolls but the crab ragoons were just like home. We also ordered three combination plates, an order of crab ragoons, an order of fried wontons, and two soups. And we only paid $38 for the meal! I loved my boneless spare ribs they are bigger than most places and the sauce is not too heavy and not too light. My husband enjoyed the sesame chicken and my son enjoyed his general tso chicken.

This is literally the best restaurant ever. The food is delicious, the staff are very nice, and the restaurant is so nicely decorated. They make the food so well. it’s honestly amazing how good the food is. One thing I definitely recommend is the honey chicken. It’s so good! It’s my absolute favorite. If you’re hungry and ever just crave some Chinese food, I 100% recommend to go here. The service is amazing! The food is so delicious!! Best restaurant ever.

Went and ordered General Tso's chicken and requested they make it extra spicy and they did just that, a it was perfect a perfect combination of sweet and spicy loaded with peppers definitely my new favorite

Delicious! I eat a lot of Chinese food. I was out of town and stopped here for lunch. The orange chicken combo was fresh, tender, with a slight crisp crust. And the Spring Rolls were also the best I've had in a long while. Crispy veggies inside. Well done chef! I'll be back.

I just moved here from Tampa,Florida and I found this restaurant on google I looked at all the reviews So I tried them myself . Since then I’ve order over half a dozen times. Their food is always fresh when they deliver it they give you a great amount and the prices are very reasonable and cheap . I love that the tax isn’t high and the drivers and the people who take my order are so nice. I would definitely keep eating here.

Food was good driver remembered my husband from when he ordered last year before he deployed. Would definitely order from there again but definitely up for trying other places too just to compare.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town in my opinion. They have a good menu selection and they are prompt and courteous. I only order from them or Great Wall, depending on where I am.

Food is better than most Chinese takeout establishments...it is mainly takeout or delivery from a very hardworking family. Go to for the North side and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food and the portions guaranteed to have leftovers. Family has gotten takeout more than a dozen times over the past two years and never been disappointed...or sick. Lady taking the order could not be nicer and I am really surprised that anyone might argue with her or her husband. Tofu home style, house lomein, moo shu pork, butterfly shrimp have never been poor and I am really never been disappointed with our choices. Not really a place to take a date, but for takeout Chinese food, the prices and portions are better than most. Rarely do I give 5 stars for any establishment, but don't let that scare you... this little place is legit. Enjoy!

Ample portions. Eat in or take out. Convenient to order if you already need something in the plaza. Meals generally take about 10 minutes. Watch your bill, we were overcharged on two items.

The food was good, the portions shockingly smaller, prices remained pretty high. Though good, surprisingly changed.

We called to inform them but we decided not to make a fuss, let the first one slide, everyone makes mistakes. But after the second time we complained. Their solution was "next time we give you two". There won't be a next time! food was good, but not the service.

The order was, of course, missing two pork egg rolls so, a third call went out to the restaurant with assurances that they would get them right out to us. The good news is that the delivery guy was back within 5 min. The bad news is that they sent spring rolls instead of what was ordered. Overall, the food was very disappointing as well. Very bland and not made to our requests for extra spicy. The chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice was very fatty or processed and the Sweet and Sour Chicken was tough/rubbery. I would not recommend this establishment. Maybe a bad day for them but there were just too may problems for me to believe that.

At first I ordered from there a lot the one time they forgot an item I called to say something to me and the women on the phone was rude, yelling at me, and arguing with me about my food. I was so upset but I figured maybe it was a bad day oh no it was not the case it is all around the service they are not very personable they do not care about their customer's satisfaction at all I just ordered a coupe days ago and they screwed my food up and gave me the wrong thing I asked for rice they gave me lomein. I called and was very nice about it and told them they had made a mistake and oh my the lady got so rude with me about it and told me after 10 minutes of aruging with me that she will replace it. She then called me back and told me that I can't get my food unless I pick it up I couldn't go get it that is why I had it delivered. I payed for my food that they screwed up on and the lady was just horrible so I asked to speak with the guy there and he gave me my correct order and told me I could have a credit for next time well no that isn't happening either I just called and the lady flipped out on me and told me I was stupid!!!!!!!!! So I will never ever again order from there and I will never refer someone to that place either it is just awful. I hope your order is correct if not omg don't bother.

First time I have a Fried Rice without eggs, bean sprouts, very limited amount of pork, chicken, and shrimps. Mostly rice which was dried up. It seems old. I called and made a comment about and the owner told they only put onions in their Fried Rice. I can't recommend this place at this time.

So we tried to call and order from 2000 Chinese Restaurant. The girl that answered didn’t ask my husband if he was paying with cash or card, just assumed he was paying with cash. Then hung up on him. And when he finally got back through to finish our order, she goes “Oh I’m too busy, I’ll call you back”.

If i could put a negative review i would everything i ordered was either cold or overcooked i could not even feed to my children very very disappointed when i called to ask for them to come pick up the food and return my money they told me to return all my food to the store for my money very rude service the lady sat there arguing with me telling me my good was not cold and overcooked hello i was the one eating it not you i know taste and quality and this was very bad i will never order from them again they especially need to be checked out by the state health department and better bureau business

First time eating here the food was nasty, my Shrimp was soggy like if it was old and the rice was hard. I hope I don’t get food poisoning.

The french fries are not crispy at all and the egg rolls are not crispy they look like they just dropped them in the oil and out I will make sure not to order from them again horrible.

I ordered white rice as I always have with my kids meals because they don't eat pork and they brought pork fried rice I called to complain of the order I was genuinely nice and kind about and and they argued with me about it instead of apologies and fixing the order they became angry and rude and I had to hang up the phone I was so upset.

Whatever you do, do NOT eat here!!! My daughter, girlfriend and I all got sick. They do not take care of their business. It looks so gross in there and all the employees look like they wipe themselves with their hands and then handle the food. I was puking all night last night and my daughter was saying her belly hurt. The food was disgusting and they have no customer satisfaction. I have just reported them to the NY State Health Department. Disgusting...... The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but none lived up to expectations. To add insult to injury, the prices were unjustifiably high for the subpar quality offered. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the dismal quality of both the food and service. Overall, Chinese China 2000 failed to meet even the most basic standards of a decent dining establishment. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here when there are plenty of better options available in Watertown.
