This is the best place for pizza late night when nothing else is open! Good price, delicious pizza and food. Sheridan is such a good manager. She gives such good service. I’m so thankful to have his place here in town. Looking forward to heinh next time.

Have gotten several pizzas here and they have always been good. This time it wasn't up to their standards and I brought it to the attention of Arthur and Adrian. They promptly made the entire situation right without question. I fully recommend and appreciate the hard work by these two gentlemen.

This review is for service, quality and customer service. It is a pickup or delivery only. No dine in I’ve ordered pizzas here before and it’s consistently efficient, quick, great tasting and customer service is always great. The staff seems to work well together and help each other on especially busy nights. Even when super busy they are kind and courteous to customers.

It's a Domino's carry-out. The pizza is way better than it was when I worked there in high school! We order it pretty regularly. Good, consistent quality. Obviously not on par with a higher end sit-down place, but it's also like $7 for a medium pizza. The staff there are great, always courteous and will share a smile.

Was in town for the night before an event at Laguna Seca Raceway. My son and I figured an easy pizza dinner would be a perfect guys weekend meal. It was!!! We had a large pizza and a pasta meal. The staff was efficient, and the food was as expected.

The pizzas were okay, hot n' ready but not fresh out of the oven. The server was pleasant and fast.

Friendly staff and clean waiting aria, but menu board not working and so i did not know what they had at this location. Ordered a order of bread sticks

Food is average. Its Dominoes. We do like the option for well done. The pizza are cooked better with that option. The store is located downtown, parking is difficult. Just a heads up for anyone requesting delivery. Unfortunately if the driver forgets an item. Dominoes will either refund your money, give store credit for another day. Its better to pickup if possible. Saves you the extra $6 delivery charge.

Something is just not right with this Domino's Pizza. Every since the local Pizza Hut and Papa John's closed the quality and service have tanked. Like they don't have much competition.....so now the don't care. Never, I mean never order addional toppings on your pizza.....you are wasting your money.....you will never see them on the pizza or enjoy them. When was the last time you got a pizza from this store with enough cheese for the cheese actually to stick together when you pull out a slice or take a bite? Don't every question the portions....you will get an attitude and be accused of heresy. Be glad you got whatever we gave you and go away is the vibe at this location. Decades ago I worked for this chain, but I see no resemblance to the way I was trained to work in their management. If you ever take time to check it out......your Pizza will weigh less from this store than the exact same pizza from another Domino's. Hate to admit....but I tried it!!! Actually, this store has been like this for years....but today took it to a whole new level.........ordered a salad.....a tiny overpriced prepackaged salad....and said "hey you didn't give me the dressing" (it was a ceasar salad) ....I was the told I had to pay for the dressing!!! WHAT THE HELL......If you buy a Ceasar salad and there is NO Ceasar dressing....IT IS NOT A CEASAR SALAD. To be forced to pay for a package of Ceasar dressing for a Ceasar salad ......LUDACRIS!! It was so outrageous that anoter cutomer in the stoe waiting on an order busted out laughing and shaking their head. If other national pizza chains ever return to Watsonville this store will go under. I never thought I would see the day when you get more toppings on you Pizza from Little Ceasar's than Domino's. I hate to say it, if you want real pizza with real toppings in Watsonville go to Mountain Mike's or RoundTable........I hope this store gets revived someday, I miss the quality and portions from the old Domino's.

I was greeted when I arrived, which was nice. I’d ordered a large pizza, with my phone app. Easy. They said it wasn’t ready yet, but in the oven. After about 10 minutes in the store, and 20 after I ordered, I noticed they seemed to have an issue, with casual glances towards me. My app said the pizza was ready. Finally, I ask if there’s an issue with my order. After a few of the employees looked around, one finally spoke up and said the hadn’t made it yet! They offered me some wings or cheesy bread, but I’ll pass. I just to have my pizza ready when it supposed to be.

Besides that why wasn't my order in the back waiting to be picked up? My honest opinion is I think the employees ate it and just figured i wasn't coming for it and if i did then they'd just refund it. But it's just ridiculous if you don't show up in 15 minutes after ordering you have the chance of getting your order hijacked? And which wouldn't have happened anyway because i live 20-25 minutes from town. Then paying 11.99& $12.49 each pizza instead of the $7.99 that was advertised. Seriously disappointed.

Worse yet, tonight, the pizza tracker informed me if was finishes in20 minutes, on the double check stage. After another 20 minutes, i called in and was informed they were waiting for the driver to return. Alright, thats fine. "Your pizza is on the heat rack" again... fine. Until its an hour and a half after i ordered and the pizza gets here...after sitting under the heat rack for an hour. This pizza tasted like it was a day old. Grease was soaked into the bread. It was chewy, the cheese was solid, and it was barely warm. They didnt think once that after sitting for over an HOUR that they should make a fresh pair of pizzas? This is rediculous and disgusting. At least i cashed in my free pizza for one of them. No more dominos for me

The front lady was rude to my mom the bot ordered a small cheese that we never asked for she try to tell her and she was rude and almost gave us the wrong order. I tried to call to talk to a manager asked for one and they hung up on us!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would
