After a long day of moving, these ice cold beers were refreshing as can be. We got there when happy hour hit too, so it felt like a nice reward for our hard work from the universe. They had a musician playing for tips who was super nice and played wonderfully. I feel really bad for taking photos of food and drinks already slightly taken from when the presentations were so beautiful, but we were starving and thirsty and at least you know we loved the food and drinks. We just dug right in! The drinks were crisp, the food was delicious and seasoned perfectly, service was great. I guess the only down side if I could be picky was the lobster tasted slightly over cooked, but it could have been from the steam of the other food it was sitting on. Either way, it's 5 stars for me. Thank you.

Stopped in for a bowl of Gumbo...delicious! Live entertainment was enjoyable. Only complaint, we were sitting next to a/c unit and condensation was dripping on my purse and didn't realize until moisture was all over. Tried to inform server and she was "too busy" to stop and listen.

Friend of mine asked if I wanted to come out on a speakeasy stroll. This location was one of two that she had never had an opportunity to visit in the past. She wanted to come here first and I'm glad she did. This place was quaint and the atmosphere was perfect. Definitely will want to go back. Parking is limited from what I saw. Was the only downside, but given the location it makes sense. I'd recommend this if you want a place low key but the potential for some good laughs, great food, and a terrific host!

The food boil was very good. Shrimp was amazing. We got the garlic and spicy mixed. Mussels, shrimp, lobsters, sausage. All of it was very good… they also have a free bowl or gumbo. Turned out to be a cup, full of poorly cooked rice and 2 spoonfuls of gumbo. Ordered the smothered fries. Fries were the BEST. The “smother” was supposed to be etouffe, but was just broth. Zero etouffe. They didn’t care. So order the fries. Except the lobsters. Awful. Tough, overcooked, stringy. I talked to the owner and he said they were frozen. No apologies or offer to remove the very expensive inedible lobsters. The menu said “fresh catch of the day.” The low score on atmosphere was due to his band mate and friends throwing F-Bombs in front of my wife and I and other guests and blowing vape smoke while we were eating.

First time visit impressions: The Gumbo was VERY salty but if you can look past that it had a good flavor. The shrimp & chicken were not rubbery like some over cooked GumBo but the sausage had a rubbery texture. We got the Alligator bites for our appetizer. It was tender but the batter was pretty bland & more breading than meat, however the Asian sweet chili sauce they served with them is one of my favorite sauces so i was ok with it. For the main course we ordered the Jalapeno Burger. Again, first impressions, i tasted the salt in the burger rite off the bat BUT when a full bite is taken it is still a good burger and knocks the salt down to bearable for my son and i. The patty was crunchy on the outside and the Buns were Butter Toasted & that was nice. We added the Louisiana hot sauce to ours because it didn't come with it on it. The fries were perfectly cooked and tasty. All in all this place is definitely cozy and the food is good and i would eat here again but if you have Salt intake problems i would definitely avoid it. DESSERT: We got the Oreo Cheesecake and it did not disappoint. The cheesecake was very delicious and looked amazing also. Our waitress Brooke was very attentive and we never had to wait.

people say this seafood place has rude/poor service. over-priced. didnt eat any of my food...

Ordered the ragin Cajun boil and a cup of etoufee. My first sign was the nasty old cup my water came in. I thought she handed me a watered down tea at first. New plastic coke glasses can’t be that expensive. The etoufee was yellow and tasted like it came out of a can. I ordered the boil mild but it was almost too spicy to eat. The andouille sausage was so gross. I couldn’t figure out if I was tasting freezer burn or just overcooked so bad. It made the whole boil taste weird. Shrimp was the only thing I could really enjoy. Crab legs were overcooked and I had to fight to get them out of the shell. I told the server about the sausage and she just said sorry and carried on. $72 for an overcooked, funky tasting boil is kinda crazy. My bill came out to $90 (I added an egg and a side of garlic butter) and I was wholeheartedly going to still tip the server 20%, it wasn’t her fault… but she got snippy with me right as I got the pen in my hand.

Came here yesterday with my wife stopped in cause we were feeling cajun food . The drinks were decent ,. The food was not good at all my wife and I both got a catfish plate with two sides the catfish fillet was almost raw and not fried all the way '. I got broccoli which was pretty good my wife had brussel sprouts and red beans and rice as her side the red beans and rice were so runny and not seasoned at all the Brussels sprouts were overcooked . Honestly wouldn't come back again we paid 60 and the portions were so small and the sides were basically all they put on the plate cause the fish was extremely small .

2 day old Jambalaya. The worst "cajun" food ever. Ordered the boudin balls for an appetizer. What a joke. $12 for four small hush puppy size balls. Entrée was the Jambalaya. First it was luke warm at best. Zero broth, very dry. Could tell it wasnt fresh cause there were visible cut marks. Asked the waitress if it was fresh. She said no it was made 2 days ago and heated up. That's why it tasted extremely starchy and the rice was chalky. Disgusting! Will never go back.

My wife and I just ate there and there was a group of people already there. They had two girls that was just running all over the restaurant with a blanket and an IPad nearly knocking over our drinks. This was going on the entire time we were there. One of the girls grabbed some of the forks out of the main area for all of the customers to be given to and had dropped the forks on the floor and placed them back in the holder with the rest of the forks. We told the waitress about it and she was glad we told her but they did nothing about it even when we left the forks were still in the same holder to be given out. I know kids will be kids but this is a public restaurant and a public business and I can’t find a reason how this can be acceptable by any standards. The family was okay with there behavior and the staff didn’t say anything about it.

Just finished dinner with my wife and I ordered the Shellfish by the Seashore, food had good flavor the only issue I had was that the clams weren’t cooked. My wife asked the waitress about them and she was unsure (she doesn’t eat seafood) the cook when asked by the waitress just shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know, they are shipped that way.” My wife and I are no stranger to seafood by any means, we lived in Houston by the water for about 5yrs along with growing up eating a lot of different seafood in my family. Clams should open if cooked correctly but 2 out of all the clams in my bowl were closed and tasted chalky. The waitress Amazing service from her, the cook not so much ( more worried about vaping in the kitchen) but if you’re cooking food you should know how it should come out correctly. Defiantly won’t be ordering that again from here and wouldn’t recommend it either. I do suggest that the cook from 10-13-24 night shift needs to learn proper cooking techniques and how different seafood is cooked!! The wife’s catfish had extra batter crispy’s on it like the basket was cleaned and dumped into the new batter, alligator bites where kinda chewy. Overall not a good dinner by any means!!

The fries were absolutely amazing, they also made sure I didn't get over-hydrated by keeping our waters empty, and no sauce served with the gator appetizer. When my wife's food came out they asked if they can get anything else, umm my food lol. I really wanted to still, with all of that, give them a five star, I mean the fries are fantastic, but during checkout our waitress said they don't do change, and rounded up!!! I always give around 40% tip, but when you round up, that is theft to me. So I decided to give a very honest review, even though I hardly ever give less than five stars. The gumbo had one piece of soggy shrimp, and my wife's fried shrimp tasted like fried water, but the fries, you have got to try their fries! Oh and the food comes out on paper boats, and ketchup is in packets, but the prices are glassware prices, but the fries, ohh my
