We're just passing through the area and stopped here for a quick breakfast and coffee before hitting the road. The staff was very friendly and patient (especially since we didn't know what we wanted) and the bagel sandwiches were delicious and I LOVE quality, eco-friendly sourced coffee! Will definitely come here again when in the area

lovely place, got two bagel sandwiches, a muffin a soda and a coffee shake for $25. staff was super friendly and kind especially when we said we hadn't been here before. the coffee slaps and I don't even like coffee that much. tables weren't the cleanest but they only had about 4 people working so it makes sense they couldn't get to them. overall the food and coffee is super good definitely recommend

Always a family favorite!! My son and I are regulars and have been for years. My only complaint is the fact that every time staff, specifically managers, change, so do several things within the store too, including employees and the way things are prepared. It's somewhat inconsistent, and literally 60% of the time, my son's breakfast bagel sandwich is made incorrectly, forcing me to complain and them having to remake it. The times I didn't realize this until I got home, the manager has always been very accommodating and even offered to cover the cost of our next meal there So that's a plus, considering I didn't get what we paid for! Otherwise, excellent bagles, so I'll always be a repeat customer.

From the moment me and my great aunt walked in to the restaurant the atmosphere was warm and inviting! Corey was very attentive and friendly. He made sure our order was correct and even brought out our drinks to our table. We ordered the farmhouse and it was perfect. So flavorful and delicious like always. Always an over all great experience. We look forward to coming back!

In town from San Diego and I’ve eaten here twice. My Bacon Avocado Tomato sandwich was fantastic. Seems you get some interesting personalities in this location, but the Corey and his manager, the gentleman with the longer blond hair, dealt with a very difficult customer with grace and professionalism. 6 stars for those two gents.

The bagels are delicious. I love seeing staff boiling the bagels in the prep room. My two favorite bagels and cc combos are pumpernickel with honey walnut cc or Everything Bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. If anyone suggests going to the Cafe for a bagel I realize I have become a bagel snob because their bagels are not as good and not worth the visit IMO. The people have always been very friendly. The last time I was in I wanted to buy the bakers dozen special---with all pumpernickel bagels. The cashier commented that he had never seen an order of all pumpernickel! I explained that the Lincoln Brueggers closed and my dad loved the pumpernickel bagels. Nothing else around town with a pumpernickel bagel. I was heading to Lincoln for his birthday so he can have birthday bagels all week. Cashier says, "tell your dad happy birthday for me."

Bagels are always so good and fresh, love this place.

Bruegger’s never disappoints with the quality of their food/bagels, excellent customer service, and friendly atmosphere. Scott and Liz provided wonderful service and I look forward to returning soon. You will not find a better bagel or service in town.

Stumbled upon this place, it was warm when you walk in on a cold day, full of people and the hospitality is amazing, something you don’t see too often. The double stack breakfast sandwich is the bomb, I had to order a second! I tried the iced caramel latte as well as the caramel cold brew. The cold brew is sweeter than the latte. The hot house blend coffee also hit the spot. Will be coming back!!!!

We had a great experience here. The bagels were on point! The servings were perfect, not too much or too little cream cheese, and my buddy got a brisket sandwich that was loaded with meat!!! The staff was incredible! Scott at the store went above and beyond and told us about some great spots that we should check out while visiting the area! maybe it's the new generation/ recent new staff of young workers who are fairly ill mannered, NOT welcoming and almost hostile when asked a question about their product.

Bacon egg and cheese on a four cheese bagel was made to perfection and an iced mocha paired incredibly. The staff was fast and friendly. A/C is apparently out for weeks at this location, have to get that fixed for these workers ASAP!

This place is filthy. It is not cleaned after closing. Windows and sills are filthy. Floor boards falling off. Order 6 bagels. Out of the 6, 2 were wrong and not even close to what we ordered. Public health really needs to get in here.

The bagels here are good, but I noticed on certain days there are almost no bagels ready in the morning. This happens the same day every week and it’s the same guy making the bagels every time.I don’t know if he is behind but other people who make the bagels on different days have a bit of each bagel ready in the morning.

Love this place most of the time, but this morning they dropped the ball twice on to go orders. Very very disappointing when I was trying to show people how great it was. For the price I wish they’d paid more attention to detail today.

I like the bagels but they are really sabotaging themselves by changing where you place orders. The order counter is far from the bagel display they're losing out on Impulse buys on seasonal bagels and bagel bundles. Also nearly every person walking in the last several times I came here went to the wrong counter so the line is a nightmare. If the system is not reverted this store will soon be out of business

I am from out of town in Omaha for vacation. My last day here before I head back home I wanted to grab some breakfast. The menu looked so good and I love bagels so wanted to give several things a try! I ordered online and when I went inside I told the lady I had an online order. She said "I have your ticket right here" which seemed a little off putting not a "we are still working on it" or "it'll be ready in a few minutes". I said ok and sat down. I heard someone else in the back sau she was going to work on my order (not to me, just saying to another worker) I waited. And waited. And WAITED. To be fair, I was on my phone and wasn't paying attention, but I sat at a table close to the counter and thought someone would tell me when it was ready. After about 15 minutes (10 minutes past when it was estimated to be done, which also I didn't mind waiting) I looked up and saw bags sitting in the counter. Maybe its me, but I figured if you know you have someone waiting you might tell them when their order is ready. So who knows how long it was sitting there. I ordered 3 bagels (2 sandwiches 1 sweet bagel with cream cheese) there was tomato missing from my avocado/egg/tomato bagel, and my single bagel with cream cheese was toasted when I requested it not to be (even shows so on the receipt). It was still good, don't get me wrong, but slightly disappointed with mistakes/interaction with employees.

I usually walk in to order my bagels on Sundays. I’ve never had an issue before the ladies in the cashier are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Today I waited about 20 minutes and I could’ve probably waited more if I hadn’t said anything to the staff regarding my order it seemed that they had no idea where my order was they asked what I ordered and my name. I think they had enough staff to communicate and keep track of the orders coming in.

It was descent. The machine was broken so I couldnt purchase my Chai late. My bagel and cream cheese to go was OK. Nothing special.

We were greeted by Robyn, and had great service from her, and the manager who saw us approaching the counter with our sandwich and immediately helped us. We had the Farmouse sandwich and the Salmon bagel. The Farmhouse breakfast sandwich was very good. I'd go back for it. I would not order the Salm bagel. I can eat anything, and loved smoked fish, but there was something wrong with the salmon on that bagel. It was mushy, and after eating it, I felt nauseous for the rest of the day. I won't order that again.

Great for a chain bagel place but the staff 🤣 man could they care less. They won't pick up their phone. Forcing me to drive 30 minutes back to the location. Where, once I arrived i stood inside and called to see what would happen and with 4 people working, and me being the single customer in the store, nobody answered. My guess is because it was an hour before close. But that's the kicker. Youre not closed lmao.

This week was the very first time I've had a Bruegger's bagels, and I have been twice! I ordered in person once, and I used the mobile app the second time. First of all, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The person who took my order was engaging and quite friendly, and the people who were making orders were also kind. Initially, there was one person making sandwiches, but once traffic began to pick up, another person came to help move things along a little more quickly. I appreciated this, as I was cutting it super close to being late for work then. The second time I went, I was not in a rush, but my order was waiting on the counter for pickup by the time I got there. So, thank you to the staff for your friendliness and efficiency! The food was hot and fresh and tasty. They did a mostly good job making it! I say "mostly" because neither one of my sandwiches was made correctly. I ordered a zesty egg white one day and then a bacon, avocado, tomato egg white (that's a mouthful) on both visits separately. Both sandwiches were supposed to be made with egg whites, but I received whole eggs instead. The sandwiches themselves were still super tasty, but I was pretty disappointed I didn't get exactly what I ordered either time, and I'm not sure where the confusion transpired with the person or people who made either sandwich, as it is clearly a sandwich with egg white included in its name. The only item I customized differently was the bagel for my first order, which was correct! So, the TDLR of it is: staff is friendly and efficient, but should work on paying closer attention to how orders are made.

The bagels are delicious and the employees are super nice. My issue with this place is it is dirty…the windows are filthy, the espresso maker is broken and there is a ratty sign that clearly has been up for awhile announcing it, plus they have a fountain drink area that is disassembled with another sign on it. Do better Bruegger’s! Your Dodge store looks a mess.

Usually the staff is pretty great at this location, however this morning I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 bagels, and only 1 of them was correct! The girl taking orders and making orders appeared irritated and had an AirPod in one ear… Not the most professional in my opinion. I will definitely be checking my orders before I leave the store in the future.

Such good food and friendly staff but not having your dinning room open means there’s always at least 10 cars in the drive thru and I had to sit in the car with a screaming and crying baby for 45min. Staff needs to either consider how long the line is and try to get orders out faster or they need to make going in an option again.

Honestly, not amazing. Food was ok, but they haven't been doing curbside pickup very long, and it shows. When I finished my order in the app, it told me to pull up to the store and put my hazards on. I did that, and waited for about 5 minutes. After that, I called the number that was on the front of the building, and was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. I finally gave up, called back, and explained that I was waiting for a curbside order. Only then did I receive my food. Meanwhile, people were streaming in and out of the store with food, and I even saw a couple of DoorDash deliveries come and go as well. The curbside option needs to be streamlined, or it should be removed. People shouldn't be punished for not wanting to go into a store during a pandemic.

We used to come here often, hadnt in a while since before the exterior renovations. Seems to have gone downhill in areas. I don't know if it's do to new management or ownership. We didn't see any of the regular workers so maybe it was just that day it was not the best. There were a few things we noticed, it wasn't until we got home and got our bagels out, but they are quite a bit smaller in size now. That's really my only complaint as all the other stuff is not important. I have seen other reviews about the bagels but theirs seems like a baking issue. Ours looked and tasted fine but the bagels were just much smaller. Which is annoying, just mark up prices instead of cutting down portions. Customers will still be willing to pay.

Does not open on time and losses countless business. Last few times I've tried to get there ahead of the rush they remain closed well after opening hours. However, Brugger's do have the best Bagels in OMAHA!!!! Due to the limited hours myself and many others will become non customers.

I placed an order at 11:00 for a 1:30 pickup for 3 plain bagels with cream cheese. When I walked in at 1:30 I was told they were out of plain bagels and to remember that Monday they don’t have as much in stock because their weekly delivery hadn’t arrive. 1) it’s not my job to keep track of delivery and stock 2) if I ordered a bagel early in the day, I assume it should be accounted for or I should be notified sooner that they are out of my selection. Extremely inconvenient when I am on a tight schedule picking up food for kids (ie they aren’t going to eat just any flavor bagel)

My husband and I have been wanting to try here for a long time and we finally did today. We got 2 sandwiches (double eggs) 2 hashbrowns and 2 cheesy hashbrowns bagels and a chai tea! We spent almost 34 bucks for this order and was so disappointed. The bagels weren’t fresh, the cashier was rushing us and his attitude was of someone like “really you’ve never been here before and don’t know what to order” attitude. Wasn’t pleasant. Then they forgot our hashbrowns initially and when I let them know one of the ladies just shrugged and then gave me what I’m assuming is someone else’s hashbrowns and they were cold. I’m sorry but if I wanted mediocre food I’d pay that at a McDonald’s and I’ll get what I expected. However, for these prices I deserve better service and food. Don’t know if we will be back.

I used to love these bagels but I’m pretty sure I have reached my limit with Breuggers. If they are not closed for one reason or another, then they’re always out of stuff. I have wasted too many lunch periods choosing this place only to not order. Omaha needs more bagel options

Why do you'll not wear a hair net, or at least tie your hair up. I got some extra long black hair in bagel and I'm not sure I enjoyed the sight of it. Besides this hygiene factor. It's fine food.

First time having Bruegger's in many years. Picked up a to go order of a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Barely any cream cheese, just one little swipe. My husband's bagel had very little cream cheese as well. Bagel itself was ok, nothing spectacular.

Great food, but TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone works there looks drowsy in a Sunday morning. They have all the customers waiting there while they do their work slowly and drawlingly. A lady at the front desk eats her own food, picks her nose while serving food for customers.

My wife placed a $150 catering order to be delivered 7:30-7:45, before we had to get to my uncle’s funeral. The order didn’t arrive, and when we tried to call, we couldn’t get through, so eventually I drove over to see if the order was ready but undelivered. They hadn’t even made the order, and offered no explanation or restitution beyond “sorry”. Don’t trust this business and don’t give them your money.

Went to get lunch with my husband and kids. I ordered the veggie bagel sandwich(minimal veggies, herb cream cheese). My kids ordered a plain bagel, plain cream cheese, and ham and 3 small sodas. My husband didn’t get anything. We paid $38 dollars!!!!!!!!! I was in shock. The plain bagels were cold and super tough. I was in shock that we paid that much for such a small amount of food that wasn’t even good. We will probably never go there again.

We ordered as a small group from the hospital, and one sandwhich was completely missing, and two orders had ingredients included that were requested off for religious purposes. The person who took the initial call back to the restaurant was then reluctant to remedy the situation.

I understand that curbside ordering is new, however when my husband and I attempted to use the service, followed instructions to drive up and turn on hazard lights, and then proceeded to call and be placed on hold for 6 minutes, I can't see the merit in using it. We watched many people walk in to the store, and some received their food and left before us. When I was finally ready to just walk in and find out why we were never responded to, my husband finally got through on the phone(after calling back: we never got off hold), and we were brought our food, which had clearly been sitting out the whole time we were waiting. I enjoy their food, but was extremely dissatisfied with their service. Cold breakfast sandwiches are not what we planned on getting.

10:30am monday august 5th. Guy is literally VAPING behind the counter while prepping food and had headphones in making orders take forever. I've been here since just before 10am waiting on our order. I'm literally still waiting right now. Update: got order at 10:41, and the toaster caught on fire. When asked about the toaster fire they said "it'll go out eventually." On our way out someone put a 20-30 minute wait sign on the door. The western is a Solid 8.5 out of 10 bagel though.

This place has no idea how to run a business. If you order online, your order goes behind every customer that comes in after you. The guy making the food is rude and could careless that doordash is a job , even if the food was good, I would pass this place up every time , and just remember you never know who the customer is so respect them period !!!

Showed up at 6:10am, place is supposed to open at 6am, there's someone inside, but doors are all locked. If the hours of operation are supposed to be 6am, why are you not ready by 6? We left, because at this point it would just be awkward to go in. Because we would feel like we are inconveniencing the employees. 2 other cars of people also showed up and left because doors were locked. Guess we just don't come back ya know?

Terrible service. Three women making bagels couldn’t get it together and got mine, and everyone else’s order wrong. They gave sandwiches to wrong people, put stuff on the wrong bagels, and kept forgetting what we ordered during the sandwich assembly. The sandwich itself was okay, but the everything bagel had too much onion taste. They also only had one coffee jug out, the other 5 were back in the kitchen brewing more coffee, but it was a solid 15-20 minutes before they ever arrived. I was forced to have their dark roast which was awful. I also think they overcharged me, but I was just too done and didn’t want to go talk to any of the staff any longer. I felt assured it wouldn’t go smoothly.

My wife stood inside for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged her to attempt to take her order. There were 4 workers so it’s not like they were understaffed. This store needs customer service training.

Understaffed on a Monday morning. At a bagel place? Bad management or somebody was out. Took a half hour to get three sandwiches, and they forgot the ham on mine. Errors with orders of other customers too, which I had plenty of time to witness. Workers were trying, but there just wasn’t enough staff. For the prices it charged, it should be run better.

Went in to place an order for a couple sandwiches and a half dozen bagels that come with a tub of cream cheese at 9 am. Tried ordering a salmon bagel and was told they had no salmon. Tried ordering plain cream cheese and they said they had none. Canceled the sandwiches and ordered 6 bagels with two being plain. After waiting 10 min I overheard staff saying they had no more plain bagels. Walked up to tell them my replacements and they said they showed I ordered 13 bagels. I said no I only gave her my 6 selections. She informed me I had been over charged. So went up to counter to get credit. Mind you they had ran out of paper so they couldn’t give anyone a receipt either. The girl couldn’t figure out how to do a credit so someone else stepped in to give me a credit. Unfortunately I couldn’t sign anything for a credit as they had no paper. I will NEVER be back again.

I ordered a farmhouse breakfast sandwich and the egg was black & green. They made a fresh one but I don’t know why they thought it was ok to use that egg to begin with. I also ordered another egg sandwich and the person that ate that sandwich was sick after eating it.

I never write reviews but I'm incredibly disappointed with Bruegger Bagels today. Around 1:15 today, my friend ordered the western brisket sandwich for me and he got the veggie sandwich and asked to add TURKEY on it. Come to find out, they never added turkey to his sandwich. On top of that, they used bacon for my sandwich instead of the brisket. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I asked for a western brisket sandwich and got bacon instead. If you are going to sub out meats, it would be nice to tell the customer that. They were also out of the bagel that is used for the brisket sandwich. I'm not even upset at that because it was late afternoon and most of the bagels were sold out. That's completely understandable. What's not okay is that I spent $20.25 on two bagels that weren't made correctly AT ALL. Thanks Brueggers.

This was my first time here, my gf and I finished placing our order at 11:56, and didn't receive it until 12:45. We ordered two bagel sandwiches, both of which had cold cheese on them, we also ordered a couple hashbrowns that were barely warm and seemingly underdone. The bagels themselves were good, just not good enough for an almost 1 hour wait.

Can't even get a standard bagel sandwich off the menu with no modifications, correct. How do you forget the bacon on the western bagel sandwich? I was the only one in the store, so it wasn't even busy. Terrible location avoid at all cost. Called the location about missing bacon and cheese, and the manager said there's nothing they can do about it. Terrible service and just plain rude.

I guess nobody knows how to answer the phone there. I called 6 times due to an incomplete online order and nobody answered. So don't bother calling.

Went to here for lunch and got a bagel and a coffee. The food was decent but the staff not so much. The food is alright but the service is comedically bad. I’ve gone here 3 times and every time our order is completely wrong and items are missing. There’s always a long line to order, which is fine, but then we’ve had to go back into the long line to tell them our order is completely wrong every time we’ve come. Every time I go to this location they are in the middle of some kind of operational disaster. Today was the best one yet - I tried to buy bagels but someone came out to the register and said they weren’t taking any more orders for a while because they were “too swamped”. Unreal! This place is either understaffed, poorly managed or both.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know who took the order but they need to be let go or something. We work at the hospital. We don't get free time too often and the 1 time we do we as a group order (together not separately) food from this terrible establishment. We had the order nicely written on paper on top of verbally explaining the order to the cashier. We made it pretty simple for them! And somehow we had a whole order missing, we had a sandwich that was made completely wrong and we had a sandwich that wasn't even the right sandwich! So we had 1 person get absolutely nothing 1 person who couldn't even eat the sandwich due to allergies and another person who didn't even get the correct sandwich (one which nobody at all ordered). Like I'm not sure HOW this could happen when we literally made it so easy!!! It's as if the person taking the order DID NOT CARE TO LISTEN! I'm so disappointed in all of this! And we work hard with what we do and the one time we tried something nice for all of us it was completely trashed by people who clearly do not care about their job or lack of knowledge on how to do their job! On top of all this when calling the automated voice menue clearly states " "Deliveries" and told by the person who answered the phone that this company does not do deliveries (cause we wanted our orders fixed and delivered) and they stated "our company doesn't do that so that automated menue is wrong" Wow just wow. And this pic! DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A WESTERN BRISKET TO YALL? NOT ONE person ordered anything similar to whatever this is!!! Like COME ON

Went to get a half dozen bagels this morning. I don’t know what happened in the baking process but man, every single bagel in the place was pale and looked raw. I should have trusted my gut when I saw them behind the counter and left, but reluctantly I thought I’d still give them a shot. Bagels were ice cold and near flavorless. Not to mention they were just about the size of my palm. Worst bagels I’ve had in a very long time. Usually one of my favorite spots.
