We eat here a couple times a month, the last couple times haven’t been like it used to be. The cantina chicken taco barely had any chicken in it and barely any cheese on the outside. The tacos used to be full of meat and the sauces would ooze out of the taco.. not anymore😞 we got 6 of these tacos and this is what they were all like

We always have a great time here but tonight was an unfortunate experience. I always order a hard shell taco with slow roasted chicken and no cheese. In the drive through, I told them that’s what I wanted, and the girl on the headset said that was a cantina, which I had never heard before, but I went with it, because I trusted her. I received a taco with only chicken, so I went through again asking for some lettuce. The woman at the window told me that’s what I ordered. She was oddly aggressive about the whole thing. They also forgot my sisters guacamole, and she was rude about that too. When we asked for guacamole, she said we had to pay, which we had. She told me I ordered my taco wrong, when I had initially attempted to order it how I wanted it, but was told I was ordering something else. We tried to be polite, but it was passive aggressive right off the bat, the whole thing was just strange. As someone who works in customer service, it gets hard sometimes when people make odd orders, but I wish they had been a little more understanding. I’m just a lactose intolerant guy who wants chicken and lettuce.

The food was decent. Usual Taco Bell flavors. Took quite some time for my food to come out. The dining area wasn’t very clean. They seemed to streamline everything which is convenient but takes the personable service aspect away from the experience.

Too bad to not leave a review. I am writing this in hopes it gets looked at so they can improve. Ordered Taco Bell tonight and the food was horrible. The nuggets were hard and old, and they missed a taco in my order. Nothing seemed fresh. I understand it can get busy and crazy but very disappointed. The night time crew needs some work. Spent $30 for my family to eat tonight and it was just awful.

More sauce in the bag then meat. Also my husbands burrito had more cheese than anything else and mine had more rice than anything else.... it was the SAME BURRITO! go to any other taco bell in rapid if you want meat in your taco. These people can't do their job at all. Update: They still suck.... staff is horrible at giving you your mobile orders. You'll be lucky if they remember your drinks. Me and the other people picking up all didn't get our drinks.

I watched them take and make a customers order before even considering making a delivery order they already had.. If you don't treat me like I matter too, being delivery Why would I EVER give you my own $.?

The Taco Bell on east north has never done me wrong, but this place. What the heck. The store was not even busy, we ordered two things. Waited in the drive through for a long time for our food and watched the kids working in the back messing around, they gave us our food with attitude. We were missing an item and when we went back they gave us the wrong item. Get it together or something.

I ordered my food an hour before closing using DoorDash and the delivery driver told me someone else took my order and they were unwilling to do anything for me. Taco Bell used to be my favorite spot to eat around town but now after the service I’ve received, I will switching to McDonald’s after this interaction.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered dine-in, a decent amount of food including the cinnamon twists separately. When our order arrived, they were not on the tray. We politely asked for them, and the woman at the counter with teal hair rudely said they were in the luxe box, which was incorrect; they were not in the box. How hard is it to just get fair service anymore.

Come on guys…just the minimum amount of effort please? One warm taco, two cold stale ones with sour cream blobs. quesadilla had no sauce and was cut in a ‘unique’ way…. Pics say it all.
