P.F. Chang's - West Chester

P.F. Chang does make you fell special when you are celebrating something. First time having the pad thai and it is very good. the dynamite roll taste great but the rice wasnt as fresh as would like. Dominic is a great server

Restaurant is located in a nice area. People in the front are welcoming and nice. My waitress Ann or Anne was very sweet! She was very attentive, postitve. It’s my first time eating here and the food was very delicious 🤤 only thing I didn’t like is how close tables are to each other. I heard my table next to me whole conversation the entire time I was eating . Other than that I liked the place it’s very beautiful inside .

The husband and I like to go here for special occasions or a date night. It is quite pricey but worth it. We ordered lettuce wraps, steamed dumplings, sesame chicken and Kung pou shrimp. It was over $60 after tip. That's with a water and fountain beverage, no alcohol. We did have leftovers though. Portions were great, food was delicious and our server was on top of it with drinks and even packed up our leftovers for us. They never disappointe at PF Chang's.

Everything was tasty and soo yummy, the noodles were delicious as well as the wrap and sushi! The service was great, they brought our food out fast. I would definitely come back.

Had a lovely experience here for a date night. I had their duck and it was definitely more than i was expecting and delicious. Dumplings were tasty and our drinks were good too. Would come again

Great host named Noah and l loved the atmosphere and food. Host was very polite and respectful. I love the West Chester location.

Been here several times and every server we have had has been wonderful. Always attentive to our needs and checking on us. Due to diet restrictions, they are one of the few chain restaurants that has some tasty options. Will continue coming back. Thank you!

It was my first time here because my boyfriend insisted we go because it was his favorite. The Mongolian was so good! And he had the spicy orange chicken with peppers and onions. Omg! Banana spring rolls and key lime pie for desert! I’m coming back for date night next week. Oh! Our server was very sweet and attentive as well. I think his name was Bobby. Give him a raise.

Our waitress /bar tender Danielle was top notch. She did an amazing job taking care of us. We have not been here in a long time and we will be back because she was wonderful.

The mandarin salad with two orders of chicken is phenomenal. The individual bowl will fill you up easily. They kept filling up my soda cup without asking for roughly 4 times. Great place to eat.

The manager took good care of me when my order was late. I appreciate that. I always have good experiences at this location - they had a huge order come in before mine, things happen. I get it. Appreciate the courtesy and experience.

This was my first visit at PF Changs. We had an excellent experience. We were seated immediately. Our servers name was Rodney. He was very excited that we were there and that he had the opportunity to wait on us. Rodney was awesome. He took our drink order, gave us time to check out the menu and did a fabulous job taking care of us. He was very friendly and personable.

I just had a pleasant lunch with my family at PF Chang's China Bistro in West Chester, Ohio. Our server was Lauryn. I made a 1:00 p.m. reservation for our party of six. I liked that they confirmed my reservation with a text and then called earlier today a couple hours before to verify my reservation. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and quickly seated. The manager came to our table almost immediately and asked if we needed some drinks or hors d'oeuvres. She was followed shortly later by Lauryn, our server. Several of us ordered hors d'oeuvres(appetizers) which included crabb rangoon and fried pork dumplings. Both were delicious. Then we ordered lunch. Several of us ordered the lunch special. My father ordered shrimp lo mein and my wife ordered sweet and sour chicken. I had kung pao shrimp. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Several of us ordered different flavored iced teas, which they said were delicious and came with free refills. After we completed our meal, my wife ordered some butter cake with vanilla ice cream and we all got a chance to try it and it was delicious. I also had some black coffee. Lauryn was a very attentive and professional server. She kept up with everything, kept our drinks filled and was very pleasant to interact with. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, comfortable, and clean. This is not our first time to this restaurant and we will be back again because of its great service, great food and great atmosphere. Plus it's convenient location. Do yourself a favor and visit PF Chang's Chinese Bistro in Westchester, Ohio. You'll be glad you did and ask for Lauryn,She'll take great care of you.

The team at PF Chang’s always takes great care of us. We’ve been coming here for years, and we always get VIP treatment. The bar staff is our favorite, specifically Hanna and Danielle (there are more great people too). The management staff always recognizes us as regulars and speaks with us — thanks Eric and team! We appreciate the great staff and service.

As soon as we walked in and saw the host, Noah, we knew we would have an amazing time here! He was muscular, well dressed, and as handsome as can be. Food and service was outstanding and we loved our server Patria. 10/10

PF Chang’s is undoubtedly the best chain restaurant. However the one in West Chester Ohio featuring Jordyn is refreshingly positive and uplifting thanks to her appreciation for friendliness and great customer service. In a world that criticizes Gen Z and Millennials for being out of touch and attached to screens, Jordyn reminds us that generalizations are not generational. My wife and I enjoyed an amazing casual dinner in a Sunday night thanks mostly to her hospitality. 🙌 Jordyn

Pierce was a phenomenal server. My family and I ate here for dinner on Christmas Eve. The food was 11 out of 10. We were fully satisfied. We had a fantastic experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Our experience was phenomenal and entirely due to our waitress Jazaya, The best waitress we’ve had in quite a while. I couldn’t stop watching her as she handled multiple tables with the same care and efficiency as she did ours, being attentive without being intrusive. She was nothing less than outstanding.

Food was as expected. Above average but nothing spectacular. Pictured is orange chicken, and lo mein with chicken. We got an appetizer of chicken lettuce wraps, would definitely recommend. Quick and friendly service. Atmosphere is fine but the lighting in the center of the table makes it harder to see the people you’re sitting with.

This was the first time I've been to PF Chang's in many years. I had an Asian salad that I really enjoyed, it was tangy and sweet with a little heat. My kids enjoyed the fried rice and signature lo mein. We tried the fried bananas and it was a nice little test we were able to share. This was our server's 3rd day and he did really well.

Good authentic Chinese restaurant closest to main event store in west Chester area. The ambience is good. The staff are friendly and courteous. The wait time post ordering seems to be bit high compared to other restaurants. Still the quality is good and worth a try. There are couple of vegetarian options also which the waiter proposed and helped to select one. The kids menu is most cost effective for the quality and amount served. We when liked the To-Go box and the carry- bag given for it. Overall had good dinner experience.

I called to reserve a table. The appetizers was almost like the size of the entrée. And the entrée was served too soon after the appetizers, we weren't even done with the appetizers before we had the main course right in front of us. The Food tasted fresh, the salmon could have used a dash of salt but overall everything tasted good. Our server was attentive and helpful. He was always there to ask if we needed anything. I also got a free dessert for my birthday.

Service was good but they were training new waiters so it was very slow and I had to wait a long time between courses and to get my bill and pay. It was very drafty at the table they sat me at and it was cold outside and each time the door opened it hit me with cold. Food was good but they brought me entre size dish rather than the lunch bowl I ordered

My food was delicious. Received in an appropriate amount of time. My complaint is how my friends and I were rushed. It was obvious our table was wanted to accommodate a large party. Our waitress asked several times if we were ready to check out. No we weren't ready to check out! We were still eating and drinking. Disappointed 😞

This was actually a pick up order. I should have checked the bags but didn't. Got home and we didn't have our lettuce wraps and my husband's crispy honey chicken (?name) was dry. We called and was told the sauce gets absorbed with that dish (not in a snotty tone) to which I say put extra sauce on the side. They did give a credit for the wraps and the dinner.

Ordered them through Uber eats for the first time. Very disappointed, ordered a meal that costs $20.00 and all I get is a third of what I could get from any other Chinese place. The food wasn't worth the price. I don't normally leave a review but p.f. Chang's needs to do better.

This location has gone down hill.. Service was extremely slow on Friday night at 6:30. The place was only 1/3 full. It took 45 minutes for appetizers, 30 minutes for drinks and 1 1/2 hours for food. We couldn't get our server Cory, I think, attention and he didn't seem to concerned. The chicken wraps had different flavor and smaller portions. For drink refills it took another 1/2 hour. We're not sure it's worth going back.

Went to P.F. Chang’s on Tuesday night and tried their dinner special starting at $16.99. Honestly, it felt like a rip-off. The portion was tiny compared to the picture on the menu completely misleading. I got the broccoli beef, and it was overcooked, maybe even burnt. The egg roll soup was barely warm, not hot at all. The only bright spot was our waitress, who was super nice and attentive. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, and the “special” felt like a scam. I’d skip their specials and maybe the place altogether.

Ordered from this restaurant for takeout for my daughter’s birthday. The website said food will be ready in 15 mins. Placed the order with a 2 hour pickup window. When we went to pickup, the food wasn’t ready. Apparently, they lost the order!! A party order!! Waited an hour for them to find the order and make it. When we got home with the food, realized the mixup. Asked for beef, got chicken instead. Amount of food in each entrees was less than expected for the cost. Not a good value for money.

Not a good experience, leaves you wishing you had just ordered takeout from your normal spot. Soup was cold, like colder than room temp when it came out. We ordered appetizers, after about 40 minutes the waitress came by and said “oh no have you guys not received the appetizers? I’ll go check on that right now”.. comes back 10 minutes later and still nothing, says she’ll go check again. An hour after apps were preserved they were finally received. Then the food was already there shortly after. Which the majority of the table did not care for. All of the meals were about room temp and bland. The chicken was mushy. Honestly would have been better if we picked up the frozen bags and cooked it at home.

Ordered over $70 worth of food and didn’t eat any of it except for 3 of the wonton crab puffs and they didn’t even taste like normal. I ordered Chang’s Spicy Chicken and I don’t even know what I got but it definitely wasn’t that. The chicken was mushy and so gross. None of the food had any flavor. I was just very disappointed in the overall quality and I used to love eating here. I will never get it delivered again and may not even eat in anymore because I can get way better Chinese food from Panda Garden that’s right down the street for half the price.

Met by server that greeted me and did not return for like 20 minutes. Ate there for lunch ordered the 3 course meal supposed to be 19.99 or what ever. Asked for extra dressing for salad brought the wrong one ruined the taste of the salad. Asked for a beverage to go only brought after repeatedly asking. Server informed me that the 3 course meal is now based on two people so in stead I get charged more than double. Now corporate policy. Also have to now ask for fortune cookies again corporate policy. Nice knowing you PF Chang’s no one is going to come there to pay more than 50 bucks for lunch for one person. I will not be back! I could have gone to jags for lunch for that!

We made reservations over a month ago for a table on Valentine’s Day because it was where we had our first date. We walked in and they told us it would be an hour wait without giving us any sort of heads up. We will never be going to this location or any other again. It was our Valentine’s Day tradition and now it’s ruined.

Horrible service and disappointing food. My partner and I placed a pickup order because we had our service dog with us. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty and service dogs were clearly welcome, so we politely asked if we could dine in instead. Patria, the hostess with thunder thighs seemed annoyed at the request and attempted to seat us near the restrooms. When we asked for a different table, she snapped at us. We then asked to speak with a manager, which only made the situation worse. The manager was disheveled, dismissive and unprofessional. She told us to take our already-paid pickup order and sit at the bar—expecting us to eat by ourselves out of the plastic containers. That is not dine-in service. If we wanted takeout, we would have left. It was clear neither the hostess nor the manager understood (or cared about) basic hospitality or customer service. The staff was sloppy, rude, and unaccommodating, especially Patria and the manager on duty. To top it off, the food itself was awful. Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish, and absolutely not worth returning to.

Picked up a door dash order after showing the lady the customer name on my phone. She held the bag overly tight while I'm attempting to confirm order as if I was gonna snatch it and run. Felt racially profiled as my first experience there was pleasant but not this time

If you want to have a meal with friends either good service this is definitely not the place to go. We waited for 75 minutes for our food after placing an order, and it wasn’t complete (one entree was missing). We also couldn’t hear each other due to the loud background music. What made it most challenging was the staff including the manager whose attitude was basically “too bad”. There are so many other great choices on where to eat. They lost our business forever.

My partner and I came in at 10:25 pm on Saturday looking to be seated. When we were greeted at the door, we were taken to a booth. It was a good five minutes of being seated before we saw our server. She looked annoyed the minute we sat down. She rushed us into ordering an appetizer and urged us the kitchen would close soon, despite the hours being listed until 11pm. When she came back we were unsure of our entrees and she very rudely said they were already cleaning the kitchen and if we didn’t order soon, we wouldn’t get any food. At this point we hadn’t even received the drink from the bar. It was clear she was annoyed we came to eat and my partner asked to speak to the manager. We informed him of our uncomfortable experience and he offered little sincerity to our situation. He was so uncaring we left without staying for the drink or appetizer that we ordered. I’d stay away if you want a pleasant dining experience.

Been there four times & the service is always horrible but the food is great. Yesterday I went in around 2:30 or so after their lunch rush, I was seated at a booth & our waitress Jazaya came over & introduced herself. She asked for our drinks & I asked for a water while my partner asked for a strawberry limeade, she asked me if Aquapanna was okay & I was confused because no other server has asked me when i order a normal fountain water. She said “that’s just the brand of water we use” so I assumed i’d just be getting a regulator glass of water, she ends up brining a liter bottle of water & says i’ll be back with a wine glass for you. 10 minutes go by & she’s just talking & talking to her manager. After 15 minutes I approached her stating she never came back with a wine glass in the first place & I just wanted a regular free water. She apologize & after that everything went downhill. We ordered I asked for the Asian Caesar Salad & my partner order shrimp tempura as an appetizer. She dropped off a salad which happened to be a house salad & walked away, about 5 minutes later another server dropped off my partners shrimp tempura & i asked her if my salad was a caesar salad she said no this is a house salad & i asked her if she’d have my server bring me a ceasar since she was avoiding us. maybe 10 minutes later our entrees came out but I still haven’t received my salad regardless every time she dropped something off I made sure to say thank you & tried to be my kindest because I could tell she was uncomfortable from me approaching her asking for my drink, but yet she didn’t say a single word to us for the rest of our dining experience. She had a table right next to us giving them her best service, “can I grab these plates from you guys” as our table stacked with dirty dishes, just being a normal friendly server to her tables right next to us as she blatantly ignores everything we needed, she only got us refills once after I had to call her over because she kept walking past our table. It wasn’t until she dropped the check off when she finally spoke again. She was rude & judgmental off me asking for the correct drink & gave absolutely horrendous service.

We arrived on a late Wednesday afternoon around 4:45 after having traveled. We ordered 1 order of spring rolls, soup and an entree each. While the apps and soup came out quickly it took an hour for the entrees to come out. The food quality was sub par in relation to cost 👎🏻. A bug thumbs down. We won’t be back.
