Pizza, can you ever go wrong? Especially with that thin crust, fantastic

Nathan (works nights) is the best delivery guy in West Columbia, possibly all of Texas. The inside of the store is literally the cleanest Dominos I have ever seen.

The people that were specifically working on on 9 18 22 were exceptionally courteous And prompt. Our food came out piping hot And the manager when above and beyond when my daughter walked out front fell off the curb and dropped her food on the ground. He immediately made her another meal. This is by far my most favorite Dominos.

This is THE best location if orderd from. Everytime I've ordered food, it got a nice crispy layer and the ingredients taste and feel fresh. You can taste the love ❤️

Wow!!! Delivery driver was awesome. Took less than 30 minutes and she had doggy treats for my fur babies. So good too!!

The west Columbia Domino’s is one of the best Domino’s I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service from the ones who answer the phone and work the window, to the delivery drivers have always been courteous and shown great customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Keep up the good work!

My driver today Robert was very professional. I always say leave it on the door step and don’t knock because the dog goes crazy however today the driver noticed my steps were wet due to the all day rain. He called me via cell not wanting to put my order on the wet steps because he didn’t want my order to get wet. Very professional. They always get it right and Moriah is always the best and gets everything perfect. Job well done guys

I always get great service and pizzas are exactly what I order. Employees are always so sweet to my dogs when we pick up. Only complaint is that they won't deliver to Bar X Ranch. Our community is beyond ready to welcome them and support this business. We are growing more every year and would be a great revenue for them.

The application was easy to use, and delivery was quick. I find that dominos ingredients and quality have gotten worse over the years, and I am moving to mom and pop pizza places.

I recently placed order via phone with this location. Male employee took my order, i don't want to post his name to single him out. He wasn't rude but seemed annoyed. He said "You need something else?" 4x in our 3-4 min conversation... and when I asked for my pizza to be cut in a particular way, as I needed more slices to go around (from reg 6 slices to 8) he questioned it.. you need it cut into 8??.. Yes sir I said. My request wasn't even on the receipt therefore he didn't bother to put it on my order. Idk my phone experience was not the best, but the lady who gave me my order was great. That's why I rated it the way I did.

Location is just fine, our problem is with the online ordering. We changed dairy-free pizza sizes and the online site defaulted to cheese and butter, so part of our party couldn’t eat. Granted, this isn’t West Columbia location’s fault, but we do absolutely blame the ordering system. Why would we want to order pizza if accommodating an allergy is so tricky :-(

It's a coin toss. Sometimes the food is good, but the orders are consistently wrong. They often forget to put marinara in the bread orders, and I'm talking 75% of the time. Adding extras to a pizza is often ignored. Drinks are often forgotten. The drivers are great, but something is amuck in the store.

I only order Extravaganza thin crust, extra sauce. Despite asking each time to remove it early, they always burn it. I give up.

When I went to Domino’s pizza yesterday afternoon, I ordered a medium pizza with LIGHT CHEESE AND LIGHT SAUCE and when I went to go pick it up, I opened the lid and saw a pizza with a LOT OF CHEESE AND SAUCE on it, when I asked them is this light cheese and light sauce they said yes this light cheese and light sauce. I then said no this is not light cheese and light sauce, and demanded a refund. NEVER EXPECT A CORRECT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY PIZZA, OR SOMEONE WHO IS Lactose intolerant.

They offered to just remake my order but it would take 20-30 minutes maybe a little longer since they were backed up. No offer of any kind compensation for my time. Just that they would remake and I could sit and wait.

They messed up my order two days ago, and said they were going to make it up to me by giving me a pizza and brownies on the next order.
