Waitress was amazing super friendly. Took our order without issue, paid attention to our kids. As parents that’s huge she made them feel like part of the ordering process. I don’t know her name, but she is expecting. Props to her and all woman for doing what has to be done for their family. Thank you for a great family night out.

great experience. Good places to take family for a dinner. They have a good menu options. The waiters wear a tentative. The manager walked by to see if everything was okay. And they have a new thing where they give you free chips and salsa. Once again just got to say the service was wonderful. Me and my family will be having dinner here often

We went to this Chili's for my daughters 21st Birthday with a large party of 16. They were only going to allow 1 bill which is completely ridiculous I spoke to the manager Shawn and he compromised with us. Riley was our server and she was amazing! She was so patient with us and definitely on top of it! Her customer service was absolutely AWESOME!!!!! She is an asset to this establishment. We did get the first waitress who was very rude when telling us we could only have one bill. She had no customer service skills what so ever! She has no business working with the public! Overall we really had a terrific experience. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. They were short staffed but we got our food very quickly. I must say all in all this was a good experience. A big thank you to Riley and Shawn for making this a terrific night for my family and friends.

What a great experience I recently had at Chili's I usually don't like these big chain restaurants they're kind of noisy and clear out it and the food and service is not very good however on this occasion the Eastland shopping center Chili's I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite busy however our server had a good volume of his voice my server's name was Eric he was excellent this guy knew everything about Chili's menu the portions what we might like or not like it is often unexpected to receive this level of service from someone at a busy establishment as this. But I must commend Eric on his great customer service getting the food to us in a timely manner even the server that came to bring us our food I don't have his name but he had braids did an excellent job gave us all of our utensils made sure that our drinks were full I'm definitely going to give this place five stars for that and I will be back thank you to Eric and his staff that assisted him I'm going to mark this place as big Frank approved

After a long hiatus, I recently visited this establishment and was pleasantly surprised by my dining experience. I ordered their Cajun ultimate pasta and their trio appetizers, and I must say that both were quite exceptional.

Best time ever! Michael went above and beyond and treated customers like family. Very attentive! Always a step ahead of what you need.... I'm definitely coming back!

I have always had great experiences at this chili's in West Covina. It's a little slow to get service in the beginning but after that they are so attentive to me and quick and I feel special there so they get 5 star plus. I didn't mind the wait! They even apologized for the wait, so I know that they were paying attention. What better service can you get. They were trying when it was super busy! Do I sound defensive LOL? No, I just am praising them for today. Job well done with back ups coming to me when my regular waitress could not.

We came around 7:30pm on a Friday. There were a lot of people, but, the staff was quick to get people to their tables. The 4 for atmosphere has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but for the obnoxious woman that scream/ laughed the whole first 30 minutes we were there. Which is why we moved from Eric- who was awesome - to Alexis' station. He was very attentive and checked in on us often, even though there were lots of full tables. The food was very good. Hubs had a burger and fries, and I had steak and potatoes with broccoli.

The food was great, had a mango chili chicken with lime rice and broccoli and a side of grilled asparagus with tomatoes and garlic. I was pleasantly surprised on the spiciness of the sauce. It was delicious and definitely recommend it. My only criticism is the service. Didn't get napkins until we asked and we didn't get refills for the coffees until after we asked or spoons for stir. But the food is definitely great.

Food was slow to come out, but the burgers no matter which one you order never disappoint.

I met up with friends for a late dinner so the atmosphere was fantastic. Busy enough to be hopping, but not so loud that you couldn't visit. I had a bowl of Chili's enchilada soup, which a waitress said was like a chicken tortilla soup when I asked the difference. It really wasn't though. It wasn't horrible, but tasted more like a red enchilada than any tortilla soup I've ever had, so no more the same than cream of chicken is like chicken noodle. In the three times I've been in a Chili's, I'm still not a fan of the thin tortilla chips and salsa either, but my taste leans to more spicy authentic salsa. My friends love it though. The wait staff was all pretty decent, though Michael was above average. I'll probably go back next time I'm in the area.

Haven't been to Chili's in over 20 years. No reason just havent. Decided to go and had the 3 for me. Chips n Salsa, drink and smash burger. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of chips and salsa given. The smash burger was above average. Might even say better that Habit or Red Robin. Got to try it. You will enjoy it.

So it was my first time at this particular location. It was a family dinner outing and surprisingly, everything went pretty smooth. Covid protocols were relaxed at this location so there was many people with no masks, no vaccination record checking and there was no social distancing between tables and that was the only reason that I gave this location a four star. It was really packed and busy. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was really good. The burgers seem to be fresh and hand made. They don't use salt or pepper or any seasoning so you'll have to doctor the the burger the way you like it. The $5 Margarita was the best value on the menu and it was extremely delicious and high-end. There was no food complaints and everyone seemed to have a good time. Will definitely be back but probably not during rush hour.

I like the Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad and was pleased it was good as ever. My wife had the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Although she enjoyed the taste she said there was almost no spice. I tried it and agreed. Very little cajun seasoning made for a plain pasta dish. We ate at the bar and had fast service. It looked like there was only one waitress handling the dining area and she was very busy running around. So we were glad we ate in the bar.

Service was not terrific for our party of 12, and our server appeared inexperienced and struggled with our orders- some getting their food 20 minutes after others had already finished. My burger was charred around the edges and was too hard to chew and I struggled to hear my friends over the blasting televisions. The French fries were excellent!!

Server was good. No complaints there. However, towards the end of us finishing our meal, my daughter had to go to the restroom. I made it a point to let our server know that we were NOT done eating and we were just going to the restroom. About 5 minutes later we return to an empty table. I flagged down our server, she stated she did notify the staff but it was the manager that picked up our table. Manager stated our table looked empty because there were used napkins on a plate and that we had been gone “a long time”. Yes there were but only on one out of 3 plates at our table. I was given extra food to make up for what the manager “saw” we i left. Never mind my leftover appetizer and my daughter’s food. My Food given was mediocre at best.

About what you would expect. However, service and hostess was absolutely wonderful 👍.

The taste of the food was great, but the wait was longer than other places. The waitress was professional and came to us plenty of times to ask if we needed anything. The reason I give it a 4 star experience is because the 2 soap dispenser in the men's restroom were empty and after eating baby back ribs you kinda need soap.

Wait was really long. We were told they don't do reservations. When we got there was told 20 minute wait time. Waited 45 minutes and there were 2 open tables the whole time. Were told they are saving them for a party of 10. We were the only people waiting. They sat us and 2 minutes later a party of 3 showed up and they were seated right away at one of the tables that were being saved. Our server was amazing though.

It's been awhile for me here,sure glad I went back with a couple of friends our waitress (Amy) was on point from drinks to food friendly staff...will definitely will be back Homerun Here!.

This was my go to spot back in highschool/early college years. You can't really go wrong with Chilis IMO. Standard food with standard pricing. Great place to go for games.

Love this Chili's. Their food and service are better than the one in Fontana. The food came out so hot we had to wait to eat it, but i was fine with that. The location is nicely tucked away in the corner or a shopping center so you don't get to much cross traffic. Other then that it's a great place for a affordable and good lunch or dinner with the family.

Food was ok, chilis, apple bees, tgi Fridays. They are all the same. You could put me in any one and the menu is basically the same and the food is interchangeable. Had I not had a gift card I wouldn't have gone. The chips were horrible, the dry rub on the fries was not good and my fries were not good. The Mac and cheese tasted funny . The tea was amazing and the enchilada soup was very good. I should've gotten a steak and salad because you can't screw that up but I had to try the dry rub. I'm not sure why I keep going back to these types of places. I would've rather had fastfood.

The to-go service is great, but the food is mediocre. The portions are small and it's not hot, like they left it outside for 5 hours or didn't even microwave it enough. I have visited three times, all three times have been the same. For the same price I pay at Chilis I can buy a higher quality meal with nearly double the portions at a restaurant like the Cheesecake Factory. I will not be visiting again.

We got there when they had just opened and it was not busy. It was quick to take our order and quick to recieve it. The problem is, everything I ordered they got wrong. I'm not sure if it was our server that helped us or the helpers helping him getting it wrong. I don't like wasting food and felt so bad returning it. I ordered a turkey sandwich and got a chicken breast one. I don't like thick chicken and that's what they gave me. I asked for a Dr. Pepper and got a Sprite. We asked for fries instead of chips and salsa and was given chips and salsa. Obviously they fixed the error but it shouldn't have happen in the first place.

Dine in was great! Ordered dessert to go Molten Chocolate cake to go and it just tasted bad. Called Chilis to make a complaint and spoke to a female worker who suggested I should’ve warmed up the cake for 2 min then was transferred to a manager by the name Danny, who was no help but apologized. Manager was very short and didn’t offer much help. He made me feel as a customer like I was lying, and all night they served the Molten Chocolate cakes with no issues. Very poor management skills, he was very unaccommodating and no alternatives or solutions was offered. I was very disappointed.

Came back two months later and the place is still dirty. Dirty bathroom, kiosk key pad gross and trash on the floor. No one swept the entire time we were there. Saving grace once we got seated service and food was good.

My husband and I absolutely love chilis. We order from here all the time. My husband got a soup and he found a piece of plastic in his soup. He stopped eating it right away, don’t blame him for it. Definitely look at what you’re putting in your food carefully before serving it out.

I'm starting off confused. The menu has a regular cheeseburger, and a Big QP which says on the menu that it comes with 87% more beef than a quarter pounder, which would be a 1/3# patty. But the waitress and the manager both said all of their patties are 1/4 pound to start. Second confusion is that 4 sliders cost more than any of their other burgers. Chili's, what's going on? Do you just never get any customers that are good at math? My waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere was exactly what I've come to expect from any Chili's. The burger that came out was good, and seemed to be thicker than an average quarter pound patty.

The food famous tortilla soup was salty l could eat ,they did not have served what we order, make mistake. My salad was not great. Mostly lettuce , the price was medium place. The welcome to the restaurant was the lady welcome every customer. The food was served on time frame. Environment good. No music. Free parking.

I choose this location over the other chili's around the area. Their food is pretty fresh and tastes good. The reason for the 3 stars is that customer service is a hit or miss here, I've been here where tables are dirty and not cleaned and also been here a couple of times where they totally forget to come to your table to take your order at the point where I've had to walk to the front and remind them like it's been 30 mins and nobody has came by to take our order. Food wise only though pretty good when they're on it.

Honestly came here as a second option, BjS was full next door… figured I’ll give chillis a second chance. My son ordered a kids cheese pizza , horrible, greasy and tasteless. Absolutely horrible place. Where does it stare anywhere on their website that after 930pm they do not take any more orders. I literally drove 25 minutes to arrive at 940 with a simple order for a slice of cheesecake and they refused to take my order. It was to go! I sure am glad they have better competitors in the same parking lot who were more than glad to take a customers order!!! I will make sure all of my coworkers, family members, and friends know not to order from this place ever again. Our group if 7 showed up and waited 45 minutes to see every large group after us of 6 or more be seated before us. The hostess proceeded to lie to us when we asked her what the seating policy is and why we had to wait so long. Our table was open the entire time we waited and they still sat other large groups after us. I asked for a manager and she went to get another waitress not the manager. The worst part is she kept pulling her mask down until I told her coworker she works in a food establishment and there county rules that she needs to keep her mask on. Never coming back here. The waitress that helped us once we finally got seated was nice but my simple salad was wrong. This place is a hot mess.

Utterly disappointed in the customer service that is being offered in this restaurant. Mohkali has got to be one of the rudest team members. I had attended this place with my sister and the service she had provided towards us was absolutely horrible. She gave us nothing but attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable. I will never go back unless she is corrected or let go for her poor behavior. I pray she doesn’t treat all customers the same way she treated my sister and I.
