This is one of the better In-N-Out locations I really like how big this location is and it’s in n out it’s a whole vibe burgers are delicious as usual recommend the animal style fries and definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants

In-N-Out focuses on consistent everything. Good food, good service. During my last visit, it was very busy, and the only complaints were that the trash was starting to overflow and my table needed to be wiped down.

Being a socal resident my whole life, I have to say this is the best In n Out you will ever eat at! Beautiful clean establishment, they always get the food right! Their fries are better than other in n out I’ve been to. Staff is on it and I don’t know why but the burgers taste the best here compared to other in n outs. Love it here.

This In-N-Out location is amazing! Not only was it not crazy busy like most locations, the food was quick, and the staff was very friendly! It’s very spacious inside and has plenty of seating tables. One of the employees even gave my niece and nephews little stickers which was very nice of them!

All locating have great employees but this one stands out. The happiest woman took our order. She first warmly greeted us and then quickly have us our total bill. A very nice man handed us our food and sincerely thanked us and wished us a good evening. Good training reflected by all the employees. We were there about 10:30pm on a Tuesday night.

Every bit thr magical I remember it! Double double extrilled onions add pickles and chopped peppers. Now protein style. Omg.

They forgot the onions on our burgers so I brought them back and they made the WHOLE order again. And offered me something to drink while waiting. Spot on #64!

This is probably the best In N Out location in the area because of the exceptionally great staff. Super clean, very professional, and great fast food. I have lunch here about once a week. Parking can be tough during the lunch hour.

I’ve been to so many locations and this one is one of my favorite locations, except the parking lot. Due to the small lot size the parking lot is not ideal at all. I recommend backing into your parking spot. You’ll thank me later when exit. Other than this, I love this location. The dinning area has a “two level” design with tons of windows. The service here is always good like every In N Out location. My go to order is a 3x2 with grilled whole onions, all the produce and pickles. Remember to order your fries “light well”. This will ensure a nice crispy texture.

In-N-Out never disappoints. I always go for Animal Fries and 3 by 3!

Had a double double with lettuce wrap, it was suggested an onion wrap so I was going towards that, but also wanted lettuce wrap over the onion, unfortunately only got the lettuce wrap... was still great!

The best part about In N Out is it's consistency. While I do love the burgers and fries, it's knowing that it's always going to be made with the same amount of care everything that really makes me love it. While this location is ALWAYS busy, they do a great job of getting you through the drive thru in an efficient amount of time. The inside is always clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff is always friendly as helpful.

Simple and clean delivery. Great burger restaurant

My first experience at In-N-Out was really pleasant. A good, simple burger and fries for a decent price!

Been coming to this particular location ever since they opened in 1990. I've never had an issue (that's a really good track record)! Even with the odd special orders I've had, they've never gotten it wrong!!! If there was one critique it would be something that's chain-wide. They changed the shakes circa 1989. The flavoring used to be from a powdered mix (I THINK). Ever since then it tastes like a lesser quality syrup. But, again, that's not too bad.

Came in at a busy Friday night dinner time. Walked up to the counter with a to-go order. Cashier was courteous and quite friendly. She made the customer glad to be there. My order came out hot, fresh, and given the business of the hour, fairly quickly. I should not forget to add the order was taken correctly and given to me with correctly. Great service and experience.

I love in n out but this particular day I wasn't very happy with the service. 2 of 4 of our burgers had over toasted/hard buns. I sent my husband in to just ask for a new bun, and it literally took forever. Our food got cold just waiting for him to come back. I would think that if there's an issue with a single item, that would be addressed before handing everyone else, including drive thru, their orders.

It was my first time stopping by and boy was it packed out!!!! Super busy and full of cars everywhere. I want to say that the wait is a lil longer then usual. They have two lines that turn into one. Very spacious parking lot. And it's right across a major shopping center, off the 10 freeway. So the place is beautiful but I ordered animal style fries, I wasn't to hungry. And sadly I was disappointed. Their was something wrong with my fries. I couldn't put my finger on it. I just know they were off. And it gave me an upset stomach right after I ate them. Super weird because that never really happens to me when it comes to In-N-Out. I probably won't stop by there again sorry.

The problem if any is the customers; can't follow simple traffic rules or just plain rude. Staff here is always great and the food sells itself. You can smell it from the fwy

Time to get back to burger tastes, it has been a while to eat at IN & Out. their burgers were juicy and delicious. On top of that the cheese tomatoes and fresh lettuce. I ordered a quadruple burger with caramelized onions for my hungry stomach, I just missed their burgers and fresh fries and can not wait to sink my mouth into it. The place was right next to 10 East freeway you could hardly miss it. services were so friendly with funny staffs. They worked very well together. Cleaned and also has a beautiful scene.

This is the second time I got undercooked fries when I ordered a fry light. I usually ask for fry light because a regular order of fries are always hard like chips

Food is top notch quality as always, the in n out school for employees does not disappoint on how the 🧷 wearers make a burger. The staff on this location, however, are not as polite as other ones. Busy or not, they tend to come off quite ostentatious to those who seem either homeless or from low income households. Still a great place to drive thru with or without the usual wait behind a line of cars, always worth it for classic in n out meals.

The food was on par, I just don't like the parking lot. We all know In-N-Out is crazy busy, and the way the traffic flow is makes it 10x worse. Cars exiting from the drive through have to pass through the line waiting to get food. If you park & go in, good luck getting out of the parking spot when you're ready to leave.

The era of good food from In N Out is over. They restaurant can no longer provide quality fries when using the drive thru. Without the fries the burger is just okay. I'm a bit sad about it but I'll get over it, fries are technically not good for me anyway. Tonight's fries weren't cooked all the way, they were not golden in any way. Ketchup sorta helped, I was too hungry to not eat them. Hamburger was WAY to salty. Sad face.

I. Normally still working when in n out closes but excitedly was able to make it in time tonight. I know ten minutes to closing is a crappy time to serve guest after a long day but dry hard fries in my animal fries sucked horribly. I tried eating it in the car but I couldn't stab any with my fork.... I'm disappointed, is roadkill fries not a menu item? First time attempting to order using the name I found online and was told they can't put the flying Dutchman on top of the fries....

I came in here today and it was an OK experience. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom were clean also, but the food was bad , my grilled cheese was super soggy and my fries were obviously PC'd that were Cooked in OLD oil, but I was cool seeing a different 2 stage dinner

Food is great, but customer service is lacking, which is rare to see at any In-N-Out. Also, they need to clean their window counter, some dusting needs to be done.

Close to closing it was a miss this time. Seems as we got the scaps. Burgers just did not taste like the usual. You know when they are old.

This was honestly the typical in n out experience, but the food made everyone in our group feel a bit nauseous. Not a normal expectation, so that was a bummer. The drive-thru set up is horrendous. There is a posted sign that says to use both lanes, but when you do so, the employees look at you like a suspect. They either have everyone in one lane, or when you are in either lane, they don't honor what order you arrived in because they're too busy talking to each other.

Ordered from store associate through drive thru at around 1pm afternoon. We got every single item wrong at the pickup window. Store associate who took our order clearly repeated our order so we are confused as to why we got everything completely different. Store associate also did not look too happy taking our order. Unfortunately we will definitely report this for lousy customer service.

Anytime I go at night the food is just bad I asked for a #2 only lettuce only meat extra cheese and the but they put banana peppers even though I repeated my order twice and the burger was bearly a burger the meat was on the paper and my fries were raw this only happens at night its so disappointing

Worst experience! Might have been because i was #5… The cheese burger was terrible, small patty, i threw away a quarter of it. I guess that’s why they put two tomatoe slices! The animal style frys were just one large, cold, pile of slop, undercooked, thinly sliced potatoes, with cold unmelted cheese. Didn’t eat much of it. The root beer was good. Dude heating buns in the back cussing and spitting when he talked. Unpleasant.

I would swear that the meat is getting smaller and smaller. And the price keeps creeping up . Dining area always clean and staff always friendly. Restrooms always clean.

I came here 04/12/24. This was my very first time trying in N out. I got the double double burger with fries and a strawberry shake. The fries were not fresh. They were cold. The burger was extremely salty. I couldn’t even finish it. The only thing satisfying was the shake. I can’t say that I will be back. I think I’ll stick with the habit burger grill

Bought some food for the family and the burgers and fries were cold. I'm allergic to something that's added in the sauce and I told him one with no sauce and they put sauce on all the burgers. Won't be back, Whataburger is better anyways.
