Just like all the Waba Grills this one is very clean as well and they make the food pretty fast even during rush hour. Staff are always professional but this place is pretty small so don't expect to eat in with a big group of people.

The location is clean and the service was quick despite it being the lunchtime rush. I wish there was more space inside the restaurant though, it felt a little cramped with people all waiting for their orders. My only real complaint was that the steak tasted overdone almost to the point of being burnt, but the rest of the bowl was good.

Visited this Waba Grill paid for dine in and when I request to use the restroom to wash my hands, the employee states the restroom is no longer in service. Completely ridiculous!

This is the 2nd time in a row that this place has failed to give us our drinks which come with the $19.99 family meal we always order. Today was another one of those times and of course I am already almost home when I realized it. I didn’t want to go back so I just let it slide, however when I got home my husband asked me for the dumplings which are also included in the meal. I was so upset!!! .....my order was incomplete, I felt cheated! I decided to call them to let them know what had happened. A young lady answers the phone and immediately tells me to hold. She did not put me on hold, I was able to hear all the background noise. I was left waiting for someone to pick up the phone again to help me, I had waited for about 15 minutes and nothing! I could hear them talking and having conversations - clearly were not busy to assist a customer with a complaint!! This is so unacceptable and unprofessional.

Tiniest portion ever on the bowl, $13 for salmon bowl with one small piece of salmon, mostly rice, and some veggies. Taste was alright pretty mid and a little too salty. Maybe other menu options are better but the bowl portion was terrible

The food quality man…. Every bite had so much nerves. Not only did they throw in a few bits of broccoli and called it half veggies but the meat. I tried to eat around it but honestly there was too much gushy stuff in each bite . Not going back.

This is what you get from a $9 salmon side order and a $9 beef side order. Really foolish size. It is 100% worst restaurant here.

HORRIBLE place, everything is dirty and not taken care of. the manager damaris is SO RUDE. what are y'all waiting for to fire her?!? you can clearly tell she is manipulative and extremely rude by how she talks to you only because her english is limited. As a manager i know how to treat customers with kindness and respect and she has zero experience and also limited with that LOL. the bathroom is also really dirty and at night there is roaches and rats hanging around the wanna grill. avoid at all costs if you want to live to see another day and go to another location please. God Bless

Great place to eat.... When they get your order correct.... Twice i been there for take out and twice they f$&#@d my order up.... Yeah I know I should call to complain and get my order right, but I don't have the time or desire to do this. It is easier to post here...I guess I should check my order before leaving the place...

I ordered a chicken bowl....when I got home the chicken was burnt...and I bit into a piece of chicken and it had a very sharp price of bone in it and punctured the roof of my mouth....never will I go there again

The food is good. The employees are rude!!! They do not acknowledge people they rather stand around and laugh. The cook just through the chicken from the grill to the counter. The floor was disgusting behind the counter. Have been here twice. Will stick with Flamebroiler! You need respectful employees.

We got the family pack steak chicken. Said it would feed 4. Chicken was 1 chicken breast and the steak I don’t know if that was real meat. It was horrible and looked like dried beef jerky. No flavor at all. Rice was very bland as well. Will not be back.

Very disappointed in the special. 2 bowls for $10.95 A bowl of rice with a few pieces of chicken and some sauce. Could have made rice and chicken at home for a few bucks. Never going back. Felt Ripped off.

I would expect more for anyone who would be getting a raise to 15 dollars an hour for better service. 20 years ago i worked for 3.10 an hour in fast food. I turned out better products than this for less money.
