Enjoyed my lunch and highly reccommend

It is a typical Ono Hawaiian BBQ fast food establishment. I have visited this establishment, several times, at the beginning of this year. I would usually come here, during my lunch breaks, from work, and have my lunches here. In addition, I would order from this establishment, while clocking in overtime. The meals were delicious and well made. The workers were helpful and attentive. Definitely, if anyone is in Eastland Center in West Covina, I would recommend to visit this establishment.

I love this place. Today was especially good. Whomever was cooking the food today 1/14/2024 at about 2:30pm did an excellent job. The meat is so tender and flavorful. The portions were really good as well. Thank you!

I really dont know how this place doesnt have 5 stars this bbq is BOMB and im from Washington it blows everything out of the water there its so good! Macaroni salad is crazy good!! I will say its very expensive!

I got a kids' meal for my son and must say that I stole a bit because it looked so good. The apple juice and sauce that are included are free of dyes (Tree Top)and the stickers were a major hit (we are currently finding stickers on the dog)

We wanted to have something different for dinner and not the usual fast food. This fit the bill perfectly. They have a small dining area or you can order online and get take out. Check their menu online. We had chicken katsu and kalbi short ribs. Both were really good! They have a kids menu too, called Keiki meals. Only complaint is i didnt know there was a self-serve area here where you choose what sauces/condiments you want. The server implied they were included in the bag with our food. I should have taken the time to look around, but i was in a bit of a hurry. So we had to eat our food without the katsu sauce, which was disappointing to my friend. It was still a good meal, though.

Enjoyed the chicken and beef here. Better than Yoshinoya. Would whether come here for there chicken. Plenty of parking. Located inside the Eastland strip mall.

My coworker and I were craving Hawaiian bbq and this was nearby. Lunch was definitely served and we were satisfied. I had their bbq chicken, side of chicken katsu and a side of white fish with all steamed vegetables. The chicken was delicious and cooked just right. The white fish was also delicious but the tar tar sauce was an excellent dip for it. The katsu was also pretty good and I used the tar tar to flavor it up. Overall it was a great lunch experience. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This place has the best Macaroni Salad. Great place to stop if you're tired of all the normal chains. Food never disapoints.

So Seriously, How do you guys not have a Kalbi Rib and Tonkatsu combo plate? or how can I not order the Rib plate and a side of tonkatsu? Instead to get what I want to eat I have to buy 2 dinners for one person. Just makes no sense. The food is good, The sauces are good, but can you guys make it easier to order two of your most popular items together.

Purchased spam musubi, hawaiian bbq chicken and bbq mix plate. Chicken was under marinated. Chicken and ribs were super fatty. And ribs and beef were super gristly. Half the beef ended up in a napkin. Mac salad was ok and white rice was... white rice. If you are looking for hawaiian bbq do yourself a favor and choose an alternative. Oh yeah the musubi was good but thats it.

I love this place but the customer service is really bad did a order by phone they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes then when I got down to the store I paid for the order and they made me wait another 30 minutes knowing my food was just sitting there smh hope the customer service steps up there game before I call the boss get rid of non hard workers

The wait was kind of long and I didn’t mind because it is a Sunday night but what upset me is that I took my order home and opened up my meal and all of my chicken was still raw and I couldn’t go back for a refund because I live 15 minutes away but I’m just upset because I waited so long and my meal ended up being nasty.

How do you completely miss an item from an order? I ordered 4 meals and only received 3. It took me an hour to get my food and I didn’t even get all of it. I will NOT be ordering from here again.

It was late the place was just about empty. The customer service was very poor. I needed a knife and asked the girl at the counter for one. She directed me to the rack around the soda machine and "over there". but she was standing right next to a tub of them. I said but your right there, and she pointed.

The employees are very rude took 2 1/2 hours for my food to come I called to check on my food the employees 1 girl refused to give me her name hung up on me I called back and the phone was off the hook I called again a guy named jared was super rude laughed at me when I told him about his poor customer service I called the manager bridget she laughed as well and hung up on me don’t give them service they will treat u bad bridget charged my card twice

Found hair in my food which was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the wait time was terribly long. Plus the chicken is cold. 🥶

It took them 35 minutes to give me my food with only ONEEE customer ahead of me. With 4 cooks in the kitchen and 3 people serving. Exactly unsatisfied

Saw an employee clean the restroom and then use the same gloves to clean up the sauce area. Disgusting!!!!

Just walked in and ordered 2 plates of food & only got one. They are closed now so can't go back

This place is not very friendly and they don’t let you substitute items you may not like on their plates, when other Ono restaurants let you. Common courtesy is what gets you customers hello

Today, order shrimp noodle soup , but shrimp tail are all black and shrimp size are well small than the other ono Hawaiian bbq shop in west LA.

I thought tonight I’d try something different and have ono but with how rude and the attitude of the cashier tonight 1/5/25 at 630pm isn’t worth it. The second I got to the register she had a bad attitude and a face that looked like she hated her job. I thought maybe if I smiled and made the effort to be nice and cordial she’d change her mood but nope at the end I asked for teriyaki sauce but she said it was only for online orders and that I can get soy sauce myself around the corner as she rolled her eyes for the 3rd time and scoffed. If I ever see this cashier again I’ll go back in my car and drive to Waba grill which is an easy 1 minute walk in the same shopping center if anyone else experiences the service I got.
