Great fish and huge jumbo shrimp. Cooked well and delicious. Only take cash so be prepared. Long wait on fish Fridays, especially during Lent.

Food is fresh and made by order. Service is excellent!! Oil is very clean and it is the best fish and chips store but its worth the wait. Trust me you should try it!

Had their Cajun Popcorn Shrimp with a large drink for less than $8. This place has been here since 1965 too. This place is great.

Excellent value. You get an wonderful meal for a reasonable price. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the fries are perfectly paired.

Amazing and fresh fish! They have been here since 1965, and the quality food shows! We started eating and couldn't stop! We got shrimp and I couldn't belive that it was shrimp from how fresh it was - i've never had shrimp this good and I thought it was a fancier kind of seafood. Really bring out the flavors. The crowd is older people who have come back for years, and everyone should come eat here. PRICES AND PORTIONS ARE GREAT!!!

Great prices! I've gotten a shrimp and fish & chips combo for around $7. I can't say I'd recommend the fries (as someone who loves crispy fries, they're a bit soft for my taste). But the rest of the food is great. Cash only though. So if you only carry your card like I do, stop by an ATM beforehand.

I love this place... It's the best Fish and Chip that I've had in a very long time. The husband and wife team are very professional, I also love the diversity among its customers, and that they show kindness and appreciation to every.There are many customers in and out... But they give you the impression that they remember you personally ! I like that so much . Thank You Kitty and 'Mr. Kitty , you're a great team !

Great place! It's always nice to see Kitty. Dining room is shut down at the moment & it's cash only just FYI. She also sells Frozen Sea Bass 🐟, Lobster Tails 🦞 & King Crab Legs by the case 🦀 Great deals! Enjoy!

We've eaten here several times and the food always good. The fish is crispy and tender inside and the fries are excellent. It's a small place, only 5 or so tables, so it caters to the local lunch crowd but it's also opened during the weekend. Compared to other fish & chips. This one is one of the best.

Food was hot and fresh as they cook to order...so be patient if ya walk in and just order. The place is quaint and the owner is friendly. Business has been here for many decades and they try to keep pricing reasonable. Good deal for the price and it is delicious. 😋 I will be back. Fish was great and so were the fries! I've been looking for a good little place like this and finally found one. Only thing, it was sweaty, hot in there. Couldn't stand to stay and eat so I had to take it home. Not as good as eating it fresh and hot, but still good.

First and definitely not my last time here! Came for ash Wednesday, stayed for the hospitality and great service, had my order to go and they welcomed me and my family to stay and dine in. Thank you for a great experience and awesome service.

The fish was good and the clams excellent. Freshly made. They area bit chinsy on the portions and they charge extra for drink refills. But the food is good and they are very friendly.

The food was very good and the employee was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait but 8 - 10 minutes . You can call your orders in and its ready when you get there. They put little holes in the bag of fish and 🍟 so it doesn't get soggy. If you like the vinegar for your fish she will even give you extra. The picture of the business on maps doesn't look the same as the one we were at. They have a good protection window and way of keeping them and the public 6 ft away from each other.

Good fish .. just a bit of not having mix and change of options .. like swap for zucchini instead of fries .. little costly but it's understandable

I tried this place for the 1st time, ordered the fish and chips, very dissapointed, I was expecting it to taste like HSalt, boy I was wrong!! Fish wasn't light and flakey, it was dry and flavorless, won't come back here ever again!!

Fish and shrimp are ok. Pay attention to your order when you pick up your food, because mistakes are made when super busy. They are pretty quick with the orders.

The lady at the counter got my order wrong. I ordered 2 orders of the fish and chips and 1 order of the jumble shrimp. After getting home I was happy I only received one order of the fish and chips. The food is awful everything is frozen and then fried when ordered. No seasoning and the over breaded fish is the worst.

Fish was flavorful. However, the lady working behind the counter was a bit rude. She wasn’t personable, friendly or welcoming. Although, the food may be good customer service is an important piece when running a business and should never be overlooked.

Amazing breading. Owner should give bigger sauce for the attachment, instead of the small containers then upsell the bigger containers for $.75 The size was decent, 2 fish 2 shrimp and fries plus 2 sauce came out to about $18. The price was a bit higher than other places. Still I would give this place 5 for flavor. Lowered to 2, because there was a special where I wouldve gotten 3 more shrimps for 5 dollars less and the old guy with glasses didnt tell me. So we paid 5 dollars more for more than half less.

I must have eaten at the wrong place by the rest of the great reviews. I used to come here when it was H Salt Fish and chips and I can tell you the place today comes nothing close to what it was. The Fish tasted and looked like frozen fish just deep fried. Definately not fresh battered to order. The fries were ok but then again most likely frozen from a bag. I dont mind paying for good food as long its good. I wish them well and it looks like they have a ton of customers who love the place so good for them. As for me, I won't be back, but that's just me.

The fish came in the shape of triangles (fake fish?) had absolutely no flavor, the tarter sauce was bland and the fish definitely came from a frozen bag. The fries were okay? This isn't good by any standard. To the people who think this is good, you probably haven't been anywhere else that sells fried fish and or have a terrible pallet. Don't waste your money here. I have no idea how places like these stay open for so long. Most likely piggybacking from when it was H salt and people just don't know the difference.
